لئن جابه علم الكلام قديما جملة من التحدّيات الثقافية والإشكاليات الفكرية مجابهة فاعلة مكّنته من أن يتبوّأ منزلة قيّمة في السلّم التراتبي للعلوم الإسلامية، وأن يكون حينها من أجلّ العلوم وأوكدها، خصوصا وأنّه قد أنتج تراثا غنيّا زاخرا بالأفكار والتصوّرات والمذاهب الفكريّة، وأسهم أيضا في إثراء الحركة الفكرية الإسلامية إثراء مهمّا لافتا للنظر، إذ زوّدها بمناهج وآليات قيّمة وتميّز بسمات وخصائص فريدة، فكان حقيقة خير مقصد يشدّ إليه الرحال لتثبيت العقائد وتركيز الأسس الإيمانية والدفاع عنها ضدّ المطاعن والشبه والافتراءات التي تروم تشويهها أو تقويض صورتها الناصعة، فإنّ التحديات الفكريّة التي يشهدها العصر اليوم هي أشدّ وأعتى، إذ اصطبغت بألوان فكرية جديدة وتلبّست بأنماط ثقافية وفلسفيّة مغايرة للمعتاد، الأمر الذي فرض التفكير في مدى جدوى علم الكلام، وفي مدى إمكانية تصدّيه للعواصف والإرهاصات المطروحة، وحتّم في ذات الوقت أيضا تطوير علم الكلام وبعث الحيويّة فيه من جديد كي يواكب المستجدّات ويستوعب المتغيّرات ويتمكّن من مماشاة التطوّرات الفكرية التي يعيشها العالم اليوم، ومن ثمّة يحافظ على الأهداف العقديّة والمقاصد الفكريّة السامية التي أسّس من أجلها. ضمن هذا الأفق تطرح في الواقع عديد التساؤلات المهمّة ذاتها؟ هل أننا لم نعد حقيقة في حاجة إلى علم الكلام في صورته القديمة؟ وكيف يولد العلم ويتطوّر ويحتلّ مكانا مميّزا ضمن العلوم الإسلامية، ثم تعتريه حالة ضعف وتقهقر إلى حدّ الاستغناء عنه؟

إلى حدود القرن الرابع الهجري ظل علم الكلام في الأندلس مهضوم الحقوق ومهجور الفناء، وما لبثت هذه الحال أن انقلبت إلى احتضان لعلم الكلام واشتغال به، فبرع فيه علماء الاندلس أيما براعة، وبثوا ما عندهم من هذا العلم المطارَد وأظهروا كتُبَه حتى أقبل عليه الناس برضى وأريحية. ومن بينهم الإمام أبو الوليد سليمان بن خلف الباجي (تـ474هـ) وذلك من خلال تراثه وإنتاجه، وإن كانت كتاباته الكلامية لا تعدو أن تكون مجرد رسائل صغيرة، لا تشمل جميع المباحث الكلامية، عدا كتابه "التسديد إلى معرفة التوحيد" وهو الكتاب الذي يعد مفقودا حسب الباحثين. وإن هذه القلة في التأليف الكلامي من الإمام الباجي رغم ملازمته لأرباب الكلام لتعد مظهرا من مظاهر النقد الكلامي، وأول ما يطالعنا في جهوده النقدية ما كتبه في وصيته لولديه، إضافة إلى شذرات في شرحه للموطأ وكتابه إحكام الفصول، ورسالته إلى راهب فرنسا، وسأحاول في هذه الدراسة تتبع تراثه الكلامي لرصد معالم النقد وأسسه.

تُعدُّ قاعدة التوحيد القاعدة الأهم في جميع الديانات السماوية؛ لأن وجودها في أي دين سماوي يمثّل دليلاً على اتساقه في منظومة الديانات السماوية الموحّدة من ناحية، وسلامة أصوله من العبث والتحريف من ناحية ثانية. ولقد سارت رسالة السيد المسيح عليه السلام – أثناء وجوده في الأرض – ضمن المسار التوحيدي، لكنه ما أن رُفع إلى السماء حتى بدأت أيدي المحرفين تمتد إلى أصول الديانة، ليغيب الأصل التوحيدي لها، فيصبح السيد المسيح – باعتقاد أتباع النصرانية – إلهاً ومخلصاً للبشرية وفادياً لها بموته على الصليب، وقد تم تقرير ذلك في مجمع نيقية سنة 325م، وليكتمل إطار الثالوث المقدس بإقرار ألوهية الروح القدس في مجمع القسطنطينية سنة 381م، فانصهرت معالم التوحيد المسيحي ليبرز الثالوث النصراني، وتحولت ديانة السيد المسيح الموحدة إلى نصرانية مثلثة، لذا ينبغي البحث في أصالة قضية التوحيد في المسيحية لنستطيع فهم التراكمات التاريخية التي أخرجته عن هذا الإطار.

يطرح عصرنا تحديات ربما تكون أكبر بالنسبة لجميع المؤمنين، ويقف على رأس هذه التحديات موضوع الإيمان، الإيمان بالله الخالق وعلاقاته بالمخلوقات، فهذا الإيمان يكاد يغيب، وإن لم يغب عند البعض فهو موجود بصورة متدهورة في قلب وذهن الكثير من المؤمنين وهذا أكبر تحدي يجب أن يخوضه المسلمون ضد كل التيارات المشككة والمادية والإلحادية أين كان مصدرها. إن طغيان الدنيوية والمادية أمر لا يحتاج إلى تدليل والأسباب في ذلك متنوعة، ورجال الدين وعلماؤه يجب أن يتحملوا مسؤوليتهم لمحاربة ترّدي القيم الروحية والإنسانية وسقوطها في المادية والإسفاف لدرجة تطليق الدين كلية. لهذا يتوجب على كل من يُدخل نفسه ضمن الإيمان وخاصة المسلم منه، أن يتحمل مسؤوليته في النهوض بالدين ليسترد مكانته، بل ودوره في تنمية العقل والروح الإنسانية.

ince religion is a common human phenomenon and a cognitive concern, the researcher had to look at the cognitive fields that dealt with that phenomenon and make it the subject of research, by showing the methods for its consideration and the means for its study. This article therefore attempts to paint a comprehensive picture of the most important cognitive achievements in the study of the religious phenomenon, whether related to religious, philosophical or scientific theses. This enriches the Arab seeker's stock and benefits him systematically and urally.

Recruitment of hardness and softness In the Noble Qur’an, an objective study Keywords: intensity - softness - the Qur'an - education - curriculum - behavioral behavior The research is exposed to the issue of hardness and softness in the perspective of the Holy Qur’an and how the Qur’an employed these two transactions in the Holy Qur’an in a manner consistent with the spirit of the noble Sharia. The topic began with defining the terms of research: Hardness and softness, then the way which the Qur’an theorizing this two issues in its presence with followers and then with violators and the difference between these two types, and the same with the oppressors, then the method of employing them in the wise remembrance in serving those who are responsible for their souls and dealing with their enemy by making hardship a measure in the balance of Allah Almighty’s justice, as well as by making it a method of self-education and etiquette of leadership and making it an effect of the effects Allah’s strength and power, and finally making it a test for the believers, and dealing with the Qur’an’s employment of the issue of softness in the service of the taxpayers, in his upbringing the young and in the creation of good manners in observing the natures of souls, in explaining the fruit of the softness in clarifying the ranks of people. The Way followed in this survey ,is how the Qu’ran used hardness and softness in its semantic statement in the service of the call to Allah and the insight into the correct behavior in dealing between hardship and softness, as well as giving the believer experiences in human interaction that he would not have acquired without this great book. تهدف هذه المقالة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على الاختلاف في النظرة إلى الله عزّ وجلّ بين الدين الإسلامي واليهودية والنصرانية، ولاسيما عند تناول مفهوم القداسة، وتقوم هذه المقالة بالأساس على نقد بعض النصوص في الكتاب المقدس، التي تنسب إلى الذات الإلهية بعض الأمور التي لا يمكن أن يستسيغها العقل والمنطق السليم، ولا الذوق الروحاني الراقي، الذي يفترض تنزيه خالق الكون تنزيهاً مطلقاً عن صغائر الأمور، ومن باب المقارنة سنحاول أن نجد ما يوازي تلك الأمور في الإسلام، لنستنبط أيّ الكتابين يضع معايير دقيقة لتقديس الله عزّ وجلّ، وتنزيهه عمّا لا يليق به، أو العكس، كما أنّ المقالة لن تخلو من مقارنات أخرى جانبية مثل رصد بعض أوجه التطاول ليس فقط على الله عزّ وجلّ، بل وعلى الأنبياء عليهم السلام كذلك، وإلصاق بهم ما لا يليق من تهم، لا تجوز في حقّ إنسان صالح عادي، فكيف برسل مختارين من الله لتبليغ رسالته إلى الناس، وبالتالي فهذا التطاول على الأنبياء والرسل تطاول في عمقه ومضمونه على من أرسلهم كذلك، وهو الله سبحانه وتعالى، إذ كيف يعقل أن يرسل إلى البشرية رسلا بتلك الصور القاتمة التي سنرصدها في الكتاب المقدّس؟ وكيف يحاسب الناس إذن؟ ومن هنا التركيز على أنّ الكتاب المقدس أظهر اختلالات وتجاوزات واضحة لمفهوم القداسة الإلهية، من خلال بعض النصوص التي تضرب في الصميم بعض الصفات الإلهية مثل العدل والرحمة والحكمة إلى آخره، على عكس القرآن الكريم حيث ظهر القداسة الإلهية بمظهر يليق بالله عزّ وجلّ من جلالة وتعظيم ومهابة وقدسية وتنزّه عن صغائر الأمور، واتّصاف بما يستحقّه وبما هو أهل له من حكمة ورحمة وعدل.

تعلي الأديان والنظم الدولية الحديثة من قيمة الإنسان وتحرم قتله، وتهدف إلى ترشيد حركته في الواقع، وتوجيه سلوكه وفق غايات دينية، تكسبه مقومات الاستخلاف في الكون، وهي غاية أصبح أمر العودة إليها ملحاً وضرورياً، نتيجة ما يشهده العالم اليوم، من أزمات معقدة يتداخل فيها السياسي بالديني والاقتصادي بالاجتماعي، على رأسها العنف، الذي يؤدي بحياة الملايين بفعل نزعات وحروب لا مبرر لها. وقد أصبح هذا سمة عامة لما نشاهده في وسائل الإعلام، شرقا وجنوبا، فلا يكاد يخل قطر منه، أو جراء أوبئة وأمراض صنعها الإنسان بنفسه؛ حيث لم يحسن التعامل مع الطبيعة وفق مقومات التسخير الإلهي، فظهرت بالتالي -في عصرنا الحالي- أوبئة تقضي على الإنسان بالملايين. في هذا الإطار يندرج هذا البحث لدراسة مدى اسهام الأديان في حفظ النفس البشرية وصونها من جريمة القتل بغير حق، والنظر في آثار ذلك على الأمن الاجتماعي للأديان. ومحاولة قراءة ما تقدمه نصوص الكتب المقدسة للأديان ضمن ديناميات التحولات الجارية التي يشهدها العالم وخاصة العنف الذي يسكن أرجاء المعمورة.
