Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource جبار, لارا عادل Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-06-04 Description An account of the resource لا يشترط في الممارسات التي تمارسها شركات الاتصالات(المخلة بالمنافسة) ان تتعلق بالسعر مباشرة، فقد تكون متعلقة بالتعامل مثلا، رغم ان جميع الممارسات ترتبط في النهاية وتصب في قالب السعر ،وهذه الممارسات المخلة بالمنافسة التي قد تصدر من شركات الاتصالات تتنوع بين ممارسات قد يكون المستهدف منها طبقة المستخدمين لخدمات الاتصالات (المستهلكين)، والى جانب ذلك قد يكون الجهة المستهدفة هي شركات الاتصالات المنافسة في السوق ولما لهذه الممارسات من آثار سلبية تنعكس على المستهلك لخدمات الاتصالات  بما تحدثه من اضطرابات في الأسعار وبالمنافسين من خلال إقصائهم  وابعادهم من السوق والتمييز بينهم ،ولما لذلك من اضرار وإختلال توازن السوق، وعليه لكي تستوعب الدول هذه الاضرار تولت قوانين المنافسة والإتصالات المقارنة وأجهزتها الإدارية المخصصة لذلك التصدي لمثل تلك الممارسات وذلك  بأحكام وتعليمات حسب  أساس كل قانون وبتطبيقات متفاوتة بين دولة واخرى، لذا نحاول في هذه الدراسة المقارنة تقديم نظام تنافسي يستبعد كل ممارسة مخلة بالمنافسة من خلال بيان اهم الممارسات غير السعرية التي تصدر عن مقدمي خدمات الاتصالات واسباب حظرها لانشاء نظام تنافسي خالي قدر الامكان من ممارسات مضرة بالمنافسة .
