ملخص الدراسة:
تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الخاصة بالسلوك التنظيمي داخل المنظمات حيث هدفت الدراسة الى التأكد من وجود مقاومة للتغيير بالأسلوب الرقمي(البريد الالكتروني الرسمي، حزمة الرقمية التي وفرتها الجامعة لإنجاز العمل الوظيفي الخ) وطبقت الدراسة على عينة طبقية من موظفي المكتبة المركزية وقد افترضت الدراسة الفرض العام التالي: توجد علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين مقاومة التغيير وبين الأدوات الرقمية و هناك علاقة تأثير معنوية بين الأدوات الرقمية ومقاومة التغيير. وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات وهي وجود درجة عالية من الارتباط بين الأدوات الرقمية ومقاومة التغيير ووجود تأثير معنوي للأدوات الرقمية على مقاومة التغيير وهذا ما افصحت عنه نتائج الدراسة وهذا يدل على مرونة القيادة في مسالة التعامل مع العاملين من خلال استخدامها للأدوات الرقمية، وتوصي الدراسة بالتعرف على نفسية الموظفين واكتشاف ردود افعالهم، وبناء ثقافة التغيير لدى الموظفون ودفع الموظفون على الالتزام بمبادئه، واستطلاع آراء الموظفون ومشاكلهم واشراكهم في التغيير المرتبط بوظائفهم، ومسايرة المؤسسات التعليمية التحولات الرقمية والمتجددة واستغلالها في دعم اهداف التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة.

ملخص الدراسة:
يهدف البحث بشكل أساسي الى إيجاد الدور الذي تساهم من خلاله وسائل الدفع الالكترونية المتمثلة بالنقود الالكترونية في التأثير على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، حيث تم تقسيم البحث الى ثلاثة اقسام: القسم الأول يبين تعريف النقود الالكترونية وما هي الخصائص التي تتمتع بها هذه النقود، اذ تبين ان النقود الالكترونية تتمتع بمجموعة من الخصائص التي تساعد في جعلها شكل من اشكال النقود القانونية يتم التعامل بها بصورة كبيرة، إضافة الى العوامل التي أدت الى نشوء النقود الالكترونية. اما في القسم الثاني فتم إيضاح مفهوم الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وما هي أهمية الناتج المحلي الإجمالي باعتباره مؤشر مهم للحالة الاقتصادية للبلد ثم الطرق التي يتم من خلالها حساب الناتج المحلي الإجمالي. وفي القسم الأخير من البحث تم إيضاح العلاقة بين النقود الالكترونية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي من خلال دراسة تأثير دور النقود على الناتج الإجمالي بناءً على تفسير المدارس الاقتصادية ابتداءً بالمدرسة الكلاسيكية وكيف فسرت دور النقود في التأثير على الناتج الإجمالي، ثم الانتقال الى المدرسة الكينزية التي بينت ان كمية النقود تؤثر بشكل مباشر على كل من الطلب والعرض للنقود على سرعة الدوران وبالتالي التأثير على الناتج الإجمالي، وأخيرا تم تفسير العلاقة من خلال المدرسة النقودية وما هو الدور الذي تؤثر فيه النقود على الناتج الإجمالي. وتم في نهاية البحث الوصول الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تدعم البحث بشكل عام.

ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الإقتصاد الرقمي على جودة صناعة القرارات الإدارية من وجهة نظر مدراء البنوك في دولة الكويت وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (50) مدير ومديرة والتي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقام الباحث باستخدام الإستبانه كأداة للدراسة. ولتحقيق الدراسة تم بناء استبانتين تكونت من (16) فقرة موزعة على مجالين إحدهما تقيس درجة االإقتصاد الرقمي تكونت (12) فقرة والأخرى تقيس جودة صناعة القرار تكونت من (4) فقرات وكلاهما من وجهة نظر المدراء. وأظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن درجة الإقتصاد الرقمي جاءت مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج أن درجة صناعة اتخاذ القرار جاءت مرتفعة، وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة موجبة(طردية الإتجاه) بين الإقتصاد الرقمي وجودة صناعة اتخاذ القرار.

إنصب الإهتمام في السنوات الأخيرة في مجالات الريادة والإبتكار بإعتبارها توجه جديد للمؤسسات الإقتصادية التي تسعى إلى تعزيز قدراتها التنافسية، من خلال جمع عناصر الريادية ودمجها مع الإستراتيجية في شكل منظور متكامل يهدف إلى خلق الرفاهية والتكامل بين المؤسسات، وبالتالي الوصول إلى نظم وخيارات إبتكارية جديدة تساهم في التوجه الريادي في بناء الإستراتيجية للمؤسسات، وأن نجاح هذه المؤسسات في بناء قدرة تنافسية جديدة يتوقف على مدى نجاح الريادي الإستراتيجي في بناء الرؤيا ذات الأبعاد الإستراتيجية وبعد النظر في كيفية تحقيق التميز والتفرد التي لا يستطيع الآخرون تقليدها، من خلال التركيز على إستخدام خطوات ريادة الأعمال ونظم الإبتكار، بإعتبارهما عنصران حيويان في التنمية الإقتصادية.

تعد التجربة الماليزية في التنمية من أهم التجارب تميزاً لما لها من خاصية وأهمية بالنسبة للدول العالم الثالث، والتي يمكن السير على خطاها للتخلص من التخلف والتبعية الاقتصادية. فقد استطاعت التوفيق بين اتجاهين الاحتفاظ الاقتصاد الوطني والاندماج في اقتصاديات العالمية (العولمة) . ارتكزت ماليزيا على المبدأ الاسلامي الذي يجعل الانسان النشاط التنموي واداته, واكدت على تمسكها بالقيم الاخلاقية والعدالة والمساواة الاقتصادية مع الاهتمام بتنمية الاغلبية المسلمة من السكان الاصليين (الملايو) وتشجيعهم على العمل بالقطاعات الإنتاجية ورفع كفاءتهم التعليمية والمهنية , ويعد فكر رئيس وزراء ماليزيا (مهاتير محمد) الفكر التنموي المحفز لقيادة ماليزيا لتكون دولة صناعية متميزة على مستوى آسيا ,وتجسدت التجربة الماليزية في قدرة الدولة شعبا وحكومة في الاعتماد على الذات ولم يتحقق ذلك الا بموجب توافر شرط الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي الذي كان الحافز الاساسي في التقدم الاقتصادي علي المستوي الداخلي. مع الاستفادة من التكتلات الاقليمية كمنظمة (اسيان) التي كانت قد اسهمت بتقوية الاقتصاد الماليزي ومنحتها مكانة في الاقتصادات العالمية. على الدول العربية ان تدرس تجربة ماليزيا دراسة معمقة ودقيقة في شتى المجالات سواء الجانب الصناعي والبشري وقطاع التعليم والصحة....الخ للاستفادة منها في النهوض اقتصاديا وانتشال دولها من الواقع الاقتصادي المتردي فمع ما تملك الاقطار العربية من موارد هائلة بشرية واقتصادية لا تملكها دولة في العالم الا ان نسبة مساهمتها في الاقتصاد العالمي تكاد تكون ضعيفة جدا . وعليه ان تجربة ماليزيا التنموية اصبحت أنموذجاً يحتذى به لكل من اراد ان يلحق بركب التقدم.أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بين محددات النمو الاقتصادي التالية (الإنفاق العام ، تكوين رأس المال ، الاستثمار الأجنبي ، صافي الميزان التجاري ، إيرادات النفط ، حجم السكان ، المدخرات والاستهلاك المحلي.

ملخص الدراسة:
يعيش العالم هذه الايام أزمة صحية كبيرة كان لها تاثيرات واضحة، وليست كسابقتها من ازمات شبيهة واحدثت فارقا هاما على مستوى السياسة الدولية والاقتصادية، في مختلف الجوانب الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية واحدثت ارباكا كبيرا في شل الحركة العالمية كليا، ومازال هذا الشلل قائما،لذا تبحث هذه الدراسة في إبراز الأثر الذي تتركه هذه الأزمة على نمو القطاع السياحي كمحاولة جادة في ايجاد مقارنة حقيقية متوقعة لهذه الازمة على مجموعة من الدول(الامارات العربية المتحدة، تركيا،ماليزيا،السعودية،اندنوسيا،قطر والمغرب) وتوصلت الدراسة ان قطاع السياحة والسفر واحدا من أكثر القطاعات الاقتصادية التي تكبدت خسائرفادحة نتیجة انتشار فیروس كورونا.

يُعرَّفُ الاقتصاد الرقمي بأنه الاقتصاد الذي يعتمد أساساً على اقتصاديات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمعلوماتيَّة التي تقوم على التقنية الرقميَّة، ويشكل الاقتصاد الرقمي المظهر الحديث للاقتصاد المتطور حالياً كونه يتماشى مع أحدث التطورات التكنولوجيَّة في العصر الحالي. فقد أصبحت قطاعات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والمعلوماتية من أهم القطاعات المحركة للنمو الاقتصادي في الدول المتقدمة حالياً، لما تتضمنه من إمكانات كبيرة في مختلف مجالات الاقتصاد الحديث، يهدف البحث دراسة أثر الاقتصاد الرقمي على الأداء الاقتصادي تركيا انموذجاً، واعتمد البحث على الاسلوب الوصفي، كتقديم عام لمختلف مفاهيم الاقتصاد الرقمي ودوره في الاداء الاقتصادي، فضلاً عن الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الكمي الاحصائي لتحليل النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها، . وخلص البحث على العديد من النتائج والمقترحات.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المتطلبات الضرورية لتحقيق الشمول المالي في الجزائر لما له من أهمية في توسعة دائرة المستفيدين من الخدمات المالية، وذلك بالتركيز على التحول الرقمي كأحد الحلول في تعزيز درجة الشمول المالي وتحقيق أهدافه للوصول إلى تعميم الخدمات المالية الرقمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تفعيل آليات التحول المالي الرقمي تؤثر على تعزيز أبعاد الشمول المالي من خلال الاختراق، والوصول، والاستخدام، مع تقديم العديد من المزايا أهمها تخفیض التكلفة المالیة لمقدمي المنتجات والخدمات المالیة وغیر المالیة، وتوفیر خدمات مالیة سریعة وآمنة، وكذا تحسین جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء والمواطنین.

ملخص الدراسة:
لقد أدت التطورات الكبيرة لتكنولوجيات الاتصال وثورة المعلومات إلى بروز مفهوم الاقتصاد الرقمي مما إلى ظهور صور جدیدة للعمل المصرفي ،وكما أن انتشار وسائل الدفع الالكتروني كان له أثر على قيام البنك المركزي بمسؤولياته في إدارة السياسة النقدیة والتي يمكن من خلالها التحكم في الرصيد النقدي والرقابة على التمویل وخاصة في ظل انتشار الخدمات الالكترونية واستخدامها كنوع من اشكال التحول الى الاقتصاد الرقمي، ومن هنا جاءت اهمية الدراسة من خلال ابراز دور البنك المركزي كسلطلة نقدية في إدارة السياسة النقدیة في ظل هذه التطورات مع دراسة حالة الاردن، حيث تفترض الدراسة الى ان استخدام وسائل الدفع الحديثة(العملات الرقمية) سيؤثر على ادوات السياسة النقدية وعلى وظائف البنك المركزي ، ويهدف البحث الى ضرورة فهم العلاقة بيت العملات الرقمية بالسياسة النقدية ومدى تاثيرها على التعاملات النقدية في الاقتصاد فضلا عن مواكبة التطورات العالمية في مجال الصيرفة المركزية ،كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العملة الرقمية ستؤثر على دور البنك وان انتشارها الواسع سیؤدي إلى تلاشي مفهوم السيولة وبالتالي زوال دور أدوات السياسة النقدیة في التحكم بالكتلة النقدیة.
