Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource meij_admin, meij_admin أبو معمر, فارس محمود Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-04-13 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أزمة انقطاع الرواتب بجوانبها المختلفة، ومساعدة وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في التعرف على المستوى الحالي لأداء العاملين فيها، والعمل على تطويره وتحسينه، و بيان علاقة هذه الأزمة بأداء العاملين في الوزارة، والكشف عما إذا كان هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، الرتبة العسكرية).        وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قام بتصميم مقابلة واستبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (4183) ضابطاً من الفئة الإشرافية في الشق العسكري بوزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الجنوبية من رتبة ( لواء، عميد، عقيد، مقدم، رائد، نقيب)، حيث تم توزيع (400) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة، وتم استرداد (362) استبانة.      وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أزمة انقطاع الرواتب ومستوى أداء العاملين في وزارة الداخلية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، حيث أنه كلما ازدادت حدة أزمة انقطاع الرواتب كلما انخفض أداء العاملين، كما أن هناك موافقة كبيرة من قبل أفراد العينة على فقرات أزمة انقطاع الرواتب بشكل عام، بينما جاءت الموافقة من قبل أفراد العينة على فقرات أداء العاملين بدرجة متوسطة.       وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة إنشاء إدارة مستقلة لإدارة الأزمات في وزارة الداخلية، والحرص على أخذ العبر والدروس من الأزمات السابقة والحالية للاستفادة منها مستقبلا وخاصة فيما يتعلق باتخاذ التدابير الوقائية، وضرورة العمل على توفير كافة السبل التي قد تسهم في التخفيف على العاملين في الوزارة أثناء أزمة انقطاع الرواتب. In addition, the study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on added value of supply chains. The study revealed numerous findings. First, subsidiaries of the studied sector lack the liquidity rates necessary to finance and maintain the technological infrastructure of these organizations. Moreover, knowledge management contributes to the enhancement of the creation of added value for the products of organizations affiliated with the studied sector. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource meij_admin, meij_admin المعلوف, ندى جبور Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-11 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين استراتيجية الموارد البشرية والمرونة الاستراتيجية، ودراسة تأثيرها في الأداء المنظَّمي في جامعة الفراهيدي تبعًا لعدة متغيرات، ,ولتحقيق الاهداف اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه المنهج الملائم ، وكذلك الاستبيان كأداة دراسة لجمع والمعلومات عن عينة الدراسة، حيث تكونت العينة من عدد من العاملين بجامعة الفراهيدي بالعراق في العام الدراسي( 2022- 2023م)، والبالغ عددهم (253) موظفٍ وتدريسي. وقد أظهرت الدراسة نتائج عدة أهمها:أنْ الدرجة الكلية لمستوى تصورات المبحوثين حول ممارسة استراتيجية الاستقطاب والاختيار في جامعة الفراهيدي (0.82) وبدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، كما كانت الدرجة الكلية لمستوى تصورات المبحوثين حول ممارسة استراتيجية التدريب والتطوير في جامعة الفراهيدي (0.78) وبدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، بالإضافة إلى انه لا يوجد أثر احصائي لممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية بأبعادها (الاستقطاب والاختيار، التدريب والتطوير، المحافظة على الموارد البشرية) في الأداء المنظَّمي في جامعة الفراهيدي عند مستوى دلالة  . وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة باستمرار تبني وتطبيق ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية في الجامعات وخاصة في جامعة الفراهيدي، وأن تستمر الجامعة بالعمل على تطوير آليات تعزيز المرونة الاستراتيجية فيها بما يعكس حاجات ومتطلبات الجامعة، وأن تركز أيضًا على دعم وترسيخ استراتيجيات التوجه نحو السوق من خلال تعزيزها لمرونة السوق ومتطلبات تحقيق هذه المرونة، بالإضافة إلى محاولة الجامعة لاستقطاب الطلبة من خلال توفير حاجاتهم من الخدمات المالية والتعليمية.
