The philosophy of Islamic legislation in its entirety is not devoid of social dimensions, which involve mercy in creation and their happiness in this world and the hereafter, and this is what we see in the chapters of worship, transactions, and donation contracts, and others. Quran has attracted a great deal of attention from Orientalists and Western and philological thinkers because it represents the most important influence in the heritage of Islam. They focused initially on understanding the Qur'anic text and trying to translate it and study it each one for a goal. The first of the studies was based on its historic appreciation of this text on Islamic civilization, and therefore the orientalists, led by the German school rearrange the fence according to the historical sequence they saw the most appropriate. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource جلول, مقورة المهاجر, محمد فوزي Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2012-02-28 2011-02-27 Description An account of the resource لابد أن الخروج برؤية واضحة ومنسجمة عن التواصل الحضاري يفترض وعيا تاما بذلك التباين السوسيولوجي، والتفاصل الايديولوجي، والاختلاف الثقافي، وفي خضم هذه المنظومة من الحواجز والحوافز وجب التركيز على ترقية الحوار عن طريق الارتقاء باللغة ليس صوريا وحسب وإنما تداوليا، وهذا لن يتأتى إلا من خلال التأسيس لرؤية فلسفية تحول الفاعلية التواصلية إلى كينونة إنسانية تتقلص فيها حدة الصراع، وتتجلى فيها مياسم التفاعل القائم على ما هو أخلاقي وعقلاني وجاد وهادف. ولأن الآنية العربية ارتبطت دائما بالموروث الغربي في صورته القديمة والحديثة وحتى المعاصرة، فإن الحديث عن دور اللغة من حيث بعدها التأويلي والتداولي يقتضي إنصافا وليس إلماما التركيز على أنموذجين في عملية التفلسف حول اللغة، غربي من خلال يورغن هابرماس وعربي من خلال طه عبد الرحمان. فإلى أي مدى يمكن لفلسفة التواصل أن توفق بين الأبعاد التداولية الكونية للغة، والمرامي التداولية القومية لها في ظل الانقطاع وضرورة التقاطع ؟ ما من شكّ أنّ التفكير في الدّين يعدّ تفكيرا في أكثر من مجال واختصاص، لأنّه كما يعبّر مؤرّخوا الأديان المعاصرون، والمختصّون في الأنثروبولوجيا عامّة، مجال الرّمز والمقدّس. فليس الدّين أمر هيّن كما تبرزه عديد الدراسات، وليس اهتمام حقول معرفيّة عديدة بالمسألة الدينيّة - منذ القديم وحتى عصرنا الرّاهن - إلاّ دليل على أنّ قضيّة الدّين جدّية، ولا يمكن الإدّعاء بتصفية الحساب معها أو تهميشها أو التقليص من قدرتها. ورغم أنّنا في هذه الورقة لن نطرح المسألة الدينيّة من زاوية عقديّة أو تشريعيّة..، أي من زاوية النظر الدينيّة البحتة، فإنّنا سنبحث في مسألة على علاقة وطيدة، بهذه المسائل، بل لا تقلّ شأنا عنها، لأنّها تندرج في إطار التصدّي لكلّ الشبهات التي تثار حول هذه العقيدة خاصّة، وحول الاسلام عامّة، ونعني بها الخطاب الاستشراقي. إذ ما من شكّ أنّ النّظر في هذه المسألة، يقدّم لدارسي العقيدة الاسلاميّة عامّة، والأديان المقارنة خاصّة، نموذجا رائعا للعلاقات المتداخلة ما بين النصوص والتاريخ وثقافة المجتمعات، وتمثّل النصّ الديني ثقافيّا.
