The Algerian legislator adopted the takaful insurance system, pursuant to Article 203 bis of Order No. 95-07 relating to insurance, in response to the appeals for its adoption, out of the success achieved by this form of insurance, especially after the economic crisis of 2008, as well as joining with the Muslim countries that followed this approach for nearly half a century. The study, titled Algerian Electronic Press, came from the perspective of Algerian journalists, aiming to know the situation of electronic newspapers in Algeria, as a means of media that was born as a result of the rise of the Internet and the huge development of information and communication technology. The recipient is getting information just by simply getting into an electronic newspaper with ease given our current era of speed. The way to get information is becoming very simple. The event is getting us through it, and this is due to the tremendous development in the media, including electronic newspapers, which have known a huge leap in the Western countries, so that they compete with paper, even with satellite channels, by relying on many advantages, such as including video and electronic radio. This made us try to know what developments the e-newspapers have reached in Algeria We interviewed a group of Algerian journalists based on the sample, and used the descriptive survey method that facilitates analysis of the results, and the data collection tool we used the open interview.. The current study aimed at identifying the differences between tow groups of secondary education pupils  ,one class of students excelling scholastic and one class of pupils who  are studying late in the quality of life in the light of the gender variable ,where the measure of the quality of life was applied to sample consisting of 80 pupils. The study reached the following results: -there are no differences between the superior students  and  the students who are late for the study on the measure of the quality of life applied in the dimension of the quality of public and psychological health and after the quality of family and social life and after the quality of education and study ,while the results demonstrated the existence  of differences  between  the tow categories in the dimension of time management. The results also indicated that  there are no differences  attributed to gender between females and males who are highly academic and females  and men who are late  for studies on the measure of quality of life applied  in  the study . Empathy plays a central role in human relationships, and is considered  one of the key concepts in understanding the others. All the research that tried to determine its meaning confirmed,  that it is the ability to understand the emotions, feelings, and experiences of the others and for someone to put themselves in the place of the other.        The aim of this article,  is to provide a theoretical overview of the historical development of empathy, then define its concept and remove the ambiguity between it and some similar concepts and  Identifying the emotional component and the cognitive component of emotional empathy. It also  identifies emotional contagion and emotional rupture, finally, we give the results of contemporary research in neuropsychology and the discovery of "mirror neurons" which are essential for establishing empathic links.
