يُعد القلب المكاني من التغيرات الصرفية التي تلحق اللفظ العربي، وهذا التغيير الذي يُصيب اللفظ، لا يُؤدِّي إلى تغيّر في مدلول اللفظ وإنما هو تغيير على مستوى ترتيب حروف الكلم، وهذا بدوره يٌحقق غَرَضا يتمثل في التخفيف.
الذي يعتبر مَطْلَبا لُغويا، غير أن بعض النحاة ينفي مثل هذا التغيير أن يكون في القرآن الكريم، بخلاف نحاة آخرين قُدامى ومُحْدَثين أثبتوا وبأدلة هذا التغيير (القلب المكاني) وعدّوه ظاهرة صرفية مثلها في ذلك مثل: الإدغام، والإبدال، والإعلال، وقد تعَيَّن في كلام العرب، وفي القرآن الكريم بقراءاته المتواترة.
وهذا ما حَاول المقال تتَبُّعه في القراءات السبعية في القرآن الكريم وذلك من أجل إثبات أو نفي مَا ذهَبَ إليه هؤلاء وهؤلاء بالدليل والحجة
The Metathesis is one of the morphological changes that affect the Arabic word, and this change that affect the word does not lead to a change in the meaning, but rather it is a change at the level of the arrangement of the letters of the words, and this in turn achieves the purpose of mitigation, which is a linguistic requirement, but some grammarians deny that such a change exists is in the Holy Quran, unlike other grammarians, ancient and modern, who have proven and evidenced this change (the Metathesis) and considered it a morphological phenomenon, such as: assimilation, substitution, and edification, and it was specified in the Arabs discourse, and in the Holy Quran with its frequent readings.
This is what the article tried to follow in the seven readings of the Holy Quran, in order to prove or disprove this phenomenon with evidences and arguments.

يعتبر التحليل التبادلي شبكة ممتازة لقراءة أي علاقة إنسانية، فهو يمكننا من فك رموز سلوكات واتجاهات الأشخاص الذين نتفاعل معهم، كما يمكننا من فهم الأخطاء غير المقصودة اللفظية منها وغير اللفظية الصادرة عنهم، والتي تكون سببا في حدوث سوء فهم وصراعات بينهم.
نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى وصف هذه الأداة (التحليل التبادلي) كأداة تستعمل داخل القسم المدرسي، حيث تساعد المعلمين على إيجاد استراتيجيات أفضل للتعامل مع المواقف الجديدة أو الصعبة.
Transactional analysis is an excellent reading grid for any relationship, it makes it possible to decipher the behaviors and attitudes of our vis-à-vis, to understand involuntary errors, verbal or non-verbal, which are at the origin of misunderstandings and conflicts that arise throughout life.
This article aims to describe this tool the A.T., as a school class tool, able to help teachers to use it in their job so that they find better strategies to face new or difficult situations. .
L’analyse transactionnelle constitue une excellente grille de lecture de toute relation, elle permet de décrypter les comportements et les attitudes de nos vis-à-vis, de comprendre les erreurs involontaires, verbales ou non verbales, qui sont à l'origine des incompréhensions et des conflits qui surgissent au cours de la vie.
Cet article se donne pour objectif de décrire cet outil l'A.T., comme un outil de classe scolaire, capable d'aider les enseignants à l'utiliser dans leur métier afin qu'ils trouvent de meilleures stratégies pour faire face aux situations nouvelles ou difficiles.

لقد أضحى استخدام تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال أمرًا حتميًا للتعامل مع التدريس الحديث لدروس الحضارة البريطانية لتحفيز طلاب اللغة الانجليزية كلغة اجنبية وكذلك لتلبية احتياجاتهم واهتماماتهم. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة واستكشاف تصورات و مواقف طلاب اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية حول تنفيذ واستخدام تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في مقياس الحضارة البريطانية في الجامعة الجزائرية بالإضافة إلى استكشاف تأثيرات هذه الموارد الرقمية في تعزيز إنجازاتهم في سياق اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية. وبالتالي، للحصول على البيانات المطلوبة، تم إجراء مسح باستخدام استبيان لعينة من طلاب السنة الثانية LMD بجامعة معسكر. وعليه فقد أظهرت النتائج أن دمج تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في مقياس الحضارة حسّن تعلم الطلاب وحفزهم. بالإضافة الى ذلك، كشفوا عن موقف إيجابي تجاه استخداماته في هذه الدروس.
Making use of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) has become an inevitability to cope with modern teaching of British civilization courses to stimulate English as Foreign Language (EFL) students as well as to meet their needs and interests. The current research paper aims to investigate students’ perceptions and attitudes towards the implementation of ICT in British civilization courses at the Algerian university as well as to explore the impacts of these digital resources in enhancing their achievements in EFL context. Thus, to obtain the required data, a survey research was conducted where a questionnaire was anonymously administered to the 2nd year LMD student at Mascara University. The results demonstrated that the integration of ICTs in civilization courses ameliorated students’ learning and motivated them. Furthermore, they revealed a positive attitude towards its uses in these courses.

الهدف الأوّلي لهذا البحث هو الترّكيز على البُعد الواقعي لكّل مضامين الحرّية ومعانيها. في نفس السيّاق، تُقابَلُ كل معاني الحرّية بأخرى مضادة مثل: القيْد، الضّرورة والحتمية. تُصنِّف عدّة مراجع ومنها مؤلّف زكرياء إبراهيم الموسوم ب مشكلات فلسفية: إشكالية الحرية، الحريّة إلى نوعين: حريّة التصميم وحرّية التنفيذ. تشير هﺫە الورقة البحثية الى إشكالية الحرّية وفقدانها مع الإشارة الى المدارس المدافعة/ الداحضة لكلّ فِكْر مع الإشارة الى إشكالية المواطنة من حيث أنّها مشجّع على عملية التّحرر أو داحض للحرية من أصلها. تكشف نتائج البحث وتؤكد على أنّ واقعية الطّرح الفلسفي تتطلّب اعتبار الحريّة عملية تحرّر داخلي وخارجي مستّمر وليس منتوج نفسي جاهز أو مُجهّز. تركّز الورقة البحثية مع التّوصية على دور الترّبية المهّم في عملية التّحرر بكل أبعاده وأطيافه.
The primary objective of this research is to focus on the realistic dimensions of all the insights and meanings of freedom. In the same respect, some countermeasures, namely constraints, necessities, and determinism encounter all meanings of freedom in a way or another. Many references, namely ZAKARIYA Ibrahim’s book Philosophical Issues: the Problem of Freedom classified freedom into two types: (1) Freedom of Planning and (2) Freedom of doing or acting. The issue of freedom revolves as well around two visions: Freedom Affirmers (defenders) and Freedom Refuters with reference to the extent to which citizenship is either liberation booster or freedom constrainer. Findings of the paper reveal initially the freedom is a continuous process to achieve, not a final product attain. Education plays/recommended to play a great role in promoting the process of emancipation in all its multidimensional prisms or perspectives.

من سمات التطور الحضاري والتفوق العلمي وجود الرحلات العلمية والأسفار للعلماء بين مراكز العلم في العالم الإسلامي، وذلك للتزود بالعلوم واكتساب المعرفة، فقد تولد عن دلك نشاط علمي كبير وباهر في الدولة الإسلامية، وقد قمنا بأخذ نموذج من هذه الرحلات العلمية والذي يتمثل في مجال الغرب الإسلامي خلال الفترة الوسطية مع تحديد أثرها في مد وتوسيع الروابط الثقافية، حيث ربطت دول الغرب الإسلامي علاقات متنوعة خاصة المغرب والأندلس وخصوصا في الجانب الثقافي ولعل أهم سبب في مد الروابط الثقافية هي الرحلة العلمية بين أقطار العالم الإسلامي خلال تاريخ العصر الوسيط.
Among the characteristics of urban development and scientific advance, we find the scientific journeys of scholars between the knowledge centers in the Islamic world in order to find and acquire knowledge. This led to a big scientific activity in the Islamic state. We took a model of these scientific journeys that is the domain of the Islamic Occident during the medieval era, and determined its effect on the extension of the cultural ties. The Islamic world had been linked with various relationships, mainly Andalusia and the Maghreb, in the cultural side. The main cause of extending the cultural relationships was the scientific journeys between the quarters of the Islamic world during the medieval age.

لا جرم بأنّ التمكّن من إخراج المخطوط من صورته الأصلية إلى نص محقق يعدّ في حد ذاته فتحا كبيرا، لما ينجر عنه من منافع عدة، وبالنظر إلى حجم المشاق التي يتجشمها المــُشتغِل عليه في سبيل تخريجه إلى النور، بيد أنّ الأكيد أنّه مهما خطب الدقة والأمانة في التعاطي مع هذا التحدي، وجَهِد في نشره على أجود صورة ممكنة، غير أنّ درجة موثوقيته تبقى دوما رهن ما يوفره النّص في حد ذاته من إشارات، وما يحصّله المحقّق من مظان مصدرية ودراسات حديثة تعضده وتزيد من إيضاحه، ومع ذلك فإن الخلل والنقص ظلا سمة مُميِّزة لكثيرٍ من الأعمال المحُققة وإن بدرجات متفاوتة، وهو ما يجعلها مفتوحة دوما للاستدراك والمراجعة، سواء في الطبعات المنقحة، أو ضمن دراسات مستقلة.
وضمن هذا المنحى جاءت دراستنا هذه لاستدراك بعض مواطن الظن والإبهام التي اعترت تحقيق مخطوط مناقب الشريف التلمساني وولديه، في مقاربة تعرّف ببعض مواضع الخلل فيها، وتسعى إلى الزيادة من قيمتها التوثيقية لاسيما ما اتصل منها بالعنوان والمؤلِّف، عبر التدقيق في نصوصه، وتوسيع دائرة التقصي إلى مصادر أخرى ذات صلة مباشرة بها.
There is no doubt that being able to extract the manuscript from its original form into a verified text is in itself a great achievement, because of the many benefits that result from it, and in view of the amount of hardships that those who work on it endure in order to bring it to light, however, no matter how careful and honest it is in dealing with it. Despite this challenge, and made every effort to produce it in the best possible image, however, the degree of its reliability always remains dependent on the references provided by the text itself, and what the investigator obtains from source texts and recent studies that support and increase its clarification. For many of the achieved works, albeit to varying degrees, which makes them always open to revision and revision, whether in revised editions, or within independent studies.
Within this direction, our study came to remedy some of the deficiencies in the investigation of the Manuscript of the “ Manaqibs of Al-Sharif Al-Tlemceni and his two sons“, in an approach that identifies some of the defects in it, and seeks to increase its documentary value, especially those related to the title and the author, by scrutinizing its texts, and expanding the circle of investigation to sources Others directly related to it.

نحاول في هذه الدراسة إبراز جوانب من التنظيمات الصناعية لدى السلطان محمد بِلُّو أحد سلاطين الدولة الفولانية في صوكوتو، التي قامت على أساس الفكر الإصلاحي الجهادي خلال القرن 13ه/19م، حيث نستعرض في ذلك دوره في تأسيس الورشات الصناعية لمختلف الحرف والصنائع وحثه على العمل ومنع التسوُّلِ والكسل؛ كما سنبيِّن تنظيمه للسوق الذي لم يبتعد في منهجه عن الشريعة الإسلامية، فعين له والي حسبة يتولى شؤونه؛ كما سنوضِّح أيضا دور فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الإنتاج الصناعي، مما أرسى قيم التكاثف الاجتماعي و التطور الاقتصادي في دولته، حيث سنحاول من خلال كل ذلك تبني طرحا جديدا نخالف فيه أطروحات الكتابات الاستشراقية التي قزما دوره خارج الإصلاح الديني، و ذلك من خلال إبراز دور دولة من الدول السُّكُتية بالغرب الإفريقي في تنظيم النشاط الصناعي المشابه لدول الخلافة الإسلامية بالمشرق الإسلامي.
In this study, we try to highlight aspects of the industrial organizations of Sultan Muhammad Bello, one of the sultans of the Fulani state in Sokoto, which was based on the jihadi reformist thought during the 13th century AH / 19th century AD, where we review his role in establishing industrial workshops for various trades and trades and urging him to work and preventing beggary idleness; We will also explain his organization of the market, which did not deviate from Islamic law in its approach, so he appointed a governor for hisbah to handle its affairs. We will also explain the role of the category of people with special needs in industrial production, which established the values of social densification and economic development in its country, where we will try through all of this to adopt a new proposition in which we contradict the theses of orientalist writings that dwarf its role outside religious reform, by highlighting the role of A country from the Sukkot states in West Africa in organizing industrial activity similar to the Islamic Caliphate countries in the Islamic East.

ومن خلال هذه الدّراسة سنسلط الضّوء على مفهوم السّير والتّراجم،وأنواعها وأساليب تدوينها،وطرائق ترتيبها، وأهمية هذا الفنّ في الأدبين العربيّ والجزائريّ، وكذلك الغرض من التّأليف فيه قديماً وحديثاً،فضلاً عن معرفة مكانة كتب السّير والتّراجم، وقيمتها العلميّة والفنيّة بين المصادر الأدبيّة، وغيرها من منابع العلوم والمعارف.
This research deals with the issue of the development of the art of biographies and translations in Algerian literature, which is considered one of the ancient literary arts. Algerians, producing blogs of great importance in the field of scientific research.
Through this study, we will shed light on the concept of biographies and translations, their types and methods of codification, and the methods of their arrangement, and the importance of this art in Arabic and Algerian literature, as well as the purpose of authorship in it, ancient and modern, as well as knowing the status of biographies and translations, and their scientific and artistic value among literary sources and other literary sources. يظهر في هذا المقال موقف محمد الغزالي في كتابه " جدّد حياتك" من مواكبة الشعر، وتوظيفه فيما له علاقة بوصف السلوك البشري، حيث كان هذا الأمر وقفا على النثر عموما، لقد استحضر الإمام كمًا هائلا من الأبيات الشعرية ووظفها حسب الموضوعات، والأهداف والمقاصد، وجاءت واصفة ذلك السلوك خاصة ما تعلق منه بأغوار النفس البشرية، وما يحركها من دوافع نبيلة كالصبر، والأناة، والأمل وأخرى دنيئة كالجزع والغضب واليأس...
ومنهجيا، حاولت أن أرصد الأبيات الشعرية التي استدعاها الإمام محمد الغزالي، وأنظر في مدى توافقها مع الموضوعات المطروحة، وكيف تناغمت مع الأمثلة التي ذكرها Dale Carengie. لا شك أنّ في الأبيات الشعرية المختارة حجة ودليلا يوافق ما أراده الشعراء قديما وحديثا في وصف سلوكات الناس.
This article deals with the stance of Muhammed al-Ghazali in his book « Renew Your Life » from keeping up with poetry and employing it in relation to human behavior, which was in general the subject of prose only. He has used a tremendous number of verses, and employed them according to the themes, purposes and goals to describe the human behavior, especially that related to the human psyche and what stirs it: noble motives such as patience, deliberateness, and hope, and ignoble motives such impatience, anger, and despair.
I tried methodologically to stand at the poetry verses that Imam Muhammed al-Ghazali choised and i think how it fits with the given subjects and how it fits with the examples and stories Dale Carengie bought.
No doubt, in that verses a proof which correspond to what poets needed in description people behaviors.

نعالج من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، بعض جماليات الأسلوب، التي احتواها كتاب "الإمتاع والمؤانسة، لأبي حيّان التوحيديّ"، حيث توصّلنا إلى أنه قد استعان كثيرا بمختلف الأساليب البلاغية (بيانا وبديعًا) من جناس وطباق ومقابلة وتشبيه وتمثيل، بالإضافة إلى أهم ما يتميز به الجنس الروائي من شخصيات وأماكن وأزمنة وحوار وحبكة، أين وظّفها بشكل إبداعي غير خطّي، وركّز على الانتقاء الأسلوبي في تكوين البنية النصية والدلالية للكتاب.
وقد تبين من خلال هذه الدراسة، أنّ كتاب الإمتاع والمؤانسة كتاب نثري، تقاطعت فيه مكونات الرواية بشكل واضح، فهي أقرب إلى الرواية السير ذاتية.
Through this research paper, we address some of the aesthetics of style, which was contained in the book "Enjoyment and Sociability, by Abu Hayyan Al-Tawhidi", where we found that he has used a lot of various rhetorical methods (statement and exquisite) from alliteration, tabaq, interview, analogy and representation, in addition to the most important characterizations of the novelist genre of characters, places, times, dialogue and plot, where he employed them creatively and non-linearly, and focused on stylistic selection in the composition of the textual and semantic structure of the book.
