The Internet is a global medium par excellence, providing access to information and facilitating communication, but it is also an access to inappropriate and harmful content. Child pornography has not only become a lucrative industry, but has also led to sexual exploitation and abuse of minors, exposing them to viewing pornographic content that harms their psychological development. It is therefore problematic to strike a balance between several interests: the right to privacy, freedom of expression and the protection of children and their rights. This article examines the nature of sexual offenses that children are exposed to when surfing the Internet and reviews the various measures that have been taken in Algeria and other countries to protect children on the Internet. The options for resolving this problem are discussed, as it seems necessary to implement a series of measures, including legal and technical measures. We have achieved several results through this article, including: the need to raise awareness among the public, in particular parents and students, of the dangers of the Internet and their training in the means of its use, as well as to strengthen the monitoring of the dissemination of personal information about children on the Internet and the training of investigators and judges on techniques and procedures for searching for offenses on the Internet. This essay is an academic research on one of the main issues in the knowledge of jurisprudence principles. The issue of knowing the indication of the prophetʼs intention to do something but not doing it. The researcher has adopted an approach of inducing information in his analysis, by defining what is meant by the prophetʼs intention of doing something and prior to that mentioning the lingual and conventional definition of “intention” then mentioning the types of the prophetʼs intentions and dividing them into different groups. This is by taking three points into consideration, which are, First: According to his action or non action, The second: According to the words that indicate his intention to do something. The research offers a jurisprudential study of one of the forms of naturalization linked to the conditions of French colonialism in Algeria, Articles and fatwas of Imam Abdul Hamid Ibn Badis, where the mechanisms of his jurisprudence are highlighted according to the facts of the reality of Algeria and according to a specific vision of the provisions of the Shari'a distinguished by the Maliki doctrine.
