لا شك أن إعادة توزيع الثروات تشكل عنصرا مهما في نظرية التوزيع بوجه عام، كونها تمثل الجانب الذي يراعي التطبيق العملي لنظرية توزيع الثروات، وما يمكن أن يتبعه من اختلالات يمكن أن تؤثر على البناء الاجتماعي، من حيث تماسكه أو انسجامه. ورغم أهمية هذه النظرية في الفكر الاقتصادي فإنها لم تعط حقها من الدراسة، فلا تكاد تجد في كتب الفكر الاقتصادي بيانا كافيا لمبررات قيامها في أي نظام اقتصادي. وقد حاولت في هذا البحث الموجز أن أبرز مبررات قيامها في النظر الإسلامي؛ وذلك عن طريق تناول نصوص مختلفة من الكتاب والسنة النبوية، وجوانب من التطبيق العملي لبعض الخلفاء الراشدين في التعامل مع الثروات وآلية توزيعها، وقد كشف البحث عن أصالة هذه النظرية في الطرح الإسلامي وضرورتها في نظامه الاقتصادي.
In the theory of distribution and in general, the redistribution of wealth is an important element in the theory of distribution in general, as it represents the aspect that takes into account the practical application of the theory of distribution, and the possible imbalances that can affect the social construction in terms of cohesion or harmony. Despite the importance of this theory in economic thought, it did not give its right to study, barely find in the textbooks of economic thought sufficient statement to justify its existence in any economic system. I have tried in this brief research to highlight the justification of the Islamic view; by addressing various texts of the book and the Prophet's Sunnah, and aspects of the practical application of some adult caliphs in how to deal with public wealth and the mechanism of distribution. The research revealed the originality of this theory in the Islamic discourse and its necessity in its economic system.

ربطنا في مقدمة المقال بين متغيرين أساسين سمح لنا ذلك بإمكانية دراسة موضوع جديد له أهمية علمية، تحت عنوان "الأخبار الزائفة والحراك الشعبي في الجزائر". ومن هذا المنطلق برزت أهداف المقال في معرفة مفهوم كل من الأخبار الزائفة والحراك الشعبي، ثم نقوم بإعطاء لمحة عن مولد الأخبار الزائفة وتطورها، بعدها نوضح أنواع الأخبار الزائفة، ثم منتجو الأخبار الزائفة، ثم موقف الاسلام تجاه الأخبار الزائفة، كما سنتحدث أيضا عن أسباب انتشار الأخبار الزائفة في العصور الأخيرة، ايضا سنتعرض لخلفية الحراك الشعبي من الصراع الى تفكك النظام ثم خصائصه ونقاط القوة، ثم سنتناول عنصر أغراض الأخبار الزائفة في الحراك الشعبي، ونبرز أيضا بعدها محاولات لتصدي الأخبار الزائفة بمبادرة كل من مالك موقع الفايسبوك والاتحاد الأوروبي في الحد من الأخبار الزائفة، لنصل لبعض التوصيات التي ممكن تقينا من الأخبار المزيفة. وقد توصل المقال إلى توصيات أبرزها: التحري في الخبر والتأكد من صحته قبل نشره، إصدار قوانين ردعية تجرم هذا النوع من الممارسات الغير الأخلاقية للحد من انتشارها وتفادي آثارها السلبية على المجتمع والدولة ككل. ننتهي بخاتمة ملخصة للموضوع.
In the introduction to the article, we linked two fundamental variables that allowed us to study a new topic of scientific importance, entitled "False News and Popular Movement in Algeria". From this point of view the objectives of the article emerged in the knowledge of the concept of both false news and popular movement, then we give a glimpse of the generator of fake news and its development, then we explain the types of fake news, then producers of false news, then the attitude of Islam towards fake news, as well as we will talk about the reasons for the spread of fake news in recent times, also we will be exposed to the background of the popular movement from conflict to the disintegration of the system and then its characteristics and strengths, then we will address the element of false news in the popular movement, and then we will highlight also attempts to counter the false news, and then we will highlight the elements of the purposes of false news The initiative of the owner of Facebook and the European Union to limit fake news, to reach some recommendations that can protect us from fake news. The article reached recommendations, most notably: investigating the news and verifying its authenticity before it is published, issuing deterrent laws criminalizing this type of unethical practices to limit their spread and avoid their negative effects on society and the state as a whole. We end up with a brief conclusion.

يرجع غالبية المختصين في الإتصال البيئي إلى أن ظهوره يرجع لعام 1962 حيث نشرت راشيل كارسون كتابا بعنوان الربيع الصامت ، والذي سلطت الضوء فيه على الآثار البيئية الناتجة عن المبيدات وبالخصوص( ديديتي DDT)،بعد صدور هذا الكتاب نال نصيبا كبيرا من الجدل وألهم أجيالا من المناضلين البيئيين ، وأطلق إلى العلن لقضايا حاولت الصناعات جاهدة إبقاءها في الكتمان، حيث برزت فكرة الإتصال البيئي كحقل متميز في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في أوائل 1980 من خلال التقليد النظرية البلاغية، الدارسون غالبا ما يستشهدون بمنشورة صدرت عام 1984 لchristing oravac ، قام فيها بتحليل خطب حماة البيئة والمحافظين على البيئة، وأنصار الوقاية preservationists ، وهناك من يرجع الميلاد الحقيقي لهذا المجال لظهور حركة أنصار البيئة " LES VERT "، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني حيث شهدت هذه الحركات تطورات كبيرة على مستوى توجهاتها وألياتها العملية ، وذلك من خلال ظهور مفهوم النضال الإيكولوجي أو المناضلين الإيكولوجيين les militants ecologiste.وبظهور الاتصال البيئي كمجال أصبح رهان وتحدي من تحديات الألفية الثالثة خصوصا على مستوى الدول النامية التي استفحلت فيها المشكلات البيئية والتلوث ، والنفايات ، والفقر ونقص الإطار المعيشي السليم، لذا فرهان الوعي البيئي هو ركيزة أساسية للاتصال البيئي، هذا المجال البحثي المهم جعلنا كمختصين نهتم بمختلف توجهاته من الناحية النظرية والتطبيقية ، نحو تأسيس وبناء إستراتيجية تطبيقية للاتصال البيئي يمكن تطبيقها على المستوى الوطني للنهوض بالوعي البيئي وإرساء الثقافة البيئية وصولا لتحقيق مواطنة فاعلة تسهم في تحقيق تنمية شاملة مستدامة . انطلاقا من هذا التقديم الملخص حاولنا طرح الإشكالية التالية: ماهو الاتصال البيئي كمقترب نظري؟ وكيف نبني إستراتجية اتصالية بيئية ؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال البيئي، الوعي البيئي، نموذج الاتصال البيئي ، إستراتيجية الاتصال البيئي
Abstract The majority of specialists in the field of environmental communication think that it appeared in 1962 with the publication of Rachel Carson’s book “ the Silent Spring” in which she highlighted the environmental effects of pesticides particularly ( D.D.T). this book won a large share of controversy and inspired generations of environmental activists in addition to that it opened fire on issues which industries tried to keep in secret. The idea of environmental communication emerged as a privileged field in the United States in early 1980 imitation of rhetorical theory.Scholars often cite chriting oravac’s publication 1984 in which he analyzed the speeches of environmental defenders and preservationists. Other specialists think that the real birth of this field is due to the emergence of the environmental supporters movement “ les verts” and civil society organizations. Indeed these movement and organizations witnessed significant developments in their orientations and mechanism thanks to the appearance of the concept “ the struggle for ecology” or “ ecology militants. Environmental communication as a field became one of the challenges of the third millennium especially in the developing countries which suffer from environmental problems such as pollution, poverty and low slandered of living. This is why the environmental awareness is a fundamental pillar of the environmental communication. This important field of research encourages us as specialists to care about its different orientations, the theoretical and the practical ones, in order to establish a practical strategy for environmental communication which can be applied at the national level to promote environmental awareness and establish environmental culture and education to achieve an effective citizenship able to contribute to the achievement of a sustainable development. From this abstract we tried to expose the following problematic “ what is the environmental communication as a theoretical issue? يُعدّ الإمامُ أبو جعفر أحمدُ بن نصرٍ الداوديُّ (ت 402ه) أحدَ فرسان المذهب المالكي وأساطينِه الكبار، ولا أدلَّ على ذلك من هذه الفتاوى والآراء الفقهية التي تملأ كتب الفقه المالكي، نقلها عنه علماءُ المذهب الكبار، فكانوا بذلك شهودًا على عُلوّ كعبه وسُموّ منزلته بين أعيان المذهب المالكي، إضافةً إلى تضلُّعه من علوم الشريعة الأخرى كالحديث والتفسير وغيرِهما، وما وصلَنا من مؤلفاته ـ أو أقواله ـ في هذه المجالات دليلٌ قاطع وبرهانٌ ساطع. وكتابه (الأموال) يحتلّ واسطةَ العِقد في كتب المذهب المالكي المتعلّقة بالمعاملات المالية في بلاد المغرب والأندلس، فقد ألّفه ليسدَّ به حاجةَ الناس في زمانه، ويجيبَ على النوازل التي كانت تحدثُ للناس وتقتضي جوابًا وتأصيلاً ودليلاً من الكتاب والسنة. ألّف الداودي هذا الكتابَ، وضمّنه أراءَه واجتهاداتِه الخاصّةَ واعتراضاتِه ومناقشاتِه لمن سبقه ممّن ألّف في هذا المجال، سواء أكانوا من علماء المذهب أم من غيرهم، وقد أبان بذلك عن ملَكة فقهية كبيرة، وعقليةٍ متحرّرة من التقليد لغيره، إلاّ ما أسعفه الدليل، وناصره التعليل. وقد قسّم الإمام الداودي كتابه إلى جملة أجزاءٍ، تضمّن كلُّ جزء جملةً من الفصول، بدأها بالمسائل النظرية، ثمّ انطلق إلى كثير من التطبيقات العملية التي كانت جوابا عن أسئلة كثيرة كانت تردّ إليه، أو نوازل تقع حواليه، فكانت إجاباته منظومةً منَ الفتاوى قامت على النظر الفسيح والدليل الصّحيح من نصوص الشريعة.
Abstract Imam Abu Jaafar A+hmad bin Naser Al-Daoudi is considered as one of the most known figures of the Al-Malki doctrine, and there's nothing as a strong evidence of that as all the fatwahs and his advisory opinions that were passed on through the greatest scientists of the doctrine which served as a great evidence on the high position he had between his acquaintances from Al-Malki doctrine. In addition to that, he mastered other sciences of shariaa' such as: Hadith, Tafseer and many others, and all of his publications and says that reached us demonstrated a clear proof on that. His book "Al-Amwal" comes in a leading position among the Al-Malki doctrine financial books in the Arab Maghreb and the Andalus. He wrote this book to answer the so many questions and situations that happened to people and which needed a clear answer from the Quran and Sunnah. Al-Daoudi included in this book all of his opinions, discussions and objections towards those who published prior to him in this field, whether they were from the doctrine scientists or from other areas. Al-Daoudi divided the book into chapters and each chapter by turn divided into smaller parts. He started by reviewing theoretical issues, moving to practical applications which served as answers to a lot of incidences and questions that he received. And by that, his answers were all based on his clear perception, the Quran and the Sunnah

دف هذا المقال إلى بيان الأثر المترتب عن رعاية المقصد الحاجي في الاجتهاد التنزيلي، ويوضّح أن علماءنا لم يُغفلوا هذا المقصد أثناء عملية فهم النصوص والاجتهاد واستنباط الأحكام وتطبيقها على الحوادث والنوازل والمستجدات؛ فجاء هذا البحث لتجلية هذا الأثر وبيانه، وقد قسمت المقال إلى مبحثين أساسيين: الأول يُعنى ببيان حقيقة المقصد الحاجي والاجتهاد التنزيلي، والثاني يختصّ بأثر رعاية المقصد الحاجي في الاجتهاد التنزيلي، ثم ختمت المقال بذكر نتائج وتوصيات البحث.
The purpose of this article is to show the effect of the care of the Legitimate need in the applied diligence, explaining that our scholars did not neglect to observe this objective during the process of diligence and extracting rules and applying them on the new events so the research came to illustrate this effect and to explain it, the research devided into two topics the first one talk about the reality of legitimate need and the applied diligence, the second one talk about the impact of the care of the Legitimate need in the applied diligence then i concluded the article by mentioning the results and the recommendations of the research

Abstract: The efforts exerted in highlighting the features of Islamic civilization had different forms and fields ,such as scientific writings : books, studies, academic messages, as well as media works such as films, documentaries, investigations and reports, ranging from written to audio-visual field. Exhibitions, in turn, are one of the scientific and media creative and artistic means that serve a field and contribute to highlighting a particular issue, in the field of Islamic civilization and science’s history of Arabs and Muslims Exhibitions present a creative distinction in highlighting the features and subtleties of this field, which did not reach by other means to present its true image to the world. In this research we try to present one of the models of exhibitions presented for the service of Islamic civilization, which is one thousand and one invention.

تسعى هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أشكال تواصل الشباب عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومعرفة تجلياته المختلفة والطريقة التي يعبر بها عن نفسه،حيث تركز بشكل أساسي على كيفية التواصل، والحرف المعتمد في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من طرف الشباب الجزائري. وتهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الحرف الأكثر استخداما في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدى الشباب الجزائري، وإبراز اللغات المتداولة من قبله. والكشف عن مدى انتشار هذه الطريقة في التواصل بين المستخدمين الجزائريين عموما والشباب خصوصا.كما تسعى الدراسة للكشف عن سبب ظهور واستعمال هذا الطريقة في الكتابة، ومعرفة فضاء انحصار استعمالها، ومعرفة أسباب ظهورها وانتشارها.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أحد المواضيع التي تهم شريحة هامة في المجتمع وهي شريحة الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وما تتطلبه من اهتمام على المستوى الإعلامي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال معرفة كيفية توظيف شبكة الفيسبوك في التعريف بقضايا هذه الفئة. ومن أجل بلوغ أهداف الدراسة تم تحليل عينة من منشورات صفحة الفيسبوك للمركز النفسي البيداغوجي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة العلمة1، واستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى كأداة للإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيس والتساؤلات الفرعية. وقد أظهرت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن أغلب المواضيع التي تناولتها الصفحة محل الدراسة تساهم في التعريف بفئات الإعاقة ومسبباتها وكيفية التعامل مع مشاكلها، وذلك بهدف تعريف الجمهور المستخدم وتثقيفه بخصوصية هذه الفئة وتوعيته بما تحتاجه من عناية واهتمام.كما بينت الدراسة أن صفحة الفيسبوك الخاصة بالمركز محل الدراسة تستخدم قوالب نشر تمزج بين النصوص المكتوبة والصور والفيديوهات مركزة على اللغة العربية كلغة أساسية للنشر، وهو ما أكد نتيجة التفاعل الدائم للمستخدمين مع هذه المنشورات.

تعد ظاهرة اختلاف الآراء والتصورات والاجتهادات بين علماء الأصول سمة لامعة لا يخلو منها عصر من العصور، حيث برّزت قامات علمية كالرجراجي الذي ساهم بشكل كبير في مجال تخريج الفروع على الأصول، وخير شاهد على تمكنه في هذا المضمار مؤلفه (مناهج التحصيل)، الذي يعد مرجعا يستقى منه أسباب اختلاف الفقهاء، ولتضلع هذا المؤلَّف بمسائل الاختلاف وتخريجها على أصولها وقع الاختيار عليه. ولهذا جاء بحثنا هادفا إلى إبراز منشأِ الخلاف بين علماء المذهب المالكيّ من خلال هذا الكتاب، وعليه يدور في خلدنا سؤال حول كيفية توظيف الرجراجي فروع المذهب في عملية التخريج، وطريقة إبرازه لأسباب اختلاف الفقهاء؟ والنّاظرُ في أسبابِ هذا الخلاف يُدرك أنّها ترجع إلى اختلافهم في مفهوم الكتاب والسّنّة وتعارضِ الأصول بعضها بعضًا، كاختلافهم في الدّلالات والإجماع والقياس وقول الصّحابيّ والاستحسان والمصالح المرسلة والاستصحاب ومراعاة الخلاف، واختلافهم في تخصيص العمومات بالأخبار والإجماع والقياس والعادة وقول الصّحابيّ، وتعارض الأدلّة كتعارض العموم للقياس وتعارض القياس للخبر ولمذهب الصّحابيّ، كلّ ذلك عمد الرّجراجيُّ إليه تدليلًا وتمثيلًا وتخريجا مبيّنًا أنّ منشأ الخلاف في المذهب راجعٌ إليها. ومن أهمّ النّتائج التي يمكن الخلوص إليها أنَّ اختلافَ الفقهاء في المسائل الأصوليّة وكيفيةِ الاستفادة منها يُؤثّر في عمليّة استنباط الأحكام الفقهيّة، وكذا التّعارض الموجود بين الأقوال الواردة في المدوّنة وتفسيرها وشرحها كان سببًا في اختلاف الفقهاء.
According to ERRAJRAJI, the difference between the scholars of the Maliki doctrine is due to the difference in the concept of the Quran and the Sunnah and the contradiction of the origins, such as their differences in evidence, consensus, measurement, companion statement, approbation, interests, and consideration of disagreement. As well as, their differences in the specification of what is general, consensus, measurement, habit, and statement of companion. Moreover, the contradiction of evidence all of which was deliberately and representatively clarified by ERRAJRAJI, indicating that the origin of the disagreement in the Maliki doctrine is due to what was said before. One of the most important outcomes, the disagreement of the scholars in matters of fundamentalism and how to benefit from them influenced the process of devising jurisprudence, the opposition between the statements in the blog and its interpretation and explanation was the reason for their disagreement.
