ملخص: يسعى هذا البحث إلى استقصاء وضعية الصحافة الأدبية في الجزائر قبل الثورة التحريرية، بين الرسالة الإصلاحية والضرورة الفنية، مبينين في سياق ذلك دور الصحافة -عبر مراحلها المختلفة - وأثرها في تطور النثر المكتوب باللغة العربية، متوقفين مع أهم إشكالية فيه، وهي جدلية الأدبي والإصلاحي، بين الرسالة الاجتماعية التي تقتضيها المرحلة التاريخية التي مرت بها الجزائر وبين الضرورات الفنية، التي يستدعيها العمل الأدبي. وقد تجلت هذه الجدلية عبر نماذج من الأدب الجزائري، توقفنا عند اثنين منها، تمثلا في بعض أعمال محمد البشير الابراهيمي وأحمد رضا حوحو، مشيرين إلى اختلاف الأدوات المعتمدة من قبل كل واحد منهما، مع توحد الغاية، التي أساسها بناء الأمة الجزائرية وخدمتها. لننتهي إلى أن فئة من كتاب المقالة – على قلتها- استطاعت المزاوجة بين الجانبين، بتقديم نصوص تجمع بين الرسالة الإصلاحية والمتعة الفنية
This research aims to expose the situation of litrary journalism in Algeria, before the revolution, between the performal message , and the artistical nessesary. So we explain in this context the role and the inflience of the journalism on the arabic prose development in Algeria. For that, the problematic of this research is the dialectical between the performal and the artistical, between social message and the artistical tools, in this historical stage. For this results we studied two samples, some one is for Elibrahimi, and the other is for Ridha Houhou , although the defferent between their styles, they had the same goal. In the end we can say; there were a few writers who achived the two sides

إن الاتصال الرقمي مصدر ثري بالمعلومات ، متاح للمستخدمين على اختلاف خصائصهم السوسيو نفسية ومواقعهم في الحياة اليومية، وهو عملية لا تتم بين أطراف عملية الاتصال فقط و ضمن بيئة و سياق اجتماعي و اتصالي ، بل يضاف عليه أنه عملية تتم بين عناصر النظم الرقمية التي تدل على استمرار الاتصال وتطوره ، و تجدر الإشارة أنه قد أحدث قفزة نوعية في الانتاج الجماهيري للمعلومات وتوزيعها بامتياز، وبفضله تطورت الأساليب الاتصالية التي تدفع المستخدم لمطالعة مضامينها أو حتى المشاركة فيها بإنتاجاته الخاصة، وفي هذا السياق تندرج هذه الورقة البحثية ضمن الأدبيات الهادفة إلى محاولة استقراء جملة من المرجعيات التي حاولت تقصي وتبيان مفهوم الاتصال الرقمي وفق أبعاده المختلفة، معتمدة على مقترب الاستخدامات والإشباعات ،كمقاربة نظرية له، والتركيز على أحد النماذج من خدماته المتعددة و المتمثلة في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وتحديدا (الفيسبوك) ،من خلال دراسة اتجاهات مستخدميه الذين وجدوا فيه بديلا لتحقيق البعض من حاجاتهم واشباع رغباتهم الاتصالية.

نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على دور الصحافة في إبراز توجهات الساسة الجزائريين خلال الفترة الاستعمارية، وقد وقع اختيارنا على فترة تاريخية هامة من تاريخ الحركة السياسية الجزائرية وهي أواخر الثلاثينيات من القرن العشرين الذي شهد أول اجتماع للساسة الجزائريين بمختلف أطيافهم والذي اصطلح عليه بالمؤتمر الإسلامي الجزائري عام 1936. لكن دراستنا لا تعنى بالمؤتمر الإسلامي بحد ذاته بقدر ما تعنى بصناع هذا المؤتمر ونقصد بذلك جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين وجماعة النواب بزعامة محمد الصالح بن جلول. هذا الأخير الذي أشار في أكثر من مناسبة أنه صاحب فكرة عقد المؤتمر؛ في الوقت الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية دورها الريادي في جمع الجزائريين لمعالجة أهم قضاياهم. نشطت عقب عقد المؤتمر عناوين صحفية كثيرة منها ما كان لسان حال الجمعية كجريدة البصائر، كما برزت على الساحة الإعلامية والسياسية كذلك جرائد عديدة موالية لجماعة النواب ومن بينها جريدة الميدان التي صدر العدد الأول منها في 27 جوان 1937، وأخذت على عاتقها الدفاع عن برنامج النواب في عمالة قسنطينة وزعيمهم محمد الصالح بن جلول
Through this paper, we are trying to highlight the role of the press in highlighting the attitudes of Algerian politicians during the colonial period. Our choice took place on an important historical period in the history of the Algerian political movement, the late 1930s, which saw the first meeting of Algerian politicians of their diversity, which was termed the Algerian Islamic Conference in 1936 . Following the Islamic conference, many press were activated, Numerous newspapers loyal to the Group of Deputies have also emerged in the media and political arena, including the Maidan newspaper, the first issue of which was published on 27 June 1937, and have taken it upon itself to defend the deputies programme Constantine and their leader, Mohamed Al-Saleh bin Jalloul

A revelation takes all human dimensions into consideration. Since the problems of biotics are global, it affects all people. الغش في الامتحان من الظواهر الاجتماعية السلبية المنتشرة في الوسط الجامعي، وهي في تزايد مستمر حسب الملاحظين، وقد باتت تؤرق الأستاذ الجامعي كونها تعيق التقييم الحقيقي للطلبة، ورغم التنويع في أساليب التقييم إلا أن الظاهرة ما تزال في حاجة إلى دراسات علمية أكثر واقعية للوقوف على أسبابها.
وعليه تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الأسباب المؤدية إلى الغش في الامتحان من وجهة نظر الطالب الجامعي، واعتمدت فيها الباحثتان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراية (82) طالبا وطالبة، وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن الأسباب المؤدية إلى الغش في الامتحان تبعاً لمجالات الدراسة هي الأسباب الأكاديمية أولاً، ثم الأسباب الأسرية والاجتماعية، وأخيراً الأسباب الذاتية.
Cheating at exams is a social problem, that threatens the course of educational system in most of its stages, has become a widespread phenomenon in the universities, and often disturbs the university professors. Because it does not allow a real evaluation of students, despite the diversification of evaluation methods, but the phenomenon requires more in-depth studies to find out its causes.
This study seeks to identify the reasons for cheating in exams from the students’ point of view, the study used the descriptive method with a sample of (82) students. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool to collect information related to the study. The finding showed that the reasons behind cheating in exams are as follows: First, the academic reasons, then the social reasons, and finally the personal reasons.

يعود تاريخ ميلاد التسامح في موطنه الاوروبي إلى ما يقارب الثلاثة قرون، لكنه اتخذ صيغته النهائية في نهاية القرن السابع عشر على يد فلاسفة التنوير امثال جون لوك وفولتير وبيير بإيل، وجان جاك روسو وغيرهم......وقد ظهر مفهوم التسامح في الدول الغربية نتيجة الحاجة الملحة لاستقرار وأمن المجتمعات، الغارقة في الحروب الاهلية حيث عاشت أوروبا سنين طويلة، في صراع دموي مذهبي طائفي. انتهت هذه الحروب مع ميلاد مبدأ التسامح الذي حلّ معضلة التعصب الديني و لملَم شتات أوروبا الممزقة وضمّد جراحها و أوقف نزيفها المزمن كما أعطى تقدما باهرا للمجتمعات المدنية و حرر الانسان من الخوف وأرسى قوانين أكثر إنسانية تضمنها ميثاق الأمم المتحدة فيما بعد ، وكل ذلك بفضل جهود أعلام فلسفة الأنوار الذين ينحصر فيهم موضوع بحثنا وقد حددنا مشكلة بحثنا عموما حول التسامح كمفهوم متحول بمعنى أن القصد من مصطلح التسامح يتغير وأن الأوروبيين استغلوا مبدأ التسامح لخدمة مصالحهم ، فماهي التحوُلات التي عرفها معنى التسامح عبر الزمن؟ وكيف تم استغلاله من طرف الأوربيين؟ ما هو مفهومه عند فلاسفة الأنوار خصوصا؟ وماهي التحولات التي عرفها معناه؟ ما هو مفهوم التسامح اليوم؟ من خلال بحثنا انتهينا عند جملة من النتائج التي نحاول من خلالها الاجابة على المشكلة المطروحة وهي كالتالي: مفهوم التسامح كان ديني المولد و قد حمل معنى تقبُل الآخر المختلف في المذهب، لكن مع جون لوك أصبح التسامح يعني التعايش في سلام وحق العيش في سلام كما ارتبط بالحقوق المدنية ، مع بيير بايل ارتبط بمفهوم الرأي العام و الحق في التعددية والاختلاف في الرأي وحرية المعتقد ،ومع فولتير ارتبط بتعايش الأديان والحرية في المعتقد. جميعهم انشغل بسؤال التسامح في ذلك الزمن كما تنشغل به الكثير من الأقلام اليوم العربية منها والغربية على حد سواء وقد أخذ التسامح صورته السياسية في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة أين ارتبط التسامح بالديمقراطية وأصبح مبدأ من مبادئ حقوق الانسان كما بيّنا في المتن. الكلمات المفتاحية: التسامح ،التعدد، الاختلاف، التعايش، الحقوق المدنية، حقوق الانسان، حرية العقيدة، الديمقراطية، ميثاق الأمم المحدة، التسامح مبدأ من مبادئ حقوق الانسان,
Changes in the meaning of the concept of tolerance" of philosophers of light to the Charter of the United Nations The birth date of tolerance in its European homeland dates back almost three centuries, but it was finally finalized at the end of the 17th century by the Enlightenment philosophers such as John Locke, Voltaire, Pierre Bale, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and others. Western countries as a result of the urgent need for the stability and security of societies, submerged in civil wars, where Europe has lived for many years, in a bloody sectarian sectarian conflict that burned green and land. This fierce war ended with the birth of the principle of tolerance that solved the dilemma of religious and sectarian fanaticism that plunged Europe into the quagmire of underdevelopment, ignorance and the annexation of Europe's torn societies, covering up its wounds, stopping its chronic bleeding, giving great progress to civil societies, freeing terror and fear and establishing more humane laws Which was included in the Charter of the United Nations later, And all this, thanks to the efforts of the philosophy of lights, in which the subject of our research is limited, and we have identified the problem of our research in general on tolerance as a moving concept in the sense that the intention of the term tolerance changes and that Europeans have taken advantage of the principle of tolerance to serve their interests, what are the transformations that the sense of tolerance has experienced over time? How was it exploited by Europeans? What is its concept among philosophers of light in particular? What transformations did he know its meaning? What is the meaning of the concept of tolerance today? In our research, we concluded with a set of results in which we try to answer the problem at hand: the concept of tolerance was religious-born and carried the meaning of acceptance of the other is different in the doctrine, but with John Locke tolerance has become the coexistence in peace and the right to live in peace as linked With civil rights, Pierre Pyle was associated with the concept of public opinion, the right to pluralism, divergence of opinion and freedom of belief, and Voltaire was associated with the coexistence of religions and freedom of belief. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الخصائص التي يجب توفرها في الأستاذ الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل مجتمع المعرفة الذي يتميز بسمات نوعية لاسيما منها التدفق المعرفي الكبير والتطور المذهل في تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، والذي يتطلب عنصر بشري مزود بمختلف الخصائص والصفات والتي تم حصرها في هذه الدراسة في الخصائص المهنية، والمعرفية، والبحثية. وقد تبين من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن العبارات التي وضعت كانت إجابات الأساتذة مركزة بين درجتي متوسط وضعيف وهذا يدل على أن الأستاذ الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية لازال نوعا ما لا يتصف بالخصائص المهنية والمعرفية والبحثية التي يتطلبها مجتمع المعرفة.
This study aims to reveal the characteristics that must be available in a university professor at the Algerian University under the knowledge society, which is characterized by qualitative characteristics. In particular the create flow of knowledge and the astonishing development of information and communication technologies, which requires a human element with various characteristics and qualities, which were counted in this study. In terms of professional characteristics, knowledge, and research. It was found through the results of the study that the statements of the professor responses were concentrated between medium and low degrees, and this indicates that the university professor at the Algerian university is still somewhat characterized by professional characteristics and the cognitive and research skills required by the knowledge society.

تعد ظاهرة ترك الاطفال للمدرسة في سن مبكرة والذين يشكلون مخرجات غير مكتملة للنظام التربوي من أهم المشكلات التي تعاني منها المدرسة الجزائرية باختلاف أطوارها نظرا لما ينتج عنه من هدر في الموارد ومشكلات أخرى ناتجة عنها ,لهذا تسعى الدراسة الحالية لمعالجتها والبحث عن أسبابها الرئيسية التي تكمن خلفها مركزة على أحد العوامل الرئيسية المتمثلة في العوامل السوسيوثقافية التي تتحول كإعاقة كالخصائص الجسمانية والخصائص الاجتماعية والثقافية للمخرج الذي يمثل التلميذ، وللتعرف على مساهمتها في جعل المدرسة تفقد مخرجات غير مكتملة كل عام بسبب ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي وذلك من خلال أخذ عينة من الموظفين في بعض المدارس وأولياء التلاميذ لولاية سطيف تحديدا الطور الابتدائي والمتوسط بالاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد توزيع الاستبيان وعرض البيانات وتحليلها توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
-للبيئة السوسيوثقافية للتلميذ والتي تضم خصائص متعددة تمثل للبعض نوع من الاعاقة السوسيوثقافية تأثير على نتائجه وقرار تركه للمدرسة وعدم اكتمال مخرجات العملية التربوية بدرجات متفاوتة.
-لا تقوم المدرسة الجزائرية على مبادئ المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص بل على محكات تقوم على الانتقاء والاختيار المرتبطة بالدرجة الاولى بالبيئة السوسيوثقافية للتلميذ.
The school dropout phenomenon of children at an early age that constitute incomplete outcomes of the educational system is one of the most important problems the Algerian school suffers from in its various phases, causing other problems. In this regard, the current study attempts to examine this issue focusing on the socio-cultural factors such as the physical characteristics and the social and cultural features of the outcome that represents the pupil. Therefore, to conduct this research, a sample of pupils’ parents and employees in some schools was chosen. The pupils concerned are studying at middle and primary schools. A descriptive-analytical approach was used to conclude the following results:
-The pupil’s socio-cultural environment, which includes multiple characteristics representing for some a type of socio-cultural disability, has an impact on his results and his decision to leave school. Moreover, the outcomes of the education process are differently incomplete.
- The Algerian school is not based on the principles of equality and equal opportunities; however, it is established on selection related primarily to pupils’ socio-cultural environment.

The socio-organisational propositions have laid down some principles in relation to organisational and in-kind knowledge at the level of homeostatic mechanism-making, in particular where the organizational sense is basedon theeco-supportive and organizational engines (thinking, emotion, and peer group norms) as an important force and standard of freedom and acquisition in a truly voluntary manner. The Organizational Empowerment reveals a systemic-cultural engineering as a humanist conviction that combines the behavioural, moral and material objectives that reflect the situation of the actors towards their functional and organizational membership. The present sociological study, entitled: organizational feasibility culture “self-management tool and organizational sense mechanism ”is a creative attemptat organizational thought, which aims to represent the principles of professional involvement as well as the symmetries in the organizational sense.
