Almeria became a large city in Indalosia and  populated by diferent races wich they  live together in peas ,and they participated in its progres. The adoption of the toponymic approach in the study of a part of the history of Chlef  allowed me to know the diversity of its populations, what was indicated by the name of the place.  The indication of toponymy showed the relationship of the man in Chlef  with the geography of his region and its ethnic origins and with saints and jurists who influenced them. As that the linguistic diversity of toponyms is shown the social mix and acceptance of expatriate culture; but the deficity in the field of research on the history of names in Algeria in general, including Chlef, which is linked to several human sciences, remains one of the problems that hinder any research in this approach. This study aims at strengthening the feminist literary landscape in Iraq which is a model of the feminist novel embodied in Lamia El Aloussi’s work by the name of “The fishers of the Wind”. It is a unique artistic drama that strives to enrich the woman’s image with its different dimensions be it social or psychological, by means of narrative texts that have become a model through which we can depict an artistic image of the woman with her identity and feminine side. The novelist Lamia El Aloussi attempted through her narrative content to convey her message -the ego- and talk about the narrative dialogue problematic, which translated in a methodology that has formulated its contexts as follows: How did the dialogue aspects manifest in Lamia El Aloussi’s work? To which extent did she succeed in conveying the pragmatic meanings in her texts? And is there a new added characteristic to the novel’s general tone? Thus, we will attempt in the present study to tackle the dialogue aspects in light of the results and data of contemporary criticism in order to unveil the principal data of the Iraqi narration.
