تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى رصد الظروف السياسية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية-الثقافية التي رافقت نشأة الصحافة في الجزائر خلال الاحتلال الفرنسي (الفترة 1847-1954(. ظهرت حينها -بالإضافة إلى صحافة الاحتلال- عدة تيارات صحفية كانعكاس لمختلف أطياف الحركة السياسية والفكرية في الجزائر. وقد أحصت أغلب المراجع أربعة أصناف من الصحافة الناشئة خلال هذه الفترة وهي الصحافة الحكومية، صحافة أحباب الأهالي، الصحافة الأهلية الجزائرية والصحافة الوطنية (الاستقلالية). أما عن ظروف نشأتها فقد رافق كل منها ظروف خاصة نشرحها في هذه المداخلة.

محاكاة الصّوت للدلالة ظاهرة تتفاوت في حضورها من لغة إلى أخرى، وهي تمتدّ بجذورها إلى الفلاسفة اليونان حينما ناقشوا قضيّة اللفظ والمعنى، ولاريب في أن للغة العربيّة خصائص تجعلها تتبوّأ مكانا عاليا بين اللغات الطبيعيّة، إذ حافظت على بناها الصوتيّة والصّرفيّة والتركيبيّة والمعجميّة بما لم يتهيّأ لغيرها من اللغات، مما يجعل الرّمزيّة الصوتيّة مبحثا أصيلا فيها . إذا كان هذا هو شأن العربيّة بين اللغات، فما الظنّ بلغة القرآن؟ انطلاقا مما سلف، تحاول هذه المقاربة الأسلوبيّة الصّوتيّة تبيّنَ الخيط الرفيع بين الصّوت والمعنى في نماذج من الخطاب القرآني في سورة البقرة لتنقُل الأثرَ من حيّز الوجود بالقوّة إلى حيّز الوجود بالفعل.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة علم البديع أحد علوم البلاغة العربية. وقد اخترنا أربعة من محسِّناته البديعية متمثِّلة في كل من: الطِّباق، المقابلة، الجناس، والسَّجع. وعليه نقوم باستخراج هذه الأساليب البلاغية من القرآن الكريم هذا الخطاب الربَّاني المصدر، البليغ في لفظه ومعناه. وقد وقع اختيارنا لسورة الرَّحمان كمادَّة نصِّية تقوم عليها الدِّراسة؛ لأنَّ السُّورة بديعة في مضمونها عروس في زينة ألفاظها ونغم إيقاعها. ويشتمل التَّطبيق دراسة آيتين لكلِّ محسِّن بديعي. مستعملين المنهج الوصفي التَّحليلي الذي من خلاله نستطيع استظهار بعض مواطن جمال فن البديع، وأبعاده النَّفسية التي لها تأثير مباشر على القارئ والمستمع. الكلمات المفتاحية:البديع، الجمال، الأبعاد النَّفسية، سورة الرَّحمان، الطِّباق، المقابلة، الجناس، السَّجع.
This research aims to study the science of al- Badi’, one of the sciences of Arabic rhetoric. We have selected four of his exquisite rhetorical Recitals: antithesis, paronomasia, al-muqobalah, and Assonance. Therefor, we extract these rhetorical methods from the Qur’an, this divine discourse, which is eloquent in its word and meaning. We chose sura al- Rahman as the textual material on which the study is based, because the surah is exquisite in its content, a bride in the decoration of her words and in the tone of her rhythm. The practical side includes the study of two ayates for each rhetorical recital. Using the descriptive analytical approach through which we can recall some of the beauty of the art of Al-Badi, and its psychological dimensions that have a direct impact on the reader and the listener. . .

تتناولُ هذه الدِّراسةُ دورَ النّظمِ القرآنيِّ في توجيهِ التَّابع النحْويِّ ) البدل ( ، و الترجيح ِبَينَ البدل و الأوجهِ الإعرابيَّةِ الأخرى التي قد تَتَداخَل ُمَعَه في الإعْراب ،و قد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الاستقرائيَّ الاستنتاجيَّ مستقصياً البدل في تفسير أبي السعود- أنموذج هذه الدَّراسة- ، ثم قام بدراسة مواضع البدل و تحليلها مقارناً لها مع غيره من المفسرين كالزمخشريّ و البيضاويّ اللذين تأثر بهما أبو السعود لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة و الإجابة عن أسئلتها. و خلصت هذه الدِّراسةُ إلى أهمية النَّظم القرآنيِّ في تحديد الوجهِ الإعرابيِّ الذي يتوافقُ مَعَ دلالة الآيات الكريمات ، و دوره في الترجيح بينَ الأَوجُهِ الأعرابيَّة المتعددة ، حيثُ لا بدَّ مِنَ الاستعانة بالنَّظم القرآنيِّ للترجيح بين هذه الأوجُهِ الإعرابية المتعددة ، لأنَّ الإعرابَ تابعٌ للنَّظم القرآنيِّ و سياقه ، لأن الألفاظ َترُتَبُ و تُنْظَم ُ وفقَاً لهذه المعاني ، و كشفتْ عن جهود أبي السَّعود في توجيه التَّابعِ النحْويِّ ( البدل) و بيان فائدة مجيء البدل ، و دلالته ، و ترجيجِ البدلية ِأو تضعيفِها عندَ تعدّدالأوجُه الإعرابية وفقاً للنَّظم القرآنيِّ و سياقه.

قراءةُ الإمام للقرآنِ في الصلوات الجهرية ، لها أهميةٌ في شريعتنا وقيمة في ديننا ، لذلك كانت الصلوات الجهرية هي الأكثر الصلوات تشريعاً وتأكيداً مثل : صلاة الفجر ، وصلاة المغرب ، وصلاة الجمعة ، وصلاة العيدين وغيرها . فجهرُ الإمام بالقراءة ودوامُ استماع المأمومين لها تُؤدي إلى تَعلُّم الناس للقرآن ، وحسن قراءتهِ وتجويده ويفهموا معانيه فيكون في نفوسهم عميق الأثر ، وفي حياتهم شديد النفع . وما أنزل الله تعالى كتابه (( القرآن )) إلا ليُقرأ ويَتعلمه الناس ويتدبروه ويجعلوه دستوراً لحياتهم ومُصلحا لكل شؤونهم الدنيوية والأخروية .
The imam's reading, in loud prayers saying, has a great importance in our theology and our religion. These loud prayers such as FAJR prayer, the MAGHREB and ICHA prayers, the Friday prayer and the loud 2 feasts prayers are more significant for Muslims and have a deep efffect on their souls as they have to be held loudly. This way, the loud prayer readings make people listen to the QURAN, learn its Verses, understand their deep meanings and apply them in their daily life . The Holy Book, the Quran remains the reference for a good guidance and a way for searching rightness when listening to its verses for the living and the other world.

يقوم الترتيب الأصلي للجملة في الكلام العربي على قاعدة معينة، حيث يتصدر المسند والذي هو الفعل الجملة الفعلية، ثم يليه المسند إليه والذي هو الفاعل، أما في الجملة الإسمية فتأتي الرتبة عكسية، حيث يتقدم المسند إليه والذي هو المبتدأ يليه المسند والذي هو الخبر، لكن يحدث أن تخالف هذه القاعدة ويعدل عنها، فيقدم ما حقه التأخير ويؤخر ما حقه التقديم. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتقدم مبررات وأسرار هذا الكسر القاعدي للكلام، من خلال الحديث عن ثنائية التقديم والتأخير في خطاب مقدس يعج بمثل هذا الضرب الكلامي في "سورة التوبة"، حيث نعمد إلى استظهار بلاغة هذا العدول القاعدي ومختلف الأبعاد الدلالية والأسرار الربانية، الضاربة في امتدادات الآيات الكريمة، وقوفا على نقطة تقاطع علم النحو وعلم البلاغة، انطلاقا مما هو معروف بـ" العدول" أو "الانزياح".
The original order of the sentence in Arabic is based on a specific rule where the predicate which is the verb precedes the actual sentence followed by the assigne which is the actor. In the nominal sentence,however, the order isinverse where the e assignee which is the subject follows the predicate.But it happens to break this rule and the order change. This study comes to provide justifications for this rule breaking by talking about the binary of submission and delay in a sacred speech filled with this example in Surah Al Tawba,where we will show the eloquence of this rule breaking and its various semantic dimensions and Lord’s secrets striking deep in the sacred verses of Quran standing at the intersection of Grammar and Rhetoric.
