The purpose of the study is to understand Islamic endowment and its contribution to achieving sustainable local development. The descriptive approach was used to describe the variables of the study (Islamic endowment, sustainable local development). Whereas, the historical approach was used when giving examples of the endowment history in Islamic civilization and similar systems in the West. Finally, the analytical approach was used to analyse the relationship between the endowment and sustainable local development. The study confirms that the endowment works to strengthen the elements of sustainable local development and contributes to achieving its various dimensions (economic, social and environmental). The judge is free of any pressure from any other authority and has no authority other than the law and his professional conscience. According to observers in the field of law, there is no raison for talking about an independent judiciary. The president of the republic is the president of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary. His ad joint is the minister of justice and most of his members are designed by this president. The position held by the President of the Republic gives him wide powers to regulate the professional course of judges, starting with his authority to appoint judges, and the annual movement he has been carrying out, whether by: (referral of judges to retirement, segregation, transportation...). Law No. 04/11 on the Basic Law of the Judiciary provides the Minister of Justice the authority to refer the disciplinary case of the judge to the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and to sign the warning. Using the descriptive analytical method, this article aims to reveal the contributions of neuroscience, It is a group of disciplines that research the structure and functions of the brain and central nervous system, especially neuropsychology, the science that studies the relationship between behavior and the brain, which has arisen from the convergence of knowledge between psychology and neuroscience in diagnosis, interpretation, and teaching of children with learning disabilities, these are children who suffer from deficiencies in academics skills: reading, writing, arithmetic, or in the developmental processes assisting learning: attention, perception, memory. It also aims to present the most important discoveries of researchers and doctors in neuroscience about the structure and functions of the brain and its association with learning, and They found that any defect in any brain area leads to a specific learning difficulty. Neuropsychologists also provided explanations for the origin of these brain injuries, including: Defects in the fetal brain, acquired brain injury, Imbalance of cognitive processing capabilities between the two hemispheres of the brain, Biochemical disorders of the brain. Neurosciences has also contributed to the diagnosis of children with learning disabilities using neuroimaging: Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (FMRI) and the Position Emission Tomography Scans (PET), In addition to measures of psychological, cognitive, mental and linguistic abilities. The research examines the case of human organ transplantation and highlights the subject of therapeutic human cloning, and stem cell treatment as scientific developments that entered  recently intoforce with a view to enhancing the chances of successful human organs transplantation, and explaining the requirement of the Islamic sharia provisions of each of them.
