The word independency within specific letters and in a particular vocal mode holds it a unique acoustic taste, each word differed from other words which lead the same meaning, in the Quran it shapes the special effect that is manifested in selected words formed from a selected letters; then formed a selected sounds, in the Quran these features are of a prominent formulas in hundreds of the vocal structures in various manifestations and in many fields comprehended by a huge crowd of his utterances in intense of the bell, the tune, the echo and the rhythm. The consideration is a description that is considered by reason and its destiny, and has a legal existence, and the jurists have adopted it according to their different approaches to inference on the basis that judgments are based on apparent reasons and not hidden matters. Although Al-shatibi –God bless him- was the first one to explain the purposes of Sharia, since he explained and analyzed it in detail, and setting rules for them, he has  left an ambiguity to  people who came after him which made them argue about proving it or disproving. This ambiguity is related to the definition of  Sharia purposes. That's why this research arrives to show the disagreement between the team who denies that Al-shatibi has mentioned the definition of the purposes, the other team who confirm that and the third one who brings these two opinions together, and also refers to the proofs of each team and their justifications for proving or disproving. The study was specific about the methods of using the sufficiency method in the Sahih al-Bukhari, and it relied on the inductive-analytical method by collecting and analyzing data according to the nature of the study, with the use of the deductive method by taking a comprehensive conception of this rhetorical method in the Sahih . In order to answer this, three topics were developed, the first of which is to explain the concept of this method according to the rhetoricians, and the second to explain the method of being satisfied with the applied models extracted from the Sahih . And the third in explaining this method in the words of Imam Al-Bukhari  The results of the study came that the rhetorical sufficiency method has been widely used in the narrations. Rather, it was used by Al-Bukhari himself, which indicates his care for the aspects of rhetoric. Therefore, the study recommended continuing research and exploration in the many rhetorical methods and the faces of their use in the Sahih al-Bukhari.
