This study seeks to track the opinions of Ibn Jinni on the substitution’s phenomenon of the vowels letters to the Hamza in his book "Sir u sina'at al-Irab", in the light of what has been updated in the modern linguistic. During this process, it tries to explain this phenomenon and clarify it, showing its ambiguities, as well as the identification of the most important views expressed by Ibn Jinni in his attempt to explain the reasons for the vowels letters’ substitution to the Hamza before comparing them with the most prominent problematic raised by the modern linguists, which made them turn away from the guidance of the ancient linguists by rejecting their interpretation and explanation. The aim of this research is to highlight the cognitive bases of the authorship’s methods used by rhetoricians in explaining rhetoric texts and its chapters. It makes the book “Manāhij al-baḥth al-balāghī ‘inda al-‘Arab, dirāsah fī al-usus al-ma‘rifīyah” by  ‘Imād  Bkhītāwī a model for this study, Which addressed many methods that serve the rhetorical course? The problematic lays in answering the following question: How far is researcher Mahmoud al - Bkhitawi applying these methods in his book? What is the most important cognitive base of each method?    The aim of the research was to clarify rhetorical approaches in the previous book; as well as explaining and analysing them, following a general approach; which consisted on reading the book carefully, extracting these method, studying them and analysing them - according to the analytical descriptive approach - and then developing the bases of each method. The most important finding was that Imad al-Bkhitawi focused on the cognitive bases of each of the method he mentioned, namely: cumulative and interpretative method, impressionist, normative and logical. This research seeks to analyze, interpret and debate the thoughts of one of the famous Algerian scholars; Sheikh Mohamed El Khodr Hocine, and his valuable grammatical researches. He is one among the scholars who studied the rules of the Arabic language and were interested to the general rules, which derived from Arabs speech. They also established their grammatical principles and searched for the progress of semantic terms. As well, they were studying the phonology, pronunciation of the Arabic language beside their glossary and rhetorical interests, trying to give a new lecture to the literary Arabic patrimony. The importance of this study consists of reading, analyzing the researches of this eminent scholar, that are carried out in the beginning of the 20th century, in which he integrated sometimes his old and new grammatical views with commentary, and in other times, he gave the opponent opinions. By this method, he could obtain interesting results in the modern linguistic research. In this research, we will try to debate this study by answering the following questions: Was this eminent scholar faithful to the literary Arabic heritage? What are the new grammatical rules that he presented as an alternative of the ancestor’s views? The current study aims to reveal the effectiveness of using a cooperative learning strategy (Think - Pair -Share) in developing critical thinking among students of the second year of high school. Five skills in critical thinking have been identified, namely: - knowledge of assumptions - interpretation Evaluation of discussions - induction – conclusion. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the experimental approach, as the study was applied to a sample of (52) randomly selected students from Omar Al Mokhtar Secondary School in the state of M'sila, which was divided equally into two experimental and control groups. The study relied on: a scale of critical thinking skills, a teacher's guide as tools for data collection. the results of the study showed The existence of statistically significant differences between the experimental groups and the female officer in critical thinking skills other than the skill of conclusion and for the benefit of the experimental group, The results also showed the effectiveness of using the cooperative learning strategy (Think - Pair -Share) in developing critical thinking as a whole among students of the experimental group. Land issues in the Maghreb during the Zayani era are one of the primary keys to understanding agricultural activity. Feudalism is one of the most fundamental issues in the land ownership system, and we notice this clearly through the intensity of fatwas, calamities and disputes that were presented to jurists for the purpose of handling and adjudicating them. Land ownership in the Maghreb saw a diversity in the issue of ownership and possession, as well as a variety of forms and methods of exploitation. The lands of feudalism and the royal back have played an important role in the resumption and approximation of some groups of the Zayani authority, as most of the sultans of the state cut off a lot of lands for the benefit of tribes, personalities and men of authority, including leaders and soldiers. We aim through the research paper to know the status of the land ownership system in Zayani Central Morocco, concentrated on feudal lands, and then compare this type of land between what is decided in jurisprudential texts and the historical reality and state policy at the time.
