تتأسس ورقتنا البحثية على تناول جانب مهم في حقل الدراسات القرآنية واللغوية؛ إذ تنطلق من تناول المفردة القراءاتية الشاذة وعرض خصوصيتها الدلالية وخواصها البيانية والجمالية؛ ويعود سبب اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع بالذات وبهذا العنوان أنّنا لم نجد دراسة تطرقت لمدارسة حيثياته وجوانبه، وعليه فإنّ مداخلتنا ستُثَوّر عناصره اتّباعا للأسئلة التالية: فيم تكمن جمالية المعاني المنسلة من القراءات القرآنية الشاذة؟ وهل حضورها في التراكيب يوازي معاني القراءات المتواترة؟
من هنا فإنّ البحث سيتكئ على مدارسة جملة من المفردات القرآنية الشّاذة، كاشفين الغطاء عن معانيها، ومزيلين العجمة عن مبانيها؛ بل الأكثر من ذلك، أنّ هذا النوع من الحقول الدلالية يصلح لأن يكون معجما لغويا ودلاليا يفيد الأساتذة وطلبة العلم على حدّ سواء؛ ليكون في الأخير لبنة أخرى تعزز من قيمة وقدسية هذا الكتاب المبين.
Our research paper wants to study an important aspect of the field of linguistic and Quranic studies ; So that it deals with the non-frequent Qur’anic term and shows its semantic and graphic meaning ; The reason for choosing this topic and with this title is that we did not find a study that dealt with it. From here, we were obliged to address the following questions: What are the aesthetics of the meanings of the anomalous Qur’anic Qiraats? Is her presence in the compositions similar to the meanings of the frequent Qiraats? Consequently, the research will deal with some of the Qur’anic words and try to show their semantic and rhetorical aesthetics. Rather, more than that, this type of knowledge field can be a lexical and semantic lexicon. The research confirms that the Noble Qur’an is miraculous by its words and structures, and this is the secret of its survival and preservation.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على الضوابط القانونية لإسناد الحضانة، لاسيما في قانون الأسرة الجزائري المعدّل والمتمم، بالإضافة إلى بعض النصوص القانونية ذات الصلة، ومقارنتها بالضوابط الشرعية التي وضعتها مذاهب الفقه الإسلامي في هذا الصدد، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على منهج تحليلي مقارن، من خلال استعراض أهمّ آراء فقهاء الإسلام في هذا الشأن، وموقف المشرع الجزائري منها، وقد خلصنا لبعض الاستنتاجات، التي تؤكد في مجملها بأن الحضانة مسألة متجددة في كل زمان، لا تقبل الجمود ولا الوقوف عند حدود المذهب، مما يستلزم إعادة النظر في كل مرّة في مواد القانون المتعلقة بهذه المسألة .
This article aims to highlight Legal and Shariah controls for Attribution of custody, in particular the Algerian Family Law, in addition to some relevant legal texts, as well as the study of the opinions of Islamic jurisprudence in this regard. In this study we adopted a comparative analytical approach, and we have reached some conclusions, which in general confirm that custody is a renewable issue at all times, does not accept stagnation and does not stand within the limits of a certain jurisprudence, and this necessitates a permanent review of legal articles in this regard.

يتناول موضوع الدراسة واحدة من القضايا المهمة في مجال الإثبات الجنائي في الفقه الإسلامي، وهي إثبات جريمة الزنا بقرينة البصمة الوراثية، وذلك بعد أن أصبح الاعتماد على هذه القرينة أمرا شائعا في مجال الإثبات الجنائي في أغلب دول العالم. غير أنه لما كان مسلك إثبات الجرائم في الفقه الإسلامي مختلفا عن ذلك السائد في نظم الإثبات الجنائي الوضعية، وخاصة في جرائم الحدود، ثار الخلاف بين الفقهاء - قديما وحديثا - حول الأدلة المقبولة في إثبات هذا النوع من الجرائم، وينسحب هذا الخلاف حول الحجج الشرعية المقبولة في الإثبات الجنائي إلى الخلاف حول حجية البصمة الوراثية في إثبات جريمة الزنا. وقد استخدمنا في هذا البحث المنج الوصفي في عرض الموضوع، والمنهج المقارن في المقارنة بين الآراء الفقهية والترجيح بينها.
This study deals with one of the important issues in the field of forensic proof in Islamic jurisprudence, which is to prove the crime of adultery with the presumption of genetic fingerprint. This is after reliance on this presumption has become common in the area of criminal proof. However, the way of proving crimes in Islamic jurisprudence is different from that prevailing in positive forensic systems, especially in legal retribution crimes; there has been a dispute between jurists about the accepted evidence in proving this type of crime.

وفي الأخير، تم الاستدلال بتجربة Bank KerjasamaRakyat Malaysia Berhad، كواحد من أنجح مقدمي خدمات التمويل الأصغر في ماليزيا.
خلُصت هذه الورقة إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات التي تطمح إلى تعزيز الدور الذي تلعبه آليات الحوكمة على مستوى مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر في التنمية المحلية.
This study aims to explore Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) capacity to improve governance practices as an effective step to achieve local development. Raising the standard of living, and lifting people from poverty and providing them with good quality financial services require improving governance practices of MFIs. Therefore, this paper tackled the topic gradually from the whole to the part. First, it dealt with some principles and fundamentals of local development promotion in general. Then it moved to MFIs governance particularly. In the end, the experience of Bank Rakyat Malaysia, as one of the most successful microfinance service providers in Malaysia, was cited.
This paper concluded with a set of findings and recommendations that aspire to promote the role governance mechanisms in MFIs play in the local development.

إنّ ما يُعرف اليوم بالقراءات المعاصرة للقرآن الكريم؛ هي تلك المحاولات التي استعانت بالمناهج النقدية الحديثة في تأويل النصوص، المستعارة من الفكر الغربي المعاصر من خلال عملية (إسقاط منهجي)، دون مراعاة خصائص الفكر العربي عموما، ثم النص القرآني خصوصا، وتعتبر قراءة محمد أركون واحدة من أهم المشاريع الفكرية التي حاولت أن تصطحب المنجز العلمي في الغرب، لتأسيس رؤية جديدة في تناول النّص القرآني، بناء على آخر ما أنجزته النظريات النقدية الحديثة، التي أفرزت آليات وأساليب حديثة في فهم النص، غيّرت كثير من المفاهيم، كتحويلها سلطة إنتاج المعنى للمتلقي على حساب المؤلف ...الخ.
What is known today as contemporary readings of the Quran; are those attempts that used the critical modern waysin theinterpretation of texts, borrowed from contemporary Western thought through the process of (systematic projection), without taking into account the Arab thought characteristics, and the Quranic text in particular. These intellectual projects have tried to take the scientific achievement in the West, to establish a new vision in dealing with the Quranic text, based on the latest achievements of modern critical theories, which produced modern mechanisms and methods in understanding the text, it changed many concepts; like transforming the authority of producing of meaning to the receiver over the author account ...etc

أصبحت اللغة العربية المعاصرة تستعمل بعض الألفاظ المتقاربة في دلالتها بالمعنى نفسِه، على الرّغم من أنها ليست كذلك. ومن تلك الألفاظ: الألفاظ الدالة على الأبوّة والبنوّة، فقد يستعملون لفظة "أب" ولفظة "والد" بالمعنى نفسه، وكذا "أُمّ" و"والدة"، و"ابن" و"ولد".
وهذا المقال يهدف إلى استقراء السياقات القرآنية التي وردت فيها تلك الألفاظ؛ للوقوف على دلالاتها والفروق بينها.
وقد توصل البحث إلى إحصاء الألفاظ الدالة على الأبوة والبنوّة في القرآن الكريم، وحاول توجيه دلالاتها اعتمادا على السياقات التي وردت فيها، حيث حدّد دلالات لفظة "أب" والفرق بينها وبين لفظة "والد"، ودلالات لفظة "أم" والفرق بينها وبين لفظة "والدة"، ودلالات للفظة "ابن/ بنت" والفرق بينها وبين لفظة "وَلَد"، كما حدّد دلالات ألفاظ أخرى على علاقة وطيدة بها: "ذرّية"، و"حفيد"، و"سِبْط"، و"عَقِب".
The contemporary Arabic language became uses some similar words with the same meaning; despite they are not so. This includes the words that indicate the meanings of fatherhood and sonship relations.
This research, tries to explain those differences by extrapolation of their use in the contexts of the Holy Quran.
In the result, the research reached a counting the words that indicate fatherhood and sonship relations, and tried to orienting their connotations depending on the contexts in which they appeared

إن بحث أصول حرية التعبير عند الطفل في مدرسة النبوة هو استمرار لمحاولات الكشف عن جوانب الطفل المعنوية، وتنمية مهارات تواصله الاجتماعي وإبداء رأيه بكل حرية مع الآخرين، باعتبار أن حرية التعبير عند الطفل في السنة النبوية هي أساس بناء شخصيته ولغته. وقد وردت أصول حرية التعبير للطفل في الإسلام ضمنية في نصوص السنة النبوية الشريفة، وجاء هذا البحث خصيصا لإبراز ممارستها الفعلية في عصره صلى الله عليه وسلم في هديه عليه الصلاة والسلام في التعامل مع الأطفال، وليس مجرد تأصيل نظري.
وقد قسمته إلى ثلاثة مطالب: الأول يتناول ضمانات حرية التعبير للطفل في المجتمع النبوي بعد ولادته، والثاني التدرج في تأصيل حرية التعبير في السنة النبوية لدى الطفل في السنة النبوية، ويبرز أهم طرق التواصل معه؛ وأما الثالث فيبرز أهم مهارات حرية التعبير ومهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لطفل المسلم في المجتمع النبوي بعد فترة حضانته وبحث سبل تنميتها، كمهارة الملاحظة ومهارة الاستماع ومهارة التفكير ومهارات الحوار والنقد والاعتقاد واكتساب العلم وأهم مهارات الممارسة والالتزام.
The study of the origins of the child's freedom of expression in the school of prophethood is a continuation of the attempts to uncover the child's moral aspects, develop his social communication skills and express his opinion freely with others, given that the child's freedom of expression in the Sunnah is the basis for building his personality and language. The principles of freedom of expression for the child in Islam were implicit in the texts of the noble Prophet’s Sunnah, and this research was specifically made to highlight their actual practice in his era, may God bless him and grant him peace, in his guidance, blessings and peace be upon him, in dealing with children, and not just a theoretical foundation.
It has been divided into three demands: the first deals with guarantees of freedom of expression for the child in the prophetic society after his birth, and the second is the gradual process of establishing freedom of expression in the Sunnah of the child in the Sunnah of the Prophet, and highlights the most important methods of communication with him. As for the third, it highlights the most important skills of freedom of expression and social communication skills for a Muslim child in the Prophet's society after his incubation period and researching ways to develop them, such as the skill of observation, the skill of listening, the skill of thinking, the skills of dialogue, criticism, belief, acquiring knowledge and the most important skills of practice and commitment.

This study examines the idea of the semantic alternation between the formulas of derivative description; and follow its evidence through the Sheikh Al- Bashir Al- Ibrahimi article’s titles.
The semantic alternation means the transfer of a grammatical structure of a particular derivative description from its apparent individual signification, and how it replace a grammatical structure of another derivative description; this formula acquires a new connotation that is different from its originally one; and that is according to specific context. This study is limited to clarifying the semantic alternation between the formulas of derivative description mentioned in Sheikh Al ـBashir Alـ Ibrahimi article’s titles. With the method of induction and application. This research reached to exposing the efforts of linguistics past and present to track the semantics of formulas in addition to identifying the places of rotation in Sheikh Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi article’s titles.
تبحث هذه الدراسة في فكرة التناوب الدلالي بين صيغ الوصف المشتق في اللغة العربية، وتتبع شواهدها من خلال عناوين مقالات الشيخ البشير الابراهيمي، ويراد بالتناوب الدلالي خروج الصيغة الصرفية الخاصة بمشتق وصفي معين عن دلالتها الإفرادية الظاهرة، لتحل محل صيغة صرفية أخرى لمشتق وصفي آخر، فتكتسب بذلك هذه الصيغة دلالة جديدة غير تلك التي وُضعت لها في الأصل، ويكون ذلك وفق سياق معيّن يفرض عليها ذلك، وتقتصر هذه الدراسة على تناول التناوب الدلالي بين صيغ الوصف المشتق الواردة في عناوين مقالات البشير الابراهيمي فقط، للوقوف على غاية البشير الإبراهيمي من هذا الاستعمال، ما جعل منهجية البحث تنحو نحو منهج الاستقراء والتطبيق ، ليصل هذا البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: الكشف عن جهود العلماء قديما وحديثا في تتبع دلالات الصيغ، بالإضافة إلى الوقوف على مواطن التناوب في عناوين مقالات البشير الإبراهيمي.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الإبداع والابتكار في تطبيقات المسؤولية الاجتماعية كأحد الطرق التي تكسب المنظمة أفضلية تنافسية ومساهمة فعالة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، فالمنظمات التي تكون غير قادرة على توليد الحلول الإبداعية والابتكارية لمعالجة الضغوط والمشكلات التي تواجهها سوف تتعرض في النهاية إلى خطر الزوال والفناء. حيث تعددت أوجه الإبداع والابتكار في مجالات عديدة (صحية، تعليمية، حكومية، مجتمعية وتجارية) نتج عنها إفراز عدد من المبادرات والإنتاجات العلمية والتي ساهمت في تخفيف وتقليل الآثار المترتبة للجائحة سواء على المستوى الداخلي للمنظمة أو على مستوى المجتمع.
وقد تناول التجربة الجزائرية في مواجهة هذه الجائحة من خلال المبادرات التي انتهجتها بعض مؤسساتها في إطار تحقيقها لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية للتخفيف من آثار الجائحة .
This research aims to highlight the links between the concept of creativity and innovation as one of the ways in which the organization gains a competitive advantage and the concept of social responsibility that expresses the organization’s contribution to achieving sustainable development .
Organization that are unable to generate creative and innovative solution to address the pressures and problems they face you will eventually be in danger of extinction and and annihilation.
And since this study comes at the time when the Covid-19 pandemic is still rampant, we offered to clarify the Algerian experience in facing the pandemic through the initiatives that some of its institutions have pursued in the framwork of their realization of their social responsibility to mitigate the effects of the crisis.
