In this field, the book “The History of the Al-Adwani” by Muhammad Ibn Omar Al-Adwani is one of the most important historical works that shed light on a large aspect of the folk and mystical heritage. The nature of the study, through this research paper, necessitated following the historical approach to investigate the most important peculiarities of this discourse, monitoring the most important concepts and linking them to the temporal and spatial domain in which the author lived, and trying to relate them to the objective history, in a literary style and with religious moral content, in order to arrive.    In the end to the conclusion that the history of Al-Adwani is indispensable On his understanding of local and regional history during the Ottoman period, it is a historical flavor that included a Sufi discourse in which the author combined the narrative style and the historical narration in what he dealt with news, migrations of tribes, Sufi discoveries, and spiritual journeys. The study deals with the issue of fraud, which is deceit and deception that makes the will of one of the contracting tainted by a defect (of its defects), and therefore, the Algerian legislator and Islamic jurisprudence gives the plaintiff the right to request annulment, or divorce to get rid of the harm, and the application came to the most important forms of fraud on the marital bond, which is fraud of defects Between the spouses, the Algerian legislator has expanded the circle of responding with defects to include every defect that contradicts the purposes of marriage, which is the saying of some jurists, and fraud of social status, and if the legislator did not stipulate competence in the marriage contract, he arranged for fraud to be repudiated for harm, and deceit by dissimulating his marriage when he desires to Polygamy. To prevent this, the legislator stipulated that the one who wants polygamy informs his ex-wife and the one he wants to marry, and if he does not do that, they have the right to request divorce being victims of fraud. The study concluded that fraud affects the marital bond regardless its justification and motivation. Its effect is not limited to The contract itself, but extends to dowry and the separation of the spouses, and this is what we will deal with in this research in detail. "The registration of scientific journals in global databases, and their obtaining high impact factors"; this topic has recently gained much attention and discussion among the scientific institutions. Especially those who produce this type of information source, for its impact on the reputation of the journal, the scientific institution, and the state. It has become an obsession that worries those people who are in charge of those materials. This study came to investigate this topic, focusing on one of the most important global databases, which is the Scopus database by introducing it, addressing its advantages, contents, functions, and information providing method.
