Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource ميهوبي, علي Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-27 Description An account of the resource لبحث يبين تأثير المقاصد في باب العمران، وقد بان تأثيره في ثلاثة مباحث أساسية: المقاصد الكلية، والجزئية والعامة؛ لأن الأحكام الشرعية لم توضع لمجرد إدخال الناس تحت سلطة الدين، بل وُضعت لتحقيق مقاصد الشارع، في قيام مصالحهم في الدين والدنيا معا، ومنها أسس ‌العمران المرعية في كل ملَّة، والتي لولاها لم تَجْرِ مصالح الدنيا على استقامة. وقد تبين من تخريج فقه العمران على قواعد مقاصد الشرع الكلية أنه يدخل تحتها ثلاث كليات: الأولى: كلية النفس، والثانية: كلية الدين، والثالثة: كلية المال. أما المقاصد الجزئية فهي ما يقصده الشارع من كل حكم شرعي بنوعيه التكليفي والوضعي، وهذا القسم أكثر من يهتم به هم الفقهاء؛ لأنه يدخل في مجال الفروع الفقهية العملية. أما تخريجه على المقاصد العامة فقد اشتملت على نوعين: المقاصد الدينية، ويدخل تحتها: مقصد العبودية لله، ومقصد التفكر في ملكوت الله. وأما المقاصد الاجتماعية فيدخل تحتها: مقصد نشر العلم النافع في الكون، ومقصد نشر الخير، ومحاربة الشر، ومقصد نشر العدل ومحاربة الظلم، ومقصد الاستفادة من خيرات الأرض الظاهرة والباطنة. وأهم النتائج المتوخاة من هذا البحث: أن لفقه العمران مقاصد شرعية ينبغي الحفاظ عليها والعمل لأجلها وجودا وعدما؛ لأنها تحقق المقاصد العليا والمعاني السامية التي يهدف الشارع الحكيم إلى تحقيقها في الواقع.  The research shows the influence of “purposes of shariaa” on “urbanism”, through three basic topics: the total, partial, and general purposes; because the legal rulings were put to bring people under the authority of religion, and to achieve “objectives of shariaa”, in the establishment of their interests, among them the foundations of “urbanism” that are observed in every sect, and in which the world would run straight. It is clear when matching the “jurisprudence of urbanism” with universal purposes of Shariaa that includes three sections: the soul, religion, and money. The partial purposes are what the legislators intend from every legal ruling of both mandated and positivist types, which the jurists care about; because they represent the practical jurisprudence. When matching with general purposes, it distinguishes two types: religious purposes, including: the servitude to Allah, and the purpose of contemplating His kingdom. considering social purposes, they include: spreading useful knowledge in the universe, generating the good, fighting evil, injustice, and benefiting from the earth's apparent and hidden bounties. The most important result expected from this research is that the “jurisprudence of urbanism” has legitimate purposes that must be preserved and worked for, because in reality it aims at realizing the higher purposes and meanings of shariaa . Celle-ci ne connaît pas actuellement l’essor souhaité à la fois par les patients et les pouvoirs publics. Plusieurs centres hospitaliers universitaires sont adaptés à la transplantation rénale et peuvent développer cette thérapeutique.             La première greffe rénale à partir de rein de cadavre a été réalisée le 1er décembre 2002 au Centre Hospitalier Universitaire DR. Benbadis de Constantine et l’Etablissement Hospitalier Spécialisé de DAKSI. L’activité de transplantation a été possible grâce à un environnement favorable, à une motivation des différentes équipes du Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Constantine. En six mois, nous avons prélevé trois patients en mort cérébrale sur douze tentatives et nous avons pu greffer six patients en insuffisance rénale chronique. Les résultats immédiats sont satisfaisants.
