Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource كريم , تغريد حاكم عبد زيد الشمري, حيدر حسين رحمون, بلقاسم Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-03-15 2023-06-29 Description An account of the resource تعد مسألة القوامة الزوجية من أهم المواضيع التي اثارت جدلا واسعا في الوقت الحاضر خصوصا من أصحاب الأراء التي تدعوا الى أنصاف المرأة و مساواتها مع الرجل في كافة الحقوق خصوصا تلك المتعلقة في الحياة الزوجية و الدعوة الى أنهاء القوامة المفروضة للزوج على زوجته و التي اقرها القران الكريم وبهذا ظهرت أتجاهات واسعة تدعو الى الغاء هذه القوامة كون القوامة الزوجية و حسب رأيهم تتعلق بالأنفاق فقط و في الوقت الحاضر لا تحتاج المرأة الى هذه القوامة لكونها تنفق على نفسها بحكم تطور الحياة و خروج المرأة و مشاركتها في جميع ميادين العمل  فالموضوع له أهمية كبيرة يستوجب البحث فيه و لعل الدافع الى البحث في هذا الموضوع هو قلة الدراسات التي تناولت القوامة الزوجية في الوقت الحاضر من جميع جوانبها و أهمها هو حالات ضعف القوامة الزوجية او تقيدها و كذلك انهائها و قصور المشرع العراقي من تناول هذا الحق في قانونه . و تناولت هذه الدراسة أحكام القوامة الزوجية من حيث أثر الاشتراطات التي تشترطها الزوجة في عقد الزواج على حقوق الزوج المتمثلة بالقوامة الزوجية و هي أهم الحقوق التي يتمتع بها الزوج و كذلك تناولت الدراسة أثر عمل الزوجة و أنفاقها على نفسها من حيث أن المرتكز الاساسي للقوامة هو أنفاق الزوج على زوجته و هل أثر أنفاق الزوجة على نفسها على قوامة الزوج ؟ و تناولت الباحثة من خلال البحث رأي الفقه الاسلامي بمذاهبه المتعددة و رأي القانون المقارن من حيث صح الاشتراطات في عقد الزواج و مدى أثرها على الحقوق الزوجية و أهمها القوامة الزوجية . ينصبّ هذا المقال على دراسة جماليات الخطاب السردي وعناصره النفّية في رواية "عشرة أيام في الفردوس" (لأحمد شنه)، من خلال التركيز على عناصر (الزمن الاستباق والاسترجاع)، وميزة هذا العمل الروائي أنّ مبدعه شاعر في الأصل لذلك كان أسلوبه رومنسي بلغة سهلة وجذّابة ومحاور أهمها نقاط هيام وعشق لما هو جميل، وشخصيات ورموز شاعرية وتعاقبية وفضاء حياتي بمناظره ولوحاته الغنائية، وكان على ركح مسرحي أبطالها شخصيات جمع في خطابهما: الجانب التاريخي الفنّي والجانب الروحي النفسي من بداية الذاكرة الإنسانية وما حفلت به من بطولات وعلاقات، وتظهر بذلك المهارات في نصّ مكتوب يحفل بامتداد حضاري بين المشرق اللبناني والمغرب الجزائري ثم الارتباط بعناصر الهوية والانتماء الوطني الواضح.   This article is a study of the aesthetics of the narrative discourse and its negational elements in the novel "Ten Days in Paradise" (by Ahmed Shanna).It mainly focuses on the elements (time, anticipation and retrieval). The advantage of this novel is that its creator is a poet in origin, so his style was romantic in an easy and attractive language in the most important axes of love for what is beautiful, characters and symbols of street and succession and the space of life with its scenes and lyrical paintings. Spiritual and psychological from the beginning of human memory and the tournaments and relationships that were filled with it.
