هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر بيئة العمل على الاغتراب الوظيفي، حيث استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الإجتماعي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (291) موظفًا وموظفة، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانه لقياس الاغتراب الوظيفي وبيئة العمل. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الاغتراب الوظيفي وبيئة العمل جاء بتقدير متوسط. وتبين أن هناك علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاغتراب الوظيفي وكل من التكنولوجيا المستخدمة وظروف العمل ونمط الاتصال. وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاغتراب الوظيفي وكل من الأنظمة والتعليمات والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار. وقد اتضح أنه لا يوجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول الاغتراب الوظيفي تبعـًا لمتغيري الجنس والمسمى الوظيفي، بينما هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول الاغتراب الوظيفي تبعـًا لمتغير العمر لصالح الفئة العمرية من (24-29 سنة). وهناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول الاغتراب الوظيفي تبعـًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح من لديهم خبرة أقل من سنة، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة شهادة الدكتوراة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبيئة العمل على الاغتراب الوظيفي وكان اتجاه هذا الأثر عكسي، بمعنى أنه كلما زاد الاهتمام ببيئة العمل من قبل إدارة المستشفى قل شعور الإداريين بالاغتراب الوظيفي. وأخيرًا أبرزت الدراسة بعض التوصيات ذات العلاقة.
دارت تساؤلات كثيرة حول الدّرس اللّغوي العربيّ ، كما حامت شكوك حول أصالته وعدم تأثّره بما سبقه من دروس ، فمن قائل أنّ النحو ليس عربيّ الأصول ،إلى مدّعِ أنّ النّحو كُتب قبل سيبويه وامتدت هذه التساؤلات والاختلافات لوقتنا هذا حتى بات أبناء العربية يخلطون في المصطلحات الدّالة على المفهوم الواحد ، تجدنانستعمل لسانيات عربية تارة ولغويات عربية أخرى لوصف الدرس اللغوي عامة قديما وحديثا مما خلق ارتباكا مفاهيميا عند القاريء ، ونظرا لذلك يعالج هذا المقال نقاط الالتقاء والتفرع بين المصطلحين اعتمادا على آراء لسانية جزائرية

The principle of state reasonability is one of the fundamental concepts under international humanitarian law. Especially after the global consensus to resolve the legality of humanitarian intervention and its relation to state sovereignty. This approach indicates that the state is under the obligation to protect its citizens from humanitarian disasters such as, genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and crimes against humanity, however the international community bears this responsibility sometimes. This study addresses the legal concept of state responsibility and its application during humanitarian intervention.
يعاني المتعلم الكفيف في مسيرته العلميّة من مشكلات عدة تواجهه في مختلف الأطوار التّعليميّة، وعليه يسعى هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أبرز الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجه الكفيف أثناء مسيرته العلمية، انطلاقا من المرحلة الابتدائية مرورا بالمرحلة المتوسطة نزولا عند المرحلة الثانوية وصولا إلى المرحلة الجامعية، وكذا الإجابة عن بعض التساؤلات التي يمكن عدها إشكالية لهذا الموضوع من قبيل: -إلى أيّ مدى أثّرت مكوّنات المناهج التعليميّة الجزائريّة في تعليميّة المكفوفين في مختلف الأطوار التربويّة؟ -ما هي العوائق التي تعترض المتعلم الكفيف في مختلف الأطوار التربوية؟ هل هي نفسها التي تواجه المتعلم المبصر؟ -ما هي الحلول التي يمكن اقتراحها من أجل النهوض بمستوى تعليم هذه الفئة؟ مما سبق يمكن تقسيم هذا الموضوع إلى محاور كبرى؛ ترتكز على التعريف بالمتعلم الكفيف، والمشكلات التدريسية التي تواجهه، والحلول المقترحة لتخطي هذه العقبات، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي.
Blind learners face several problems in the educational stages during their learning journey. Accordingly, this research seeks to shed light on the most significant difficulties and problems, from the primary, middle, and high school to the university stage. This paper aims to answer some questions that can be considered problematic in this context: To what extent do the components of the Algerian educational curricula affect the education of the blind in the various educational stages? What are the obstacles facing blind learners in different educational settings? Are they the same barriers facing sighted learners? What are the suggested solutions for raising the educational level of blind learners? On this basis, this topic into the following sections. First, introduce the blind learners' background. Second, the teaching problems blind learners face. Third, the proposed solutions to overcome these obstacles. The current study depends on the descriptive approaches

This research aims to identify the threats posed by cybercrime to the fintech sector, as well as the preventative measures taken by the industry in the form of cybersecurity. This study employs a systematic literature review approach to analyzing previously published publications on cybercrime and cybersecurity in the financial technology industry. The survey found that cybercrime issues in the fintech industry include lax cybercrime rules, theft of data and information, and infringement of intellectual property. Proactive measures strengthened legislation, and establishing a trustworthy cybersecurity framework or system may all be used to combat cybercrime in the fintech industry.
This study's findings may serve as a resource for academics, practitioners, regulators, and fintech players interested in learning more about the evolution of cybercrime and cybersecurity in the financial technology sector. While this study does an excellent job of summarizing and expanding upon the research findings in each chosen article, it needs to analyze the connections between the pieces. Broadening the scope of the article under evaluation, using other literature review techniques, or doing more empirical research are all viable options for recommending additional studies to corroborate the findings of the current one.
إن فهم اللغة المسموعة أو المنطوقة التي يجري بها التعليم في الأقسام الدراسية يقتضي حسن تلقيها ووصولها إلى التلاميذ بشكل يسمح لهم بحسن معالجتها بالتالي إدراكها واستيعابها، ومادام الأمر كذالك، فان جملة العوامل المؤثرة على الفهم من هذه الناحية، يمكن إرجاعها إلى نفس العوامل المؤثرة على عملية الاتصال الشفهي، إذ تحتاج هذه العملية (الفهم) إلى فعالية التبادل اللفظي بين المعلم وتلاميذه بواسطة رسائل مسموعة –في هذا الصدد- تكون واضحة يسهل على التلاميذ فهمها وكذا المعلم باعتباره يتبادل مع التلاميذ أدوار الإرسال والاستقبال خلال العملية التعلمية التعليمية. وهذا كله يستدعي خلو القسم الدراسي من أية معيقات، لكن هذا يبقى ضربا من ضروب المحال، إذ يستحيل أن تجد بيئة تعليمية خارجية صافية من المعيقات التي تتنوع بين عوائق في لغة التواصل ذاتها، أو عوائق في مرسل الرسالة اللغوية، أو متلقيها.
The comprehension of the audible or spoken language in which the teaching is given in the school classes requires that it be well received by the pupils and reached them in such a way that they are able to treat it well and thus perceive and assimilate it. Naturally, the factors that influence understanding in this regard can be attributed to the same factors that influence the oral communication process. This process (understanding) requires an efficient verbal exchange between the teacher and his pupils through audible messages that must be clear and easy to understand for them as well as for the teacher; given that the latter swaps with his pupils the roles of transmitter/receiver during the teaching-learning process. All this requires that the school class be free from any obstruction, which is impossible, since it is inconceivable to find an external educational environment without obstacles which vary between those concerning the language of communication in itself, or obstacles relating to the sender of the language message or, finally, those which hinder the receiver.

The Government of Saudi Arabia has made expanding access to quality medical care a top priority in all three phases (primary, secondary, and tertiary) through health policies, starting with primary care. As a direct result of this, there has been a significant rise in the general level of health among Saudi citizens over the past few decades. However, several issues present challenges to the healthcare system. These include a shortage of Saudi health professionals, the multiple roles played by the Ministry of Health, limited financial resources, changing disease patterns, high demand due to free services, the absence of a national policy for crisis management, poor access to some health services, and the need for a national health information system and the condition to utilize the potential offered by e-health strategies. The study found that primary, secondary, and tertiary health care in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has progressed significantly in recent years thanks to the continuous focus and funding from the government. Thus, the health of the Saudi people has improved dramatically. The Ministry of Health (MOH) has implemented several service improvements, focusing on Primary Health Care (PHC).
يتناول هذا المقال موضوع التداخل اللغوي الذي يظهر اليوم على ألسنة معظم المتكلمين باللهجة الباتنية التي تعرف تركيبا بين نوعين لغويين مختلفين على الأقل، حيث تعد الأمازيغية إحدى هذه اللغات التي تشكل حضورا ملحوظا خاصة بمفرداتها المعتبرة من حيث عددها في اللهجة الباتنية، التي تبدو أكثر بروزا من مجموعة اللغات الأخرى. يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهم مظاهر التداخل اللغوي بين العربية والأمازيغية والبحث فيما يمكن تسجيله على اللهجة الباتنية من ثبات أو تغير وفق ما تخضع له اللغات من تطور على المستوى المعجمي، الصوتي والصرفي.
This article examines the linguistic interference that is appear today in the tongues of most speakers of Batna dialect. Which is a combination of at least two different linguistic types. Where Amazigh is one of these two languages that constitute a clear presence especially with its significant vocabulary in terms of number in the Batnian dialect, which seems more prominent than the other group of languages. This article, aims to show the most important aspects of linguistic interference between Arabic and Amazigh, and researching for what can be recorded on Batnian dialect of stability or change according to the development of languages at the lexical, phonemic and morphological levels.

يروم هذا البحث تقديم رؤية واضحة عن واقع المعالجة الآلية للغة العربية، وسعيا لتحقيق هذه الغاية فقد لزم الوقوف على جملة من القضايا المتعلقة بحوسبة اللغة العربية وهندستها، انطلاقا مما تقدمه التكنولوجيا من تقنيات وأدوات وبرامج تجعل الآلة طيعة ومرنة أمام الاستخدام اللغوي المتشعب. وللإحاطة بهذا الموضوع حاولنا التطرق لخصوصيات اللغة العربية التي تجعلها أكثر قابلية للمعالجة الحاسوبية في جميع مستوياتها الصوتية والصرفية والتركيبية والدلالية. مع ذكر التحديات التي تواجه حوسبة اللغة العربية، وآفاق حوسبتها التي توفرها الآلة ويمليها الذكاء الاصطناعي.
This research aims to provide a clear vision of the reality of the automatic processing of the Arabic language, and in order to achieve this end, it was necessary to identify a number of issues related to the computerization and engineering of the Arabic language, based on the technologies, tools and programs offered by technology that make the machine pliable and flexible in the face of complex linguistic use
In order to understand this topic, we have tried to address the specifics of the Arabic language, which makes it more amenable to computer processing at all its phonemic, morphological, syntactic and semantic levels With mentioning the challenges facing the computerization of the Arabic language, and the prospects for its computing provided by the machine and dictated by artificial intelligence.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال العاملة بولاية الخرطوم. إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار العينات الغير احتمالية باستخدام اسلوب العينات القصدية. استخدمت الأستبانه كاداءة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، حيث تم توزيع عدد(50) استبانة ومن ثم جمعها وتحليلها وإجراء إختبارات الصدق والثبات عليها اضافة الى الاحصاء الوصفي . ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام طريقة الإنحدار عن طريق برنامج التحليل الأحصائي للاغراض الأجتماعية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسه الى وجود أثر لنظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية بابعادها المتطلبات التنظيمية والمتطلبات التكنولجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. واوصت الدراسة المنظمات بالأهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية لتحقيق الميزه التنافسية واشراك العاملين في مختلف مراحل صياغة الخطة الاستراتجية.
تعددت الدراسات اللّسانية الحديثة، فبعدما كانت تهتم بالصوت (الفونيم) تطورت لتشمل الجملة، فاتجهت الأنظار إلى بنيتها وتركيبها بعدّها محرّك العملية التواصلية بين المتكلم والمخاطَب فتحولت بذلك نزعة اللسانيين من الشكلية-تلغي الدلالة- إلى الوظيفيّة التي تشيد إلى عملية التبلبغ التي تفرض على المتخاطبَيْن استعمال تراكيب تتفق والمقام. و محمد الأوراغي من أصحاب هذه الأخيرة،ما دفعنا إلى معرفة الكيفية التي تتضافر بها الوظائف عنده لتحقيق الوظيفة الأساسية للغة.
Modern linguistic studies have multiplied. After it was concerned with the (phoneme), it developed to include the sentence. Attention was drawn to its structure and structure, which then drives the communicative process between the speaker and the addressee, thus transforming the tendency of linguists from formality - canceling connotation - to functionalism that praises the process of communication that imposes on the interlocutors the use of Structures consistent with the denominator. And Muhammad Al-Awraghi is one of the owners of the latter, which prompted us to know how his functions combine to achieve the basic function of language.

تناول البحث أثر تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في تنمية المجتمعات المحلية في ظل التدريب كمتغير وسيط، دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء المستفيدات من تمويل مؤسسة القروض الصغيرة بولاية وداي بجمهورية تشاد في الفترة ما بين 2016- 2020م، وقد ضم البحث ثلاثة محاور تناول الباحث من خلالها في المحور الأول: مفهوم وأهمية وأهداف التمويل الأصغر. وفي المحور الثاني: المفاهيم الأساسية في التدريب وأهميته وأهدافه:وفي المحور الثالث: أثر التمويل الأصغر على مساهمة المرأة في التنمية المحلية بولاية وداي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بالاعتماد على عدد من الفروض منها: أثر التمويل الأصغر في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية المحلية بولاية وداي، يساهم التمويل الأصغر في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة والفقر في ولاية وداي، للتدريب تأثير ايجابي على ربحية المشروعات الصغيرة وزيادة إنتاجيتها ونموها وتطورها. وتوصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: توصلت الدراسة الي وجود أثر كبير للتمويل الأصغر في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية المحلية بولاية وداي، حيث يشجع التمويل الأصغر على زيادة فرص الاستثمار في أوساط النساء واتجاههن نحو المشروعات التنموية في ولاية وداي عن طرق إنشاء مشروعات خاصة بهن. توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلي أن التمويل الأصغر ساهم بصورة ايجابية في الحد من ظاهرتي البطالة والفقر في ولاية وداي وذلك من خلال خلق فرص التشغيل وتحسين الدخل. وجدت الدراسة أيضا أن التمويل الأصغر ساعد في تحسين المستوى المعيشي للمرأة في ولاية وداي، حيث أسهم في تحسين دخل المرأة في ولاية وداي وتشجيعها على ابتكار وتطوير مشروعات إنتاجية وتحسين مهارتهن الإنتاجية. وجدت الدراسة أيضاً أن القروض التي تمنحها مؤسسة القروض الصغيرة غير كافية لتمويل المشاريع الصغيرة للمرأة في ولاية وداي، حيث أن القروض ضعيفة وغير قادرة على تغطية احتياجات المشروعات رغم أفضليتها على قروض البنوك التجارية. كما أوصي الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: على الجهات المختصة بالتمويل الأصغر في وزارة المالية وشركائها الاهتمام بتفعيل دور مشاركة المرأة في الحياة الاقتصادية من خلال إتاحة الفرص التمويلية للمشاريع الصغيرة. يوصي الباحث بضرورة تأسيس مركز وطني متخصص في تدريب النساء الرائدات والحديثات في مجال إدارة وتسيير المشروعات الصغيرة حتى تتسنى لهن مواكبة المستجدات في عالم الأعمال. على مؤسسة التمويل الأصغر رفع مستوى القروض الممنوحة للنساء حتى يتمكن من توسيع نطاق نشاطهن التجاري والخدمي والصناعي، لأن المبالغ التي تمنح حالياً قد لا تلبي احتياج البعض منهن. على مؤسسة التمويل الأصغر القيام بدورات تدريبية في مجال إدارة المشروعات قبل منحهن القروض حتى تتكون لهن صورة مبدئية في تطوير مشروعاتهن.
جاءت الدراسة لبيان أثر السياق غير اللغوي في توجيه الدلالات النصية، وكذا دوره في توجيه دلالة المنسوب والمنسوب إليه في مدونة الثعالبي الموسومة بثمار القلوب في المضاف والمنسوب. وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في كونه قد تعرض إلى قضية مهمّة وهي ظاهرة النسبة في النحو العربي، وكيف أنّ النحو قد يقف مقابلا دقيقا للسانيات النصية التي اتّخذت من الكثير من مسائله نقطة انطلاق للتحليل والدراسة. وبالاتكال على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حاولنا التعرض إلى مجموعة من الإشكالات أهمّها: ما مفهوم السياق؟ ما أبرز تجلياته في مدونة الثعالبي؟ ما مفهوم النسبة في النحو العربي؟ إلى أي مدى ساهمت آلية السياق في إبراز العلاقات التي تحكم المنسوب والمنسوب إليه؟
The study came to show the impact of the non-linguistic context on the orientation of textual connotations, as well as its role in directing the connotation of the attributable and the attributed to it in the Al-Thaalibi blog marked with the fruits of hearts in the added and attributed. The importance of the topic lies in the fact that it has been exposed to an important issue, namely, the phenomenon of proportion in Arabic grammar, and how a Grammar stands in an accurate contrast to the linguistics of the text, which took from many of its issues a starting point in analysis and study. And by relying on the descriptive-analytical approach, we tried to address a set of problems, the most important of which are: What is the concept of context? What are the most prominent manifestations in the Al-Thaalibi blog? What is the meaning of ratio in Arabic grammar? To what extent has, the context mechanism contributed to highlighting the relationships governing the attributable and attributed?

تناولت هذه الورقة دور إدارة حماية الأسرة والطفل في الحد من جنوح الأحداث، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث في تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث ومعرفة مصيرهم بالبحث والدراسة وذلك من خلال البحث داخل المؤسسات المكلفة بهم، التعرف على أهم البرامج والخدمات الاجتماعية التي توفرها المؤسسات للأحداث، الإنتشار الواسع لظاهرة جنوح الأحداث وخطورتها على المجتمع، التفات الدراسات والبحوث العلمية في السنوات الأخيرة إلى المواضیع التي تتعلق بمشكلات الأحداث، هدفت الدراسة الى تغطية موضوع هام وهو موضوع جنوح الأطفال. التعرف على مؤسسات رعاية الأحداث الجانحون في السودان، التعرف إلى الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى جنوح الأحداث ، وضع بعض الحلول التي قد تسهم في الحد من ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث. إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذلك المنهج التاريخي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: يعتبر جنوح الاحداث مشكلة متغيرة وغير ثابتة، لانها تعتمد على عوامل متغيرة (اقتصادية – اجتماعية) لذلك لا تعتبر ظاهرة، تعمل إدارة حماية الاسرة والطفل وفق القوانين الوطنية والدولية لتحقيق العدالة للاطفال، تعمل على الكشف المبكر عن الانحرافات وتوفير الحماية اللازمة للأطفال من الانتهاكات، تعمل على رفع الوعي لدى الاسرة والمجتمع وتقديم الدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي للضحايا والاسر، تعمل على تطوير الكوادر والعاملين في حماية الطفولة واجراء الدراسات والبحوث خاصة فيما يتعلق بالجنوح ومعالجته. إختتمت الدراسة بجملة من المقترحات والتوصيات والتي يعتقد الباحث أنها ضرورية: تقوية دور الأسرة وفاعليتها، وحمايتها، وحماية الأطفال من العنف وسوء المعاملة ، نشر الوعي بين الآباء والأمهات حول المشاكل الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي يتعرض لها الأطفال والمراهقون وطرق معالجتها ، تعميق دور المدرسة والتعاون مع الأسرة من أجل بناء شخصية الطفل العلمية والنفسية والاجتماعية ، الإكثار من البرامج التثقيفية والترفيهية المناسبة للأطفال والأحداث، إعطاء الأطفال والمراهقين الفرصة للتعبير عن أنفسهم وطرح مشاكلهم وبيان ما يعانون أو يخافون منه .
يكتسي الدرس التعليمي مجموعة من الصفات المعرفية والمنهجية التي تؤطره، وتجعل منه درسا ناجحا، سواء من الناحية الشكلية، أو من الناحية الوظيفية، إذ الغاية المثلى، والمطلب المنشود من وراء كل درس تعليمي، هو إيصال المادة المعرفية إلى المتعلم، وإفهامه قدرا محددا من المعرفة، هذه المعرفة التي لها دور بارز في تمايز المواد، وخصائص كل مادة، فبنية الدرس التعليمي لا بد أن تراعي هذه الفروق بين المعارف، ونسعى في هذا المقال إلى تبيان بنية الدرس النحوي في نظم الأجرومية لعبيد ربه محمد آبه الشنقيطي، وكيفيات تشكله وكشف عناصره، محاولين تبيان العلاقة بين بناء الدرس والتحصيل المعرفي المفترض، وراء هذا البناء التعليمي ما وسعنا المقام لذلك، وهذا من خلال تحليلنا لهذه الأرجوزة النحوية، على حسب ما تقتضيه عناصر المثلث الديداكتيكي .
The educational lesson has a set of cognitive and methodological qualities that frame it, and make it a successful lesson, both in terms of formality, and in terms of functionality, as the ideal goal, and the desired demand behind each educational lesson, is to deliver the knowledge material to the learner, and to make him understand a specific amount of knowledge This knowledge, which has a prominent role in the differentiation of materials, and the characteristics of each subject, the structure of the educational lesson must take into account these differences between knowledge, and we seek in this article to clarify the structure of the grammatical lesson in the systems of Al-Ajurumiyeh of Ubaid Rabbo Muhammad Abha Al-Shanqiti, and the ways of its formation and revealing its elements. We are trying to show the relationship between the building of the lesson and the supposed cognitive achievement. Behind this educational structure is what we have built for that, and this is through our analysis of this grammatical arouse. As required by the elements of the didactic triangle

تناولت الدراسة أسباب وآثار الهجرة الخارجية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السودانية. هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على الأسباب الحقيقية لهجرة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة البطانة وآثارها، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. تم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان وزع على المهاجرين عن طريق العينة العشوائية، بالإضافة إلى المقابلات الشخصية والملاحظة المباشرة. استخدمت الدراسة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل النتائج. توصلت الدراسة لنتائج من أهمها: زيادة أعداد المهاجرين ترجع إلى ضعف العائد المادي وقد أكد ذلك (97%)، والوضع الاقتصادي للدولة وقد أكد ذلك جميع المبحوثين بنسبة (100%)، سوء تقدير النظم السياسية الحاكمة للعقول المتميزة وقد أقر بذلك نسبة (86%)، لهجرة أعضاء هيئة التدريس العديد من الايجابيات منها زيادة مستوى الدخل وقد أكد هذا الرأي نسبة (97%)، اكتساب الخبرات ذلك ما أقر به (94%)، لهجرة أساتذة الجامعات العديد من السلبيات منها: فقدان العلماء والمخططين ذلك ما اكده (97%)، فقدان الأساتذة ذوي الخبرات وقد أكد ذلك جميع المبحوثين بنسبة (100%). خلصت الدراسة لتوصيات منها: زيادة أجور أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، الاهتمام بجودة التعليم العالي، تقدير العقول المتميزة وتحسين شروط خدمة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات.
عرف العرب ما للصّوت اللّغوي من وظيفة في معرفة معاني لغتهم، ولذلك كانوا شديدي العناية بهذا المبحث اللّغوي وقد بذلوا جهودا جبارة في سبيل إثرائه والاستفادة ممّا يقدمه هذا المستوى في مختلف الدّراسات، وقد كان للمشتغلين بالدّراسات القرآنية باعٌ عظيمٌ وحظٌ وافرٌ من هذه الجهود مستثمرين أهم النتائج التي توصلوا إليها في خدمة القرآن الكريم سواءً من ناحية أدائه أداءً صحيحا موافقا للُغة نزوله، أم من جهة تفسيره تفسيرًا لا يتنافى مع ما يوحي إليه من دلالات، حيث استعانوا بمختلف التلوينات الصوتية باحثين عن دورها في فهم المعاني القرآنية، وتناولوا بعض الظواهر الصوتية كالنبر مثلا للوقوف على الملامح التعبيرية التي توحي إليها، والدلالة التي ترمي إليها سعيا لفهم كتاب الله العظيم.
The Arabs knew the function of the linguistic sound in knowing the meanings of their language, and therefore they were very interested in this linguistic topic and they made great efforts in order to enrich it and benefit from what this level offers in various studies. Which they have reached in the service of the Noble Qur’an, whether in terms of its correct performance in accordance with the language of its revelation, or in terms of its interpretation, an interpretation that does not contradict what it suggests of connotations. To find out the expressive features that suggest it, and the significance it aims at in an effort to understand the Great Book of God.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر رأس المال البشرى على الابداع الادارى فى شركات صناعة الاغذية بولاية الخرطوم،استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى الميدانى، حيث تم الاعتماد على اسلوب العينة غير الاحتمالية (قصدية) وقد بلغ حجم العينة (250) مديراً بشركات صناعة الأغذية بولاية الخرطوم، استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية لرأس المال البشرى على الابداع الادارى فى شركات صناعة الاغذية بولاية الخرطوم، أوصت الدراسة الشركات الى تطبيق نموذج الدراسة للإستفادة من رأس المال البشرى لديها فى تنمية الابداع الادارى.
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثيّة موضوعا حديثا له أهميّة كبيرة في الساحة الفكرية والمعرفيّة، ألا وهو الدراسات البينيّة، أو تلك البحوث التي تنبثق من خلال تلاقح حقلين معرفيين أو أكثر، كتفاعل علوم اللّغة العربية مع بعضها، أو تفاعل بعض حقولها مع حقول العلوم الإنسانية أو الدقيقة، الأمر الذي يفضي في النهاية إلى ظهور دراسات وأبحاث مشتركة. نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثيّة الخوض في غمار التقاطعات المعرفيّة بين الحقول البحثيّة في اللّغة العربيّة، على أن يقتصر بحثنا على ثلاث دراسات بينيّة فقط هي: البلاغة الجديدة، اللسانيات الاجتماعية، واللسانيات العرفانيّة.
This research paper deals with a recent topic of great importance in the intellectual and cognitive arena, which is the interdisciplinary studies, or those research that emerges through the cross-fertilization of two or more fields of knowledge, such as the interaction of Arabic language sciences with each other, or the interaction of some of its fields with the fields of human or exact sciences. Which eventually leads to the emergence of joint studies and research. In this research paper, we try to delve into the intersections of knowledge between research fields in the Arabic language, provided that our research is limited to only three interdisciplinary studies: The New Rhetoric, Sociolinguistics, and Mystical Linguistics.
