Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. حسب النبي رحمة د. عثمان خليفة محمد Djafri, Leila Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق المنظمات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للأساليب الكميـة فـي حـل المشكلات و اتخاذ القرار الإدارية بالإضافة للتعرف على مصادر المعرفة بهذه الأساليب وعلى نوعية الأسـاليب التـي تستخدم  فـيها ، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد المعوقات والمشكلات التي تواجه استخدام الأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات في المنظمات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،  ويتكـون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع متخي القرار في كافة المستويات التنظيمية والذين يقومون باتخاذ القرار ، حيث بلغ حجم العينة 102 مفردة ، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليل البيانات للإجابة على أسئلة البحث باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS 25 ، واستخدمت الدراسة عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج البحثية المهمة منها  أن درجة معرفة المديرين بالأساليب الكمية في المنظمات المبحوثة محل الدراسة ضعيفة أعاق تطبيق هذه الأساليب، و أن مدى استخدام المديرين للأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات في المنظمات محل الدراسة ضعيف، واقتصار هذا الاستخدام على أساليب بسيطة لا تتطلب معرفة كبيرة . وان أكثر أنواع الأساليب استخداماً من الأساليب الكمية هي: نماذج التنبؤ، والتحليل الإحصائي، ونماذج المخزون. ويعود مصدر هذه المعرفة أساساً إلى الدراسات الجامعية، والممارسة والتطبيق وذلك راجع لكون أغلبية المستجوبين من خريجي كليات الهندسة والاقتصاد والتجارة التي تقدم دروسا في الأساليب الكمية وأن أغلب أفراد العينة يملكون أقدمية في العمل تساوي أو تفوق (16  سنة، كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن أهم مجالات استخدام المديرين للأساليب الكمية تتمثل في: تخصيص الموارد، تقييم الاستثمارات، والتنبؤ بالطلب، وجدولة المشاريع، ومراقبة الجودة، وإدارة المخزون. وهي مجالات مرتبطة إلى حد بعيد بالأساليب المستخدمة المذكورة كما كشفت الدراسة أن أهم المعوقات المتعلقة بمتخذ القرار هي: عدم توافر الأفراد المتخصصين وعدم المعرفة بهذه الأساليب الكمية. .وفي ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة، وتأكيدا على أهمية استخدام الأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات في المنظمات محل الدراسة، قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بتعليم الأساليب الكمية في الجامعة، وضرورة ربط الدراسة النظرية بالواقع العملي عن طريق التدريب. وتوفير نظم المعلومات المتكاملة للإدارة البيانات والمعلومات الصحيحة والمناسبة في الوقت المناسب لاتخاذ القرارات، وزيادة أعداد المختصين بالأساليب الكمية وإحداث أقسام أو وحدات إدارية خاصة بهم ، والعمل على تنمية الوعي بأهمية ومزايا استخدام الأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد فعالية الوعيالتثاقفي في تحسين الكفاءة التواصلية لمتعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية. نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة لمساعدة المتعلمين على تطوير مهاراتهم التواصلية عن طريق زيادة وعيهم لأدراك أهمية التثاقف .فرضيتنا هي أنه إذا تم رفع كفاءة التثاقف لدى المتعلمين ، فسيتم تعزيز مهاراتهم التواصلية. تم اختيار تصميم بحث وصفي لمعالجة موضوع البحث الحالي. كما تماستعمالاستبيان لطلبة السنة الثانية في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية بجامعة باتنة 2. بعد تحليل وتفسير إجابات المتعلمين ، تم تأكيد الفرضية وطرح بعض الاقتراحات للأساتذة فيما يتعلق بالوعي بأهمية التثاقف The present study aims at identifying the effectiveness of intercultural awareness in improving EFL learners’ communicative competence. The main concern in the present paper is to help learners develop their communicative skills by increasing their intercultural awareness. It is hypothesized that if intercultural competence is raised in learners, then they will have their communicative skills enhanced. Evaluating  the teaching methodology used in EFL Sudanese classes and discussing factors influencing EFL learners’ performance. The study adapted the descriptive analytical method. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire from  EFL teachers and students. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to 50 of both groups. Then the collected data were analyzed by the SPSS program. The analysis led to the following findings: many  of EFL learners lack of confidence to speak in English, for fear of making mistakes and shy feeling, English language is difficult to learn for many of the Sudanese are not well-motivated, encouraged and to gain strategy, the traditional teaching methodology used in many Sudanese institutions influences  negatively  on EFL learners’ performance, providing EFL learners chances of participatation increases their interaction, adopting suitable teaching methodology  enhances the learning of English language, using real-life interaction like that which improves EFL learners' performance  and using modern technology which improves EFL teaching and learning. The study recommended that: EFL learners should always present with real life interaction, teachers should improve their teaching methodology in EFL classes and learners should be encouraged to make presentations in English language. This paper aims to help the pupils of the 5th year of primary education tounderstand a text for young people (the tale); Since comprehension is a difficultactivity and requires the assistance of a visual medium, our choice is made on Theimage. We made a comparison between understanding the tale with and without theimage. This protocol emphasized the effectiveness of the image in understanding thetale, and allowed us to confirm our initial hypothesis. Notre travail, a pour objectif d’accompagner les élèves de la 5éme année primaire à comprendre un texte pour jeune (le conte) ; la compréhension étant une activité ardue et nécessitant le concours d’un support visuel, notre choix est portée sur L’image. When practicing extensive reading, the reader/learner reads a wide variety of text for pleasure and achieves a general understanding of the context while deciphering unknown words through context. This approach contrasts with extensive reading, a more traditional approach based on a slow, careful reading of a text, with goals of complete comprehension and identification of specific details and information. Research supports the use of ER, as it benefits the development of speaking, listening, and writing language skills(Maley 2005), as well as involuntary vocabulary acquisition(Brown, Waring, and Donkaewbua 2008). for this reason, ESL/EFL programs(Day and Bamford 1998). In East Asian nations such as Korea- where EFL increasingly central to education policy- more and more workshops, seminars, and conferences focus on helping teachers incorporate ER programs into their teaching context. There is a wide range of materials available for ER, including graded readers-novels and short stories that are calibrated to the different language levels of learners. However, despite the great support for what has been described as “the single most effective way to improve language proficiency”(Maley 2005,354). “Simply reading” is not a valid use of learning time, nor is it congruent with local expectations of the role of classroom teachers. Consequently, intensive reading, a companied by comprehension questions and language analysis tasks, continues to dominate in Korean classrooms. When we approch the theme of the motivation of learners for academic success, the question seems difficult to pinpoint. For the simple reason that several factors and parameters come into play to definie the educational path of a given learner. This article, we will try to study the social factors that seem to determine the levels of motivation and involvement of learners in their academicsuccess. By taking into account the conjuncture of these factors we can then claim the answer a major question. Le présent article aborde le thème de la motivation des apprenants pour une réussite scolaire. This study aims at clarifying the presence of the local tradition in (Casanova’s Women) and how different traditional oral types (such as proverbs, songs legends, tales, etc.) emerge remarkably in the novel as a sign of the cultural composition and the creative experimentation of the writer. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource تسابيح عبدالشكور محمد الأمين علي عبدالله محمد الحاكم خميس, نادية Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني على الشمول المالي، إضافة إلى تحديد ما إذا كان لثقة العملاء دوراً وسيطاً في تلك العلاقة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إستناداً إلى النظرية المركزة على البنك ومراجعة الأدبيات، تم بناء نموذج الدراسة وفرضياتها إعتماداً على أدبيات الدراسة وكذلك تم الإستعانة بالدراسات السابقة في تطوير مقاييس الدراسة، وللتأكد من درجة الإعتمادية في البيانات تم إستخدام إختبار ألفا كرونباخ، وإستخدم أسلوب تحليل المسار ونمذجة المعادلة البنائية لإختبار الفرضيات. وتم إستخدام حزمة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (AMOSv25) في إجراء عملية التحليل العاملي التوكيدي للنموذج، وصممت إستبانه لجمع البيانات من عينة غير إحتمالية (قصدية)، حيث تم توزيع عدد (372) إستبانه وإسترد منها (365) بنسبة إستجابة بلغت (98.1%)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: وجود أثر جزئي في العلاقة بين خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني والشمول المالي، ووجود توسط جزئي لثقة العملاء تفسر العلاقة ما بين خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني والشمول المالي، وبناءً على هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة وعي العملاء بأهمية إستخدام خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني والذي بدوره يعزز الشمول المالي، كما ينبغي على البنوك التجارية السودانية زيادة ثقة العملاء بخدمات الدفع الإلكتروني لتحقيق الشمول المالي. تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان أهمية الدراسات البينية في راهن البحث العلمي؛ لما أثبتته من مقدرة على تجاوز عدد من الإشكالات العالقة في ميادين العلم أحادية التخصص، ما استدعى التوجه إلى الحقل العابر للتخصصات كإستراتيجية بديلة أحسنت ربط العلوم المختلفة وأعطتها قدرة الانفتاح فيما بينها، مولدة بذلك حقلا معرفيا ينطلق من فكرة التفاعل بين مختلف التخصصات وغايته تحقيق التكامل ما أمكن. وقد تسلح البحث في هذا الطرح بآليات المنهج التحليلي لبيان ماهية الدراسات البينية وإشكالية منظومتها الاصطلاحية، مشيرا إلى أهم خصائصها وأبرز مجالاتها،مؤكدين في الأخير إلى المكانة القيمية لهذا النوع من الدراسات في البحث العلمي إن على المستوى المفاهيمي أو على المستوى المنهجي أين ستنبثق رؤية عابرة للتخصصات تعمل على كسر حواجز المنع بين مجالات العلم. This experience might call for a subjective discourse in which the biographical narration and the narration of the novel are mixed, resulting in an autobiographical narrative that bears the privacy of the revelation and confessions of the author of the biography, and the author’s suggestions, in which reality meets the imagined, within the so-called biographical novel. According to this perception, we wonder about the feasibility of the novelist’s text, “A Migrant Waiting for the Supporters,” celebrating the writer’s identity, revealing her worlds that stretch between the real and the imaginary, and we discuss the problem of naturalization and the relationship between the novel and the biography. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. بثينة الرشيد محمد البشير غقالي, نجاة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource يؤدي إنخفاض مستوى الرضا لدى العاملين بالقطاع المصرفي إلى الفشل فى تحقيق معدلات نمو عالية وقد يؤدي هذا الواقع إلى الفشل فى معالجة كثير من المشاكل الإدارية والخدمية التى تعانى منها هذه المؤسسات ، لذا تتخلص مشكلة الدراسة في  مدى تأثير التغيير التنظيمى على رضا العاملين بالمصارف؟، هدفت الدراسة الي قياس أثر التغيير التنظيمي على مستوى رضا العاملين بالقطاع المصرفي، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، استخدمت استمارة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من العاملين ببنك فيصل الاسلامي، اختبرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مقامة العاملين ورضا العاملين، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الوقت المناسب للتغيير ورضا العاملين، بعد اجراء الدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة الي النتائج التالية:  أوضحت الدراسة ان هناك إرتباط مباشر بين فشل التغيير التنظيمي ومقاومة العاملين له، بينت الدراسة أن عدم معرفة الافراد بطبيعة التغيير أو أهدافه أو نطاق او طرق تطبيقه يعد سبباً رئيسياً في مقاومته، يشعر العاملون في البنك بأنه المكان المناسب الذي تتناسب مع مؤهلاتهم العلمية ، بناءً على النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها اوصت الدراسة إدارة البنك بالتدرج في تطبيق التغيير التنظيمي و توفر الحوافز المادية والمعنوية لدفع الأفراد لقبول التغيير التنظيمي ، زيادة الإهتمام برضا العاملين فيما يتعلق بتوفير الأمان الوظيفي  وتدريبهم على التكييف مع الظروف الطارئة والتغيير التنظيمي، تقييم هيكل المصرف دورياً والتأكد من مدى انعكاس عملية التغيير على رضا العاملين وجودة خدمات المصرف. سنصرف اهتمامنا في هذه الدراسة إلى استجلاء تمظهرات السارد في رحلة التجاني (670 أو 675ه / 717ه)، والوجه في ذلك أن التبئير يقع على الذات المتكلمة في الرحلة؛ فهو مطابق للمؤلف / الرحالة وكل هذه العناصر تحيل إلى السارد القائم بسرد الحكاية الناهض باستثمار المحكي الذاتي كآلية للإخبار والعرض متحكم في بناء سردية النص الرحلي. موجه لمساره بما ينجزه من أقوال. إن البحث في مسألة السارد في هذه الرحلة من شأنه أن يمكننا من آليات جديدة نكشف بها أغوار هذا النص الأدبي الذي ما يزال محتفظا بألقه الفني وطاقته الأدبية العالية. رغم ما كتب عنه من دراسات حاولت استكشاف تلك الأدبية ومقوماتها الفنية. لذلك سنعمل على رصد صورة السارد المتفرد في صياغته وقدرته على تنويع صور الخطاب والتلفظ. في هذا النص المتميز بارتهانه لبنية السفر كمرتكز سردي تهيمن فيه الرؤية المتنوعة للذات اللافظة لإعادة إنتاج تجربة الرحالة في محكي أساسه السرد وقاعدته الوصف، علنا نظفر ببعض المقومات السردية الخاصة بالرحلة. In this study, we will focus our attention on clarifying the manifestations of the Narrator in the journey of a al-Tijani (670 or 675 ah, 717 ah). Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource بلال عبدالله أحمد مصلح طالة , لامية Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين في بلدية غزة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 موظف وموظفة من بلدية غزة تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي في بلدية غزة جاء بدرجة قليلة، حيث جاء محور ظروف العمل بالترتيب الأول، ثم محور مجموعة العمل بالترتيب الثاني، ثم محور الحوافز والأجور بالترتيب الثالث، في حين جاء محور أسلوب القيادة بالترتيب الرابع، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة). وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الرضا الوظيفي في بلدية غزة، وذلك من خلال تطوير وتدريب العاملين واكسابهم مهارات جديدة وتنمية قدرات العاملين باستمرار ووضع خطط لتطوير العاملين ومتابعة تنفيذها باستمرار، وزيادة الرضا عن أسلوب ونمط القيادة وذلك من خلال مساعدة الادارة على تطبيق الأساليب الادارية في العمل، ودعم وتوجيه الرؤساء للمرؤوسين. تعتبر السخرية من الفنون الأكثر فعالية وقوة، حيث تمتلك القدرة على تسليط الضوء على أوجه القصور في بعض السلوكيات البشرية، ونقد القضايا الاجتماعية بطريقة مسلية وممتعة، وبالتالي يصل هذا النوع من الفنون وينتشر بين قاعدة جماهيرية عريضة، لأنه يعتمد على المعنى الضمني اللاذع، دون التصريح العلني، وبالتالي يعتبر من الأدوات الفعالة والقوية، ووسيلة للتنفيس خلال الفترات القمعية العصيبة بلغة ساخرة ملؤها الضحك والمزاح. السخرية لا تعني الضحك من أجل الضحك فهذا يسمى تهريجا، إنما هي كوميديا سوداء تعكس أوجاع المواطن السياسية والاجتماعية، ويقدمها بقالب ساخر يرسم البسمة على الوجه، ويضع خنجرا في القلب، باستخدام أدوات مثل النكتة، الهجاء، التهكم وغيرها. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. دينا إسماعيل محمد أبوزيد مزياني, فهيم Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource إن حداثة نظام الإثبات السعودي بما تضمنه من أحكام مستحدثة يعد دافعًا لمناقشة التعديلات التي طرأت في الشهادة كوسيلة إثبات، وحيث أن نطاق تطبيق هذه الأحكام يمتد إلى جميع النزاعات المدنية والتجارية والعمالية، فكان لزامًا تحليل الأحكام القانونية المتعلقة بالقيود التي وردت على الشهادة في النظام السعودي؛ حيث انتقل النظام من جواز الإثبات بالشهادة إلى الجواز الاستثنائي ثم إلى المنع الكلي للإثبات بالشهادة. تناولت هذه الورقة تحليل هذه الأحكام بتقسيم البحث إلى مبحثين أساسيين. في المبحث الأول، تم التطرق إلى مفهوم الشهادة ومشروعيتها وحجية الشهادة في النظام السعودي، بينما تناول المبحث الثاني القيود الواردة على الشهادة فيتطرق إلى الحالات التي يجوز فيها الإثبات بالشهادة، والحالات التي لا يجوز الإثبات فيها بالشهادة، والحالات الاستثنائية لقبول الشهادة. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات كضرورة النص على الشروط المتعلقة بأحكام حالات الجواز والمنع والاستثناء كالنص على شروط تطبيق مبدأ الثبوت بالكتابة والموانع الأدبية والمادية والنظر في استبعاد المانع الأدبي من الاستثناءات التي تجيز الإثبات بالشهادة. يعد كتاب"في الشعر الجاهلي" لـــ "طه حسين" واحدا من الكتب النقدية التي لقيت جدلا واسعا في الساحتين الأدبية والنقدية بسبب ما أثاره من قضايا يراها كثير من النقاد خطيرة تشكك في صحة المصدر الأول للتراث الشعري العربي، مصطنعا في ذلك منهج الشك الديكارتي، حيث تناول في دراسته نماذج لأهم الشعراء الجاهليين وأشعارهم، ونحن في هذا المقال حاولنا تتبع هذه التجربة النقدية والوقوف على ما كان يرمي إليه "طه حسين" في دراسته هذه، حيث طرحنا مجموعة من الإشكاليات التي تمس صميم هذا الموضوع وتحيط بأطرافه، ولتناوله بطريقة مناسبة وظفنا المنهجين: التاريخي والتحليلي. A book on pre-Islamic poetry« fi chir el jahili » by Taha Hussein is considered one of the critical books that has met with widespread controversy in the literary and critical arenas because of the issues it raised, which many critics see as dangerous questioning the validity of the first source of Arab poetic heritage. His study of examples of the most important pre-Islamic poets and their poems, using the method of Cartesian doubt and in this article we tried to trace this critical experiment and stand on what Taha Hussein was aiming for in his study, where we presented some of questions that touch the depth of this topic and surround its edges, to address it in an appropriate way, we employed the two approaches: historical and analytical.
