Poetry is an art that has been able to delve into the depths of human existence to approach both the states of the soul and the unseen, including the world of death. The latter has an imaginative ability to embody the abstract and the unseen. This ability is the energy that takes it out of the world of the mysterious and the unknown, to be humanized. This is clearly evident in the text of “Death” by the poet Yacine Boudraa Nouri‎‏, the poet and figurative artist. The following study is an interpretive approach to the text "death", by observing the relationship between death and art as a theoretical introduction to the topic through tracing the aesthetic philosophical dimension of death through art. As an entry point, the semantics of the title and its implications for the text are studied, which is followed by an examination of the writings of death and the humanization of the abstract, and then with the study of semantics and the geometry of poetic formation in this text. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. إسحق احمد محمد عيسى مدور, مدني Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-05-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource تناولت الدراسة السياسة النقدية وأثرها الاستراتيجي على سعر الصرف بالتطبيق على السودان في الفترة من 2000 إلى 2016م، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى السياسة النقدية والتحديات والمشاكل التي تواجهها، وتحليل وتفسير مكونات النظام النقدي في الدول النامية بصفة عامة والسودان بصفة خاصة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على السياسة النقدية وأثرها الاستراتيجي على سعر الصرف. خرج البحث بالعديد من النتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة طردية بين السياسة النقدية وسعر الصرف أي تغيير يطرأ على السياسة النقدية يعقبه تغيير في سعر الصرف، وأن سياسات سعر الصرف مؤثرة وتلعب دوراً مهماً ومقدراً في الاقتصاد السوداني بصفة كبيرة، وأن تذبذب سعر الصرف أدى إلى تدهور في المؤشرات والمتغيرات الاقتصادية وخاصة الميزان الخارجي. وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من التوصيات من أهمها يجب الأخذ في الاعتبار سياسات سعر الصرف والسياسات النقدية الاستراتيجية عند رسم السياسات الاقتصادية، وأخيراً يجب التنسيق بين السياسات الاقتصادية كما يجب أن تكون محققة للنمو والاستقرار وإلا سيكون دور السياسة النقدية قاصراً على حل مشكلة معينة فقط. السؤال له أهميته القصوى في القراءات الفلسفية الحديثة والمعاصرة ، لأجل ذلك حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نتوقف لدى المحاور الكبرى في التجربة الفكرية والأدبية لعميد الأدب الدكتور طه حسين ، حيث اتضح أن العمود الفقري لتجربته سيكون ممثلا أساسا في تلك الأسئلة التي طرحها على التراث ، والأدب ، ومصير الأمة الذي يشكل الأدب والثقافة أحد أوجهه...لأن السؤال مهم جدا في الحياة الأدبية لأجل ذلك فإن الإجابة تظل متاحة أمام الجميع ليسهم فيها .   Questions have always been o a great importance in the contemporaneous and recent philosophical readings. This motivates us to try through this study to rethink the main axis of the intellectual and literary experience of Taha Hussein considered as the dean of the Arabic literature. (الشباب العربي أنموذجاً) وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الاستنباطي) لإجراء الدراسة، وأداتي الملاحظة، والاستبيان الإلكتروني لجمع المعلومات. وشارك في الدراسة (100) مبحوثاً من الطلاب والشباب في عدد من الدول العربية. وأظهرت الدراسة أن الشباب العربي من الجنسين يهتمون بالتواصل عبر منصات المجتمعات الافتراضية، وهذا يجعلهم عرضة لتلقى الإعلانات الإلكترونية، التي لها تأثير على استلاب هويتهم الثقافية. وأن المجتمعات الافتراضية تلعب دوراً مهماً في استلاب الهوية الثقافية من خلال التعرض الدائم للإعلانات الإلكترونية. وقد اشتملت الدراسة علاوة على الإطار العام للمشكلة على ثلاثة متغيرات وهي:( الإعلانات الإلكترونية، واستلاب الهوية الثقافية، والمجتمعات الافتراضية). وفي نهاية الورقة خرج الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة زيادة الوعي الثقافي لدى الشباب العربي وتبصيرهم بمخاطر الإعلانات الإلكترونية، وأثرها على سلب الهوية الثقافية من خلال الندوات والمحاضرات، والورش التدريبية التي تُأطر للقيم العربية الأصلية، وترسخ مفاهيم الثقافة الإسلامية في عقول الشباب. كما يوصى الباحث بضرورة إجراء المزيد من البحوث الاكاديمية التي تتعلق بقضية الاعلانات الإلكترونية وانعكاساتها على استلاب الهوية الثقافية لدى الشباب العربي. لم يحظ نص شعري أو نثري في تاريخ الأدب العربي على مر عصوره الممتدة من العهد الجاهلي، وحتى العصر الحديث بالاهتمام على جميع المستويات: الرسمي، والشعبي، والأكاديمي، بمثل ما حضيت به بردة الإمام البوصيري، حيث بها تغنى المنشدون، وعارضها الشعراء، وتفنن في شرحها الكتاب، وتبارى الخطاطون في كتابتها بجميع الخطوط، والطلاب والباحثون تسابقوا لدراستها، وكذا لم تسلم من نقد النقاد، ولكنها ما زالت بسحرها تستولي على القلوب . وبتطور الحركة الشعرية في القرن العشرين، أصبح مديح النبي وآل البيت بابا يطرقه الشعراء في مناسبات معينة، وشعر شوقي – بنهج البردة- يدخل في هذا الإطار من ناحية إحياء القديم مع الحرص على الجمالية والإبداعية الشعرية. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. عمر النور كريم الدين عمر حيتة , زهية بن إبراهيم, السعيد Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-12-27 Description An account of the resource تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عجز النظم التقليدية للتكاليف عن توفير عدالة تخصيص التكاليف علي أغراض التكلفة النهائية ، وبالتالي صعوبة الإعتماد عليها في إتخاذ القرارت الإدارية ، هدفت الدراسة إلي دراسة الاتجاهات الحديثة في نظم التكاليف كبديل لنظم محاسبة التكاليف التقليدية ، مع امكانية تطبيقها كنظم تسهم في معالجة الإنتقادات الموجهة للمدخل التقليدي في محاسبة التكاليف ، وبخاصةً في ظل واقع الإنتاج والتصنيع الحالي  . إفترضت الدراسة أن النظم التقليدية للتكاليف ، تظهر نصيب وحدة الإنتاج من التكاليف بصورة غير حقيقية وغير دقيقة ، ولا تساير التطور التكنولوجي ، بما يسهم في إضعاف الموقف التنافسي للمنتجات ، كما إن تطبيق النظم الحديثة في محاسبة التكاليف تحقق الرقابة علي عناصر التكاليف بالمنشأة وتعمل علي تخفيضها، ويؤدي تخفيض تكلفة التشـغيل إلي زيادة الأرباح وتحقيق أهداف المنشأة ، الأدوات التي استخدمت في جمع البيانات تمثلت في السجلات الرسمية للشركة ، بجانب المقابلات الشخصية مع بعض المسئولين بالشركة ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات لنظم محاسبة التكاليف الحديثة ، مع المزيد من الإهتمام بها ( من قبل الدولة ) عبر الوسائل والوسائط المختلفة  ، بجانب إلزام المؤسسات ذات الطابع القومي بضرورة تطبيقها ، مع تشجيع القطاع الخاص بذلك . يسعى البحث إلى الحديث عن كتاب اللغة العربية في ظل إصلاحات مناهج الجيل الثاني، وقد كان كتاب اللغة العربية السنة الرابعة من التعليم الابتدائي نموذجا للدراسة، ولتحديد وضبط الورقة البحثية تناولنا أهم العناصر والجوانب التي تربط الكتاب بالمنهاج، وفي نفس الوقت هي بحاجة إلى إعادة النظر، وعليه كانت دراستنا وصفية تقويمية، حاولنا فيها الإجابة على الإشكالية: ما مدى نجاعة الكتاب المدرسي في ظل مناهج الجيل الثاني؟ وهل تميز الكتاب المدرسي في هذا المنهاج بخلوه من النقائص والأخطاء؟ وقد توصلنا إلى تحديد مجموعة من الأخطاء والنقائص منها ما تعلق بالمستوى اللغوي في الجانب الشكلي أو المنهجي للكتاب، أما من حيث المضمون فتضمن الكتاب جملة من القيم الهوياتية التي تساعد على إثراء المعجم اللغوي للمتعلم وتعزيز الانتماء للوطن كما ورد في المنهاج، ولكن هناك تغييب لبعض القيم الهامة في بناء الهوية، وفي حياة المتعلم. The resarch seeks to talk about the Arabic language textbook in light of the second generation curriculum reforms. The Arabic language book for the fourth year of primary education was a model for study. In order to define and control the resarch paper, we dealt with the most important elements and aspects that relate the book to the curriculum. At the sam time, it needs to be reviewed. Accordingly, our study was descriptive and evaluative. We tried to answer the question How effective is the textbook in the light of the second generation curricula ? does the textbook serve in this curriculum since it is free from deficiencies and errors? And we have identified a set of errors and shortcomings. Some of them are related to the linguistic level in formal or in the formal or in the methodological side of the book. In terms of content, the book in cluded a set of identity values that help the linguistic background of the learner and enhanc belonging to the homeland as stated in the curriculum. However, there is an absence of some important values in the building of identity and in the life of the lerner. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. بتول إبراهيم سعيد عمر د. مكه عبدالله عبد الهادي عاجب د. تهاني نور الهادي محمد عبد المعبود زيد الخير, نادية Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-07-23 Description An account of the resource جاءت الدراسة بعنوان  : الحوار في السنة النبوية المطهرة  ، تهدف الدراسة إلي إعلاء قيمة الحوار ، وبذلت الباحثة جهدا موفقا في التعريف بالحوار وبيان أنواعه ، ثم تناولت الدراسة نمازج من حوار النبي صلى الله  عليه وسلم، وقد حرصت الباحثة على ذكر بعض آداب  الحوار  في القرآن الكريم واعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الإستقرائي و المنهج التاريخي و إعتمادا على المصادر  والمراجع الإصلية ونسب المنقولات إلى أصحابه والآيات إلى  سورها ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بخاتمة و عدد من النتائج والتوصيات  :      من أهم دواعي الحوار ومبرراته وسيلة شرعية لتبليغ رسالة الإسلام وحمل الأمانة إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى ، وهو ضرورة   علمية يعرضها  يفرضها الواقع العالمي القائم على الإتصال بين الأمم والشعوب ، ويجب على المسلمين المتحاورين فهم الآخرين وتفهم واقعهم ، ومعرفة الحقائق والتعامل معها .      ومن خلال الدراسة يتضح أنه يمكن للمسلمين بالحوار أن يعيدوا أصول قضايا الدين ، وأن الحوار ظاهرة إلآهية وجدت قبل خلق الإنسان ، فهو وصف جديد لحقيقة قديمة بدأت منذ أن   خلق الله السموات والأرض ، وأن موضوعات الحوار في السنة النبوية المطهرة، جاءت محققة للأهداف  المشروعة ، وأن تحديد أهداف الحوار ومعرفة غايته يؤدي إلي الثمرة  المطلوبة منه وبذلك تتحد موضوعاته ، أساليبة وآدابه    التوصيات  :    توصي الباحثة بالاتي : دراسة أنواع الحوار الواردة في كتاب الله وسنه رسوله صلى  الله عليه وسلم والإقتداء بها في حواراتنا ، والحرص على دراسة ماورد إلينا من النبي صلى الله  عليه وسلم، وأصحابه الكرام رضي الله عنهم الله ، الذين كانوا أشد حرصاَ علي التحلي بآداب الحوارفي كلامهم .  إنشاء قنوات خاصة بنشر ثقافة الحوار، وأقامة ندوات عن أدب الحوار ودوره في جميع شؤون الحياة ، وعلي المؤسسات الدعوية أن تعرف أن الحوار وآدابه من المطالب الشرعية التى قام عليه دين الإسلام ووسئلة من وسائل الدعوة للأخرين يجب غلي الحكومة الشرعية التحرك السريع إتهاء الصراع  وتغليب لغة الحوار. إنّ قضية تعدّد المصطلح اللساني عموما والصوتي منه على وجه الخصوص في الدراسات اللغوية العربية، أضحت إحدى الإشكاليات التي يعاني منها الباحث العربي، حيث أصبح يتردّد بين هذا وذاك أثناء توظيفه المصطلح. فتارة تجده يستخدم مصطلح(فوناتيك) تعريبا للمصطلح الأجنبي(phonetique)، وتارة أخرى يعبّر عنه بمصطلح "الصوتيات"، أو "علم الأصوات"... وكذلك الأمر نفسه بالنسبة لمصطلح "الفونيم" المعرب للمصطلح الأجنبي(phonème)، الذي تعدّد استعماله لدى الباحثين العرب كل حسب توجهه الفكري والمدرسة التي ينتمي إليها. فمنهم من أبقى مصطلح (phonème) وعرّبه إلى "فونيم"، ومنهم من اصطلح عليه "الصوتيم"، أو "الصوتم"، أو "الصوتمية"، أو "الصوت". وأمام هذا التعدّد والتضارب في استخدام المصطلح الصوتي الذي يعزى إما إلى تعدّد الجهات الواضعة له وعدم الاتفاق على مقاييس وأسس وضعه، وإما إلى الترجمة، وإما إلى إشكالية الفردية في صك المصطلح وابتكاره؛ بات هذا الميدان اللغوي يفتقر إلى تثبيت المصطلح وضبط مفهوماته. وفي ظلّ هذه التعددية للمصطلح الصوتي في اللغة العربية، نحاول في مداخلتنا هذه أن نسبر إشكالية تعدّده، والبحث عن الحلول المناسبة للحدّ من هذه الفوضى وهذا الخلط في توظيف المصطلح الصوتي، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الإشكاليات الآتية: ما هي إشكالية تعدّد المصطلح الصوتي في اللغة العربية؟ وهل إشكالية هذا التعدّد في المؤلفات العربية هي نتاج التطور البحثي والتكنولوجي السريع أم هي نابعة من اللغة ذاتها؟ وما هي أهم وأبرز الآليات والاستراتيجيات الفعالة اللازمة لصك المصطلح وإقرار استعماله؟ وما هو دور المجامع اللغوية ومكتب تنسيق التعريب في تقييس ووضع المصطلحات والتأسيس لمفاهيمها؟ وإلى أي مدى تعتبر بنوك التنميط ذات فاعلية في الحدّ من فوضى المصطلح؟ The issue of the diversity in the use of terminology in general and the phonetic use in particular seems to be one of the dilemma the Arab researcher is suffering from. Sometimes, researchers use the term "Phonetics "with the same foreign pronunciation and without any translation, but other times, the word is given an Arabic translation "the science of sounds ". The same is for the term "phoneme "which is used as it is with the foreign pronunciation and sometimes it is given an Arabic translation "sound". The diversity in terminology might be due to the different orientations of schools, the development in technology, and may be the individual creation. This problem results in no grounded, confirmed terminology. In this realm, we would like to try to capture the problem and find possible solutions to it; therefore, limiting and fighting this chaos in the use of terminology. For this, we want to try to answer the following questions: 1. What is the issue of diversity in terminology? 2. Does the richness in terminology reflects development of technology or the language itself? 3. What are the different procedures that should be taken to create a term and pass it to the use? 4. What is the role of the language committee in this issue? 5. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource نجلاء إبراهيم القبيسي د. عفت عبدالله فدعق أبو شهاب, رامي Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-07-23 Description An account of the resource تعدّ الأهازيج الشعبية أحد مكونات الثقافة والمأثور الشعبي في كل دولة والذي يٌعد عنصرا أصيلا في مقومات الحضارة لذلك فإن العديد من الفنانين من ثقافات متعددة يشعرون بالحنين لثقافتهم ويعتزون بهويتهم فتجدهم يبحثون في التراث كمصدر إلهام عريق وأصيل وتظل الأهازيج الشعبية أحد أكثر عناصر الثقافة جاذبيه التي لجأ لها الفنانين للتعبير عنها. إلا أن أساليبهم في التعبير مختلفة ومتنوعة. لذلك فقد جاء هذا البحث بهدف وصف أساليب الفنانين في التعبير وكيف تناولوا موضوع الأهازيج في أعمالهم الفنية. ووصف خصائص الأهازيج للبحث عن نقاط التلاقي بين خصائص الأهزوجة والأعمال الفنية. وقد خلُص البحث إلى أن الفنانين عبرن عن الأهازيج بثلاثة طرق بعضهم عبر بشكل مباشر من خلال رسم الأدوات المستخدمة في أداء الأهازيج.  وبعضهم عبرن بالفعل والتفاعل مع الصوت بالرقص والتمايل. وبعظهم بكتابة الكلمات حيث إن الكلمة هي مصدر قوة وجمال الأهزوجة.   ينهضُ هذا البحثُ على فَرضيّة قَوامها فاعلية التّداخل في المُمارسة الثّقافية بوصفها نشاطاً عابراً للاتجاهاتِ النقديّة أو الحقول المعرفية، وذلك في سبيل تحليل الظّاهرة الثّقافية وتمظهراتها في النّصوص أو غيرها من النّتاجات الإبداعيّة. ومن أجل تقديم تصوّرٍ منهجيّ ننطلقُ من قراءةٍ في التّكوين المعرفيّ للدّراسة الثّقافية في المرجعيّة الغربيّة، ولاسيّما لدى بعضِ أشهر أعلامها، ومدارسها، غير أن هذا يأتي بموازاة رصد المقاربة النقدية العربية حيث نختبرُ نماذجَ من المُمارسات النقديّة العربيّة لدى عددٍ من النّقاد العرب، وبخاصة من حيث تمثّل المفهوم والمُقاربة النقديّة مع التركيز على التّداخل المفاهيمي والإجرائي القائم على مبدأ عمل النقد الثّقافي أو الدّراسات الثّقافية التي تسعى إلى التّخفف من المُقاربة أو المنظور الواحد في تحليل الظاهرة الثّقافية، وبذلكَ نخلصُ إلى أن عملية نفي الحدود الصّارمة جاء استجابة للتّشكيل الثّقافي الجديد الّذي يتسع لأيّ نتاجٍ إنساني. This research is based on a hypothesis regarding the effectiveness of overlap in cultural practice as an integration activity in critical trends, and cognitive fields. Thus, aiming to investigate the cultural phenomenon and its manifestations in texts, in addition to other creative products emphasizing the systematic approach. The foundation of this research is based on reading in the cognitive component of the cultural study in Western reference’s, more explicitly amongst some of its most famous schoolers. The applied section includes the testing of examples in Arab critical practices amongst numerous critics, mainly in terms of representing the concept and critical approach through Practical models. Examining conceptual and procedural interference based on the principle of cultural criticism or cultural studies that seek to mitigate the approach or perspective in analysing the cultural phenomenon. Finally concluding the process of negating the strict limits in response to the new cultural formation that accommodates any human product. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource أ. آدم محمد إبراهيم بروي د. محمد الطيب الياس حقاين, جمعة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-07-23 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى ما إذا كان هناك أثر لبعض العوامل الداخلية على معدل الربحية للبنوك العاملة في السودان، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقات التالية: تحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه التغير في رأس مال البنوك على معدل الربحية. وأيضاً تحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه التغير في موجودات البنوك على معدل الربحية. وأخير تحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه التغير في حجم التمويل المصرفي على معدل الربحية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين رأس المال البنوك وربحية المصارف التجارية ، عليه كلما زاد رأس مال البنوك بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي الى زيادة ربحية المصارف التجارية ب 1.6 . ووجود علاقة طردية بين اصول (موجودات ) البنوك وربحية المصارف التجارية ، عليه كلما زادت الاصول وموجودات البنوك التجارية بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي الى زيادة ربحية المصارف التجارية ب 2.6 و أن زيادة حجم التمويل المصرفي بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي الى زيادة ربحية المصارف التجارية ب 5.3 وأوصت الدراسة: ضرورة العمل علي الاستمرار في تعزيز وزيادة رؤوس اموال البنوك مما سيزيد من معدلات ربحية البنوك التجارية، كما أنه يجب على ادارات المصارف التجارية العمل على تنويع استثماراتها من اجل زيادة الايرادات وتقليل المخاطر  إن اللغة في النص لا تكون دائما مرجعيتها الدلالة المعجمية للكلمة أو حتى استخداماتها الشائعة؛ فلغة النص لها مرجعيتها في ذاتها، والكل جزء من معنى النص. فإذا كانت اللغة العادية لغة استهلاكية مهمتها إيصال رسالة أو إبلاغ مضمون، تنقضي زمنيته، بمجرد إبلاغه، فالأمر يختلف في النص الأدبي، والنص الديني خصوصية ضمن هذه الخصوصية الأدبية، فهو زمنية ممتدة في الزمان مما يضمن له ديمومة مستمرة نابعة منه، وعليه فتحليل النص أو قراءته تتركز في معرفة أدبيته، بواسطة العكوف على دراسة عناصره ومكنوناته وعلاقاته اللغوية، فيتجسد حضور اللغة في بنية العلاقات، التي تتخلق بين الدلالات والمدلولات. The language in the text does not always refer to the lexical significance of the word or even its common uses; the language of the text has a reference to itself, and each element is part of the meaning of the text. If the regular language is a widely used language whose mission is to convey a message or a content, that acquires a past tense, as soon as it is conveyed, this is not the case in the literary text, and the religious text, mainly regarding the literary specificity as they are extended in time, thing that guarantees their continuous permanence stemming from them. Therefore the analysis or the reading of the text is based on knowing its literature, by focusing on studying its elements, components, and linguistic relations.
