هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر بيئة العمل على الاغتراب الوظيفي، حيث استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الإجتماعي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (291) موظفًا وموظفة، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانه لقياس الاغتراب الوظيفي وبيئة العمل. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الاغتراب الوظيفي وبيئة العمل جاء بتقدير متوسط. وتبين أن هناك علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاغتراب الوظيفي وكل من التكنولوجيا المستخدمة وظروف العمل ونمط الاتصال. وعدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاغتراب الوظيفي وكل من الأنظمة والتعليمات والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار. وقد اتضح أنه لا يوجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول الاغتراب الوظيفي تبعـًا لمتغيري الجنس والمسمى الوظيفي، بينما هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول الاغتراب الوظيفي تبعـًا لمتغير العمر لصالح الفئة العمرية من (24-29 سنة). وهناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول الاغتراب الوظيفي تبعـًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح من لديهم خبرة أقل من سنة، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة شهادة الدكتوراة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبيئة العمل على الاغتراب الوظيفي وكان اتجاه هذا الأثر عكسي، بمعنى أنه كلما زاد الاهتمام ببيئة العمل من قبل إدارة المستشفى قل شعور الإداريين بالاغتراب الوظيفي. وأخيرًا أبرزت الدراسة بعض التوصيات ذات العلاقة.
تعد الشفعة الطريقة الاستثنائية الثانية إلى جانب نزع الملكية للمنفعة العامة لاكتساب الأملاك العقارية، وتستمد الدولة حقها في الأخذ بالشفعة من جملة من القوانين.فالشفعة الإدارية وسيلة قانونية يتم بها تعزيز الرصيد العقاري للدولة باعتباره من أهم وسائل التقدم والإصلاح الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.
وتتمثل إشكالية الدراسة المطروحة من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية في تساؤل مفاده:
كيف نظم المشرع الجزائري الشفعة الإدارية من حيث آثارها المترتبة ومنازعاتها وسبل فضها ؟.
فالهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية يتمثل في محاولة تسليط الضوء على جميع الجوانب والنقاط التي يثيرها هذا الموضوع، وتحديد العلاقة القائمة بين الإدارة والأفراد والسلطة القانونية الممنوحة للطرف الأول على حساب الطرف الثاني وما ترتبه من آثار وتثيره من منازعات.
وفي سبيل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تم إعتماد مقاربة منهجية تجمع بين الوصف لإعطاء بعض المفاهيم والتحليل لمختلف النصوص ذات الصلة بالموضوع.
Pre-emption is the second exceptional method besides expropriation for the public benefit to acquire real property, and the state derives its right to take pre-emption from a set of laws. Administrative preemption is a legal means by which the state's real estate balance is strengthened, as it is one of the most important means of progress and social and economic reform.
The problematic of the study presented through this research paper is a question that:
How did the Algerian legislator organize administrative preemption in terms of its implications, disputes, and ways of resolving them?
The aim of this research paper is to try to shed light on all the aspects and points raised by this topic, and to define the relationship existing between the administration and individuals and the legal authority granted to the first party at the expense of the second party and its consequences and disputes.
In order to answer the problem presented through this research paper, a systematic approach was adopted that combines description to give some concepts and analysis of various texts related to the topic.

The principle of state reasonability is one of the fundamental concepts under international humanitarian law. Especially after the global consensus to resolve the legality of humanitarian intervention and its relation to state sovereignty. This approach indicates that the state is under the obligation to protect its citizens from humanitarian disasters such as, genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and crimes against humanity, however the international community bears this responsibility sometimes. This study addresses the legal concept of state responsibility and its application during humanitarian intervention.
تشهد المنطقة المغاربية حالة من التحولات الجيوسياسية، المصاحبة لانتشار العديد من التحديات الأمنية التي تلقي بضلالها على جميع الدول المشكلة لهذا الفضاء الحيوي، والتي تمس بالأمن الإقليمي لكل دول المنطقة المغاربية وبالجزائر على وجه الخصوص.
في هذا السياق، ترتكز هذه الدراسة على تحليل واقع المنطقة المغاربية، على ضوء تطبيع المغرب لعلاقاته مع إسرائيل، باعتبارها خطوة من شأنها إعادة تحريك الخريطة الجيوسياسية للمنطقة المغاربية ككل.
وعليه، تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة تداعيات هذه الخطوة على واقع ومآلات القضية الجوهرية في المنطقة المغاربية والمرتبطة بالنزاع القائم بين المغرب والصحراء الغربية، وكذا بمخرجات هذه الخطوة على التوازنات الإقليمية القائمة في المنطقة المغاربية خاصة ما تعلق بمكانة ودور الجزائر.
The Maghreb region is currently characterized by geopolitical transformations and security challenges which undermine this vital space, and which affect the regional security of this region and of Algeria in particular.
In this state of affairs, this study tends to analyze the status quo in the Magreb region, in light of Morocco's normalization of its relations with Israel, considered as a maneuver that will overturn the geopolitical map in this region.
also, this study aims to analyze the repercussions of this Moroccan attempt on the future of fundamental and vital questions in the Magreb region, namely: the question of Western Sahara, and the existing regional balances, in this case between Morocco and Algeria thus impacting the place and role of Algeria in the region.

This research aims to identify the threats posed by cybercrime to the fintech sector, as well as the preventative measures taken by the industry in the form of cybersecurity. This study employs a systematic literature review approach to analyzing previously published publications on cybercrime and cybersecurity in the financial technology industry. The survey found that cybercrime issues in the fintech industry include lax cybercrime rules, theft of data and information, and infringement of intellectual property. Proactive measures strengthened legislation, and establishing a trustworthy cybersecurity framework or system may all be used to combat cybercrime in the fintech industry.
This study's findings may serve as a resource for academics, practitioners, regulators, and fintech players interested in learning more about the evolution of cybercrime and cybersecurity in the financial technology sector. While this study does an excellent job of summarizing and expanding upon the research findings in each chosen article, it needs to analyze the connections between the pieces. Broadening the scope of the article under evaluation, using other literature review techniques, or doing more empirical research are all viable options for recommending additional studies to corroborate the findings of the current one.
This article aims to study the development of the political participation of women in Algeria from the independence until the present day. It is done through analysing the constitutions, various legal laws, especially the constitution of 2008, and international conventions on women by showing the impact of political changes, such as the “democratic transition” that began in 1989 on women’s political participation. The results showed that although women have been assigned as ministers and leaders of political parties and the judicial system, in different periods, the problems and obstacles which are faced by Algerian women and their role in political life such as traditions and electoral laws on the line still exist and are to be highlighted in this study.

The Government of Saudi Arabia has made expanding access to quality medical care a top priority in all three phases (primary, secondary, and tertiary) through health policies, starting with primary care. As a direct result of this, there has been a significant rise in the general level of health among Saudi citizens over the past few decades. However, several issues present challenges to the healthcare system. These include a shortage of Saudi health professionals, the multiple roles played by the Ministry of Health, limited financial resources, changing disease patterns, high demand due to free services, the absence of a national policy for crisis management, poor access to some health services, and the need for a national health information system and the condition to utilize the potential offered by e-health strategies. The study found that primary, secondary, and tertiary health care in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has progressed significantly in recent years thanks to the continuous focus and funding from the government. Thus, the health of the Saudi people has improved dramatically. The Ministry of Health (MOH) has implemented several service improvements, focusing on Primary Health Care (PHC).
The purpose of this paper is to outline the role of the European Union in supporting and promoting democracy in arab countries. Especially by tracking various initiatives and agreements that link the Union with the arab countries like the Euro-Mediterranean partnership, European Neighborhood policy…. achieving to the after 2011 period or which is called the arab spring.
We have found through this study that the EU after 2011 has decided to resend its projects about reform and democracy issues in the arab world especially the so called the New-Neighborhood policy of 2015.
Through this policy, the EU has changed the taken model of supporting democracy to a governance model based on multi-sectoral partnerships.

The crime of aggression is considered one of the most controversial crimes, as it is a new name for an old crime, committed since ancient times, the attention to it clearly began since the end of World War II, as international efforts tried to define a concept for the crime of aggression and set legal mechanisms and procedures to combat it, except That this faced and encountered problems and Controversies for a long period of time, even after its inclusion in the list of international crimes and the adoption of its definition with the activation of the jurisdiction of the international criminal court over it in July 17, 2018, the Controversies still exist, especially as a necessary and binding procedures were stipulated exclusively to the Security Council over the crime of aggression, which established an exceptional authority of the security council over the crime of aggression.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر نظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال العاملة بولاية الخرطوم. إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار العينات الغير احتمالية باستخدام اسلوب العينات القصدية. استخدمت الأستبانه كاداءة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، حيث تم توزيع عدد(50) استبانة ومن ثم جمعها وتحليلها وإجراء إختبارات الصدق والثبات عليها اضافة الى الاحصاء الوصفي . ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام طريقة الإنحدار عن طريق برنامج التحليل الأحصائي للاغراض الأجتماعية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسه الى وجود أثر لنظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية بابعادها المتطلبات التنظيمية والمتطلبات التكنولجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. واوصت الدراسة المنظمات بالأهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإستراتيجية لتحقيق الميزه التنافسية واشراك العاملين في مختلف مراحل صياغة الخطة الاستراتجية.
الواقع أنه بين الاستثمار والصفقات العمومية علاقة وطيدة حيث ارتبطت سياسة الإنفاق العمومي بالطلبات العمومية عن طريق تشجيع الاستثمار وخصوصا الأجنبي منه، لدفع عجلة النمو، وتأكدت هذه العلاقة أكثر من خلال أعمال الحرية الاقتصادية كمبدأ دستوري مقدس، لذلك أخضع المشرع الجزائري المنازعات الناشئة عن الاستثمار إلى التحكيم التجاري الدولي.
تتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الفهم العام للعلاقات الناشئة بين الدولة والمتعامل الاقتصادي في الاطار التعاقدي لاسيما إذا كان المتعامل أجنبيا، حيث تطرح مسألة طبيعة الالتزام بالاستثمار الواقع على المتعامل المتعاقد وبالخصوص عند إعلان طلب العروض الدولي لإبرام الصفقات العمومية وتنفيذها الذي يطرح اشكالات قانونية معقدة، ووصلنا إلى فكرة أن الصفقات العمومية المبرمة عن طريق إجراء طلب العروض الدولية تعتبر استثمارا، على الأقل من زاوية المتعامل المتعاقد الأجنبي، وتمتد هذه الفكرة في إطار العلاقات التي يحكمها القانون الداخلي إلى الاتفاقيات الدولية المصادق عليها من طرف الدولة الجزائرية المتعلقة بالحماية المتبادلة للاستثمار، مما يدفعنا إلى البحث من زاوية قانونية: الصفقات العمومية وكذا قانون الاستثمار.
in fact, thereis a close relationship between investment and public deals, as public spending policy has been linked to public orders by encouraging investment, especially foreing ones, to drive growth, this relationship was further confermed through the actuins of economic freedom as a sacred constitutional principal, therfore, the legislator subjected the penalties arsing from investement and deals to international commercial arbitrationn.
This study falls within the general understanding of the emerging relations between the state and the economic operator in the contractual framework, especially if the operator is a foreigner, where the issue of the nature of the investment obligation imposed on the contracting dealing is raised especially when announcing the international request for offers to conclude public deals and implement complex legal problems. We came to the idea that public deals concluded through the procedure for requesting international offers are an investment, at least from the angle of the foreign contractor, and this idea extends within the framework of relations governed by domestic law to international agreements ratified by the Algerian state related to mutual protection of investment, which leads us to research from a legal point of view: public deals as well as investment law.

تناول البحث أثر تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في تنمية المجتمعات المحلية في ظل التدريب كمتغير وسيط، دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء المستفيدات من تمويل مؤسسة القروض الصغيرة بولاية وداي بجمهورية تشاد في الفترة ما بين 2016- 2020م، وقد ضم البحث ثلاثة محاور تناول الباحث من خلالها في المحور الأول: مفهوم وأهمية وأهداف التمويل الأصغر. وفي المحور الثاني: المفاهيم الأساسية في التدريب وأهميته وأهدافه:وفي المحور الثالث: أثر التمويل الأصغر على مساهمة المرأة في التنمية المحلية بولاية وداي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بالاعتماد على عدد من الفروض منها: أثر التمويل الأصغر في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية المحلية بولاية وداي، يساهم التمويل الأصغر في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة والفقر في ولاية وداي، للتدريب تأثير ايجابي على ربحية المشروعات الصغيرة وزيادة إنتاجيتها ونموها وتطورها. وتوصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: توصلت الدراسة الي وجود أثر كبير للتمويل الأصغر في تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في التنمية المحلية بولاية وداي، حيث يشجع التمويل الأصغر على زيادة فرص الاستثمار في أوساط النساء واتجاههن نحو المشروعات التنموية في ولاية وداي عن طرق إنشاء مشروعات خاصة بهن. توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلي أن التمويل الأصغر ساهم بصورة ايجابية في الحد من ظاهرتي البطالة والفقر في ولاية وداي وذلك من خلال خلق فرص التشغيل وتحسين الدخل. وجدت الدراسة أيضا أن التمويل الأصغر ساعد في تحسين المستوى المعيشي للمرأة في ولاية وداي، حيث أسهم في تحسين دخل المرأة في ولاية وداي وتشجيعها على ابتكار وتطوير مشروعات إنتاجية وتحسين مهارتهن الإنتاجية. وجدت الدراسة أيضاً أن القروض التي تمنحها مؤسسة القروض الصغيرة غير كافية لتمويل المشاريع الصغيرة للمرأة في ولاية وداي، حيث أن القروض ضعيفة وغير قادرة على تغطية احتياجات المشروعات رغم أفضليتها على قروض البنوك التجارية. كما أوصي الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: على الجهات المختصة بالتمويل الأصغر في وزارة المالية وشركائها الاهتمام بتفعيل دور مشاركة المرأة في الحياة الاقتصادية من خلال إتاحة الفرص التمويلية للمشاريع الصغيرة. يوصي الباحث بضرورة تأسيس مركز وطني متخصص في تدريب النساء الرائدات والحديثات في مجال إدارة وتسيير المشروعات الصغيرة حتى تتسنى لهن مواكبة المستجدات في عالم الأعمال. على مؤسسة التمويل الأصغر رفع مستوى القروض الممنوحة للنساء حتى يتمكن من توسيع نطاق نشاطهن التجاري والخدمي والصناعي، لأن المبالغ التي تمنح حالياً قد لا تلبي احتياج البعض منهن. على مؤسسة التمويل الأصغر القيام بدورات تدريبية في مجال إدارة المشروعات قبل منحهن القروض حتى تتكون لهن صورة مبدئية في تطوير مشروعاتهن.
إنّ مسألة تنظيم العلاقات بين الزّوجين كانت ولا زالت مسألة حيويّة في أغلب الأنظمة القانونية، ولكنّ الجوانب المالية حازت جدلا أكثر من غيرها، فتطوّر الجدل في النّظم الغربية إلى وضع ما سمّي بالأنظمة المالية للزواج مؤسّسة توجّهاتها على مبرّرات قامت على مبدأ المساواة بين الرّجل والمرأة، وغاية حماية حقوق الانسان. ومن بين تلك النّظم نظام الاشتراك المالي القانوني. لقد تأثّرت البنيات القانونية العربية الإسلامية، بالنّظم القانونية الغربية ومنها النّظم المالية، من خلال التّعديلات الملموسة داخل المنظومات القانونية رغم اختلاف التّوجّهات حول شرعية تلك الأنظمة، ومنها نظام الاشتراك القانوني، حيث تباينت مناهج التّأصيل، فبعضها يؤسّس ذلك على النّصوص الشّرعية وبعضها يبرّر قبولها لمجرّد تشابهها بأعراف تبنّتها مجتمعات معيّنة، حيث خلصت الدّراسة إلى تأكيد الأساس العرفي للاشتراك القانوني وتناقض الأخذ بهذا النّظام مع أحكام الشّريعة الإسلامية المؤكّدة لاستقلال الذمّة المالية للزوجين.
In most legal systems, the question of regulating relations between spouses has been and remains a vital one. But the financial aspects have been more controversial than others. Controversy in Western regimes evolved into the so-called matrimonial systems. They are guided by justifications based on the principle of equality between men and women, and the purpose of protecting human rights. Among these are the legal community system. Arab Islamic legal institutions have been affected by Western legal systems, including matrimonial systems. Through concrete modifications within legal systems, although different approaches to the legitimacy of those systems, including the legal system of community, searchers adopted many methods for the authentication of this system; Some of them base this on legitimate texts and some justify their acceptance just as they are similar to those adopted by certain communities. The study concluded that the customary basis for legal community was confirmed; and that the introduction of this system contradicts with the Islamic Shariah s confirming the financial independence of the couple.

تناولت هذه الورقة دور إدارة حماية الأسرة والطفل في الحد من جنوح الأحداث، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث في تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث ومعرفة مصيرهم بالبحث والدراسة وذلك من خلال البحث داخل المؤسسات المكلفة بهم، التعرف على أهم البرامج والخدمات الاجتماعية التي توفرها المؤسسات للأحداث، الإنتشار الواسع لظاهرة جنوح الأحداث وخطورتها على المجتمع، التفات الدراسات والبحوث العلمية في السنوات الأخيرة إلى المواضیع التي تتعلق بمشكلات الأحداث، هدفت الدراسة الى تغطية موضوع هام وهو موضوع جنوح الأطفال. التعرف على مؤسسات رعاية الأحداث الجانحون في السودان، التعرف إلى الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى جنوح الأحداث ، وضع بعض الحلول التي قد تسهم في الحد من ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث. إتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذلك المنهج التاريخي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: يعتبر جنوح الاحداث مشكلة متغيرة وغير ثابتة، لانها تعتمد على عوامل متغيرة (اقتصادية – اجتماعية) لذلك لا تعتبر ظاهرة، تعمل إدارة حماية الاسرة والطفل وفق القوانين الوطنية والدولية لتحقيق العدالة للاطفال، تعمل على الكشف المبكر عن الانحرافات وتوفير الحماية اللازمة للأطفال من الانتهاكات، تعمل على رفع الوعي لدى الاسرة والمجتمع وتقديم الدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي للضحايا والاسر، تعمل على تطوير الكوادر والعاملين في حماية الطفولة واجراء الدراسات والبحوث خاصة فيما يتعلق بالجنوح ومعالجته. إختتمت الدراسة بجملة من المقترحات والتوصيات والتي يعتقد الباحث أنها ضرورية: تقوية دور الأسرة وفاعليتها، وحمايتها، وحماية الأطفال من العنف وسوء المعاملة ، نشر الوعي بين الآباء والأمهات حول المشاكل الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي يتعرض لها الأطفال والمراهقون وطرق معالجتها ، تعميق دور المدرسة والتعاون مع الأسرة من أجل بناء شخصية الطفل العلمية والنفسية والاجتماعية ، الإكثار من البرامج التثقيفية والترفيهية المناسبة للأطفال والأحداث، إعطاء الأطفال والمراهقين الفرصة للتعبير عن أنفسهم وطرح مشاكلهم وبيان ما يعانون أو يخافون منه .
إن أكبر التحديات التي واجهها النظام السياسي الجزائري هي كيفية التوفيق بين الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والحاجة الماسة للنمو والتنمية الاقتصادية في مقابل التنمية الاجتماعية ورفاهية المواطن، وهو هدف تتوقف عليه كل السياسات الحكومية في ظل تبني الحكومات لسياسات النمو والإنعاش الاقتصادي منذ تولي الرئيس بوتفليقة الحكم حيث ركز على إعادة السلم والأمن والمصالحة الوطنية وإعادة الاعتبار لسمعة الدولة الجزائرية في الخارج ومحاولة تبني خطة اقتصادية تقوم على البرمجة والتخطيط والمراحل وخصصت لها مبالغ ضخمة، في حين كانت النتائج المرجوة ضعيفة خاصة على مستوى الانجاز الاقتصادي فيما يخص التكلفة المقررة والآجال المحددة للإنجاز، ناهيك عن الفساد الذي لم يسبق له مثيل في تاريخ الجزائر والملفات الثقيلة الموجودة بالملايير، وتوالي العهدات الرئاسية جعلت التذمر الشعبي يقوم بحراك سلمي تاريخي استلهم الشعوب، جعل الجيش يتدخل ويعيد الحياة السياسية لطبيعتها ومتابعة الزمر والفاسدين، وإجراء انتخابات رئاسية جديدة، وبرامج اقتصادية واجتماعية جديد ة تواجه تحديات كبيرة في ظل الأزمة البنيوية للاقتصاد الجزائري وجائحة كورونا .
The biggest challenges faced by the Algerian political system is how to reconcile the economic and social aspect with the urgent need for economic growth and development in return for social development and the well-being of the citizen, a goal on which all government policies depend in light of the governments' adoption of economic growth and recovery policies since President Bouteflika took office, where he focused on Restoring peace, security and national reconciliation, rehabilitating the reputation of the Algerian state abroad, and trying to adopt an economic plan based on programming, planning and phases, and huge sums were allocated to it, while the desired results are weak, especially at the level of economic achievement in terms of the established cost and deadlines for achievement, not to mention the corruption that has never been before. Similar in the history of Algeria, the heavy files in the billions, and the succession of presidential terms, made popular discontent a historic peaceful movement that inspired the people, made the army intervene and restore political life to normal, following up on the cliques and the corrupt, holding new presidential elections, and new economic and social programs facing great challenges during the crisis. تناولت الدراسة أسباب وآثار الهجرة الخارجية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السودانية. هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على الأسباب الحقيقية لهجرة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة البطانة وآثارها، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. تم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان وزع على المهاجرين عن طريق العينة العشوائية، بالإضافة إلى المقابلات الشخصية والملاحظة المباشرة. استخدمت الدراسة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل النتائج. توصلت الدراسة لنتائج من أهمها: زيادة أعداد المهاجرين ترجع إلى ضعف العائد المادي وقد أكد ذلك (97%)، والوضع الاقتصادي للدولة وقد أكد ذلك جميع المبحوثين بنسبة (100%)، سوء تقدير النظم السياسية الحاكمة للعقول المتميزة وقد أقر بذلك نسبة (86%)، لهجرة أعضاء هيئة التدريس العديد من الايجابيات منها زيادة مستوى الدخل وقد أكد هذا الرأي نسبة (97%)، اكتساب الخبرات ذلك ما أقر به (94%)، لهجرة أساتذة الجامعات العديد من السلبيات منها: فقدان العلماء والمخططين ذلك ما اكده (97%)، فقدان الأساتذة ذوي الخبرات وقد أكد ذلك جميع المبحوثين بنسبة (100%). خلصت الدراسة لتوصيات منها: زيادة أجور أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، الاهتمام بجودة التعليم العالي، تقدير العقول المتميزة وتحسين شروط خدمة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات.
تعد التصاميم الشكلية للدوائر المتكاملة عنصرا من عناصر حقوق الملكية الصناعية المستحدثة والتي ظهرت نتيجة التطور الكبير في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، فكل تطور تكنولوجي أو تقني يكاد لا يخلو من تصميم شكلي.
وبما أن التصاميم الشكلية للدوائر المتكاملة تعد عناصر تقنية بالغة الدقة فإن تصنيعها يتطلب وقتا طويلا وجهدا كبيرا وتكاليف جد باهضة، وفي المقابل فإن عملية تقليدها أو استنساخها بسيطة جدا وغير مكلفة بتاتا ما سهل تعرضها للاعتداءات باستمرار ومن هنا ظهرت الحاجة إلى وضع نظام قانوني خاص يكفل حماية هذه التصاميم لاسيما من خلال تحديد الأفعال أو الممارسات التي تشكل انتهاكا للحقوق الاستئثارية لمالك التصميم الشكلي وتحديد الأركان المشكلة لجريمة تقليد تصميم شكلي لدائرة متكاملة من أجل تحديد المسؤولية الجزائية وبالتالي زيادة الضمانات لأصحاب التصاميم من أجل تشجيعهم على الاستثمار في المجال الاقتصادي.
The formal designs of integrated circuits are an element of the newly created property rights, which emerged as a result of the great development in the field of information and communication technology. In fact, every technological or technical advancecan hardly standwithout a formal design.Since the formal designs of integrated circuits are very technical elements, manufacturing them requires a long time and great effort; besides, it comes atvery high costs. On the other hand, the process of copying or replicating them is very simple and inexpensive, which had exposed them to constant attacks. Hence, the need to develop a specific legal system emerged.The latter aims to guarantee the protection of these designs; especially by identifying acts or practices that constitute a violation of the exclusive rights of the formal design’s owner, and identifying the elements that regard imitating a formal design of an integrated circuit as a crime. All for the sake of determining the penal liability; and thus, increasing the guarantees for the design owners to encourage them to invest in the economic field.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر رأس المال البشرى على الابداع الادارى فى شركات صناعة الاغذية بولاية الخرطوم،استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى الميدانى، حيث تم الاعتماد على اسلوب العينة غير الاحتمالية (قصدية) وقد بلغ حجم العينة (250) مديراً بشركات صناعة الأغذية بولاية الخرطوم، استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية لرأس المال البشرى على الابداع الادارى فى شركات صناعة الاغذية بولاية الخرطوم، أوصت الدراسة الشركات الى تطبيق نموذج الدراسة للإستفادة من رأس المال البشرى لديها فى تنمية الابداع الادارى.
يعتبر الإعلان المضلل من أكبر المخاطر التي تهدد سلامة المستهلك، وذلك لما له من تأثير سلبي على إرادته، إذ أن الإعلان المضلل يدفعه إلى التعاقد وإلى اقتناء سلعة لم يكن ليقتنيها لو كان الإعلان حقيقيا، ولأن المشرع الإماراتي حريص جدا على توفير حماية فعالة للمستهلك فإنه لم يهمل هذه المسألة المهمة واعتبر الإعلان المضلل خداعا في حق المستهلك وهو ما أكده في قانون حماية المستهلك الجديد الصادر في 2020 والذي سنبرز فيه موقف المشرع الإماراتي من الإعلان المضلل ومدى توفيره لحماية كافية للمستهلك من الإعلان المضلل .
Because of the negative impact that it has on the consumer’s will, misleading and false advertising is considered as one of the biggest threats to consumer safety. Misleading advertising drives the consumer to engage in deals that they would not have engaged in if the advertising was truthful. As the Emirati legislator is dedicated to provide effective protection to the consumer, this important issue has not been neglected, and misleading advertising has been considered as consumer fraud. This has been affirmed in the new consumer- protection law of 2020 on which we will highlight the position of the Emirati legislator regarding misleading and false advertising.
