This research paper aims to shed light in an analytical and critical manner on the duality of e-readiness of the government and its intersection with the necessities of digital transformation in Algeria, this new global trend that expresses an industrial tsunami in its fourth edition, with a focus on statistical analysis on the state of Batna as a model for the study.
