تعتبر مباحث الأمر والنهي الأصولية من أهم الموضوعات المطروقة في علم أصول الفقه في هذا العصر حيث أُلِّفت فيها رسائل علمية، وبحوث عديدة، شملت جانبيها التأصيلي والتطبيقي، وموضوع هذا البحث يتعلق بالجانب التأصيلي لأهم المباحث الأصولية بين شرح المنهاج للأصفهاني وشرح مختصر الروضة للطوفي في باب الأمر والنهي حيث تناولت محاوره: التعريف بالمؤلفين الطوفي والاصفهاني، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره وإشكاليته وأهدافه, ثم مبحث تمهيدي تطرقت فيه عن تعريف أصول الفقه ثم حياة المؤلفيّن الطوفي والأصفهاني رحمهما الله تعالى، ثم جاء الفصل الأول متناولاً موضوع الأمر إذ قمت بدراسة مفهوم الأمر وحقيقته عند الطوفي والاصفهاني وبعدها بينت صيغ الأمر ومقتضاه عند الطوفي والاصفهاني، وأخيراً خصصت مبحث لدراسة الأمر بعد الحظر عند الطوفي والاصفهاني.
ثم جاء الفصل الثاني متناولاً النهي إذ قمت بدراسة مفهوم النهي وحقيقته عند الطوفي والاصفهاني وبعدها بينت صيغ النهي ومقتضاه عند الطوفي والاصفهاني.
يهدف البحث إلى الوقوف عند معالم الخطر المهدد لصحة وأخلاق الطفل مع بيان طريقة تعامل المنظومة التشريعية الجزائرية في مواجهته في سبيل ضمان حماية الطفل ودفع الخطر عنه.
وقد حصر تلك المعالم في: التدخين، المشروبات الكحولية، المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، حيث تم التوصل إلى أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة من الدولة لضمان حماية الأطفال إلا أنها ليست كفيلة بتحقيق الهدف المنشود على اعتبار التزايد المستمر في تعرض الأطفال لتلك المعالم خاصة مع ظهور المخدرات الرقمية، وعجز القانون عن تنظيمها هذا ما يستدعي التفعيل الحقيقي لدور المجتمع المدني من أجل الحفاظ على صحة الطفل وأخلاقه
The present research aims to identify the risks profiles that threat the children's health and morals , and indicate how the Algerian legislative system deals with it ; in order to ensure the child protection and fending off the threat .
These profiles have restricted to: smoking, alcohol, drug, and psychotropic substances , where it was reached that although the state's efforts to ensure the child protection; they aren't enough to achieve the desired goals ; considering the ever-increasing in children's exposure to these profiles, especially with the appearance of the digital drugs , and the law's enability to regulate them .
So that's call for a real activation of the civil society role , in order to maintain the child's health and morals .

يهدف البحث الكشف عن مستوى معرفة متعلمي المرحلة المتوسطة للمفاهيم العلمية ودوره في تنمية المهارات الحياتية في كتب الفيزياء، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الذي يتم من خلاله الوصل إلى نتائج كمية تقيس مستوى معرفة المتعلمين للمفاهيم العلمية ومدى امتلاكهم للمهارات الحياتية.
جرى اختيار العينة من متعلمي المرحلة المتوسطة في 9 مدارس، حيث توزعت المدارس بالتساوي بين (العاصمة بغداد، منطقة الريف، مدارس المتميزين)، وتم الاختيار العشوائي ل (294) متعلم ومتعلمة ضمن المناطق الثلاث.
قام الباحث بتحليل محتوى مادة الفيزياء للصف الثالث المتوسط لاستخراج المفاهيم العلمية الواردة ضمن هذه المنهاج، ليتمكن من إعداد الاختبار وفق هذه المفاهيم، ثم قام بإعداد اختبار للمفاهيم العلمية تكون من (40) سؤالاً، وقام أيضاً بإعداد مقياس للمهارات الحياتية، تكون من (28) فقرة، وتوزعت هذه المهارات ضمن أربعة مجالات (حل المشكلات، العمل الجماعي، التواصل والاتصال، المشاركة).
بينت نتائج البحث أن درجة معرفة متعلمي المرحلة المتوسطة للمفاهيم العلمية المتوفرة في كتاب الفيزياء جاءت بنسبة متوسطة، كما أن درجة امتلاكهم للمهارات الحياتية كانت أيضاً بدرجة متوسطة.
أكدت النتائج أنه وفقًا للمتغير (الجنس) ، لم تكن متوسط درجات معرفة متعلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بالمفاهيم العلمية مختلفة إحصائيًا بشكل كبير، بينما تبين وجود في متوسطات درجاتهم تبعاً لمتغير (منطقة المدرسة).
وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إتقان المهارة الحياتية لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة باختلاف متغير (الجنس) لصالح الاناث، بينما بينت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات درجاتهم للمهارات الحياتية تبعاً لمتغير (منطقة المدرسة).
يؤدي عقد التمثيل التجاري دورا هاما في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني والدولي، وهو إحدى صور الوكالة التجارية وأحد أنواع التوسط في إبرام الصفقات التجارية التي تتحقق فيها المصلحة المشتركة للمتعاقدين، مع ذلك لم ينظم المشرع الجزائري عقد التمثيل التجاري مثلما فعلت معظم التشريعات العربية، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة محاولة منا للتعريف به والتعرض للآثار القانونية التي يرتبها

This study is an attempt to define it and to expose the legal implications that it entails.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بموضوع الروابط الأخوية، وبيان الآيات التي تضمنتها الأخوه في القرآن الكريم، وقد اتبعت في ذلك دراسة تحليلية موضوعية وذلك من خلال جمع الآيات المتعلقة بالأخوة، وأقوال أئمة المفسرين من خلال أمّات كتب التفسير المتنوعة، واقتضت الدراسة تقسيمها إلى: مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة.
ففي الفصل الأول تم تناول مفهوم الروابط الأخوية، وفي الفصل الثاني تم تناول أهمية الأخوة وعوائقها، أما الفصل الثالث فتكلمنا عن الأخلاق والروابط الأخوية الاجتماعية، وأخيراً الخاتمة والنتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، وهذه الدراسة تربط بين كتب اللغة التي لها علاقة بألفاظ البحث ومصطلحاته وبين أمّات كتب التفسير لأئمة المفسرين رحمهم الله تعالى.
تشكل التكنولوجيا الرقمية القوة الدافعة الرئيسية لرسم ملامح القرن الحادي والعشرين. فدخول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والتنظيم الإلكتروني في المجال السياسي يعد الأكثر تأثيرا على الحياة السياسية، لضمان الكفاءة الانتخابية من خلال نظام التصويت الإلكتروني، في محاولة لتغيير الطرق التقليدية في الانتخابات لتكريس المشاركة السياسية.
تتناول الدراسة الحالية مساهمة نظام التصويت الإلكتروني- كأحد مخرجات تأثير التكنولوجيا الرقمية على العمل السياسي- في تكريس المشاركة السياسية، من خلال تحليل أهم المداخل الوظيفية وطرح تجارب دولية رائدة في هذا المجال.
The Digital technology is the main driving force shaping the twenty-first century. The entry of information and communication technology and electronic organization into the political sphere is considered the most influential on political life, to ensure electoral efficiency through the electronic voting system, in an attempt to change the traditional methods of elections to consolidate political participation
The current study deals with the contribution of the electronic voting system- as one of the outcomes of the impact of digital technology on political work- to consolidate the political participation, by analyzing the most important functional approaches and introducing leading international experiences in this field.

سَعَت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية العلاقة التي تربط أسلوب الاندماج داخل القاعة الصفية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي والعمل الفعال داخل الصف الدراسي وتطوير إمكانيات الفكر التأملي لديهم، اعتمد الباحث على الأسلوب التحليلي الوصفي، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من متعلم من متعلمي الصف الرابع الأدبي في المدارس الحكومية في العراق، تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى كون التفاعل الصفي يؤدي إلى تنمية التفكير التأملي في تدريس التاريخ للصف الرابع الأدبي، كلما كان المدرس متمكناً من مهاراته في الإدارة الصفية كلما نجح في رفع مستوى الفهم والتأمل لدى طلابه، أيضاً اتباع المعلم للطرائق المتطورة في التدريس يساعد ببلوغ فاعلية إمكانيات المتعلمين النقدية لمادة التاريخ.
تواجه السياسة العمرانية الحديثة إشكالية التوجه والاستقرار وذلك لعدة اعتبارات؛ حيث أصبح من الضروري جعل البناء في بعض المناطق يتكيف وفق أفضلية المناخ والسياسة التنموية التي تميزها مخططات التهيئة والتعمير، ولعل الظروف الطبيعية الخاصة التي أصبحت تفرض على بعض الدول أخذ حزمة من الاحتياطات والتدابير للمضي قدما نحو تجسيد سياسة عمرانية قائمة على خلق مدن جديدة هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى فك الخناق عن المدن الكبرى التي تعرف الكثير من الأزمات والمشاكل سواء من حيث التنظيم أو التسيير أو التخطيط.
ولتحقيق هذا التوازن المنشود لجأت الجزائر كباقي الدول إلى سياسة تنموية جديدة قائمة على التوجه جنوبا نحو الصحراء؛ فأقامت مدن وخلقت وتجمعات سكانية حديثة تتلاءم والطبيعة الجغرافية التي تميز الصحراء، سواء من حيث نوع المساكن ومواد البناء والطبيعة العمرانية التي تميز المناطق الصحراوية، ومن خلال هذا التوجه الجديد واجهت الجزائر الكثير من العوائق الإدارية والسياسية لعل أبرزها غياب سياسة تنموية واضحة المعالم
Modern urban Policy faces the problem of orientation and stability. Where it has become necessary to make construction in some areas adapt according to the preference of the climate and the developmental policy that characterizes the planning and reconstruction plans. On the other hand, loosening the screws on the major cities that know many crises and problems, whether in terms of organization, management or planning.
In order to achieve this desired balance, Algeria, like other countries, resorted to a new development policy based on heading south towards the desert. It established cities and created modern population groups that are compatible with the geographical nature that characterizes the desert, both in terms of the type of housing, building materials and the urban nature that characterizes the desert regions.

الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة هو اختبار أثر محاسبة القيمة العادلة على فائدة المعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار في المصارف العراقية.
ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تقسيمه إلى عدة أهداف فرعية وهي كالتالي:
اختبار أثر محاسبة القيمة العادلة على ملاءمة المعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار للمستثمرين.
اختبار أثر محاسبة القيمة العادلة على موثوقية المعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار للمستثمرين.
اختبار أثر محاسبة القيمة العادلة على الثبات والاتساق للمعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار للمستثمرين.
اختبار أثر محاسبة القيمة العادلة على القابلية للمقارنة للمعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار للمستثمرين.
اختبار أثر محاسبة القيمة العادلة على التوقيت المناسب للمعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار للمستثمرين.
لتحقيق هدف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها تم الاعتماد على كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي الإحصائي.
صمم الباحث استبانة ووزعها على مجتمع الدراسة الذي يتألف من العاملين في المصارف الكائنة في مدينة أربيل ذات الصلة باتخاذ القرار، والموظفين العاملين في أقسام المحاسبة، والمستثمرين والمحللين الماليين في السوق العراقي للأوراق المالية.
أما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من عينة قصدية من الإداريين العامليين في المصارف، وعينة ميسرة من المستثمرين، وعينة ميسرة من المحللين الماليين.
بعد تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أساسية كما يلي:
يوجد أثر إيجابي ضعيف لمحاسبة القيمة العادلة على فائدة المعلومات المحاسبية في صياغة القرار في المصارف العراقية المتواجدة في مدنية أربيل عند مستوى دلالة ( ).
وجود أثر إيجابي ضعيف لمحاسبة القيمة العادلة على ملاءمة المعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار.
يوجد أثر إيجابي ضعيف لمحاسبة القيمة العادلة على موثوقية المعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار.
وجود أثر إيجابي ضعيف لمحاسبة القيمة العادلة على الثبات والاتساق للمعلومة المحاسبية في صنع القرار.
وجود أثر إيجابي ضعيف لمحاسبة القيمة العادلة على القابلية للمعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار.
يوجد أثر إيجابي ضعيف لمحاسبة القيمة العادلة على التوقيت المناسب للمعلومات المحاسبية في اتخاذ القرار.
سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على مكانة دول منطقة شمال إفريقيا في مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية من خلال تتبع مسار انضمامها إلى المبادرة، مع التركيز على الأهمية الإقليمية للجزائر في المنطقة في إطار المبادرة الصينية وفق المدرك الاستراتيجي الصيني، وإبراز مستقبل الشراكة الصينية الجزائرية ضمن المشروع العالمي.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تطور كبير في العلاقات الصينية الجزائرية في إطار المشروع الذي انضمت إليه الجزائر حديثا، ما يفتح المجال للحديث عن تفرد الجزائر بمستقبل واعد مع الشريك الصيني خاصة في إطار مشاريع طريق الحرير البحري.
This study sheds light on the status of the countries of the North African region in the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative by tracing the path of their ccession to the initiative with a focus on the regional importance of Algeria in the region within the framework of the Chinese initiative
according to the Chinese strategic perception and highlighting the future of the Chinese-Algerian partnership within the global project.
The study concluded that there has been a significant development in the Chinese-Algerian relations within the framework of the project that Algeria has recently joined, which opens the way for talking about Algeria's uniqueness with a promising future with the Chinese partner, especially in the framework of the Maritime Silk Road projects.

تناولت العديد من الدراسات والباحثين موضوع القيادة الخادمة من أعلى الهرم إلى أسفله. أما بالنسبة لبحثنا ، فسوف نستكشف القيادة الخادمة لموظفي الجامعة وأثرها على سلوك وعملية صنع القرار في الإدارة ، أي تأثير القيادة الخادمة وسلوك الطلاب. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي استخدم الباحثون برنامج SPSS لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان الموزعة على 100 من موظفي جامعة واسط ، وكانت النتائج كالتالي وجود علاقة وتفاعل إيجابي بين القيادة الخادمة والسلوك الإداري للعاملين (0،810 **) كذلك توجد علاقة ايجابية كلية (0.757 **) بين القيادة الخدمية واتخاذ القرار الاداري وايضا السلوك الشفاف للقيادة الخدمية العمالية له تأثير على تنمية الكفاءة الإدارية واخيرا التأكيد على نموذج القيادة في خدمة العاملين للمحافظة على الكفاءة والفاعلية. بلاضافة إلى ذلك الإبداع في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بعد مشاركة القيادة الخادمة للعمال.
تنص الدساتير عادة على اختصاص البرلمان بوظيفة الرقابة على أعمال الحكومة إلى جانب وظيفته الأساسية وهي التشريع، ولاشك أن لهذه الوظيفة أهميتها فالسلطة التنفيذية تعلم مقدما أن أعمالها ستكون عرضة للرقابة البرلمانية ولهذا فهي تتوخى أن تقوم بأعمالها على أفضل وجه بصورة تستطيع معها أن تدافع عنها أمام البرلمان، وقد خولت الدساتير والنظم الداخلية للبرلمان في الجزائر العديد من الوسائل لنواب وأعضاء البرلمان بهدف القيام بمهمة الرقابة ومن بين هذه الوسائل حق توجيه الاستجواب للحكومة أولأحدأعضائهالمحاسبتهم في كل مايدخل في مجال اختصاصهم، وبما أن الاستجواب يحمل في طياته معنى الاتهام والمحاسبة لأعمال الحكومة فقد يؤدي إلى طرح الثقة من الحكومة برمتها أو من أحدالوزراء وهو ما نهدف إلى معالجته من خلال طرح الإشكالية التالية، كيف يمارس البرلمان الجزائري رقابته على أعمال الحكومة وفقا لآلية الاستجواب التي كفلها له المؤسس الدستوري؟ وسنجيب على هاته الإشكالية من خلال اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي.
Constitutions usually state the parliament’s function of oversight over government activities in addition to its main function, which is legislation, there is no doubt that this function has big importance as the executive authority knows in advance that all its works will be vulnerable to parliament oversight. Thus, the government makes sure to do its work the best way possible, as it will defend it before the parliament. Constitutions and parliamentary rules of procedure in Algeria have authorized many means for deputes and members of the parliament in order to carry the task of oversight, one of which is the right to interrogate the government or one of its members to hold them accountable for anything related to their field of specialty. Since the interrogation holds in a certain meaning of accusation and accountability for the actions of the government, it may lead to the censuring of government or one of the ministers (through the no confidence motion). Which is what we are aiming to address through the following problematic: How does the Algerian parliament exercise oversight on government actions through the mechanism of interrogation guaranteed by the constitutional founder? We will answer this problematic by relying on the descriptive approach.

تتمثل القضية الفلسطينية في الصراع الطويل بين الشعب الفلسطيني وإسرائيل بشأن الأرض والهوية. تطرح هذه القضية تحديات معقدة على الصعيدين السياسي والإنساني. تمر القضية بتطورات مختلفة على مر السنوات، بما في ذلك اتفاقيات أوسلو عام 1993 وجهود التسوية المتكررة. ومنها:
الحل الدبلوماسي وإقامة دولة فلسطينية مستقلة: يتضمن هذا الخيار إقامة دولة فلسطينية في الأراضي المحتلة عام 1967، بجانب دولة إسرائيل، وحلا دبلوماسيا لقضايا الحدود واللاجئين والقدس.
الحل الثنائي أو الثنائي الدولي: ينص على إقامة دولتين مستقلتين وفقًا لخطوط عرض وطول محددين، ويتطلب تفاوضًا مباشرًا بين الجانبين.
الحل الثنائي الإقليمي: يشمل هذا الخيار تعاونًا إقليميًا بين إسرائيل وفلسطين، مع تقاسم للمصالح والامتيازات وتحقيق التنمية المشتركة.
المقاومة والانفصال الكامل: تعتمد هذه الخيارات على الاستمرار في المقاومة ورفض التسوية مع إسرائيل، مع التركيز على تحقيق الاستقلال والحقوق منفصلين عن عمليات التفاوض.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة الخوض في واقع التسيير الديمقراطي في المنظمات الإدارية الجزائرية وطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط الموظفين بالإدارة العليا، وذلك من خلال تناول أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الكادر البشري سوآءا كان رئيسا أو مرؤوسا، مع التطرق أيضا إلى أهمية الفرص المتاحة والموجودة على صعيد بيئة العمل في الجزائر، وقد استعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة التي لطالما تناولها كل من له علاقة بالإدارة من منظور سلبي، عن طريق الممارسات التي إجتهدت المنظمات الإدارية في رسمها وتأكيدها في ذهن الموظفين والمواطنين على حد سوآءا وقد اضر ذلك بصورتها على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي، خلصت النتائج إلى ضرورة التوجه نحو الية الديمقراطية في التسيير مع مراعاة الجوانب الإنسانية في العلاقات الأفقية والعمودية داخل المنظمات الإدارية، واستغلال الفرص السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تمر بها للجزائر
This research paper aims to tackle the subject of the reality of Democratic Management in the Algerian administrative organisations and the relationship character between the employees and the senior management, by addressing the main challenges facing human resources, whether it's the chief or the subordinate. Moreover, the research tackles the importance of opportunities at the workplace in Algeria. For dealing with this phenomenon which that has always tackled by anyone associated with the administration from a negative perspective, the research was based on the descriptive analytical approach, through the practices in which the administrative organisations worked hard to draw them and assure them in the employees's minds and citizens alike, which had harmed its reputation domestically and abroad. The findings concluded that it's necessary to move towards democracy in management while respecting humanitarian aspects in the horizontal and vertical relations within the administrative organisations, as well as the exploitation of social economic political opportunities that Algeria is going through.

تم تنفيذ هذه الدراسة بهدف تحديد الأساليب التحفيزية النفسية والعملية لتنمية الشخصية الرياضية المتكاملة في لعبة كرة السلة، وذلك من خلال الاستعانة بنهجاً تجريبياً والاستبانة. أظهرت الدراسة نتائج عدة، بما في ذلك فعالية أسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه في زيادة المعرفة والأداء البدني لدى الطلاب، وتحسين فعالية قذف الثقل والقدرات البدنية المرتبطة باللعبة. كما وجدت الدراسة أيضًا أنه عندما يعتمد الطلاب على أنفسهم، فإنهم يكونون أكثر حماسًا لتحقيق أهدافهم، وهناك فروقات دالة بين الاختبار القبلي والبعدي في صالح الأخير. كما وُجد فرق دال إحصائي بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي بين المجموعتين.. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، يمكن استخدام أسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه والاعتماد على النفس كأساليب فعالة لتحسين الأداء البدني لدى الطلاب في لعبة كرة السلة.
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الأخبار الكاذبة التي يتم نشرها وتداولها عبر وسائل الإعلام الإلكترونية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وما يمكن أن ينجر عنها من مخاطر، خاصة وأنها أصبحت تستخدم بمعدلات متزايدة لتضليل الرأي العام وتحقيق مكاسب سياسية أو اجتماعية أو اقتصادية. وتشكل الأخبار الكاذبة خطراً على الأمن الإعلامي والديمقراطية، لذلك تدعو الدراسة إلى تطوير آليات الكشف عن الأخبار الكاذبة ومراقبة المحتوى المنشور في الفضاء الإلكتروني لتحقيق الأمن الإعلامي. وتقع مسؤولية تحقيق هذا المطلب على عاتق الصحفيين والمدونين وحتى المستخدمين للفضاءات الإلكترونية، ويجب توسيع ثقافة النقد البناء والتأكد من صحة المعلومة والبحث عن المصادر الآمنة لتفادي خطر الأخبار الكاذبة.
This study addresses the issue of fake news that is published and circulated through electronic media and social networking sites, and the potential risks associated with it, especially as it is increasingly being used to mislead public opinion and achieve political, social, or economic gains. Fake news poses a danger to media security and democracy, which is why the study calls for developing mechanisms to detect fake news and monitor the content published online to achieve media security. Responsibility for achieving this falls on journalists, bloggers, and even users of online spaces, and there is a need to expand a culture of constructive criticism and ensure the accuracy of the information and search for safe sources to avoid the danger of fake news.

لقد ارتكز هذا البحث على متغير رئيسي وهو أنـظمـــــة الرقابـــــة الداخليـــــة لدى المصارف في العراق وأثر هذا النظام على الحاكمية المؤسسية وجــودة القوائـــم الماليــة. واعتمد الباحث في صياغته للإطار النظري على الدراسات السابقة والكتب والمقالات ذات الصلة إضافة إلى تحديد متغيرات الدراسة والفرضيات بحسب متغيراتها، فنصت الفرضيات على وجود علاقة معنوية ذو دلالة إحصائية عند () لأنـظمـــــة الرقابـــــة الداخليـــــة بخصائصه كافة (البيئة الرقابية، الأنشطة الرقابية، المعلومات والاتصال، تقييم المخاطر والمراقبة والضبط) في جــودة القوائـــم الماليــة إضافة إلى وجود أثر للمتغير الوسيط وهو الحاكمية المؤسسية على فعالية أنـظمـــــة الرقابـــــة الداخليـــــة بجــودة القوائـــم الماليــة. ولاختبار الفرضيات والتأكد من صحتها قام الباحث بتصميم الاستبانة المعتمدة كأداة للبحث ووجهها إلى الموظفين في قسم المالية في المصارف الموجودة في العراق من صفة معاون محاسب ومحاسب ومدير مالي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 150 فرداً أجاب على الاستبانة 94 منهم وعمد الباحث إلى إلغاء 4 بسبب عدم إمكانية تحليلها نظراً لوجود نقص فيه، ومن ثم تحليل 90 استبانة عبر استخدام برنامج الإحصاء SPSS والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل النتائج المستحصل عليها.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تأكيد صحة الفرضيات المطروحة في الدراسة سواء على مستوى المتغير المستقل والتابع أو على مستوى الدور الكبير الذي يلعبه متغير الحاكمية المؤسسية في تعزيز العلاقة بين المتغيرين أنـظمـــــة الرقابـــــة الداخليـــــة وجــودة القوائـــم الماليــة.
شهد العالم خلال السنوات ارتفاع لمجموعات كبيرة من الجناة والشبكات الإجرامية التي تدر أرباح مالية طائلة على عصابات الجريمة، ومع التوسع العالمي للجرائم المنظمة ظهرت جريمة الاتجار بالبشر إلى الوجود ضاربة بالكرامة الإنسانية عرض الحائط، حيث يتم استهداف الضحايا على نقاط ضعفهم ونقلهم بين البلدان وبمجرد وصولهم إلى وجهتهم يتم استغلالهم وتجريدهم من استقلاليتهم وحرية تنقلهم وإجبارهم على العمل في ظروف غير مستقرة، وغالبا ما يواجهون أشكالا مختلفة من الإيذاء الجسدي والنفسي.
وأمام خطورة هذه الجريمة التي حرمتها الأديان السماوية عن طريق معاني ودلالات عميقة ورفيعة، كافحتها أيضا النصوص القانونية حيث وضعت قواعد تحظر القيام بها وتعاقب من ينتهكها، وذلك بداية من بروتوكول منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالبشر خاصة النساء والأطفال لسنة 2000 والتي صادقت عليها الجزائر بتحفظ سنة 2003 الذي ألزم الدولة الجزائرية بتجريم هذه الظاهرة والقيام بالإجراءات اللازمة للتصدي لها، وذلك عن طريق آلية الضبط القضائي الذي خول له القانون القيام بعدة صلاحيات وقائية وردعية في سبيل الحد من هذه الجريمة.
Over the years, the world has witnessed the rise of large groups of criminal networks and criminal networks that generate huge financial profits for crime syndicates, and with the global expansion of organized crime, the crime of human trafficking has emerged, striking human dignity against the wall, as victims are targeted on their weaknesses and transferred between countries as soon as they reach their destination.
They are exploited, stripped of their autonomy and freedom of movement, forced to work in precarious conditions, and often face various forms of physical and psychological abuse. In the face of the seriousness of this crime, which was forbidden by the heavenly religions through deep and sublime meanings and connotations, it was also combated by legal texts, whereby rules were set that prohibit its conduct and punish those who violate it, starting with the protocol to prevent, suppress and punish human trafficking, especially women and children of 2000, which Algeria ratified with reservation in 2003, which obligated the Algerian State to criminalize this phenomenon and to take the necessary measures to address it, through the judicial control mechanism, which the law authorized to carry out several preventive and deterrent powers in order to reduce this crime.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر مختبر الفيزياء المدرسي في تنمية حب الاستطلاع واكتساب المفاهيم العلمية لمادة الفيزياء لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني متوسط، ولهذا الغرض استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي على عينة مؤلفة من 60 متعلمًا مقسمين إلى مجموعتين؛ بحيث 30 متعلمًا يمثلون المجموعة التجريبية التي ستدرس عن طريق استخدام المختبر المدرسي، و30 متعلمًا يمثلون المجموعة الضابطة والتي ستتلقى دروس الفيزياء وفق الطريقة المعتادة. وقد قامت الباحثة شخصيًا بتدريس المجموعتين وفق خطة تدريسية لكل مجموعة أعدتها لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة الراهنة، وقد استخدمت الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي لبيان الفروق بيم المجموعتين وإظهار مدى فعاليّة استخدام المختبر المدرسي في تنمية حب الاستطلاع لدى المتعلمين واكتسابهم للمفاهيم العلمية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالات إحصائية بين المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة) تعزى إلى استخدام مختبرات العلوم في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية لمادة الفيزياء لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني متوسط، ويعزى سبب ذلك إلى إسهام استخدام المختبر المدرسي -لمتعلمي المجموعة التجريبية- في زيادة استيعابهم للمادة العلمية، وبالتالي إلى اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية في مادة الفيزياء نتيجة إجرائهم للتجارب العملية، وأن استخدام المختبر قد سمح للمتعلمين بإبداء آرائهم ومناقشة أفكارهم وتطبيقها الأمر الذي أدى إلى زيادة اكتسابهم للمفاهيم العلمية. كما تبين وجود فروق بين المجموعتين التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة تعزى إلى استخدام مختبرات العلوم وتنمية حب الاستطلاع في مادة الفيزياء لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني متوسط، ويعزى السبب إلى فاعلية استخدام مختبرات العلوم التي استخدمتها الباحثة في تدريس المجموعة التجريبية، وضمان استخدام مختبرات العلوم استيعاب المتعلمين للمفاهيم العلمية وحب الاستكشاف والاستطلاع. وبعد عرض النتائج عرضت الباحثة جملةً من التوصيات منها: تأهيل وتجهيز مختبرات العلوم الموجودة في المدارس والتي تعاني من النقص في المعدات والأدوات، إدراج الأعمال التطبيقية في المختبر كجزء أساس من البرنامج السنوي المدرسي، دعم المختبرات وتزويدها بالأجهزة والأدوات اللازمة لإتمام المنهاج الدراسي.
سببت ظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري منذ الثورة الصناعية إلى يومنا هذا أضرارًا ومخاطر للبشرية والكائنات الحية، حيث يُرجع أغلبية العلماء هذه الظاهرة إلى التلوث الناتج عن الأنشطة البشرية، فالكرة الأرضية تتميز بغلاف جوي يحيط بها، ومكوناته ثابتة، إلا أن تراكم الغازات الدفيئة قد رفع من درجة حرارة هذا الغلاف، فباتت مشكلة التغير المناخي من أكثر المشاكل البيئية في العالم التي تلاقي اهتماما متزايداً من قبل المنظمات الدولية والحكومات والمنظمات البيئية ووسائل الإعلام ومراكز الأبحاث والمواطنين لما لها من تأثيرات خطيرة ومدمرة للكثير من المجتمعات، ولمواجهة هاتين الظاهرتين على الصعيد العالمي كان الموضوع الذي تناولناه بالدراسة يتمحور حول إلقاء نظرة استشرافية حول مخاطر التأثيرات البيئية الناجمة عنهما، وذلك بإلقاء الضوء على بعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بهما، محاولين الخوض في دراسة العوامل المؤدية إلى حدوثهما، مع الإشارة إلى مدى تأثر جميع الدول لا سيما الدول النامية والفقيرة الأكثر تضرُّرًا بهما لعدم قدرتها على مواجهة تداعياتها، لعدم امتلاكها للوسائل التي تُمكنها من تخفيف وطأة التأثيرات الناجمة عن هذه المخاطر والوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تعتبر هذه الدول أطرافًا فيها، وانتهاءًا بالتوصل إلى الحلول والوسائل الكفيلة بمكافحهما في ضوء هذه الاتفاقيات، والتي من أهمها بروتوكول كيوتو لعام 1997 واتفاق باريس لعام 2015 حول مدى التزام الدول الصناعية الكبرى بأحكامهما.
From the Industrial Revolution to the present day, global warming has caused damage and risks to mankind and living beings. Most scientists have attributed this phenomenon to pollution from human activities. The Earth is characterized by an atmosphere that surrounds it and its components are constant and the accumulation of toxic gases raises the temperature of the atmosphere. The problem of climate change has become one of the most pressing environmental problems in the world, with increasing attention being paid by international organizations, Governments, environmental organizations, the media, research centres and citizens to the serious and devastating effects of this problem on many societies. To confront these phenomena at the global level, our topic was to take a forward-looking look at the threat to the environment posed by climate change and global warming, by highlighting some of the concepts of each of these phenomena, trying to study the factors leading to these phenomena, and to find solutions and ways to combat these phenomena through global conventions, the most important of which is the Kyoto Convention and the commitment of the major industrialized countries to them. Developing and poor countries are among those most affected by these phenomena, because their Governments do not have sufficient means to fulfil their obligations to mitigate these risks.
