The family is witnessing several social, economic, and industrial variables, and accordingly criminals have contributed a great deal in dismantling it in light of the polarization of various pests, including drug crime, trade in both human beings and human organs, and the challenges that it faces, including globalization, the dissolution of marital bonds, spinsterhood, and abortion. Although the state provides legal protection for the family from various crimes, whether in the Algerian constitution or in the family laws, the penal code and some related laws، it has known several variables, especially with the qualitative shift from the concept of traditional family crimes to contemporary family crimes in what is known as "emerging crimes". From this standpoint، the importance of researching the contemporary changes in the family on its criminal side is highlighted. If the emerging family crimes are just traditional family crimes influenced by the current changes, then to what extent can they affect the family system? A conclusion was reached to the effect that the newly created family crime has a specificity arising from keeping pace with the developments of the times, and facing its repercussions is a difficult and complex task at the same time. This study aimed to demonstrate the observance of the jurisprudential rules and their use in the fatwa through the book Al-Durar Al-Maknouna in the Calamities of Mazouna by Abu Zakaria Al-Mazouni. The theoretical study dealt with a definition of terms discussed in the study such as:  the definition of the book and its author, the term jurisprudence rule and calamities, with clarification of the relationship between jurisprudence rules and calamities, and clarifying the controls for observing the rule in the fatwa. As for the practical study, it was for doctrinal issues that were extracted from Al-Durar Al-Maknouna, clearly showing the observance of jurisprudential rules in calamities and fatwas. Through this study, i was found that the relationship between jurisprudence rule and calamities is one of complementarity and coherence, which confirms the flexibility of Sharia and allows it to keep pace with contemporary developments. The concern of the international protection of the Muslim minorities is considered as highly important nowadays, particularly for the reason that is, in many areas around the world, to extermination wars and massive violations towards the basic human rights, simply due to the confession of its adepts. In spite of the multiple mechanisms and guarantees, clearly listed in the various international charters, and which are directly related to protecting the religious minorities, or indirect protection through dedicating general specialized terms related to the human protection, it is still not applicable on ground, and remains on paper. This study pays a special focus to a very precise topic about the class or ranking of the narrators of Hadith of a single Cheikh or scholar which is the Science of classes of Narrators of a scholars or CheikhsK because of the variant degrees of the students of Mukther of the narration, even more the most reliable are of variant degree of credibility. Knowing this science would facilitate the evaluation and the assessment of the different narrations from the same scholar (Sheikh). One of the most prolific narrators is El Imam El Zahri, and so many are the people who took from him, therefore he was placed in the rank of narrators by critics, among them is El Imam El Nassaii, whoever his book is lost, and this study is to shed light on the conditions of El Nassaii in issuing and selecting of the narrations of the students of El zahri on him. The conclusion of the study is that the number of students that El Nassaii Ohh Narrated from themis 98 narrators, 68 of them are first class and second class which are their narrations are argued by El Zahri, and he narrated so much from ten (10) narrators, 8 of them of the first class, and 2 of the second class which culminates in (1373) narrations i.e 92.3%. The number of narrators who are represented by El Boukhari and Muslim or one of them of El Zahri is (60) narrators, which clearly shows how precise is the selecting eye of El Imam El Nassaii.
