This study came as an insight to the student of Islamic sciences about the dangers of sectarian fanaticism and its consequences, and an explanation of the protective measures against it in order to follow the right approach and the success of the advocacy and reporting process. The study sought to reach the main goal, which focuses on the extent of the spread of the phenomenon of sectarian fanaticism among students of Islamic sciences, and its implications, in addition to identifying the most important preventive measures against the phenomenon, which are based on two aspects: the scientific side and the educational side, both of which have a role in educational attainment and the practical and advocacy path. The research concluded that the relationship of ethical formation and advocacy work is a direct relationship, each affected by the other, the more the preacher is morally formed, his advocacy activity is ideal, and the more the advocacy work is ideal, it becomes a source of ethical formation. This paper includes a study and an investigation of the manuscript “Rissala fi Wajh Manaa Sarf al Ism” by Mohamed Said Bin Mohieddine al al Jazairi. He is the elder brother of Emir Abdel Qader al Jazairi. The topic of the manuscript, as its name shows, stems from semantics and syntax. The manuscript was written when Mohamed Said was a prisoner with his brother Emir Abdel Qader in Amboise, France. We want to make known the manuscript because it has never been investigated. The paper includes the background of the writer, the manuscript, and the text that investigated it. We used descriptive, historical, and text investigation methods. Findings show that most of the publications of Mohamed Said are preserved by the books house in Qatar, in a collection written by hand, and that the indexer did not mention this manuscript. Moreover, Mohamed Said had a venerable scientific position that manifests in the praise of the other scientists of him and in his legacy in various arts. Finally, we recommend the investigators to take care of the legacy of the Algerian scientists in the various arts and sciences. In this study, the researcher discusses two juristic issues related to being prevented from completing the required acts of Hajj and Omrah and the finishing of Ihram (Tahallul), namely prevention by illness and prevention by an enemy. The study highlights the differences between the two cases from the perspective of those scholars who differentiated between them and identifies the exact points of consensus and dispute.
