This article is an attempt to clarify an aspect of  the legal rulings related to medical issues from the perspective of the balance jurisprudence (fiqhal-muazanat), and the matter is related to the effect of  balance jurisprudence in the ruling of lifting resuscitation devices from the brain dead, in which I first dealt with what the balance jurisprudence is, by explaining the definition of the balance jurisprudence, its importance and its most important types, then secondly, I presented an explanation of the nature of brain death, and finally touched on the effect of balancing on the ruling on lifting resuscitation devices from the brain dead. The study concluded that the balance jurisprudence should be applied in cases of the brain dead to determine whether they need resuscitation devices or not. This study aims to describe the scientific personality of Judge Abdul-Wahhab Al-Baghdadi from its jurisprudential and fundamental aspects, and because this aspect is highly perceptive and wide-ranging to the judge, he could find the connection between the two aspects of this doctrinal and fundamentalist subject, which cannot be summarized in the humble pages of this research. Therefore, we confined ourselves to mention a nice piece of it which is the rule of  “Command on Obligation according to Judge Abdul-Wahhab”, and it is one of the rules, in which there was a lot of disagreement among the fundamentalists and had a great impact among the jurists, but we chose it as the judge is one of the masters of jurisprudence, principles and knowledge of the dispute - comparative jurisprudence in contemporary expression - and there is no greater evidence for that from the testimony of his books, his sheikhs, and those after them, this is on the one hand, and on the other hand, to be an image  expressing his method in this scientific aspect. We have discussed this rule from the fundamental aspect by explaining the judge’s doctrine, and the jurisprudence aspect by explaining its application in each of his books “Aid” and “Supervision”. This was achieved as a result of their keenness to understand the meanings of the Noble Qur’an, and to derive its hidden rulings. This article examines the types of semantics adopted by the Shafi'is (the kalām theologians/ mutakallimūn), and traces their presentation of the types of semantics in a clear and detailed manner. The research comes to a conclusion stating that this division resulted from their inductive reading of the texts of the Noble Qur’an and the pure Prophetic Sunnah, taking into account the style, rules and literature of the Arabic language, and what the Arabs were acquainted with in matters of revealing, elucidating and demonstrating. The holy Quran and the Sunnah are the origin of the evidence and the source of legislation. Their texts did not come to a single position in indicating the rules. So the dispute occurred in defining its meanings, and what is wanted by Allah. The scholars have made a big effort to invest the texts, even their opinions differed. This study aims to highlight how scholars deal with texts in order to reveal their connotations, remove the invisibility and how to extract judgments. To sum up, one of the most important results of the research is that studying the methods of the mujtahids in explaining texts will help to acquire the faculty of Fiqh , because merely knowing the evidences and the rules will not advance the researcher to undertake the task of deduction , rather it will not it is imperative to train to employ these rules on the partial incidents, taking into account the circumstances  and the conditions to avoid including the incident outside its base or attaching the branches to other than their origins. The jurisprudence of Omar ibn al-Khattab is considered a school and an actual application of ijtihad that is a sponsor of the spirit of the Sharia and its honorable purposes and objectives, as it was the ideal model in the application of rulings and accurate understanding of the essence of the texts and their directives, and this is because of the high scientific status and advanced political position, so that during his reign the area of Islam expanded, increasing the nawazel )accidents( and issues, and diversifying the fatwas of the people, which necessitated the existence of ijtihad that delves into the meanings of the rulings, extracts the purposes and works in the spirit of the Sharia in order to achieve the purpose of the legislation. Maqasid al-Sharia: This science, which laid its theoretical foundations in subsequent centuries, but its extension was from the era of prophecy, and the application of the companions, including Omar ibn al-Khattab, was prominent in fatwas and many issues, so his jurisprudence considered immediately and took into account the fate and worked with the purposes of the rulings. The Ummah agreed that the Sharia came to preserve the five essentials, which is the intention of the Sharia of creation, as al-Ghazali said: to preserve their religion, themselves, their intellect, their offspring and their property. This article examines the Ijtihad in Maqasid in jurisprudence of Umar ibn al-Khattab, and how he takes into account the five essentials of his fatwas and rulings by presenting and analyzing models and issues. After studying Ibn Raslan's book in order to work on my doctoral thesis, I came across some of the hadith rules that Ibn Raslan used in his explanation.   So I highlighted it in this research by showing its applications in the explanation of the hadiths at the Imam, and in the end I reached the depth of knowledge of Ibn Raslan, and his mastery of the science of hadiths, and his interest in its rules and use it in his explanation of Sunan Abi Dawood, whether related to the chain of reporters or the text.
