هدف البحث إلى تحقيق القول في وقت أداء زكاة الفطر، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم تناول الأحاديث الواردة في المسألة بالدراسة والتحليل من حيث الصحة والضعف ووجه دلالتها، وبيان منهج الفقهاء في دراسة هذه النصوص وتوجيهها من خلال اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنتاجي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ الأحاديث الواردة في المسألة منها ما هو صحيح غير صريح، وهو حديث ابن عمر الذي يحمل على الاستحباب. ومنها ما هو صريح غير صحيح وهو حديث ابن عباس وأنَّ الراجح فيه الوقف، وغاية ما يدل عليه أنَّ أداء الزكاة بعد الصلاة خلاف الأولى.
This paper aims to justify the time for giving out Zakat Al-Fitr. For doing so, this study will examine and study relevant Hadith on the subject matter, trying to clarify their solidity, weakness and the aspect of their significance. In doing so, the author will study and analysis the Islamic Jurisprudence opinions on the subject matter on an inductive and deductive approach. The author reached a general conclusion for this study that there are some Hadith on the subject matter that are solid but implied and implicit such as hadith Ibn Omar which is being taken with consideration as prefer-ableness. On the other hand, some Hadith are explicit yet incorrect such as Hadith Ibn Abbas and and most likely for such Hadith to be susbended, as the purpose of evidence indicating when paying zakat after prayer.

عنوان هذا البحث "التطبيقات الدعوية لمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية" رغب الباحث من خلاله في دراسة تقويمية لمفهوم الحوافز ضمن علم إدارة الموارد البشرية، ودراسة عدد من النماذج العملية لتطبيق هذا المفهوم في حياة السلف الصالح في التاريخ الإسلامي بغية الخروج بنتائج حقيقية واقتراحات علمية وتطبيقية تسهم في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الدعوية وإدارة وتحفيز الدعاة، وتمت صياغة مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس: ما التطبيقات الدعوية للمفهوم العلمي للحوافز الإدارية ضمن وظائف علم إدارة الموارد البشرية، ومدى الاستفادة من تطبيقاتها الدعوية المعاصرة؟، وتفرع عنه عدد من التساؤلات من أبرزها: ما التأصيل الإسلامي لمفهوم الحوافز ضمن إدارة الموارد البشرية الدعوية؟ وما التطبيقات العملية المقترحة لتفعيل مفهوم الحوافز في المؤسسات الدعوية؟ وظهرت أهمية البحث من خلال التعريف بسبق الإسلام وشموليته في العناية بجوانب الحياة كافة، ومنها الجانب الإداري، لاسيما العناية الفائقة بمفهوم الحوافز الذي يؤدي إلى نجاح العملية الإدارية، إضافة إلى تقديم مقترحات تطبيقيات دعوية قد تسهم في تحسين أداء الأعمال الدعوية وتحفيز الدعاة والمدعوين، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الاستقرائي، فقام بجمع المسائل العلمية المتعلقة بمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية من خلال كتب إدارة الموارد البشرية، واستقراء الوقائع التاريخية للإدارة الإسلامية المتصلة بمفهوم الحوافز، واستفاد الباحث من عدد من الدراسات السابقة التي درست أنظمة الحوافز وعلاقتها بالإدارة العامة والإسلامية، وتميز عنها في دراسته بدراسة عدد من النماذج التطبيقية لمفهوم الحوافز ضمن الإدارة الإسلامية، ويتكون البحث من: تمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، وقائمة المصادر، على النحو التالي:
تمهيد: تضمن التعريف بالموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والأهداف التي يسعى لتحقيقها، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث ومكوناته.
الفصل الأول: عناية الإسلام بالحوافز وتطبيقاتها في الكتاب والسنة.
الفصل الثاني: نماذج من تطبيقات السلف لمفهوم الحوافز الإدارية.
الفصل الثالث: أهم خصائص الحوافز في المنهجية الإسلامية، ومقارنتها بمفهوم الحوافز المعاصر.

The researcher wanted to conduct an evaluation study for the concept of incentives within of human resource management science ; and compare it with practical models in Islamic history in order to come up with real results and practical suggestions that contribute to improve the performance of advocacy (DAWA) institutions and motivating preachers (caller to Islam).
The research problem was in main question: What are the advocacy (DAWA) applications in Islamic history for the concept of administrative incentives, and extent of contemporary benefit from it? The sub-question, most notably: What is the Islamic rooting of the concept of incentives? What are the practical applications proposed to activate the concept of incentives in advocacy institutions?
The importance of this research showed introducing the precedence of Islam in caring for all aspects of life, administrative aspect, taking care of the concept of incentives that support success of administrative process, and presenting advocacy (DAWA) proposals that may contribute to improve the management of preachers (caller to Islam ) and motivating the invitees (people those whom called to Islam ) .
The Inductive Approach was adopted in collecting scientific issues for the concept of administrative incentives, historical induction of Islamic management related to the concept of incentives, making the necessary comparisons, benefit of a number of studies related to incentive systems in public and Islamic administration.
The research contains the following:
An introduction that included a definition of subject, reasons for choosing it, its objectives, approach, components, and its three chapters:
Chapter One: Islam's care for incentives and their applications in the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Chapter Two: Examples of the applications of the predecessors to the concept of administrative incentives.
Chapter Three: The most important characteristics of incentives in the Islamic methodology, and their comparison with the contemporary concept of incentives.

يتناول هذا البحث أبرز مشكلات التعليم الشرعي، ويهدف إلى تصور الحلول لها فيما يرجع إلى: الطالب، والمدرس، والمقرر الدراسي، والبرنامج الأكاديمي، والوسط التعليمي. وبين سبب إحجام الطلبة عموما عن الالتحاق ببرامج علوم الشريعة من أسباب نفسية واجتماعية وسياسية، وخلص إلى ضرورة إصلاح كل هذه العناصر، وأول أسباب الإصلاح استقلال التعليم عن كل المؤثرات الخارجية، وإصلاح الطالب نفسياً ومعنوياً، وإصلاح المدرس معرفياً ومنهجياً وقيمياً، وإصلاح الكتاب المقرّر والبرامج الدراسية والوسط التعليمي ضرورات لازمة لعملية إصلاح التعليم. وسلك البحث المنهج التحليلي والوصفي، ووقع في مقدمة وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة. وأوصى بضرورة العناية بالتعليم الشرعي ورفده بالمتطلبات اللازمة المادية والمعنوية كي يستأنف وظيفته في بناء الأمة وتقوية الدولة.
This research includes the manifestations of the crisis experienced by sharia education in our educational institutions, despite holding of many conferences, and authoring a great deal of scientific research, articles and books in this context. The causes of this crisis are referred to the student, teacher, literature, course plan and the academic program. Furthermore, this research illustrates the reasons why the students refuse to enroll in the sharia science program; for example, the reasons vary from psychological to social and political reasons. This research also shows the necessity of tackling this issue and dealing with its causes. There are many solutions to address this problem. First of all, keeping education independent and free from all external influences. Secondly Treating the student psychologically and morally and curing the teacher's knowledge, values and methodology. Finally, improving the course curriculum, study programs and educational community is highly essential to reform the education. In conclusion, this research recommends taking care of sharia education and provide it with financial and moral requirements in order to rise again.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية المكتبات العامة في مساعدة المتعسرين قرائيا، من خلال تحليل مضمون التعليمات الإرشادية الخاصة بالخدمات المكتبية للمتعسرين في القراءة الصادر عن الافلا 2001 و2014، حيث تمت دراسة المحتوى لفئة الشكل والمضمون، وبعد التحليل الكمي والكيفي للتعليمات الإرشادية، توصلت الدراسة بأن عسر القراءة هو اضطراب في القراءة والكتابة والتهجئة يصيب 8% من سكان العالم، وتقع على عاتق المكتبات والمكتبات العامة خاصة دور مساعدة هذه الفئة في الوصول واستخدام المعلومات وتشجعهم على القراءة، من خلال توفيرها لمواد المناسبة كالكتب الناطقة وكتبdaisy والكتب الإلكترونية...، بالإضافة إلى توفير أهم التجهيزات مثل تقنية التصنيع الصوتي، وتحويل النص إلى كلام... وتوفير المكان والبيئة المناسبة والمكتبي الواعي والمؤهل لمرافقة هذه الفئة، مع تضمين مجموعة من الممارسات للاستفادة من التجارب وتحيين هذه الإرشادات من خلال موقع الافلا.
This study aims to highlight the importance of public libraries in helping people with dyslexia, through analyzing the library services guideline content meant for people with dyslexia - IFLA Standards 2001- 2014, where the study was carried out in form and content categories.
After the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the guidelines, the study concluded that dyslexia is a reading, writing, and spelling disorder that affects 8% of the world's population. Libraries and public libraries are most responsible to help people who suffer from this disorder by accessing and using information and encouraging them to read. The latter is done by providing appropriate materials such as audio-books, daisy books, and e-books etc, in addition to providing equipment such as phonemic manufacturing technology, text-to-speech tools, etc, and providing the appropriate location and environment for conscious and qualified librarians to accompany them. It is equally important to include a set of practices to benefit from experiences and update these guidelines through the AFLA website.

تعد الانثروبولوجيا من العلوم حديثة الظهور والتدريس في الجزائر لذا، كانت حصيلة الإنتاج العلمي الجزائري فيها قليلة نوعا ما مقارنة بالإنتاج العلمي في مختلف تخصصات العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية.
ولدراسة تطور الإنتاج الفكري في مجال الأنثروبولوجيا استخدمنا مواضيع علم الأنثروبولوجيا المدروسة في الجامعات الجزائرية والمسجلة في البوابة الوطنية للإشعار عن الأطروحات PNST كعينة دراسة وبالاعتماد على تقنيات قياس العلوم الذي يهتم بدراسة تطورات العلوم وارتباطاتها الموضوعية خاصة تقنية المصاحبة اللفظية وذلك لدراسة ظهور الموضوعات الجديدة وتطورها ثم اندثارها، كما استخدمنا برمجية Nodexl في رسم العلاقات بين مواضيع علم الأنثروبولوجيا وبعد ذلك عملنا على تحليل هذه العلاقات باستخدام مفاهيم علوم الشبكات
Anthropology is one of the new sciences that appeared and taught in Algeria. Therefore, the outcome of the Algerian scientific production was somewhat small compared to the scientific production in the various disciplines of the social sciences and humanities. To study the development of intellectual production in the field of anthropology, we used the topics of anthropology studied in Algerian universities and registered in the National Portal for Notification of Theses PNST as a study sample, and by relying on science measurement techniques that are concerned with studying science developments and their substantive links, especially verbal accompaniment technology, in order to study the emergence of new topics, their development, and their extinction. We also used Nodexl to map the relationships between anthropology topics and then worked on analyzing these relationships using network science concepts.

تعتبر الأسرة من أهم مؤسسات البناء الاجتماعي وجماعة اجتماعية أساسية ودائمة ومن المنظور الإسلامي فهي أسمى من أن تكون عبارة عن وسيلة لإنجاب الأطفال بل الخلية الاجتماعية الأساسية والأولى التي يقوم على أساسها المجتمع وهي بهذا تعد الوسط الذي يتلقى الفرد فيه التنشئة والدروس الأولى في الحياة وهي كمؤسسة اجتماعية تخضع إلى تأثير التطورات والتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية الحاصلة وتنزع نحو التقلص في الوظائف لتقوم مقامها مؤسسات اجتماعية أخرى وتعد التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال من أهم هذه الوظائف وأمام ما يشهده العالم من تأثيرات ناجمة عن الثورة المعلوماتية المتواصلة والآثار التي تتركها هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة على الأسرة والأطفال يمكن أن نتساءل عن حدود هذه الآثار ومدى تكيف الطفل مع حتمية التعرض لهذه الوسائل (منصات التواصل الاجتماعي) والحفاظ على مبادئ وقيم المجتمع وتراثه الحضاري والثقافي.

لقد نالت المرأة اهتماماً كبيراً في الأدب الشعبي الجزائري فتعددت صورها فهي الأم والزوجة والإبنة، فإذا تأملنا الأمثال الشعبية الخاصة بالمرأة نجدها تثبت الفكر والاتجاه الشعبي للمجتمع اتجاهها، فلقد خصَت بعض الأمثال التي تتناول المرأة في موضوعاتها باختزالات سلبية تقلَل من شأنها، بينما نصفتها بعض الأمثال بصفات إيجابية، فتأتي الدراسة الحالية لتوضيح طبيعة الصورة المهيمنة في الأمثال الشعبية نحو المرأة في مختلف تيمتها.
وأظهرت النتائج أنَ طبيعة الصورة النمطية للمرأة في الأمثال الشعبية الجزائرية، تفاوتت بين الإيجاب والسلب في الوقت ذاته أحياناً كثيرة بتنوع دورها داخل الأسرة، فحينما كانت زوجة وبنتاً رسمتها بمحتوى يتعارض مع معايير الكتاب والسنة، وهذا ما لا نجده عمَا إذا كانت أمَاً.
Women have aroused great interest in Algerian folk literature, so there are many of them, as they are mother, wife and daughter. If we look at the popular proverbs of women, we see that they prove the popular thought and tendency of society in their direction. With positive characteristics, the present study clarifies the nature of the dominant image in popular proverbs towards women in their different roles in the family.
The results showed that the nature of the stereotypical image of women in popular forms of expression, especially popular proverbs, varied between positive and negative at the same time, often with a variety of roles within the family, When she was a woman and a girl, she painted her with content that contradicted the standards of the Quran and Sunna, and this is what we do not find if she is a mother.

تدور المسألة المركزية التي نطرحها في إطار دراستنا حول دور كفاءة إدارة الجماعات المحلية في ترقية المواطنة، فعاليتها محليا وتجسيدها ميدانيا عبر سلوكيات مختلفة لأفراد المجتمع المحلي لولاية وهران كمواطنين مطالبين بتفعيل مختلف سلوكيات المواطنة وتجسيدها على ارض الواقع تعبيرا ومشاركة، وتهدف دراستنا بالأساس إلى الإشارة إلى الدور المحوري لعوامل الديمقراطية، التنمية المحلية، وعامل الاتصال بكل فروعه بالخصوص في تنشيط المواطنة وتفعيلها بإدارة ولاية وهران، ويكتسي هذا البحث أهمية بالغة في نظرنا لأنه على الرغم من التحول السياسي إلى نظام ديمقراطي بتعددية حزبية تشارك في العملية السياسية والاقتصادية، إلا أن الوضعية السياسية، الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية لم ترق إلى المستوى الذي يطمح إليه المواطن فيعبر عنه بأشكال مختلفة من عدم الرضا رغم الأغلفة المالية الكبيرة المسخرة لإحداث التنمية واستحداث مشاريع اقتصادية هامة في كل مرة في داخل المجتمع المحلي كجزء من ذلك المجتمع الكلي بما يميزه من الخصوصية والتنوع كأهم الصفات التي يتمتع بها المحلي.
The central issue that we raise in the framework of our study revolves around the role of the efficiency of community management in promoting citizenship, its effectiveness locally and its embodiment on the ground through different behaviors of the community members of the state of Oran as citizens demanding the activation of various citizenship behaviors and their embodiment on the ground as expression and participation, and our study aims mainly to refer to the central role of the factors of democracy, local development, and the factor of communication of all its branches in particular in activating citizenship and activating it in the Oran state administration, and this research is very important in our view , although this research is very important in our view. تندرج الدراسة الحالية ضمن إطار سوسيولوجيا التمثلات، نحاول من خلالها البحث عن طبيعة التمثلات الاجتماعية التي يحملها تلاميذ البكالوريا إزاء المدارس العليا للأساتذة وتحليلها وتحديد العوامل المتحكمة في تكوينها، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الخصائص الاجتماعية والثقافية لهذه الفئة وعلاقة كل من التوظيف والتكوين الأكاديمي بتشكيل هذا التمثل لديهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على فرضياتها تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي لكونه الأنسب لطبیعة الدراسة، ونظرا لتعقد موضوع الدراسة فرض علينا الواقع الميداني الاستعانة بعينة قصدية مكونة من 95 تلميذ من ثانوية لومي الجيلالي، وللتوصل إلى نتائج موضوعية تم استخدام أداتي الملاحظة المباشرة والاستمارة بعد توزيعها على عينة تجريبية وإخضاعها للتحكيم، واعتمدنا في ذلك على النظام الإحصائي للعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية spss واختبارk2 لقياس العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة التصحيح سبيرمان براون لاختبار صدق وثبات أداة الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التمثلات التي يحملها تلاميذ البكالوريا إزاء المدارس العليا للأساتذة هي نتيجة العديد من العوامل منها ما يرتبط ببيئته الثقافية والاجتماعية، ومنها ما هو مرتبط بالتكوين الأكاديمي وفرص التوظيف التي تضمنها هذه المدارس لطلبتها بعد التخرج، كما أوضحت أيضا على وجود اختلافات بين التلاميذ إزاءها حسب متغير الجنس والتخصص المدروس والمستوى الثقافي والتعليمي للوالدين ومكانتهم الاجتماعية في السلم الاجتماعي.
The current study falls within the framework of the sociological representations, through which we try to find the nature of the social representations carried by bac students towards the higher schools of teachers and their analysis and identify the factors controlling their composition, by identifying the social and cultural characteristics of this category and the relationship of both employment and academic composition to the formation of this representation, and to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its hypotheses was based on the social survey method as it is the most appropriate for the study nature, and due to the complexity of the subject of the study we imposed on us the reality of the field using a sample of 95 pupils. From Lomé Jilali High School, In order to achieve objective results, the direct observation tools and the form were used after distribution to an experimental sample and subjected to arbitration, and we relied on the statistical system of humanities and social sciences (spss) and k2 test to measure the relationship between the variables of the study, the Pearson correlation coefficient and the correction equation Of Perberman Brown to test the sincerity and stability of the study tool, and the results of the study tool, the results of the study tool, showed that the representations carried by bac students towards higher schools of professors are the result of many factors, including those related to their cultural and social environment, including those related to academic composition and employment opportunities that guarantee their employment opportunities, These schools are for their students after graduation, and they have also shown that there are differences among pupils in terms of gender variable, studied specialization, cultural and educational level of parents and their social status in the social ladder.

هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى تشتت الانتباه لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية (السنة الرابعة والخامسة)، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي؛ وكذا تطبيق "اختبار ستروب Test De Stroop" على عينة متكونة من 53 تلميذ (26 ذكور) و(27 إناث). وخلصت الدّراسة إلى نتائج مهمّة تمثلت في: أنه لا توجد فروق بين التلاميذ في مستوى عدد الكلمات التي تم قراءتها وقراءتها بشكل صحيح على اختبار ستروب. كما كشفت نتائج الدّراسة أيضا عن وجود فروق فيما يخص درجة تشتت الانتباه بدلالة الجنس لصالح الذكور.
The present study aimed to reveal the level of distraction of primary school pupils (Fourth and fifth year), where the descriptive method was adopted, as well as the application of 'Test De Stroop" on a sample of )53( pupils (26 males) and (27 females(. The study concluded that: There were no differences among pupils in the level of the number of words read and read correctly on the Stroop test. The results of the study also revealed a difference in the degree of distraction of attention in terms of sex in favor of males.
