One of the most important periods in the Algerian history is the year1943, which is considered as a tremendous turning point in the liberation struggle call. This year has witnessed an important increasing national awareness among Algerian patriots by engaging in different intensive activities, which resulted in the reformulation of the February, 1943 manifesto by the political activists Abbes Ferhat who took upon himself the responsibility of liberating Algeria from the colonial clutch. This manifesto is considered as a unitary project that carried new demands stressing the existence of a national Algerian state. In this study, I try to shed light on some of the practices of the French administration in Tunisia within the framework of its colonial policy, and this policy relates to the naturalization of Tunisians with French citizenship and granting them the status of French citizenship, given that this policy (the policy of naturalization) aims to increase the number of Tunisian recruits in the French army, in addition to draining one class alone, this class is in the service of France in order to achieve the colonial project. I also try, in this study, to show the effects of the naturalization policy on the Tunisian national struggle and social life in Tunisia. This study concluded that the economic relations between the two countries were subject to political relations, but the relationship between the two peoples prevented the effects of political differences on economic communication and provided a great example of the interdependence and synergy between the people, and the basis of this economic dealing was land convoys and the role of the Algerian authorities in collecting taxes and customs duties was limited, and such relations increased confidence, stability and social, cultural and economic security between the two countries, and became a safe crossing point despite the vast area and harsh nature of all commercial convoys, It has contributed significantly to the spread and revitalization of business in North Africa by land and sea. The study devoted attention to "Our children under our wing"; a programme on Channel Echourouk TV; an episode of "Children and Television" by analyzing the programme under study using content analysis as an important research tool in the field of media and communication. The programme is considered a quantum leap in how this kind of programmes deal with children's affairs. However, in terms of quality, these informational programmes need to go deeper on topics related to media education and revitalization of the awareness- raising campaign about the dangers of exposure to bad media content, given the seriousness and importance of the subject to children, parents and educators alike. Particularly as the programme under study is addressed to parents in order to reduce the risk of media content on vulnerable and sensitive people, mainly children and adolescents. If we take a glance at the developments of language since its inception and at its various functions, we see that language has undergone extensive changes, whether in the view of specialists, educational scientists and intellectuals, or in the view of ordinary people, so that they no longer consider language as a mechanism for establishing communication between them. Rather, they plan to apply their political, economic, commercial and tourist agendas under the pretext of teaching their languages to non-native speakers. Recent studies and research conducted in the field of sociology prove and emphasize that the issue of language is considered one of the inseparable sections of culture and identity, which is not only a tool for establishing communication, but also contains social, ethnic and cultural messages. Therefore, language education activists, researchers, writers and academics must keep a weight on cultural components in the language teaching process. Based on the above, the researcher in this modest scientific study tries to prove the extent of the interest of the famous Iraqi writer Mahmoud Yassin Al-Khalisi in the Iraqi and American cultural components in the authorship of his book entitled: (The Iraqi is not an Arab eloquent) through the statistical and analytical approach. The study proved that the geographical and cultural components of all its sub-indicators are the first component that the writer was interested in writing and printing the book at the level of Iraqi and American cultures, and religious cultural indicators are one of the least attentive components by the author. The topic of the religious phenomenon in the public sphere occupied the interest of the second generation pioneer of the Frankfurt monetary school, Jurgen Habermas. The central problem in this article revolves around the contribution of the rational and communicative discourse of Habermas to the renewal of the religious phenomenon within the public share. This article aims to approach Habermas's rational, communicative view of the religious phenomenon in post-secular societies (societies of democracy). He worked to exclude religion from the public sphere in its early intellectual stages, but because of the intellectual debate between it and postmodern philosophers, and the return of religious life in the west, he insisted on the need to go towards religion.
