هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى قدرة مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم الأساسي والثانوي في لواء الشوبك على تطبيق مفاهيم دورة القيادة التربوية عن بعد من وجهة نظرهم , كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في قدرتهم على القيادة التربوية تبعا لمجالات الاختبار وفق لمتغيرات الدراسة هي: ( النوع الاجتماعي, الخبرة العملية, جنس المدرسة, المؤهل العلمي). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم الأساسي والثانوي في لواء الشوبك والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية والبالغ عددهم(31) مدير ومديرة خلال العام الدراسي 2021-2022, وتكونت أداة الدراسة جزئين الجزء الأول: تضمن معلومات عامة عن المديرين والمديرات: ( النوع الاجتماعي, الخبرة العملية, جنس المدرسة, المؤهل العلمي), والجزء الثاني: تضمن اختبار القيادة التربوية المقنن المكون من خمس مجالات هي:(الموضوعية, واستخدام السلطة, والمرونة, وفهم الآخرين, ومعرفة مبادئ الاتصال). استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين المتعدد من أجل الإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.أشارت النتائج إلى أن المستوى العام لمستوى قدرة مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم الأساسي والثانوي في لواء الشوبك على تطبيق مفاهيم دورة القيادة التربوية عن بعد من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بالمستوى المتوسط, وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ممارسة القيادة التربوية لدى مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم الأساسي والثانوي في لواء الشوبك تعزى لمتغيري(الخبرة, المؤهل العلمي), وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري(النوع الاجتماعي, جنس المدرسة).
يَهْدِفُ هذا البحثُ إلى بيانِ سَقَطٍ وقع في كتابِ "رَوْضَةِ النَّاظِرِ، وجَنَّةِ المُنَاظِرِ" لابن قُدَامةَ (رحمه الله)، وتظهر قيمته في أنه صحَّح كلمةً دقيقةَ الخطأِ تقلب المعنى رأسًا على عقِب، وقد اعتمدنا لذلك المنهج الاستقرائيَّ التحليليَّ. ومن النتائج المهمة التي توصلنا إليها أنّ وقوعَ السَّقَطِ شيءٌ، وإظهارَه شيءٌ آخَرُ، فأَمَّا الأولُ: فتَقْتَضيهِ الطبيعةُ البشريةُ؛ حتى امتَدحُوا الرَّاويَ بِقِلَّةِ سَقَطِهِ، ورَضُوا من النَّاسخِ أَنْ يكونَ قليلَ السَّقَطِ- لا عديمَه- اعترافًا منهم بأَنَه لا مَفَرَّ منه!. وأَمَّا الثاني: فتَقْتَضيهِ الأمانةُ العلميَّةُ، وصيانةُ الوقوعِ في خَطَأِ العِلْمِ، والعَمَلِ.
This research aims to explaining the fallen faults by mistake in the book "Rawdat al-Nazir wa-Jannat al-Munazir" by Ibn Qudamah (may God have mercy on him). The value of this study appears from word's correcting minute error turning the meaning upside down. We have relied on the inductive and the analytical approach.
One of the most significant findings that the occurrence of the fall is one thing, and its manifestation is another.
As for the first: it is required by human nature. Until they praised the narrator with the slightest fall of it, and they agreed with the copyist to have a little fallout - not zero - in recognition of them that there is no escape from it!. As for the second, it is required by the scientific trustworthiness, and the maintenance of falling into the wrong of science and work.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى تضمين كتاب اللغة العربية للـصف الثـامن في الأردن لمهارات الذكاء العاطفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من كتاب اللغة العربية للصف الثامن. وقد استخدم البـاحث منهج تحليـل المحتوى للكشف عن مهارات الذكاء العاطفي المتضمنة فيه حسب تكراراتها ونسبها المئوية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها : أن أكثر مكونات الذكاء العاطفي شيوعًا في فقرات كتاب اللغة العربية للصف الثامن هو الوعي الاجتماعي فضلاً عن أن جميع مهارات الذكاء العاطفي قد وردت في كتاب اللغة العربية بتكرارات مقبولة باستثناء مهارة " القدرة على السيطرة على الحالة المزاجية السيئة والعواطف المضطربة" حيث انها لم ترد أبداً في الكتاب، بيما جاءت مهارة الاستماع، بأعلى تكرار بلغ (103) وبنسبة (26.27%) . وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة تركيز مؤلفي كتاب اللغة العربية للصف الثامن في الأردن على مهارات الذكاء العاطفي بالأخص مهارات التعاطف والمهارات الاجتماعية لاهميتها في هذه المرحلة العمرية.
يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة أحكام النّفقات في الشّريعة الإسلاميّة تأصيلاً وتقعيداً وتقصيداً، وذلك من خلال ذكر أبرز مسالك تأصيل أحكام النفقات من منظور مقاصدي، متمثّلةً في ثلاثة مدارك مهمّة كفيلةً بضبط الأحكام الشرعيّة المتعلقة بالنّفقات، وهي: النّصوص الشرعيّة، القواعد الأصوليّة، والقواعد الفقهيّة، واقتصرت في هذا المقال على ذكر رؤوس المسائل الخلافيّة من أحكام النفقات وأشهرها، لكي يسهل تخريج المسائل النّازلة عليها.
وخلص البحث إلى أثر القواعد الأصوليّة والفقهيّة في تأصيل أحكام النفقات في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلاميّة، ومدى أهميّة هذه المدارك الشّرعيّة في ضبط الفتاوى المتعلّقة بالنّفقات في القضايا المعاصرة.
This article aims to study the provisions of expenditures in the Islamic Sharia, rooted, rigorous, and intentional, by mentioning the most prominent paths of rooting the provisions of expenditures, represented in four perceptions that ensure the control of the legal provisions related to expenditures, which are the legal texts, the fundamental rules, the jurisprudential rules, and the purposes of the Islamic Sharia. In this article, I will mention the heads of controversial issues in the Book of Expenses and the most famous of them, in order to facilitate the graduation of the issues that have been revealed to them.
The research concluded the impact of fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules in rooting the provisions of expenses in the light of the purposes of Islamic law, and the importance of these legal perceptions in controlling fatwas related to expenses in contemporary cases.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى تضمين كتب التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية لطلبة المرحلة الأساسي المتوسطة في الأردن لمقاصد الشرعية الإسلامية من خلال تحليل محتواها، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثون بإعداد قائمة تضمنت (69) قيمة من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وزعت في خمس مجالات هي: حفظُ الدِّين(18) وحفظُ النَّفس(18) وحفظُ العقل(18) وحفظُ المال(18) وحفظُ النَّسل(18)، وتم في ضوء هذا التصنيف تحليل كتب التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية للصفوف الرابع والخامس والسادس الأساسي من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في الأردن. ودلت نتائج الدراسة على أن نتائج الدراسة عن تدنّي توافر القيم ذات الصلة بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في تلك الكُتب، وفي ضَوء نتائج الدّراسة أوصت الباحثة بتضمين مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في كُتب التربية الاجتماعية للمرحلة الأساسية المتوسطة في الأردن.
يتناول المقال موضوع حفظ البيئة باعتباره مقصدا من مقاصد الشريعة؛ إذ يهدف إلى إثبات أن مقصد حفظ البيئة واحد من المقاصد الكلية الضرورية، باعتبار مسألة الحفاظ على محيط الإنسان من أكثر انشغالات البشرية اليوم، وأزمة البيئة من أكبر تحديات الإنسانية المعاصرة. كما أنه لا يمكن للشريعة الإسلامية أن تهمل مسألة بهذه الأهمية والخطورة، أو أن تفتقد لأطروحة تتعلق بها. لذلك عالج هذا المقال إمكانية تجديد النظر في المقاصد الكلية الضرورية الخمسة، وتأصيل مقصد حفظ البيئة تأصيلا شرعيا ضمن المقاصد الكلية الضرورية، إذ تناول ذلك في ثلاثة محاور؛ الأول في مفهوم البيئة والمقاصد الضرورية، والثاني في ضرورة التجديد في النظر إلى المقاصد الكلية الضرورية، والثالث في مقصد حفظ البيئة في الشريعة الإسلامية.
The article deals with the issue of environmental protection as one of the objectives of the Islamic Shari'ah. It aims to prove that the goal of protecting the environment is one of the necessary collective goals, given that the issue of preserving the human environment is one of the most preoccupations of mankind today, and the environmental crisis is one of the greatest challenges of modern world. And besides, Islamic law can neither neglect an issue of this importance and seriousness, nor miss a thesis related to it. Therefore, this article addresses the possibility of reconsidering both the five necessary holistic purposes and finality legal documenting of preserving the environment within the necessary overall objectives. It addresses it within three axes: first, the concept of environment and necessary purposes; second, the necessity of renewal in looking at the necessary holistic purposes; and finally, the finality of preserving the environment in Islamic law.

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى استقصاء فاعلية استراتيجية جيكسوJigsaw) ) في تنمية اتجاهات طالبات الصف الرّابع الأساسي بمحافظة العقبة في الأردن نحو مبحث اللغة العربية في الأردن. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبة التجريبي، حيث أعدت مقياساً لاتجاهات الطالبات نحو مبحث اللغة العربية لدى عينة تكوّنت من (70) طالبة مقسمة على مجموعتين متساويتين (ضابطة (35)- تجريبية (35). أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر لاستراتيجية جيكسو في تنمية اتجاهات إيجابية نحو محتوى مبحث اللغة العربية لدى طالبات الصف الرّابع الأساسي، حيث حصلت طالبات العينة التجريبية على متوسط كلي (60.08)؛ في مقابل حصول طالبات العينة الضابطة على متوسط كلي (41.00)؛. وأظهرت نتائج حجم الأثر على مربع إيتا حيث بلغ (0.40)، وهذا يفسر ما نسبته (40%) من التباين في درجات الطالبات يعود إلى استراتيجية جيكسو، واستناداً للنتائج أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تبني استراتيجية جيكسو في تدريس مبحث اللغة العربية، لما لها من أثر إيجابي في تنمية الاتجاهات نحو مبحث اللغة العربية للصف الرّابع الأساسي.
استئناسا بالصَّفقة الخضراء العالميَّة التي اقترحتها الأمم المتَّحدة للبيئة 2009م لتسريع مكافحة تغيٌّر المناخ ولأنَّ الحفاظ على البيئة قضيَّة الجميع، فما موقع حفظ البيئة ضمن مقاصد الشَّريعة؟ وما دور الاقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق ذلك في سياق التَّنمية المستدامة؟ وتهدف الدراسة إلى تبنِّي الطًّروحات الحديثة في هذا المجال لأنَّ التَّنمية المستدامة مرتبطة بالاستخدام الأمثل للبيئة لضمان الكفاءة والدَّيمومة من خلال مؤشِّرات الأداء والفعاليَّة التي تحقِّق مقاصد التَّشريع الإسلامي.
Invoking the Global Green Deal proposed by the UN Environment 2009 to accelerate the fight against climate change and because preserving the environment is everyone's issue, where is preserving the environment within the purposes of sharia law? What is the green economy's role in achieving this in the context of sustainable development? The study aims to adopt modern theses in this area because sustainable development is linked to optimal use of the environment to ensure efficiency and sustainability through performance and effectiveness indicators that achieve the purposes of Islamic legislation.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية بتربية الزرقاء الأولى في الأردن، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي والمسحي) لتحقيق أهداف دراستها، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (302) معلم ومعلمة، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن درجة توافر كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية بتربية الزرقاء الأولى في الأردن بشكل عام جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.17) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (63.44%)، وحصل المجال الثالث من مجالات الأداة على المرتبة الأولى كأعلى درجة توافر، ويليه المجال الثاني في المرتبة الثانية، ثم يليه المجال الرابع في المرتبة الثالثة، وجاء المجال الأولى في المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لديهم تبعاً لمتغير النوع على مستوى المجال الأول والرابع والأداة ككل، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعاً لمتغير النوع على مستوى المجال الثاني والثالث ولصالح فئة الذكور. وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لديهم تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على مستوى جميع المجالات والأداة ككل، حيث كانت الفروق بين فئة (دبلوم عالي) وفئة (بكالوريوس) لصالح فئة دبلوم عالي، وبين فئة (دبلوم عالي) وفئة (ماجستير فأعلى) لصالح فئة ماجستير فأعلى، وبين فئة (بكالوريوس) وفئة (ماجستير فأعلى) لصالح فئة ماجستير فأعلى، بينما لا توجد فروق احصائية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على مستوى المجال الثالث بين فئة (دبلوم عالي) وفئة (بكالوريوس)، وعلى مستوى المجال الثاني والرابع بين فئة (دبلوم عالي) وفئة (ماجستير فأعلى). وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق احصائية بين اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لديهم تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة على مستوى جميع المجالات والأداة ككل.
يستهدف هذا البحث دراسة المقاصد لإبراز علاقتها بالبيئة، تحقيقاً وامتثالاً لأوامر الخالق تعالى في الاستخلاف، وقد توصلنا أننا لسنا بحاجة إلى التنظير لحماية البيئة فعلماء الأمة المتقدمين والمتأخرين قد أفاضوا في دراسة هذا المقصد، بل نحن بأمس الحاجة إلى إعادة تفعيل هذا المقصد للعمل به وتطبيقه ميدانيا، وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى أن من تحقيق المصالح ودرأ المفاسد الحفاظ على البيئة وحمايتها من الفساد، وأنّ تشريع الثواب للمُصلح في الأرض والعقاب للمفسِد فيها لحد القتل والديَّة، كما اتضح أن حفظ البيئة يكون بحفظ المقاصد الخمسة المعروفة، وأن علاقة حفظ البيئة بمقاصد الشريعة علاقة وطيدة قوية تفاعلية مطردة، حتى جعله بعض العلماء مقصدا شرعيا مستقلا يندرج تحت الضروريات.
This research aims to study the purposes to highlight their relationship with the environment, to achieve and comply with the orders of the Creator Almighty in succession, and we have found that we do not need to theorize to protect the environment, the nation's advanced and late scholars have exaggerated in the study of this purpose, but we desperately need to reactivate this purpose to work out and apply it in the field, and the study has found that it is to achieve the interests and ward off evils to preserve the environment and protect it from corruption, and that the legislation of reward for the reformer in the land and punishment for the corrupt to the extent of killing and paternality, It also became clear that the preservation of the environment is by preserving the five known purposes, and that the relationship of preserving the environment with the purposes of Sharia is a strong, interactive, steady relationship, until some scholars made it an independent legitimate destination that falls under the necessities.

هدفت الدّراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تضمين كُتب اللّغة العربيّة للمرحلة الأساسية المتوسطة في الأردن على المُوروث الاجتماعيَّ والثقافيَّ ، وتم تطوير أداة الدّراسة في قائمة تمثل الموروث الثقافي والاجتماعي؛ تكونت من مجالين هما: التراث الثقافي ومكوناته الست (6)، التراث الاجتماعي ومكوناته الست (6)؛ وقد تم استخدم أسلوب تحليل المحتوى حيث اتخذت الجملة وشبة الجملة والكلمة وحدة للتحليل، وصولاً إلى البيانات الكمية المتمثلة في التكرارات والنسب المئوية. وأظهرت النتائج أن الكُتب (مدار البحث) لم تركز على من الموروث الثقافي والاجتماعي بشكل مناسب، وإنما تناولته لا يمس حاجات الفئة العمرية المستهدفة وخصائصها، وكشفت النتائج عن أن الكُتب لم تراع في تناولها للمُوروث الاجتماعيَّ والثقافيَّ مبدأ التتابع، ولم تعتمد منهجية واضحة، وإنما نحت منحى تقليدياً عشوائياً في تناولها للموروث الثقافي والاجتماعي مدار البحث وقد أوصت الدّراسة بما يلي:- إعادة النظر في محتوى كُتب اللّغة العربيّة المطورة للمرحلة الأساسية المتوسطة في الأردن في تضمينها للموروث الثقافي والاجتماعي، ومدى مراعاتها لمبادئ التكامل والتتابع ومبادئ التعلم الذاتي والبنائي في تناولها.
تناولت في هذه المقالة الموسومة بـ'' البيئة من منظور عقدي'' شرح مصطلحي البيئة والعقيدة، ثم سلطت الضوء على أهمية ومدى اهتمام الإسلام بالبيئة وحمايتها ،وعرجت على بيان الإطار العقدي لمقصد حفظ البيئة في الإسلام والذي تمثل في ثلاثة محاور تمثلت في: عناصر البيئة شاهد من شواهد الايمان بالله، البعد العقدي للبيئة وأثره على ممارسات الإنسان الإستخلافية ،البيئة وتسخيرما في الوجود للإنسان، وأخيرا تحدثت عن شهادة البيئة بالبعث والآخرة، وختمت مقالتي بنتائج البحث.
In this article tagged "Environment from a doctrine perspective", I explained the terms "environment and creed" and then highlighted the importance and extent of Islam's concern for and protection of the environment. and stated the doctrine framework for the purpose of preserving the environment in Islam, which was represented in three axes, The elements of the environment are evidence of faith in allah and its existence and the faith dimension of the environment and its impact on human practices. As well as the link between the environment and the harnessing of human existence, and finally I spoke about the emission and aftermath of the environment certificate, and I concluded my article with a conclusion that included the results of the research.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تضمين كتب التربية الوطنية لمعايير التربية المهنية المعاصرة التي ينبغي أن تشتمل عليها كُتب التربية الوطنية للمرحلة الأساسية المتوسطة في الأردن، والصادرة عن وزارة التّربية والتعليم للعام الدّراسي 2017/2018، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث أسلوب تحليل المحتوى الذي استدعى توظيفه أداة تحليل تمثلت في (استمارة تحليل المحتوى)، واشتملت الأداة على أربعة مجالات تضمنت (25) من معياراً مهنياً، وقد تمّ استخراج معامل الثّبات باستخدام معادلة هولستي (Holsti) للثّبات، حيث بلغ معامل الثبات عبر الزمن (89.03 %)، وعبر الأشخاص (09.86 %)، وهذا المعامل مقبول لأغراض الدّراسة، وبعد القيام بعملية التحليل كشفت الدراسة نتائج الدراسة عن تدنّي توافر معايير التربية المهنية المعاصرة في تلك الكُتب. وفي ضَوء نتائج الدّراسة أوصى الباحث بتضمين معايير التربية المهنية المعاصرة في كُتب التّربية الوطنية للمرحلة الأساسية المتوسطة في الأردن، وذلك بتضمين مفاهبم التربية المهنية في الكتب.الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج تدريبي، معلمات المرحلة الأساسيّة، أدوات التعلم عن بعد.
للبيئة أهمية كبيرة في الإسلام، فهي هبة من الله سبحانه وتعالى، ويعد الحفاظ عليها عبادة لله وقد خلق الله سبحانه وتعالى الأرض وسخرها لعباده حتى تكون صالحة للعيش فيها.
وسنحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة أن نبين مفهوم البيئة، ومدى أهميتها في الإسلام وكذا بيان مدى حمايتها في هذا الدين الحنيف.
وقد توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج من بينها أن الله سبحانه وتعالى هو من خلق الكون بكل ما فيه من عناصر، وهذا الخلق عبارة عن خلق كامل ومتوازن لا خلل فيه، وكل شيء فيه بقدر معلوم، وهناك مجموعة من الاحكام التي شرعها الخالق عز وجل لحماية البيئة، والانسان هو المسؤول عن وجود الخلل والتلوث في البيئة.
The environment is of great importance in Islam, as it is a gift from God Almighty, and preserving it is an act of worship to God. God Almighty created the earth and subjugated it to His servants so that it would be suitable for living in it.
We will try, through this intervention, to clarify the concept of the environment, and the extent of its importance in Islam, as well as the extent of its protection in this true religion.
We have reached a set of results, among them is that God Almighty is the one who created the universe with all its elements, and this creation is a complete and balanced creation in which there is no defect, and everything in it is a known measure. Man is responsible for the existence of imbalance and pollution in the environment.

أثر برنامج تدريبي في اكتساب معلمات المرحلة الأساسيّة مهارات استخدام أدوات التعلم عن بعد. هدف الدّراسة المتمثل برنامج تدريبي في اكتساب معلمات المرحلة الأساسيّة مهارات استخدام أدوات التعلم عن بعد. وقد تكونت عينة الدّراسة من (45) معلمة من مجتمع الدّراسة، موزعات على صفوف المرحلة الأساسية الدّنيا (الأول، الثّاني والثّالث) بالتساوي، اختيرت بالطريقة عشوائيّة؛ لتمثل المدارس الحكومية التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم في قصبة محافظة معان للعام الدراسي الحالي2020/2021م، اسُتخدِم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدتّ الباحثة استبانة كأداة من (35) فقرة، موزعة على خمسه مجالات لمعرفة مدى اكتساب معلمات المرحلة الأساسيّة مهارات استخدام أدوات التعلم عن بعد. وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة وجود فرق دالٍّ إحصائيّا عند مستوى (α = 0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية في درجات عينة الدراسة على المقياس تبعاً لمتغير التطبيق (قبلي، بعدي)، لصالح التطبيق البعدي بعد تطبيق البرنامج، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(≥α0.05) بين خبرات المعلمات اللواتي تدربن على برنامج Google Class Room، ولصالح المعلمات ذوات الخبرة 5 سنوات فاقل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات علامات المعلمات اللواتي تدربن على برنامج Google Class Room تعزى للصف. وأوصت الدّراسة بعدة توصيات، أهمها: الدعوة إلى اعتماد برنامج Google class room في اكتساب المعلمات والمعلمين مهارات استخدام أدوات التعلم عن بعد.
يمثِّل الإعلام البيئي تلك المادة الإعلامية المبثوثة في مختلف الفضاءات المعلوماتية التي تُعنى بالقضايا البيئية، وتهدف إلى التأثير في إدراك الجمهور ووعيه، وقد عُني الإسلام كثيرا بموضوع البيئة والإعلام البيئي، وتنوعت مظاهر العناية بها واختلفت، وما تعاليم الإسلام الصحية إلا إحدى أشكال الإعلام والوعي البيئيين.
وقد تناولت الورقة مجموعة من مواضيع مذكرات التخرج في قانون البيئة، والتي تعرضت لمختلف القضايا البيئية، وهي تمثل مادة إعلامية دسمة في موضوع البيئة، ويعدُّ الباحثون في هذا المجال من أفضل صنَّاع الوعي البيئي.
Environmental media is that media material that is disseminated in various informational spaces that are cocecerned with environmental issues, and aims to influence the public’s perception and awareness.
Islam has paid great attention to this subject, and Islam’s teaching on health are a manifestation of media and awareness of the environment.

يتناول هذا المقال مساهمة الفقهاء والأدباء بالمغرب الأقصى في نهضة اللغة والأدب من بينهم العلامة محمد المختار السوسي خصوصا في فترة الاستعمار الفرنسي، حيث يعد من أهم المنظرين للاستقلال المغربي من خلال الكفاح في سبيل التحرر، لذلك عمل جاهدا من أجل الرفع من قيمة الأدب واللغة باعتبارهما من بين السبل لتحرير الشعب المغربي من الاستعمار الغاشم.
يتناول البحث موضوع تسعير السلع في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية من حيث الحكم الفقهي المتردد بين الحرمة والجواز، كما يتطرق إلى حدود سلطة ولي الأمر في فرض التسعير على التجار، وقد وقع الاختلاف بين الفقهاء في حكم التسعير لورود حديث يحرمه وآخر يجيزه، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لدفع التعارض الظاهري بين هذه الأحاديث من خلال بيان السياق الذي وردت فيه وحيثيات الواقع والمصلحة المعتبرة في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية التي جاءت لحفظ أموال الناس باعتبارها أحد الكليات الخمس الضرورية التي اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية برعايتها وصيانتها، كما أبرز البحث منهج الشريعة الإسلامية في الترجيح بين المصلحة العامة والخاصة بتقديم مصلحة المجتمع على مصلحة الفرد إذا وقع ضرر على عموم المجتمع من غلاء الأسعار. وأوصت الباحثة الجهات الإدارية والتنفيذية في الدولة بضرورة مراقبة الأسواق واستقراء حالة العرض والطلب والسعر والدخل من أجل خلق حالة من التوزان بعيداً عن استغلال الباعة، أو إجحافهم حقهم.
Abstract: The research deals with the subject of pricing commodities in the light of the purposes of Islamic Sharia in terms of the jurisprudential ruling that hesitates between prohibition and permissibility، as well as the limits of the authority of the guardian in imposing pricing on merchants، and this study came to push the apparent contradiction between these hadiths by clarifying the context in which they were mentioned and the merits of reality and the considered interest in the light of the purposes of Islamic Sharia that came to save people’s money as one of the five necessary colleges that Islamic Sharia took care of its care and maintenance، as The research highlighted the approach of Islamic Sharia in weighing between the public and private interest by prioritizing the interest of society over the interest of the individual if harm occurred to the whole of society from high prices.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إستخدام التعلم المتمازج على تحصيل طلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي في مادة التربية المهنية وإتجاهاتهم نحوها، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) طالبا وطالبة، تم توزيعهم عشوائياً على مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس إتجاهات الطلاب، وتم بناء اختبار تحصيلي، وتطبيق برنامج تدريبي يقوم على استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المتمازج. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات أداء افراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على الاختبار البعدي لمادة التربية المهنية تعزى لطريقة التعلم، والجنس والتفاعل بينهما، كما وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في اتجاهات طلبة الصف العاشر نحو مادة التربية المهنية على المجالين (طريقة التدريس، وصعوبة تدريس مادة التربية المهنية) وكانت الفروق لصالح التعلم المتمازج، وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم جود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات أداء افراد المجموعة التجريبية التي درست بالتعلم المتمازج على الاختبار البعدي لمادة التربية المهنية تعزى للجنس، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في إتجاهات طلبة الصف العاشر الذين درسوا بطريقة التعلم الاعتيادية على الدرجة الكلية، وبُعد طريقة التدريس وبُعد صعوبة تدريس مادة التربية المهنية تعزى للجنس. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة التوسع في تدريب معلمي التربية المهنية العاملين في المدارس الحكومية على طريقة التعلم المتمازج، كإستراتيحية تعلم حديثة، ومستخدمة بطريقة غير مباشرة على منصات التعلم عن بعد بسبب ظروف جائحة كورونا، والعمل على بناء منهاج التربية المهنية وفقاً لاستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة.
يتناول البحث موضوعاً هاماً يقع على عاتق الباحثين في مجال المحاسبة، لإعطائه أهمية كبيرة في ضوء التطورات العديدة التي تحدث في مجالات الاستثمار في المصارف الإسلامية والتي تتزايد بشكل كبير في مختلف البلدان، الأمر الذي يتطلب كيفية منح الثقة للتقارير المالية المقدمة من المحاسبين إلى المستثمرين كأحد الأطراف المستخدمة لهذه التقارير في اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بها ، وبناءً عليه يركز البحث على المدى الذي يمكن أن تساهم فيه الرقابة الشرعية في تعزيز الإفصاح المحاسبي ، والذي بدوره يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز ثقة مستخدمي البيانات المالية في ترشيدهم تجاه اتخاذ قرارات مختلفة تتعلق بالمصارف الإسلامية التي يتعاملون معها ، فضلاً عن طمأنتهم بأن هذه المصارف تعمل وفقًا لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية فيما يتعلق بالقياس والتحقق المحاسبي للمعاملات المالية وفقا لما يؤيده المدقق الشرعي من خلال الرقابة الشرعية التي يمكن استخدامها لتحقيق ذلك.
تم التوصل إلى أنه يجب أن يكون هناك تكامل في عمل كل من المدقق الشرعي (الذي يركز على مدى الامتثال لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية) والمدقق المالي (الذي يركز على مدى الامتثال لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة بشكل عام) في من أجل إعطاء رأي موحد حول مصداقية البيانات التي تحتويها التقارير المالية التي يتم تقديمها للجهات المختلفة التي يمكن أن تستفيد منها في اتخاذ قراراتها ، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة مراعاة مبادئ الرقابة الشرعية عند القيام بأعمال المحاسبة والتدقيق ، ومدى توافر مجموعة من المتطلبات لتحقيق الطمأنينة لجميع الأطراف التي تتعامل مع المصارف الإسلامية والاعتماد على تقاريرها المالية في اتخاذ القرارات المختلفة.
The research deals with an important topic that falls on the shoulders of researchers in the field of accounting to give it great importance in light of the many developments that are taking place in the fields of investment in Islamic banks, which are increasing dramatically in various countries, which requires how to give confidence to the financial reports submitted by accountants to Investors as one of the parties used for these reports in making decisions related to them, and accordingly the research focuses on the extent to which the Shari’a control can contribute to strengthening the accounting disclosure, which in turn can lead to strengthening the confidence of the users of the financial statements in rationalizing them towards making various decisions related to the islamic banks they deal with, as well as for their reassurance that these banks operate in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia regarding the accounting measurement and verification of financial transactions in accordance with what is supported by the Shariah auditor. Sharia control that can be used to achieve this.
It was concluded that there should be integration in the work of both the Sharia auditor (which focuses on the extent of compliance with the provisions of islamic Sharia) and the financial auditor (which focuses on the extent of compliance with generally accepted accounting principles) in order to give a unified opinion on the reliability of the data they contain. reports and financial statements that are submitted to various parties that can benefit from them in making their decisions, and the researcher recommended that there is a need to take into account the principles of Sharia control when carrying out accounting and auditing work, and the availability of a set of requirements to achieve reassurance for all parties that deal with islamic banks and rely on their financial statements in taking various décision.
