Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource حرب, دولت خالد موسى خليل فرج محمد, حسام الدين فارس عبد الحميد عبد العال , عطيات Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-09-21 2023-10-10 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى  التعرف ِعلى أسباب ظاهرة التنمُر لدى طلبةِ المرحلةِ الأساسية بلواء بني عبيد في محافظة اربد من وجهةِ نظر المرشدين التربويين. ولتحقيقِ أهداف الدّراسة استخدمت الباحثةُ المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، تم اختيار عينةِ الدّراسةِ بالطريقةِ العشوائية حيثُ طبقت على عينة مكونة  من (40) مرشدًا ومرشدة. أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أنَّ مجالَ أسبابِ ظاهرةِ التنمُر لدى طلبةِ المرحلة الأساسية جاء متوسطًا ، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.33 )، ومجال مظاهر ظاهرةِ التنمُر لدى طلبةِ المرحلةِ الأساسيةِ جاء متوسطًا بحيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.21) ، كما أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة عدم وجود فروق ذاتَ دلالةٍ إحصائية ٍلأسبابِ ظاهرةِ التنمُر لدى طلبةِ المرحلةِ الأساسيةِ تعزى للمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وبناءً على ما توصلت إليه الدّراسة من نتائج، أوصت الباحثةُ بتوصيات منها: إعداد المرشد التربوي للبرامجِ الإرشاديةِ الوقائيةِ والعلاجية التي تناسبُ خصائص المرحلة العمرية للطلبةِ ، ثقافة البيئة المحلية للمدرسة وتعزيز البناء القيمي للطالب المستمَد من قيم المجتمع الأردني وثقافته الإيجابية، تفعيل الأنشطة المدرسية التي تستثمر أوقات الفراغ لدى الطلبةِ لممارسةِ هواياتهِم وقدراتهِم بالشكلِ الصحيح، تفعيل دور المرشد التربوي في تنمية قيم التسامح والديمقراطية واحترام الرأي والرأي الآّخر وتقبل النقد البناء بين الطلبة للحدّ من الخلافات بينهم والتي تعتبر المحفز الأساسي لظاهرة التنمُر. عُني هذا البحث ببيان بعض الأحكام الخاصة بالأوبئة بشكل عام وكوفيد-19 بوجه خاص، تكمن مشكلة البحث في كون وباء كوفيد من النوازل التي تمس الحاجة إلى معرفة أحكامها الفقهية، وقد تعددت فيها الاجتهادات التي تحتاج إلى ترجيح ليتبين الموافق منها لنصوص الشريعة ومقاصدها، ولاسيما وقد امتدت الجائحة لقرابة الثلاث سنوات حتى الآن، ولا يزال العالم يتوجس من انتشار بعض الأمراض الأخرى التي يجهل الكثير عنها ويخشى أن تتحول إلى أوبئة مثل "جدري القرود"؛ مما يؤكد الحاجة لاستمرار هذا النوع من الأبحاث. ولهذا تناول البحث الأحكام الخاصة بالعبادات من الصلاة والزكاة، وكيفية التعامل مع المرضى بهذا المرض وكذلك المتوفين به –رحمهم الله- من حيث التغسيل والتكفين والدفن، وكذلك تناول حكم عقود التبرع في زمن الوباء. وقد عرض لاختلاف الفقهاء القدامى والمعاصرين حول هذه المسائل. وقد اعتمد البحث بشكل أساسي على المنهج الوصفي في شرح وتفصيل المسائل محل البحث وبيان مذاهب الفقهاء فيها، ثم استعمل أدوات التحليل والمقارنة والاستنباط لاختيار الأحكام الراجحة بما يتفق مع نصوص الشريعة المطهرة ومقاصدها ويؤكد مرونة الفقه الإسلامي وصلاحية شرعيته لكل زمان ومكان. This research focused on exploring the Islamic provisions in dealing with the epidemics in a general manner and Covid-19 in particular. It also engaged with the Islamic legal provisions that are associated with worships, issues related to COVID -19 patients and deceased, and rulings related to legal aspects of mandatory zakat and general donations (hibah, waqf, etc.) during the pandemic. An attempt was given to compile all the convergent and divergent opinions on the concerned issues. Especially the pandemic has spread for nearly three years so far, and the world is still apprehensive about the spread of some other diseases of which much is unknown and feared that they may turn into epidemics such as ‘monkeypox’. This confirms the need for this type of research to continue. The research has relied on a descriptive methodology to explaining the viewpoints of every school of thought on certain issues. The study focuses on the Islamic windows in the traditional banks of Algeria in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 20-02, by highlighting the Islamic financing products available in these windows, as well as the introduction of all the impediments to their work, and by adopting the tool of descriptive approach for the purpose of theorizing the realities of Islamic windows, the remainder of the study was devoted to presenting the divergent attitudes of modern scholars about the phenomenon of the tendency of many usurious banks to open Islamic windows providing banking services that take into account the provisions and legitimate controls, in the light of the jurisprudence of the budgets as a pragmatic approach that allows the balancing of supporters to allow the opening and functioning of these windows and preventers , Through this study, we have concluded that the 20-02 system is already a good step, but it is a brief and insufficient response to regulate all Islamic windows products,  And the latter will not achieve what they want, unless they are well placed, With the will and sincerity to be a step for the usurious banks to turn into Islamic Banks. This study aimed to analyze The role of Algerian scholars in making the contemporary Fatwa of Sheikh Muhammad Bay Belalem as a model، and that is by working to show what they presented of rooting the Maliki Fiqh، in line with the developments of their time in the light of the rules، assets and legal purposes، which contributes to the renewal of concepts according to the considered controls which ensures contact with the predecessors.    For all this، we divided the subject into three chapters، the first is devoted to a question about the use of the term - the production of Fatwa. And the second is devoted to enrich what is said about the life the scientist Sheikh Muhammad Bay Belalem from his birth، his quest for knowledge، his writings and then his death. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource النوافلة, وعد محمد رمضان الصغير, حميد Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-06-21 2023-10-10 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة استقصاء أثر التدريس باستخدام اليدويات (البطاقة الجبرية، الميزان الحسابي) في تحصيل طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي في لواء البترا،  عند دراستهم لوحدة حل المعادلات الخطية بمتغيرين، مقارنة مع الاسلوب التقليدي ، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة تجريبية (28) طالبة من مدرسة رفيدة الاسلمية الثانوية  في البترا تم تدريسهم وحدة حل المعادلات الخطية باستخدام البطاقة الجبرية والميزان الحسابي  ،و مجموعة ضابطة (26) طالبة من مدرسة سمية بنت الخياط الثانويه في البترا ،تم تدريسهم حل المعادلات الخطية بمتغيرين  باستخدام الطريقة التقليدية حيث  تكونت أداة الدراسة من اختبار تحصيلي تم استخراج صدقه وثباته لمعرفة الفروق بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة  .  حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التحصيل في الرياضيات بعد دراستهم لموضوع حل المعادلات الخطية بمتغيرين لصالحالمجموعة التجريبية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصى الباحثة  باستخدام اليدويات في تدريس الرياضيات وضرورة توجيه المدارس  لضرورة انشاء معمل للرياضيات في كل مدرسة يحتوي على كافة الوسائل والمعينات اللزمة لتدريس الرياضيات اضافة لإجراء المزيد من الدراسات لموضوعات الرياضيات الأخرى، ولصفوف مختلفة. تبرز الدراسة أهمية الموارد المالية ودورها الفعال في تقوية الدولة الإسلامية، والمحافظة على استقرارها وازدهارها. وتظهر أهميتها أكثر حين تكون هذه الدولة قد أقيمت في ظروف استثنائية وخاصة جدا منها: فقر البيئة، وقلة الموارد، وكثرة النفقات الخاصة والعامة، والبساطة في الأنشطة التجارية والاقتصادية،  والمتمثلة أساسا في الرعي، والزراعة المحدودة، والتجارة الضيقة الحدود... ليظهر في هذه الأثناء أثر قوة الوازع الديني الذي زرعه الإسلام بعد جاهلية مظلمة في نفوس الناس آنذاك، وبراعة حكمة رسول الله عليه السلام وتبصره العميق في التدبير الاقتصادي للدولة الناشئة، ليقدم للتاريخ نموذجا اقتصاديا فريدا، يمتلك أسرار النجاح ومفاتيح حسن التصرف في مالية الدولة: إيرادا وإنفاقا. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource طبيشات, مريم محمد سالم فراق, حسناء قداوي , عبد القادر Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-06-21 2023-10-10 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس قصبة إربد بالأردن لمهارات اتخاذ القرار التربوي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، بتطبيق اداة استبانة تكونت من (29) فقرة موزعة على مجالين (مهارات ذهنية، مهارات اجرائية). تم توزيعها على عينة من المعلمين بقصبة اربد بلغت (419) معلماً ومعلماً. وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها ان متوسط درجة ممارسة مهارات اتخاذ القرار التربوي لدى مديري مدارس قصبة اربد بلغ (3.74) من (5) على المستوى الكلي للأداة، وبلغ للمجال الأول (المهارات الذهنية) (3.86) وحصل المجال على الرتبة الأولى، فيما بلغ متوسط درجة الممارسة للمجال الثاني (المهارات الاجرائية) (3.66) وحصل على الرتبة الثانية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند المستوى (0.05) في تقديرات عينة البحث لدرجات الممارسة الكلية للأداة ولمجالاتها الأثنين، تبعاً لأياً من المتغيرات التالية: النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل، الخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات.  يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور نماذج الابتكار المالي في تفعيل وتطوير الوقف في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى أهم النماذج الابتكارية الحديثة وتجاربها الدولية، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح آليات وسبل تمكن من النهوض بدور الوقف في الاقتصاد بالجزائر لتحقيق التنمية المنشودة، بناءً على الدروس المستخلصة من التجارب الدولية الرائدة والسبّاقة محل الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ نماذج الإبتكار المالي الوقفية الحديثة ساهمت بشكل كبير في تفعيل دور الوقف في الاقتصاد سواء في جانبه التمويلي أو جانبه الاستثماري في كل من ماليزيا والكويت، وبالتالي يمكن تعميم تجربة الابتكارات الوقفية في باقي الدول الإسلامية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع قطاع الأوقاف بالجزائر مازال يشهد تأ خراً كبيراً، مما أدى إلى تراجع دوره المنشود في الاقتصاد.  This research aims to highlight the role of financial innovation models in activating and developing the waqf in Algerian economy, by addressing the most modern innovative and international experiences, this study is also designed to proposing mechanisms and means of enabling the role in the economy in Algeria to achieve the desired development, construction the lessons learned from the leading international experiences and apron study. The study concluded that modern innovation models have contributed significantly to the activation of the role of Waqf in the economy, whether in its financing or investment side of Malaysia and Kuwait, and therefore the experience of Waqf innovations can be circulated in the rest of the Islamic countries, also its concluded that the reality of the waqf sector in Algeria is still witnessing a large exceptional, resulting in a decline in the desired role in the economy.
