The study aims to show the basics of the banking participation method. In a systematic manner, the study dealt with the definition of the method of Musharakah and its origin and ruling in Islamic fiqh then moved to presenting its practical images, and ended with presenting the risks that afflict banks when relying on it in their financing and investment activities and practices, then indicated the ways and solutions that these banks can take to mitigate or avoid these risks in the first place. This study examines the issue of waqf money as a support mechanism for the financing of Takaful insurance institutions. After increasing interest recently in Islamic insurance, Takaful insurance institutions have witnessed an increasing growth indicating the increasing demand for the insurance services they provide, as they reflect the highest forms of cooperation and solidarity. The first is to provide insurance products in a cooperative manner and in accordance with the principles of Islamic Shariah at the same time, it seeks to maintain the continuity of its activity through the search for financial resources to enable the establishment and operation of the Takaful insurance system, and stopping money is one of the means that can be used to support its financial position in order to determine its development role. This study aims to assess the extent to which non-participatory Islamic financing methods contribute to enhancing financial stability. The study showed that the Islamic financial system has a role in enhancing financial stability in general and facing financial crises in particular through two axes: The first axis; It is preventive by prohibiting the causes of the crises themselves; As for the second axis, it is remedial, by financing economic recession cycles with various Islamic financing methods based on partnerships, and even those based on debts and those based on compassion and solidarity. However, the same study confirmed that the practical reality of the Islamic financial system is through the work of Islamic banks; The tendencies of the latter have proven their application of debt methods at the expense of participatory methods. Dependent on this development finance on the one hand; On the other hand, through zakat funds and institutions of waqf, the weakness of zakat and endowment collection in Arab and Islamic countries has proven ineffective in donative methods in promoting financial stability and facing crises, unlike in Western countries Which benefited from the liquidity of charities in alleviating the severity of the financial crises; Similar to the 2008 global financial crisis. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource المالكي , عبدالرحمن بن دخيل بن سعدية, زهرة صافو, فتيحة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-03-13 2023-10-09 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام بمكة المكرمة. وتحديد مدى توافر متطلبات تطبيق معيار (القيادة التربوية الفعالة، الشراكة المجتمعية ، المباني المدرسية ،التخطيط للجودة والتحسين المستمر) في مدارس التعليم العام بمكة، وأيضاً التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين استجابات أفراد المجتمع تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: (المسمى الوظيفي، الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في مجال الجودة)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتم بناء الاستبانة من أربعة محاور، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الادارة المدرسية بمكة المكرمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تتوافر متطلبات تطبيق بعض معايير الاعتماد المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهه نظر مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية بمكة المكرمة بدرجة متوسطة، أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05α≤) بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية تعزى لمتغيري (المسمى الوظيفي، والدورات التدريبية) على مجالات أداة الدراسة،أيضاً وجو د  فروق  ذات  دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05α≤) بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية تعزى لمتغير (الخبرة) في مجال المباني المدرسية ولصالح ذوي الخبرة الطويلة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستويات الخبرة على المجالات الكلية. وأوصت الدراسة بمنح مدير المدرسة الصلاحيات الكافية لاتخاذ القرارات المهمة داخل المدرسة بما يضمن تحقيق أهدافها. وإشراك المجتمع المحلي في حل مشاكل الطلاب داخل المدرسة. تعتبر المحاسبة أداة إعلام واتصال مهمة في نشاط المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية الإسلامية كصناعة صاعدة، وهذا يتطلب تقديم خدمات نوعية أساسها الضوابط الشرعية، وفي هذا الصدد، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور هيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية(أيوفي) كهيئة داعمة في توحيد المرجعية المحاسبية للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية من خلال ما تصدره من معايير محاسبية تعالج مختلف القضايا المستجدة في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية وتغطية نقائصها، وإيجاد حلول للتحديات التي تواجهها.        خلصت الدراسة في الجانب التطبيقي إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين تطبيق المعايير المحاسبية لأيوفي والتوحيد المحاسبي، وأن تطبيقها يؤثر على التوحيد المحاسبي، فكلما ازداد تطبيق هذه المعايير كلما ارتفعت نسبة توحيد الممارسات المحاسبية في البنوك والمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية بشرط توفر بيئة تشريعية تعمل على تجسيد هذا التوحيد بشكل تدريجي. Accounting is an important media and communication tool in the activity of Islamic financial and banking institutions as an emerging industry, and this requires the provision of quality services based on Sharia controls. In this regard, this study aims to highlight the role of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) as a supportive body in unifying the accounting reference. For Islamic financial institutions through the accounting standards they issue that address various emerging issues in the Islamic financial industry, cover their shortcomings, and find solutions to the challenges they face.       The study concluded in the application side that there is a direct relationship between the application of AAOIFI accounting standards and accounting standardization, and that their application affects the accounting standardization gradual. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الدخيّل, نوره محمد عبد الله بن عاشور, صليحة غنام, علي بن عاشور, باية Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2022-03-13 2023-10-09 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة الى تَتَبُّعَ آراءِ الخَفَاجِيِّ حَوْلَ الألفاظِ والمعانِي. قضيَّةُ اللفظِ والمَعْنَى مِنَ القَضَايَا المهمَّةِ الَّتِي وَقَفَ عِنْدَهَا العلماءُ يُبَيِّنُونَ آراءَهُمْ حَوْلَهَا، وَقَدْ كَانَ الخَفَاجِيُّ مِمَّنْ وَقَفَ إِزَاءَ هَذِهِ القضيّةِ وَرَاحَ يتحدَّثُ عَنْهَا فِي كتابِهِ. وَقَدْ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الفصاحَةِ والبلاغَةِ وَوَضَعَ لَهَا شروطًا وأقسامًا. تَوَصَّلَتِ البَاحِثَةُ إِلَى أَنَّ الخَفَاجِيَّ قَدْ شُغِلَ بالمَحَاسِنِ والعُيُوبِ للألفاظِ والمَعَانِي وَفِي تَقْسِيمَاتِهِمَا الكَثِيرَةِ متأثرًا بقُدَامَةَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، وَقَدْ كَانَ لابْنِ سِنَانٍ الخَفَاجِيِّ جُهْدُهُ البَلَاغِيُّ والنَّقْدِيُّ فَبَيَّنَ قِيمَةَ الألفَاظِ المُفْرَدَةِ والألفَاظِ المُرَكَّبَةِ وَبَحَثَ خَصَائِصَهَا الصَّوْتِيَّةَ وَمَا يَعْتَرِيهَا مِنَ العِلَلِ والمُحَسِّنَات وَكَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ فِي المَعَانِي. خلّف الاعتداء الفرنسي على أرض الجزائر -والذي جابهته الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية بكل عزم وحزم- ملايين الشهداء والمعطوبين، كما خلف ذوي الحقوق والمجاهدين، وقد أقر المشرع الجزائري لهم بتعويضات قانونية؛ تتمثل في منح وامتيازات مادية ومعنوية، قصد حماية هذه الفئة ماديا ومعنويا والوصول إلى أفضل الصيغ القانونية في تعويضهم، لذا جاء هذا البحث لتأصيل مشروعية تعويض ذوي الحقوق في الشريعة الإسلامية مقارنة بما جاء في القانون. After The Algerian liberation revolution a wide group of mujahideen, martyrs, and rights holders has been left. The Algerian legislator decided that these groups have compensations represented in grants and privileges. The main problem that presents this study is how extent of the legality of these compensations in islamic law, and the legality of transfering them to the heirs?
