Keeping up with scientific and technological progress and developments has become an urgent necessity in light of their influence  on both individuals and societies, especially during the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, which caused a general lockdown and quarantine on societies. Like other educational levels, higher education contributes to trying to overcome this crisis and attempts to help students continue their education through distance education. In light of this, an attempt was made in this study to investigate Algerian university students’ attitudes toward distance education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study tried to answer two questions : What are students' attitudes toward distance education during the COVID- 19 pandemic ? What are the obstacles to  distance education as perceived by university students in Algeria?A descriptive quantitative design was employed in this study due to its appropriateness to its aims on a sample consisting of 217 university students. This study came to reveal the feasibility of electronic archiving of Algerian institution’s documents, and ways to implement them, according to archivists, by an electronic questionnaire witch sending via e-mails or to virtual professional groups via Facebook, seeking to clarify the general orientation of professional environment and challenges faced, available capabilities to know the necessity to maintain the traditional systems or move to the electronic archiving projects. The study concluded that the archives is still in a traditional environment, in the absence of standard conditions for buildings and preservation halls, and facing various risks. Archivists believe that adopting electronic archiving is the most effective way to ensure the effectiveness in performing tasks and providing services, and that imposes updating the current archival legislation, and monitor financial allocations to provide various qualified human resources, necessary technical structure, in addition to organizing traditional documents and converting the task to digital form. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الشمري, رشاء بنت عيادة الفايدي رحال, سامية Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-07-02 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التدوير العقلي ودوره في تحسين مستوى الدافعية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتم تطبيق اختبار التدوير العقلي من إعداد هدوى الشراري (2020)، ومقياس الدافعية للتعلم من إعداد سيد بريك (2020). وطبق على عينة من طلاب كلية الآداب بجامعة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية قدرت بـ (306) طالبًا وطالبةً. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التدوير العقلي والدافعية للتعلم لدى طلبة كلية الآداب في جامعة حفر الباطن بدرجة متوسطة، توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين التدوير العقلي والدافعية للتعلم لدى طلاب كلية الآداب بجامعة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء إطارها النظري والدراسات السابقة وتم تقديم بعض التوصيات. تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة التوظيف النفسي لدى المراهقات اللواتي سبق لهن وأن أقبلن على عملية انتحار، لا سيما التركيز على نوعية ومميزات توظيفهن النفسي، ومكوناته المتمثلة في: نوع القلق، والصراع، وطبيعة العلاقة بالموضوع، والآليات الدفاعية المستعملة لديهن، وذلك من خلال فحص قوة الأنا اعتمادا على القراءة التحليلية للظاهرة. طبقت الدراسة على حالة من المراهقات المتمدرسات وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الاكلينيكي وأدواته المتمثلة في: الملاحظة المباشرة والمقابلة الاكلينيكية النصف موجهة، وكذا اختبار الرورشاخ. أشارت النتائج الى أن التوظيف النفسي لدى المراهقات اللواتي أقبلن على محاولة انتحار يتميزن بتوظيف نفسي هش، يتميز بهشاشة الأنا الذي يتجلى في طبيعة القلق وكذا سيطرت التجنب كآلية دفاعية. The current study aims at trying to reveal the nature of the psychic functioning of adolescents who have previously a suicide attempt, especially focusing on the quality and characteristics of their psychic functioning , the components of which are: The type of anxiety, conflict, the nature of object relationship, and the defensive mechanisms used by them, through examining the strength of the ego . The study was applied to one case of studied adolescent girls, based on the clinical approach using the following tools: Direct clinical observation and semi- directed clinical interview, and the test of the Rorschach. The results indicated that psychic functioning psychological of adolescent girls who were admitted to a suicide attempt is fragile functioning, The adolescents who have previously a suicide attempt have a fragile psychology profile, characterized by the apparent fragility of the ego, anxiety and avoidance as a defense mechanism. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource العورتاني, لانا شوقي حوميميد, براهيم العسكري , أنيسة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-03-12 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر تحليل البيانات الضخمة بأبعادها (البيانات المهيكلة، البيانات غير المهيكلة، البيانات شبه المهيكلة) على إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء بأبعادها (التصنيع والتعبئة الخضراء، الشراء الأخضر، التخزين الأخضر، التسويق الأخضر). كما هدفت أيضا التعرف إلى مستوى تحليل البيانات الضخمة في الشركات التجارية الأردنية، والتعرف إلى مستوى إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء في الشركات التجارية الأردنية. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال أداة الدراسة الاستبيان، وبلغت عينة الدراسة والتي سحبت من مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل (150) موظفا في الشركات التجارية الأردنية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تحليل البيانات الضخمة  في الشركات التجارية الأردنية جاء متوسطا، كما أن مستوى إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء في الشركات التجارية الأردنية جاء متوسط، وبينت النتائج أيضا أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) لتحليل البيانات الضخمة بدلالة أبعادها (البيانات المهيكلة، البيانات غير المهيكلة، البيانات شبه المهيكلة) في إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء بدلالة أبعاده مجتمعة (التصنيع والتعبئة الخضراء، الشراء الأخضر، التخزين الأخضر، التسويق الأخضر) في الشركات التجارية الأردنية؛ وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، ومنها: العمل على تعزيز إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء من خلال رفع وزيادة كفاءة عمليات التصنيع والتعبئة الخضراء للعاملين، وزيادة الدورات المقدمة لهم في مجال تطوير الأداء، والعمل الدائم على المحافظة على الموارد. شكل إنتشار كوفيد 19 انهيارا في أسعار النفط، أدى الى تراجع عائدات ميزانية الدولة التي تعتمد أساسا على تصدير المحروقات، وهو ما انعكس على تمويل القطاع الصحي الذي يعتبر من القطاعات الحساسة الذي تشكل مصاريفه جزءا كبيرا من الموازنة العامة، وهذا ما أوجب على الحكومة البحث عن اجراءات لدعم الانفاق على الصحة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة واقع الانفاق الصحي في الجزائر وإبراز الاليات الضرورية لدعم الانفاق العام على الصحة لمواجهة تداعيات أزمة كوفيد 19. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى ضرورة انتهاج اصلاح مالي يقوم على إعادة النظر في سياسة الانفاق على القطاع الصحي القائمة على إعادة التوازن فقط، وتفعيل نظام التعاقد بين المؤسسات الصحية ومؤسسات الضمان الاجتماعي، بالإضافة الى إصلاح النظام الصحي لاحتواء تكاليف القطاع الصحي المتزايدة، وتجنب هدر المال العام وذلك بتعزيز الإجراءات الرقابية وتبني نظام لقياس وتحليل تكاليف القطاع الصحي. The spread of Covid-19 has led to a collapse in oil prices, resulting in a drop in the revenues of public budget, which is dependent on fuel exports. This has been reflected in the financing of the health sector, which is considered to be a sensitive sector with expenses that account for a significant part of the general budget. This is why the Government has to search for actions to support spending on health. This study aims to identify the reality of health spending in Algeria and highlight the necessary mechanisms to support health spending in response to the consequences of the Covid-19. The study concluded that financial reform should be pursued based on reviewing the policy of spending on the health sector based solely on rebalancing, and implementation of a contracting system between health institutions and social security institutions. and the need to reform the health system to contain the increasing costs, avoid waste of public money by strengthening surveillance procedures and adopting a system for measuring and analyzing the costs of the health sector. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource سليمان , محمد نصيب محمد جودة, رجـــــــــاء احمد عثمان عيراش, محمد الأمين طيبة, عبد العزيز Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-03-06 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة المؤسسات الصحية في تفعيل معايير جودة، وبيان مستوى ممارسة أبعاد استراتيجيات التدريب المستمر الخاص بالقوى العاملة، وتحديد معوقات تطبيق الأساليب الحديثة للحد من الخطأ الطبي، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغت العينة (140) عامل بالمؤسسات الصحية في مدينة طبرق، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتم تحليل باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss لتفسير النتائج، حيث أظهرت أنه لا توجد معايير معتمدة تسير عليها إدارة المؤسسات، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المهنة تعزي للمهن الأخرى، ومتغير المؤسسة تعزى للمركز الطبي، كانت الغالبية لمحور ممارسة مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية للحد من الأخطاء الطبية، وأوصت بضرورة وضع المعايير المناسبة للمعدلات والنسب العالمية أو المحلية لقياس جودة المؤسسات، والذي يسبب غيابها حدوث الأخطاء والاهتمام الدائم والمستمر من الإدارة بدعم الاساليب الحديثة وتفعيلها وتحديث برامجها من خلال العملية التدريبية. تعرف عقود المشاركات الإسلامية تأخرا معتبرا مقارنة بباقي عقود التمويل الإسلامي على عكس التطور الذي شهدته الصيرفة الإسلامية عموما.في الجزائر رغم حداثة تجربة الصيرفة الإسلامية الا أن القطاع يعرف جملة من المعوقات، لا سيما القانونية والتنظيمية منها تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للنظر في أسباب هذا التأخر ومحاولة البحث عن الحلول الممكنة للدفع بعقود المشاركة بما يمكن من التأسيس لنظام تمويل تشاركيّ في الجزائر بما يعتبر أكثر استقراراً للاقتصاد، و لقد تم التركيز على التجربة الماليزيّة التي تعتبر رائداً في الاقتصاد الاسلاميّ، كما أنه تشهد اطاراً تنظيمياً متكاملاً يسمح بالتطبيق الفعال لعقود الصيرفة المشاركة. Although Islamic finance has witnessed a significant growth, participative banking still remains slowing. Particularly in Algeria , Islamic banking in general witnesses several constraints, both legal and regulatory. In this paper, we will try to look on the causes of this retard and the possible solutions that may launch participative banking Algeria. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource صالح , إبراهيم سعد مجيد فرج, منصور عبد السلام عبد الكريم بوجملين, حياة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-03-06 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هذا البحث يدرس ظاهرة لغة الكلمة في الربع الأخير من القرآن؛ فيُبَيِّنُ العلاقة بين اللهجات العربية والقراءات القرآنية، والمراد بمصطلح (لغة الكلمة): الكلمات التي تَغَيَّر ضبطُها واتَّحد معناها؛ حيث قام الباحثان بحصر هذه الألفاظ التي تنوعت بين أسماء وأفعال، وأثبتا ذلك في خاتمة البحث معتمدَيْنِ في تحديد معنى الكلمة على بعض كتب التراث من معاجم ومصنفات لغوية أخرى، ويُعد هذا البحث إضافة مهمة إلى المكتبة العربية التي تحتاج إلى مثل هذا النوع من الأبحاث تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد التغيرات اليومية للانتباه لدى التلاميذ ذوي النشاط الزائد ومدى توافقها مع النمط الكلاسيكي للانتباه الذي توصل إليه مجموعة من الباحثين منهم نذكر (Testu, Fontaine, Montagner, Beugnet-Lambert)، أجرينا الدراسة على عينة من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي تراوح عمرهم بين (10- 12 ) وقدر عددهم ب85 تلميذ وتلميذة ليتم تحديد 10 تلاميذ منهم لديهم اضطراب النشاط الزائد (8 ذكور و 2 إناث)، ولتحديد عينة البحث تم استخدام مقياس كونرز للاضطراب النشاط الزائد ولرصد التغيرات اليومية والأسبوعية للانتباه تم استخدام أربعة اختبارات لشطب الارقام للباحث (Testu)، بينت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أن تغيرات أداء الانتباه اليومية لدى هذه الفئة من التلاميذ لا تتوافق مع النمط الكلاسيكي للانتباه الخاص بالتلاميذ العاديين، كما أننا لم نتوصل إلى نمط موحد خاص بهذه الفئة من ذوي النشاط الزائد. The study aims to monitor the daily changes in attention of students with hyperactivity disorder, and their compatibility with the  classic attention model achieved by a group of researchers among them (Testu, Fontaine, Montagner,). We conducted this study on a sample of 80 elementary school students (10-12 years old), 10 students were identified as having an ADHD (8 boys and 2 girls). To determine the research sample, the Conners test and four attention tests (Testu) were used. The results of the field study showed that the daily changes in attention for this group of students are not compatible with the classic attention style of ordinary students, and we have not reached a model unified for this group.
