In our attempt to learn about the importance of practicing physical and recreational sports activity in reducing the phenomenon of psychological anxiety for adolescents as a result of the health situation caused by the Corona Covid 19 pandemic in light of the quarantine imposed to limit the spread of this virus, we used the experimental approach on two homogeneous samples consisting of 20 individuals practicing Recreational jogging activity in the rural runway Ahmed Kaloush in the state of Chlef, in order to achieve divergence measures and prevent the spread of the Corona virus, were chosen intentionally and to collect data we used the Taylor test to measure the degree of anxiety, and after collecting the results and treating them statistically it was concluded that physical recreational physical activity has a role in Reducing anxiety. On this basis, the study recommended the necessity of engaging in physical recreational activities to alleviate anxiety. To provide answers to these objectives, 22 parents of 12 children with ASD were asked to fill in a questionnaire PAR-AR-QOL, that measures the consequences of the disorders of the child on parental quality of life in two times (T1-T2) in intervals of 48 months. The characteristics of children with ASD (levels of socialization, verbal and non-verbal communication) were assessed using the Cars-T scale. The results showed that parents of children with ASD  estimate that their QOL is average and stable over time. The  haracteristics of children with ASD are not related to the quality of life scores of parents in T1 and T2. An exception was noted in T2 for the significant correlation between mothers' adaptive life scores and the level of verbal communication of children. Notre recherche s’intéresse à l’impact du TSA sur la QDV (la qualité de vie )des parents , son évolution dans le temps et la relation entre les caractéristiques des enfants TSA et la QDV parentale . Afin de répondre à ces objectifs, 22 parents de 12 enfants avec TSA ont rempli le questionnaire PAR-AR-QOL, qui mesure les conséquences des troubles de l’enfant sur la QDV des parents, à deux fois (T1-T2) à un intervalle de temps de 48 mois .Les caractéristiques des enfants avec TSA( niveaux de la socialisation, de communication verbale et non verbale ) ont été évalué par l’échelle de la Cars-T . Les résultats ont montré que la QDV des parents d’enfants TSA est moyenne et stable dans le temps. Les caractéristiques des enfants avec TSA ne sont pas liées aux scores de la QDV des parents en T1 et en T2. Une exception a été notée en T2 concernant la corrélation significative entre les scores de la vie adaptative des mères et le niveau de la communication verbale des enfants.
