تهدف الدراسة إلي الكشف عن أهم الاستراتيجيات الخاصة بالتعليم النشط، بناء بيئة تعليمية قائمة علي التعليم النشط لطلبة المرحلة الابتدائية، نمواجهة كافة مشاكل الفاقد التعليمي للمرحلة الابتدائية مع وضع اهم الحلول لها، واندرجت الدراسة للمنهج التجريبي للقبلي والبعدي، تكونت الدراسة من 23 عينة من طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية للصف الرابع الابتدائي داخل دولة الكويت، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي تقدم الاختبار القبلي لمدي فاعلية استخدام التعلم النشط في تنمية المهارات للطلاب، أثبت الاختبار أن هناك تأثير إيجابي لاستراتيجية التعلم النشط في تعزيز التحصيل الدراسي لطالبات الصف الأول الابتدائي لوحدة العادات بمادة اللغة العربية، ومن النتائج والتحليل أستطيع أن أؤكد مدى فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم النشط وهي أي نوع من النشاط أثناء الفصل ويكون وجها لوجه تشترك فيه الطالبات من أجل التفكير العميق حول الموضوع في الوحدة الرابعة.
The action approach, advocated by the CECRL, is a new approach in foreign language didactics, which tends to redefine the role and the actions of the teacher and the learner in society. They now become social actors who act and co-act on their environment. However, this new perspective is not yet established in Algeria, despite the appearance of concepts belonging to this perspective in the curricula and accompanying documents of French in secondary education, such as: tasks, action, social context... we want, through this work, to conduct a comparative study between the action approach and the communicative approach, which is adopted in Algeria since 2002. Thus, we will conduct a field survey to see knowledge of secondary school French teachers on the approaches cited.
La perspective actionnelle, préconisée par le CECRL, est une nouvelle approche en didactique des langues étrangères, qui tend à redéfinir le rôle et les actions de l’enseignant et de l’apprenant dans la société. Ils deviennent, désormais, des acteurs sociaux qui agissent et co-agissent sur leur environnement. Cependant, cette nouvelle perspective n’est pas encore adoptée en Algérie, malgré l’apparition des notions appartenant à cette perspective dans les documents officiels du Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale (MEN) telles que : les tâches, l’agir, contexte social … Nous voulons, à travers ce présent travail, mener une étude comparative entre la perspective actionnelle et l’approche communicative, adoptée en Algérie depuis les réformes de 2002, et ce, en menant une enquête sur le terrain pour vérifier les connaissances des enseignants de français du cycle secondaire algérien sur les deux approches citées

يهدف هذا البحث من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي إلي تقديم نبذة موجزة عن السمات الرئيسة لطعام المسلمين في الأندلس في فترة الفتوحات وعصر الولاة (92-138ه/711-755م) ورصد أهم الأكلات التي اعتادوا تحضيرها، والتعريف ببعض المصطلحات ذات الصلة بأنواع الأطباق، والأدوات والأواني التي استعملت داخل المطبخ الأندلسي. وتوصل البحث إلي نتائج عدة أهمها: إنَّ المسلمين في صدر الإسلام اعتمدوا على الطعام البسيط؛ ومن أشهرها (العسل والخبز والقرص من خبز الشعير، والثريد، واللمزة، والربيكة، والعكة. وبعد الفتوحات الإسلامية، ومخالطة المسلمين لأهالي البلدان المفتوحة في العراق، وبلاد الشام، ومصر، وإفريقية وتواصلهم معهم؛ أدى إلى حدوث نوعٍ من التغيير في أطعمة المسلمين، واستحداث أطعمةٍ جديدةٍ وطرق طهيٍ مختلفةٍ، كما دخلت أدواتٌ جديدةٌ لتقديم الطعام لم يعرفها المسلمون في سيرتهم الأولى. وأثرت شبه الجزيرة العربية علي الثقافة الغذائية لبلاد الأندلس وأدخلت عليها (الثريدة، والجشيشة، والمضيرة، والخبيص، والهريسة، والطفشيلة، والقرشية، والحجازية بالقديد).
تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية بعد هجمات 11 سبتمبر الإرهابية. بدأنا من خلال لمحة تاريخية عن السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية منذ السنوات الأولى من نشأة الأمة، ثم عبر أهم الفترات في التاريخ الأمريكي. اتسمت السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية ، لفترة طويلةبالعزلة قبل وأثناء الحرب العالمية الأولى، ثم انتقلت تدريجياً إلى التدخل بنهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية بعد هجمات القوات اليابانية على ميناء الؤلؤة. منذ ذلك الحين، أصبحت الولايات المتحدة قوة عظمى بفضل برامجها الضخمة للتسلح. حثت المصالح المتزايدة لأمريكا في الشرق الأقصى والشرق الأوسط على استخدام هذا التفوق العسكري لحماية هذه المصالح. كانت الهجمات الإرهابية في الحادي عشر من سبتمبر فرصة جيدة لأعضاء جماعات الضغط المسيطرين على تصنيع الأسلحة لشن حربهم المزعومة ضد الإرهاب وأدت إلى تغيير كبير في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية.
The following paper aims to shed some light on the American foreign Policy after the 9/11th terrorist attacks. It starts with a historical overview of the American foreign policy since the very early years of the making of the nation then, goes through the most significant historical periods of America. The American foreign policy was characterized, for a long time, by isolationism before and during the World War I, then it moved gradually to interventionism by the end of the World War II after the attacks of Pearl Harbor by the Japanese forces. Since then, the U.S. became a super power thanks to their huge programs of armaments. The growing interests of America in the Far and Middle East urged them to use this military superiority to safeguard these interests. The 9/11th terrorist attacks were a good opportunity for the strong lobbyists of arm manufacturing to launch their so-called war against terror and led to a big change in American foreign policy.

تناولت الدراسة ما انفرد به الزُّهْرِيّ في كتابَي: المحتسَب لابن جني 392ه والجامع لأحكام القرآن للقرطُبي (671ه)، فجاء تمهيدٌ معرِّفًا بالزُّهري، كما ضمنت تعريفًا بابن جني وكتابه الْمُحتسَب الذي أورد فيه القراءات القرآنية الشاذَّة، وكان يستنبط منها المعاني المختلفة موجهًا إياها من حيث النحو، والصرف، والتفسير، محتجًا لها بما جاء من القرآن الكريم والسنة، والشعر، ولغات القبائل، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة كتب القراءات الشاذّة؛ لمعرفة من وافق منهم الزُّهريَّ، ومن خالفه في قراءته، وما انفرد به عنهم من القراء، وتم تحليل كل مسألة فيها بعد تقسيم الدراسة إلى مبحثين: مبحث أول تناول ما ورد في الكتابين، ومبحث ثانٍ تناول ما ورد في أحدهما ولم يرد في الآخر، وقد انقسم إلى: أولا: ورد عند ابن جني ولم يرد عند القرطبي، ثانيًا: ما ورد عند القرطبي ولم يرد عند ابن جني، ثم خُتِمَت الدراسة بما خلص إليه الباحث من نتائج، وقد اسْتُعْمِلَ في البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي.
يتزايد الاهتمام الأكاديمي بالتطوير المهني للمعلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم لسبب بسيط هو أن تحقيق الجودة في التعليم يعتمد إلى حد كبير على جودة تعليم المعلمين في المجتمع. يضاف إلى ذلك أن جائحة COVID-19 قد غيّرت عملية التدريس بشكل كبير مع ظهور التعلم / التدريس الإلكتروني. استخدمت الدراسة الحالية استبيانا عبر الإنترنت مصممًا في نماذج Google Formsوتم إرساله إلى إجمالي عدد المعلمين (العدد = )61عبر رسائل البريد الإلكتروني المهنية الخاصة بهم. أظهرت النتائج أنه على الرغم من أن المشاركين في هذه الدراسة لا يزالون يحملون فكرة التطوير المهني التقليدية، فإن ٪94.9من العينة يشاركون الرأي حول ضرورة تطويره لتحسين معارفهم ومهاراتهم. شارك 19 معلمًا من أصل 39في أنشطة التطوير المهني. ومع ذلك، لم يلق توجيه المعلمين الأقل خبرة وتوجيههم الاهتمام المطلوب. يمكن لنتائج هذه الدراسة إعلام المعلمين وواضعي السياسات بأهمية التطوير المهني في تحسين جودة المعلمين وتحسين مهارات التعلم لدى الطلاب. نأمل أن يساعد هذا الاتجاه المستقبلي لبرامج التطوير المهني، خاصةً لمعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في الجزائر.
Academic interest in professional development (PD) of teachers throughout the world is growing for the simple reason that the achievement of quality in education depends to a large extent upon the quality of the teachers in society. Added to this, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the process of teaching considerably with the rise of e-Learning/Teaching. The present study relied on a sequential mixed methods approach, using a questionnaire to the total population of EFL teachers (n=61) at the department of English and Literature in Batna 2 University via their professional e-mails in order to gather quantitative data about their PD challenges and opportunities; and analyzed subsequently with the qualitative data gathered from semi-structured interviews conducted with ten teachers. Results show that although the respondents still hold the idea of traditional PD, 94.9% of them share the view for the necessity of PD to improve their knowledge and skills. Out of 39 respondents, 48.71% were involved in PD activities. However, mentoring and guiding less experienced teachers did not receive the attention required. Findings of this study can inform educators and policymakers of the importance of PD in enhancing teacher quality and improving students’ learning skills. This will hopefully help the future direction of PD programs, particularly PD for EFL teachers in Algeria.

إذا كان الشعر تعبيرا عن الذات ومعاناتها، فإن الشعراء المغاربة استحضروا مكونات التجربة الشعرية التي تتضافر مجتمعة للتعبير عن إحساس الشاعر وفق معايير معينة وقواعد معروفة، لكنها في المقابل تركت للشاعر الحرية في كيفية استثمار هذه المكونات بشكل يختلف من شاعر لآخر، فحينما يكون الشاعر بصدد اختيار الألفاظ فإن العقل يتدخل في هذه الصياغة مع ما يتوافق مع سلامة التعبير ودقة المعنى، في حين إن القصائد التي يهيمن عليها الجانب الذاتي بشكل كبير تكون العاطفة فيها هي المحرك الأساس لهذا الإبداع. وفي قصائد أخرى يحضر هذا التكامل بين العقل والوجدان. كما أسهم المتخيل الذهني في نسج معالم الصورة الشعرية عن طريق الـتأمل والتفكير سعيا إلى إيجاد لغة خاصة تستجيب لذائقة الشاعر التعبيرية، من هنا شكلت الصورة البلاغية آلية فنية لتأثيث مختلف الصور وتقريبها إلى المتلقي عن طريق اللغة، وقد لمسنا في مجموعة من القصائد الشعرية وجود هذا الحس الفني الإبداعي لشعرائنا المغاربة وإن كانت اللغة الموظفة بعيدة عن التعقيد والغموض.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة مواقف الأساتذة من دمج العالم الافتراضي SLفي تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية لأغراض سياحية. كما نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إيجاد ما إدا كان العالم الافتراضي SLمستعمل في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية للسياحة أم لا. و تحقيقا لتلك الغاية، تم توزيع استبيان على ثمانية من الأساتذة الذين يدرسون اللغة الإنجليزية للسياحة في ثلاثة معاهد لتدريس السياحة والفندقة بالجزائر. كشفت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن موقف الأساتذة ايجابي تجاه إدماج الواقع الافتراضي SLفي فصولهم الدراسية كما أنهم بحاجة إلى التمرن على كيفية استعمالها وإدراجها في عملية تدريسهم. كما كشف تحليل النتائج أن الأساتذة لا يستخدمون العالم الافتراضي SLفي فصولهم الدراسية. علاوة على ذلك، الجنس، العمر و المستوى الدراسي ليس لها أي تأثير على مواقف الأساتذة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تكون بمثابة دعوة واضحة لدمج واستخدام تطبيق العالم الافتراضي للحياة الثانية في تعليم وتعلم اللغة الانجليزية لأغراض خاصة.
This study aims to investigate teachers’ attitudes toward the integration of the Virtual World of Second Life (SL) in English for Tourism Purposes (ETP) teaching. This research paper strives also to find out whether Second Life is integrated into the ETP classroom or not. To this end, a questionnaire was distributed to eight teachers of English for Tourism from three Tourism and Hospitality institutes located in Algeria. The findings revealed that teachers have positive attitudes towards the use of Second Life and they need to be trained on how to integrate it into their teaching. In addition, teachers do not use the Virtual World of Second Life in their classes. Moreover, gender, age, and educational level do not influence teachers’ attitudes toward Second Life integration into English for tourism teaching. The study furnished a clear call for the incorporation of Second Life into ESP teaching and learning.

هذه الدراسة جزء من مشروع اجتراح لسانيات خطاب تفاعلي تعالج النصوص التفاعلية الرقمية باستراتيجيات تتناسب مع طبيعة النصوص المدروسة ، وهي خطوة لمواكبة التطورات الحادثة في العالم المعرفي التي جمعت بين الأدبية والتقنية ، وهذه الدراسة هي محاولة لتأسيس للسانيات جديدة - متمثلة بالحجاج أنموذجاً – تتلاءم مع طبيعة النص المدروس إذا علمنا أن النص التفاعلي متمثلاً بالقصيدة التفاعلية الرقمية ( تباريح رقمية لسيرة بعضها أزرق ) للشاعر الدكتور مشتاق عباس معن ، إنما هو نص متألف من عدة مستويات هي : الحرفي والسمعي والبصري والتوليفي ، وقد اختصت وقفتنا هذه بالمستوى الثاني منها .
Learning to read is based on various cognitive skills acquired beforehand by the learner called "prerequisites". These skills will continue to develop with the acquisition of written language. When they are mastered, this suggests subsequent success in reading as well as in writing or any other learningRole is neglected in the prediction of success or failure in reading which is memory and more particularly working memory which operates in many cognitive domains such as oral language, reading, writing; intelligence, etc. We believe that learners with reading difficulties (dyslexic children) this memory can present real deficiencies and worsen their handicap. Its impact can lead to academic failure.
L’apprentissage de la lecture s’appuie sur diverses compétences cognitives acquises au préalable par l’apprenant appelées « pré- requis ». Ces compétences vont encore continuer de se développer avec l’acquisition du langage écrit. Quand elles sont maitrisées, ceci laisse présager la réussite ultérieure en lecture comme en écriture ou tout autre apprentissage. Nous voulons dans cet article, éclairer une capacité cognitive dont le rôle est négligé dans la prédiction de la réussite ou de l’échec en lecture qui n’est autre que la mémoire et plus particulièrement la mémoire de travail (MDT). La MDT dans son ensemble complexe et diversifié, opère dans de nombreux domaines cognitifs tels que le langage oral, la lecture, l’écriture ; l’intelligence, etc. Nous estimons que chez les apprenants en difficultés de lecture (enfants dyslexiques) cette mémoire peut présenter des défaillances réelles et aggraver leur handicap. Son incidence peut emmener à l’échec scolaire.

تناول البحث أحداث معركة من معارك التاريخ الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، ألا وهي معركة " بعرين" في شهر شوال/ يوليو ( 531هـ/1137م) والتي كانت بين المسلمين بقيادة" عماد الدين زنكي"( 522: 541هـ/ 1128: 1146م) والصليبيين بقيادة " فولك الأنجوي" ( 526: 538هـ/ 1131: 1143م) ملك بيت المقدس، وتكمن أهمية تلك المعركة في أن القائد المسلم " عماد الدين زنكي" استطاع أن يعد كميناً بالقرب من حصن هو من أهم وأخطر الحصون الصليبية وهو " حصن بعرين" والذي كان تابعاً لإمارة طرابلس والتي كانت تحت سيطرة " ريموند الثاني"، استطاع " عماد الدين زنكي" أن يقتل ويأسر الكثير من الصليبيين، وأن يستولي على الكثير من الغنائم والسواد والأثاث، حتى أن وليم الصوري قدر عدد الأسرى بحوالي " 2000" أسير بما فيهم أمير طرابلس حينذاك وهو " بونز pons ( 507: 531هـ/ 1113: 1137م) والذي كان والداً لـ " ريموند الثاني" الذي خلفه في إمارة طرابلس؛ وعندما علم " فولك الأنجوي" ملك بيت المقدس بتلك الهزائم؛ هرع مسرعاً لنجدة الحصن من وقوعه في براثن القائد المسلم " عماد الدين زنكي"، ولم تنجح محاولات الصليبيين في الحفاظ على حصن " بعرين" إذ انتهى الأمر بتضييق الخناق على الصليبيين؛ مما ألجأهم في النهاية إلى تسليم الحصن إلى عماد الدين زنكي، ودفع فدية تُقدر بـ" 5000" دينار .
This research sheds light on the cultural dimensions that are relegated to the background, although the regulatory texts, governing education in Algeria, stipulate their importance. Indeed, the texts that can be used in FLE textbooks are not only used to learn resources conducive to communication in French but also to the cultural initiation of which this language is the guarantor. This study, centered on the texts of second-generation textbooks of French as a Foreign Language in the medium as well as on their use, aims to study the cultural values that are conveyed there. Just as it shows to what extent teacher trainers, by applying the support guide to the letter and resisting change, contribute to the neglect of this aspect, which is nevertheless necessary
Cette recherche met la lumière sur les dimensions culturelles qui sont reléguées au second plan, bien que les textes réglementaires, régissant l’éducation en Algérie, stipulent leur importance. En effet, les textes exploitables dans les manuels de FLE ne servent pas seulement à l’apprentissage des ressources propices à la communication en français mais aussi à l’initiation culturelle dont cette langue est garante. Cette étude, centrée sur les textes des manuels de deuxième génération de français langue étrangère au moyen ainsi que sur leur exploitation, a pour objectif d’étudier les valeurs culturelles qui y sont véhiculées. De même qu’elle montre à quel point les enseignants formateurs, en appliquant à la lettre le guide de l’accompagnement et en résistant au changement, contribuent à la négligence de cet aspect pourtant nécessaire.

ظهرت لسانيات النص بوصفها تيارًا معرفيًا جديدًا، متجاوزةً الحدود التي تقف عند حد المفردة والجملة، فوقفت على النص من جميع جوانبه، فاسهم هذا الانزياح من الجملة إلى النص في فتح زوايا جديدة في إعادة النظر في التراث الأدبي القديم، وحتى يستحق النص أن يطلق عليه نصًا لا بد من توافر شروط أهمها الاتساق.جاء هذا البحث ليقف على هذه الظاهرة موسوما بـ (مظاهر الاتساق في قصيدة علي بن الحسين)، وذلك برصد أهم مظاهر الاتساق، كالإحالة والحذف والاستبدال في الاتساق النحوي، وآليات التكرار والتضام والمصاحبة المعجمية في الاتساق المعجمي بواسطة تتبع قدرة القائل على استعمال هذه الأدوات اللغوية ليحقق بها أبعادًا دينيةً وفنيةً وجماليةً في منتجه.وقد ختم البحث بجملةٍ من النتائج أبرزها أن قصيدة علي بن الحسين نص يتسم بالتماسك والاتساق على مستوى البنية اللغوية والتركيبية الظاهرية من النص.
The ethos, as a self-image, has become an important part of persuasion for politicians. In the political debate, the self-confirmation of the politician is expressed under the image which will develop among the voters by an identity of his person. This article concerns the last electoral face to face between François Hollande (now FH) and Nicolas Sarkozy (NS), during the French election which took place on May 2, 2012. The objective of this study is to analyze how the ethos is revealed in the speeches of the two candidates during their interaction. It is a question of determining the various constructions that the candidate makes of his own image and that of his adversary to gain the support of the audience.
L’ethos, comme image de soi, est devenu un élément important de la persuasion pour les hommes politiques. Dans le débat politique, la confirmation de soi de l’homme politique est exprimée sous l’image qui va élaborer auprès des électeurs par une identité de sa personne. Cet article porte sur le dernier face à face électoral entre François Hollande (désormais FH) et Nicolas Sarkozy (NS), lors de l’élection française qui s’est déroulé le 2 mai 2012. L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser comment l’éthos est révélé dans les discours des deux candidats lors de leur interaction. Il s’agit de déterminer les différentes constructions que le candidat fait de sa propre image et de celle de son adversaire pour gagner l’adhésion de l’auditoire.

ستحاول هذه الورقة المساهمة في الحديث عن جانب من عالم الخبرة، وتحديدا المعلق بمأسستها ضمن مراكز ومكاتب، باعتبارها أداة لنضج عمل المؤسسات والقرار. مراكز أضحت بؤرا للخبراء، تعكس صورة من أوجه الصراع والقوة، بين الدول حول المعرفة. مما يساهم في استدراج هذه الأخيرة إلى منطق السوق وتسليعها، الشيء الذي يتجلى في الدعم المالي للمراكز، وتصاعد دورها لدى عدد من الدول الصاعدة. كما حاولت المقالة؛ أن تتناول وضعية المراكز بالبلدان العربية ومنطقة الشرق الوسط بشكل عام، التي بدأ وضعها يتحسن في الترتيب الدولي المعياري رغم إكراهات الواقع المحلي، وكذا الوعي المتأخر بالخبرة المُمَأسسة، ثم إكراه التوجيه والأمننة. وأخيرا، ستحاول هذا الورقة أن تسلط بعض الضوء على بعض المراكز المغربية، ومحاولات تجاوزها لأزمة البدايات، مع عرض نموذج لتقرير خبرة، لأحد المراكز الصاعدة مع نقد علمي موجه لها.
Our study deals with two important periods in the creative life of the Algerian writer Tahar Djaout. On one hand, we will tackle the seventies , where the adventure of thoughts and expressions ' freedom began with the appearance of the first DJAOUT ‘s volume of poetry entitled Solstice barbelé in Canada. On the other hand, the 1990s, when the intellectual and journalist was a victim of Islamist terrorism, a tragic scene, which is part of a series of attacks perpetrated against Algerian writers ,and symbolizes all fight against silence and indifference. In fact, these two dates (otherwise 1975/1993) do not only reflect the history of a country (socialism and nation building / post-independence socio-political history that is characterized by multi-partyism in favour of the constitution of 1989 / the rise of Islamist fundamentalism and the beginning of the dark decade) or the Algerian political system, but they demonstrate how art echoes the world and how this echo can be killed. Indeed, from the career of Djaout's writing, in connection to the events that have marked a large part of the history of Algeria, we will discuss the elements, which present to us a work on the figures of meaning and mediation (characters),and subsequently became the fruit of a reflection on the existence, the isolation of academics , the temptation of the question, and the ideological footprint that represents the dangers of the expression 's libration by helping to reshape ideas or to repel forgetfulness.
Notre travail porte sur deux périodes importantes de la vie de créativité de l’écrivain algérien Tahar Djaout. Nous parlons, d’une part, des années soixante-dix où l’aventure de la liberté de l’esprit et du mot a commencé avec l’apparition du premier recueil de poèmes solstice barbelé (poèmes. 1975. Naaman), au Canada, et d’autre part, des années quatre-vingt-dix, où l’intellectuel et le journaliste a été victime du terrorisme islamiste, une scène tragique qui s’inscrit dans une série d’agressions perpétrées contre les plumes algériennes et qui symbolise toute lutte contre le silence et l’indifférence. En fait, ces deux dates (autrement 1975 /1993) ne reflètent pas uniquement l’histoire d’un pays (le socialisme et la construction de la nation/ l’histoire socio-politique postindépendance caractérisée par le multipartisme en faveur de la constitution de 1989/ la montée en puissance de l’intégrisme islamiste et le début de la décennie noire) ou la politique du système algérien, mais elles démontrent comment l’art fait écho au monde et comment cet écho peut se faire tuer. En effet, et à partir du parcours de l’écriture de Djaout, en liaison avec les évènements qui ont marqué une grande partie de l’histoire de l’Algérie, nous entretenons les éléments, qui nous présentent un travail sur les figures de sens et de médiation (personnages), devenues, par la suite, le fruit d’une réflexion sur l’existence, l’enfermement des académiciens et la tentation de la question, et les empruntes idéologiques qui représentent les dangers de la libération du regard tout en contribuant à refaçonner les idées ou à repousser l’oubli.

لعلماء المذهب المالكي في الأمة الليبية دور اجتماعي بارز عبر العصور منذ دخل المذهب المالكي إلى ليبيا، وفي هذا البحث اليسير أبين متى دخل المذهب المالكي إلى ليبيا، وعلى يد من العلماء والفقهاء، ودورهم في الحياة الاجتماعية، وموقفهم من الأعراف والعادات هل أثر ذلك في فقههم أم أثروا هم في العادات والتقاليد والعرف، ودورهم وموقفهم من البدع، من خلال الإرث المالكي.
The present study seeks to clarify the importance of defensive bases and military fortifications which had been created along the Tunisian coasts from the modern era until the last years of the French presence. The Tunisian defensive bases and military fortifications had significant roles in the repression of attacks, whether local or foreign, which constituted threats to national security and the stability of the indigenous population. Despite the efforts made by the local and colonial authorities for the consolidation of these bases to ensure the protection of open shorelines especially during fishing seasons and maritime trade, the reality of Tunisian coasts has remained unchanged with the pursuit of smuggling and piracy activities.
Cette étude vise à clarifier l’importance des bases défensives et des fortifications militaires qui ont été créées sur les côtes tunisiennes, depuis l'ère moderne jusqu'aux dernières années de la présence française, ainsi que leur rôle dans la répression des assauts, qu'elles soient locales ou étrangères, qui avaient toujours constitué une menace pour la sécurité du pays et la stabilité de la population indigènes. Mais malgré les efforts consentis par les autorités locales et coloniales afin d’affermir ces bases pour assurer la protection des côtes ouvertes, en particulier pendant les saisons de pêche et de commerce maritime, la réalité des côtes tunisiennes est restée inchangée avec la poursuite des activités de contrebande et de piraterie.

يدرس هذا البحث كيفية دمج التصميم الحديث مع التصميم الكلاسيكي من أجل إنشاء نمط فريد جذاب بصريًا وخالد على مر الزمان. وجدت الدراسة أن عناصر التصميم الحديثة مثل الخطوط البسيطة والحد الأدنى من استخدام اللون يمكن دمجها مع عناصر النمط الكلاسيكي مثل التفاصيل المزخرفة والألوان الغنية واستخدام المواد التقليدية لخلق مظهر كلاسيكي وحديث. كشفت الدراسة أيضًا أن اتباع نهج مدروس ومتوازن لخلط العناصر الكلاسيكية والحديثة يمكن أن يخلق مساحات عملية وممتعة من الناحية الجمالية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، وجد البحث أنه من خلال الجمع بين العناصر الحديثة والكلاسيكية ، يمكن للمصممين إنشاء مساحات خالدة وجذابة. عند دمج التصميم الحديث مع التصميم الكلاسيكي ، من المهم الحفاظ على التوازن بين كلا الأسلوبين من أجل خلق مساحة جذابة بصريًا وخالدة. من خلال ضمان اختيار كل عنصر تصميم بعناية ووضعه بعناية ، يمكن للمصممين إنشاء مساحات متطورة وجذابة تعكس أسلوب العميل الشخصي.
يمكن أن تكون مرحله انتقال الأستاذ المبتدئ من عالم الدراسة إلى الحياة المهنية معقدًة بسبب عوامل مختلفة يمكن أن تؤثر سلبًا على حياته المهنية. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو البحث عن الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجه الاستاذ المبتدئ. على وجه التحديد، تسعى الدراسة إلى تحديد وتصنيف قائمة التحديات والمشكلات التي يواجها خلال السنوات الأولى من التدريس، ومحاولة اقتراح بعض الحلول للتغلب على هذه الصعوبات. تم جمع البيانات من عينه تضم 61أستاذا مبتدئا من ثمانية كليات في جامعة باتنة – 2الجزائر من خلال استبيان عبر شبكه الإنترنت. كشفت النتائج أن الغالبية العظمى من الأساتذة الذين شملهم الاستطلاع يواجهون خلال سنواتهم الأولى صعوبات في العديد من جوانب التدريس. يمكن تصنيف المشاكل على أنها داخلية (شخصية) وخارجية (تلك التي تسببها طريقة التدريس، التحكم في القسم، والعلاقة مع الزملاء والإداريين ...). بناءً على معرفة هذه المشكلات، الدراسة الحالية تقترح حلول وتوجيهات يمكن ان تساهم في مواجهة هذه الصعوبات وتحسين الممارسات التعليمية للأساتذة المبتدئين
A novice teachers' transition from graduation to professional life can be complicated by different factors that can negatively impact on their teaching career. The purpose of the present study is to examine the challenges faced by novices. Specifically, the study seeks to identify and categorize a list of problems encountered during their first years of teaching, and try to suggest some solutions to overcome those difficulties. An online questionnaire was completed from 61 novice teachers teaching in randomly selected 8 faculties of Batna 2 University – Algeria. Results of the study indicate that teachers experience difficulties in many aspects of teaching during their first years; problems can be classified as internal (personal) and external (the ones caused by the teaching methods, classroom management, relationship with colleagues and administrators…). Based on the knowledge of their problems, a specific support can be given in taking advantage of the opportunity to improve their teaching practices.
