كلما تطورت الدولة تكنولوجياً، ظهرت مشكلات، وقد تكون على قدر كبير من التعقيد، وتقع على رأسها مشكلات البيئة. لقد أحدثت التقنيات الحديثة والصناعات المتطورة اضرار كبيرة للبيئة حيث أصبحت تهدد حياة الانسان، ويتد ضررها الى النبات والكائنات الحية، ويؤدي استنزاف المواد الطبيعية. و ان انتشار الحروب في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشرق اوربا أدى الى دمار بيئي كبير، ولا يقتصر ذلك على مناطق النزاع، بل تمتد آثاره الى مناطق أخرى، خصوصاً المجاورة له، ولكن تبقى مناطق الحروب والنزاعات هي المتضررة بصورة مباشرة بيئياً، كما هو الحال في العراق وسوريا واليمن واخيراً في أوكرانيا، حيث اصبح التلوث البيئي خطراً يهدد جميع دول العالم، لذلك بدأت الدول تتم بالبيئة، وتعقد لذلك المؤتمرات سواء على المستوى الداخلي (الوطني)، ام على المستوى الإقليمي، ام على المستوى العالمي. والهدف من وراء تلك المؤتمرات، استخدام وسائل وآليات قانونية تحافظ بها على البيئة، وتمنع الاعتداء عليها، خصوصاً و ان المشكلات البيئية هي مشكلات كونية عابرة للحدود؛ فالتصدي لها يتطلب تكاتف وتعاون بين الدول.
This paper involves an action research that aims at encouraging teachers to investigate the benefits of using the Online Communities of Practice to boost their professionalism and adopt them. Besides, This study seeks to provide a conceptualization of professional process in the field of teaching English as a foreign language. Also, it attempts to gain more insights into how Foreign Language teachers perceive professionalism. Empirical data are gained through an administered questionnaire to a randomly selected sample of thirty teachers from the Department of English at Batna -2 University, Algeria. This questionnaire examines teachers’ awareness, attitudes and readiness towards adopting online community of practice to develop professional skills. Ultimately, the obtained results show that teachers define professionalism differently. Moreover, the results encourage and recommend the integration of Online Community of Practice into foreign language teaching to assist teachers in perfecting their mission and update their professionalism

يهدف هذا البحث إلى استنباط آليات عملية مستمدة من مختلف النظريات التي تؤطر المصطلح وتقنيات صناعته المصطلحية والمعجمية في ظل الفجوات التي تعرفها بعض المعاجم القانونية المتخصصة القليلة، أو تلك المعاجم التي أريد بها توحيد لمصطلحات القانونية على نطاق مكاني واسع، رغم الاختلافات التي تعرفها الأنظمة القانونية في الدول العربية، وإن كانت تؤطرها لغات قانونية متخصصة تجمعها اللغة العربية
The translation of cultural items found in literary texts is a more complex process than it may seem to certain translators. This paper attempts to shed light on various aspects of the translation of culture in literary texts from English into Arabic and vice versa; this includes the discussion of three main variables: ‘cultural translation’, ‘culturally-specific items’ (CSIs) and ‘literary translation’. To do so, following the descriptive-analytical method, this paper attempts inter alia to review literature on the origin of cultural translation and its relationship with translation studies, on the difficulties literary translators may face when translating CSIs, and on the procedures suggested in response to those difficulties. The results have shown that the concept of ‘cultural translation’ may have taken its origin from anthropology and, then, put into the context of translation studies, that literary translation is more complex than technical translation, that translating CSIs requires translator’s awareness of the differences between the source culture and the target culture, and that various procedures can be used to translate CSIs.

يستهدف موضوع هذه الدّراسة استشكال مسألة العلاقة بين الخطاب الفلسفي والخطاب الصّوفي ومن ورائهما العلاقة بين العقل والقلب أو الرّوح، حيث نلحظ في العصر الرّاهن حضورا متناميا لتفكير ابن عربي، وعودة مكثّفة إلى مدوّنته من أجل إعادة طرح الأسئلة التي أعضلت على البشر اليوم، من قبيل: كيفيّة تجاوز أشكال الحيرة والضّياع التي يفرضها عليه النّسق المتسارع لأحداث التّاريخ، والتّفكير في السّبل المجدية لتحقيق السّعادة.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد واقع البحث العلمي الجامعي في ضوء معايير الجودة - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة بجامعة باتنة1- تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين بجامعة باتنة1 والبالغ عددهم 68 أستاذ وأستاذة،تم استخدام استبيان من اعداد الطالب الباحث في مرحلة الماجستير وفق الخطوات العلمية المناسبة،كما استخدم الطالب الباحث المنهج الوصفي ،وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع البحث العلمي الجامعي في ضوء معايير الجودة كانت عموما بدرجة متوسطة .
This study aims to monitor the level of the reality of university scientific research in the light of quality standards - a field study on a sample of professors at the University of Batna 1- he study population consisted of a sample of 68 university professors at the University of Batna 1 and a female professor. A questionnaire prepared by the researcher student in the master’s stage was used according to the appropriate scientific steps, and the researcher student also used the descriptive approach. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التدوير العقلي ودوره في تحسين مستوى الدافعية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتم تطبيق اختبار التدوير العقلي من إعداد هدوى الشراري (2020)، ومقياس الدافعية للتعلم من إعداد سيد بريك (2020). وطبق على عينة من طلاب كلية الآداب بجامعة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية قدرت بـ (306) طالبًا وطالبةً. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التدوير العقلي والدافعية للتعلم لدى طلبة كلية الآداب في جامعة حفر الباطن بدرجة متوسطة، توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين التدوير العقلي والدافعية للتعلم لدى طلاب كلية الآداب بجامعة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء إطارها النظري والدراسات السابقة وتم تقديم بعض التوصيات.
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة التحولات التي شهدتها الأنماط التسييرية للمؤسسة الجزائرية وقيم العمل المرتبطة بها. حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمعرفة مفهوم قيم العمل داخل المؤسسات الجزائرية وأهم أبعادها مع محاولة الكشف عن مختلف التحولات التي مست هذه الأنماط التسييرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى: أولا: أن قيم العمل لم تكن نتاجا من ثقافة العامل بل جاءت نتيجة عملية تفاعل بين قيم العامل المكتسبة من التنشئة الاجتماعية والقيم التنظيمية. ثانيا: - استمرار القيم التقليدية داخل التنظيمات الحديثة رغم تبنييها لقيم التحديث. ثالثا: - ظهور روح الاتكال ونقص الدافعية نحو العمل وقلة المسؤولية واللامبالاة تجاه العمل مع تغليب المصالح الشخصية على المصالح العامة وقلة الانضباط والالتزام بالوقت خاصة في مرحلة التسيير الاشتراكي. رابعا: - توظيف عامل الكفاءة في المؤسسة المخوصصة التي تسعى دوما الى تحقيق كفاءة اقتصادية أعلي في ظل المنافسة الشرسة.
Our study aims to know the transformations that the management patterns of the Algerian institution have witnessed and the work values associated with it. this study relied on the descriptive approach in order to know the concept of work values within the Algerian institutions and their most important dimensions with an attempt to uncover the various transformations that occurred on these management patterns. At least the study found: -The work values were not a product of the worker's culture only, but rather the result of a process of interaction between the worker's and organizational values. Second The continuation of old values within modern organizations despite the adoption of modern one Also the emergence of a spirit of dependence, lack of motivation towards work, lack of responsibility and indifference towards work. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الأرشيف الإلكتروني ونظم تأمين وحفظ واسترجاع الملفات والوثائق إلكترونياً في المؤسسات الحكومية الأردنية، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق الأرشفة الإلكترونية، وأخيراً التعرف على معوقات تطبيق أنظمة الأرشفة الإلكترونية في المؤسسات الحكومية والبلديات في الأردن. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث اعتمد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة والتي تمثلت بـ (350) موظفاً وموظفة من المؤسسات الحكومية والبلديات التابعة للعاصمة عمان، وقد تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS 26 واستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مدى استخدام الأرشيف الإلكتروني ونظم تأمين وحفظ واسترجاع الملفات والوثائق إلكترونياً في المؤسسات الحكومية الأردنية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مدى توافر متطلبات تطبيق أنظمة الأرشيف الإلكتروني ونظم تأمين وحفظ واسترجاع الملفات والوثائق إلكترونياً في المؤسسات الحكومية الأردنية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ومن أهم المعوقات أمام تطبيق الأرشفة الإلكترونية في المؤسسات الحكومية كان تفضيل الموظفين للأسلوب التقليدي في الأرشفة. وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة زيادة الوعي والتثقيف لمعالجة تفضيل الأساليب التقليدية لحفظ السجلات من خلال توفير المزيد من التعليم والتدريب حول فوائد ومزايا حفظ السجلات الإلكترونية.
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تسيير الموارد البشرية كمتغير مستقل و أثره على الرفع من كفاءة المؤسسة الرياضية الجزائرية كمتغير تابع ، و محاولة إبراز دور و أهمية الموارد البشرية في نجاح المؤسسة الرياضية و تحقيق أهدافها ، من خلال تحسيس مسيري المؤسسات الرياضية بأهمية الرأس مال البشري و الفكري المتمثل في المهارات و الكفاءات و التعرف على نظرة الموظفين إتجاه سياسات تسيير الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الرياضية ، و الوقوف على المشاكل التي تحول دون تقديم مستوى جيد من الأداء من قبل الموارد البشرية . مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لمثل هاته الدراسات و أختيرت عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية على مجموعة من موظفي مديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية البليدة , و إستعملنا الإستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات و التحليل الإحصائي للنسب المؤوية و قد آلت النتائج المتوصل إليها ، أن المؤسسة لا تتعامل مع الموظفين كعنصر هام و فعال و أن معظم الموظفين غير راضين عن السياسات التسييرية داخل المؤسسة و يرونها غير واضحة ، كما تبين أن الإهتمام بعامل التكوين كمصدر أساسي لتطوير أداء الأفراد غير كافي .
This study aims at identifying the reality and the impact of human resources management in elevating the efficiency of the athletic institution. It attempts to highlight the role and importance of human resources in helping the athletic institution succeed and achieve its goals. It does so by raising the managers of the athletic institutions’ awareness on the importance of the human and intellectual capitals found in a set of skills and expertise and identifies the way employees manage the HR department in athletic institutions and help solve the problems that hinder the progress and good performance of the department in study The descriptive approach was used in this study as it is the most fitting, wherein a sample was chosen randomly from a set of employees in the department of youth and sports of the wilaya of Blida. Moreover, a questionnaire was prepared as means to collect data and statistically analyze findings. Among the resul concluded is that the institution does not treat employees as an effective and important element, and that most of these employees are unsatisfied with the managing policies within the management and see them as unclear. In addition, it has been found that enough attention given to the formation factor as a main source for developing the performance of individuals is insufficient.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر تحليل البيانات الضخمة بأبعادها (البيانات المهيكلة، البيانات غير المهيكلة، البيانات شبه المهيكلة) على إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء بأبعادها (التصنيع والتعبئة الخضراء، الشراء الأخضر، التخزين الأخضر، التسويق الأخضر). كما هدفت أيضا التعرف إلى مستوى تحليل البيانات الضخمة في الشركات التجارية الأردنية، والتعرف إلى مستوى إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء في الشركات التجارية الأردنية. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال أداة الدراسة الاستبيان، وبلغت عينة الدراسة والتي سحبت من مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل (150) موظفا في الشركات التجارية الأردنية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تحليل البيانات الضخمة في الشركات التجارية الأردنية جاء متوسطا، كما أن مستوى إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء في الشركات التجارية الأردنية جاء متوسط، وبينت النتائج أيضا أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) لتحليل البيانات الضخمة بدلالة أبعادها (البيانات المهيكلة، البيانات غير المهيكلة، البيانات شبه المهيكلة) في إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء بدلالة أبعاده مجتمعة (التصنيع والتعبئة الخضراء، الشراء الأخضر، التخزين الأخضر، التسويق الأخضر) في الشركات التجارية الأردنية؛ وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، ومنها: العمل على تعزيز إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخضراء من خلال رفع وزيادة كفاءة عمليات التصنيع والتعبئة الخضراء للعاملين، وزيادة الدورات المقدمة لهم في مجال تطوير الأداء، والعمل الدائم على المحافظة على الموارد.
تعد قضية الصحراء من حلقة من حلقات الصراع الطويل الأمد الذي خاضه الشعب الجزائري خلال الثورة بمختلف الوسائل ضد قوة استعمارية في زمانها التي شعرت في وقتها بقرب رحيلها، فعملت بكل الوسائل والطرق لفص الصحراء الجزائرية عن شمالها. مثلت الصحراء رهانا كبيرا في السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية خاصة في فترة الجنرال ديغول، ومن اجل الاحتفاظ بها لما اكتشف بها من خيرات طاقوية، هذه الخيرات التي اصبحت تمثل اهمية كبيرة لفرنسا، وحسبت السلطات الاستعمارية بكل دقة طموحاتها في الصحراء الجزائرية على وجه الخصوص والتي تمثل جزءا من طموحاتها الافريقية. لكن إصرار وعزيمة ثورة التحرير والنضال السياسي لرجال الحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية أحبطت كل المناورات والمشاريع الفرنسية لمحاولة فصل الصحراء الجزائرية.
The issue of the Sahara is one of the episodes of the long-running struggle that the Algerian people waged during the revolution by various means against a colonial power in its time, which felt at its time about its departure, so it worked with all means and methods to separate the Algerian Sahara from its north. The Sahara represented a great bet in the French colonial policy, especially during the period of General de Gaulle, and in order to preserve it due to the energetic bounties he discovered, and the colonial authorities meticulously calculated their ambitions in the Algerian Sahara in particular, which represent part of their African ambitions. However, the persistence and determination of the liberation revolution and the political struggle of the men of the interim government of the Algerian Republic thwarted all the French maneuvers and projects to try to separate the Algerian Sahara.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية روح التعايش السلمي في المجتمع، التي تنم عن التوافق والتفاعل بين الأفراد والجماعات. وبما أن التواصل هو العمود الفقري في تحقيق الحد الأدنى من المعرفة بأحوال الآخرين من خلال استخدام عناصر الاتصال المختلفة، فإن الإسلام في جوهره ليس نقيضاً لفكر التواصل الاجتماعي؛ بجوانبه المادية والمعنوية للوصول بالإنسانية إلى مصاف التربية الرشيدة. ومن خلال الثورة المعلوماتية والطفرة العلمية التي نعيشها اليوم، وبفضل الشبكة العنكبوتية التي غزت الفضاء الخارجي فقد استخدم الإنسان وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للتعايش بين المكونات المختلفة في المجتمع. كما أكدت الدراسة على أهمية التواصل الاجتماعي ودوره الكبير في قبول الآخر واحترامه. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لمعرفة أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في بناء فكرة التعايش بين الشعوب والأمم.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان المحاولات الوحدوية ما بين دول المغرب العربي خاصة ما بين الجزائر وتونس والمغرب الأقصى من خلال المؤتمرات أثناء الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1956- 1958، ومن هذه المحاولات نذكر: مؤتمر تونس 22 أكتوبر1956، الوساطة المغربية التونسية 20 و21 نوفمبر 1957 ومحاولة إيجاد حل للقضية الجزائرية، مؤتمر طنجة المغاربي 27-30 أفريل 1958، مؤتمر المهدية جوان 1958، وهي عبارة عن محاولات من أجل تحقيق الوحدة تجاه فرنسا والوصول إلى نتيجة وهو التخلص من غطرسة وهمجية المستعمر الفرنسي وضغوطه وحصول الجزائر على استقلالها بصفة خاصة والمغرب العربي بصفة عامة، لكن ردود الفعل الفرنسية المتعنتة وسياسة الهروب إلى الأمام حالت دون تحقيق هذه الوحدة المغاربية. ولمعالجة مضمون هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج التاريخي التحليلي وكذا المنهج الوصفي الذي تفرضه متطلبات بناء الواقعة التاريخية في قالبها الأكاديمي المنهجي.
This study aims to demonstrate unitary attempts among Maghreb countries, particularly between Algeria, Tunisia and the Far Maghreb through conferences during the Algerian liberation revolution 1956-1958. Among these attempts we mention: The Conference of Tunisia 22 October 1956, the Moroccan-Tunisian mediation and the attempt to find a solution to the Algerian issue 20 and 21st November 1957, the Maghreb Conference of Tangier 27-30 April 1958, and the Mahdia Conference on June 1958. These are attempts to achieve unity against France and to reach a conclusion which is getting rid of the arrogance and barbarism of the French colonizer and its pressures, as well as obtaining Algeria's independence in particular and the Arab Maghreb in general. However, the intransigent French reactions and the policy of escaping forward prevented this Maghreb unity from being achieved. To address the content of this study, we relied on the historical analytical approach as well as the descriptive approach imposed by the requirements of historical reality reconstruction in its systematic academic form.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة المؤسسات الصحية في تفعيل معايير جودة، وبيان مستوى ممارسة أبعاد استراتيجيات التدريب المستمر الخاص بالقوى العاملة، وتحديد معوقات تطبيق الأساليب الحديثة للحد من الخطأ الطبي، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغت العينة (140) عامل بالمؤسسات الصحية في مدينة طبرق، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتم تحليل باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss لتفسير النتائج، حيث أظهرت أنه لا توجد معايير معتمدة تسير عليها إدارة المؤسسات، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المهنة تعزي للمهن الأخرى، ومتغير المؤسسة تعزى للمركز الطبي، كانت الغالبية لمحور ممارسة مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية للحد من الأخطاء الطبية، وأوصت بضرورة وضع المعايير المناسبة للمعدلات والنسب العالمية أو المحلية لقياس جودة المؤسسات، والذي يسبب غيابها حدوث الأخطاء والاهتمام الدائم والمستمر من الإدارة بدعم الاساليب الحديثة وتفعيلها وتحديث برامجها من خلال العملية التدريبية.
يعتبر القلق الوجودي الإنساني من أهم الموضوعات التي تناولتها الفلسفة الوجودية التي تهتم بالذات في تجربتها الفردية. وقد تساءلت عن طبيعته وبواعثه وعن قيمته، ويعتبر "كيركجارد" أول من قدّم بحثا كاملا في هذه الظاهرة في كتابه الشهير "مفهوم القلق " وفيه يشرح ما لهذا الشعور من علاقة بالخطيئة الأولى. إنه قلق الذات المفردة في تجربة تحقيق الإيمان المسيحي وأما "هايدجر" فهو يجعل من هذا الشعور ما يكشف للذات ذاتيتها وعن إمكان تحقيق الأصالة والتحرّر من الوجود الزائف الذي هو العالم اليومي. بينما سارتر يتجاوز فكرة القلق من الموت لدى "هايدجر" نحو القلق إزاء الأنا لأنه يعتبر الإنسان الكائن المحكوم عليه بالحرّية، ينهي هذا العمل إلى اتفاق هؤلاء الفلاسفة الثلاثة رغم اختلاف توجهاتهم على أن القلق ميزة الإنسان وحده. وهم يعتبرونه أنطولوجي ومرتبط بالعدم، قيمته تتجلى في أنه يكشف للذات عن الممكن والاختيار والحرّية الإنسانية
Human existential anxiety is one of the most important topics dealt with by existentialist philosophy, which is concerned with the self in its individual experience. I wondered about its nature, its motives, and its value. Kierkegaard is considered as the first to present a full research into this phenomenon in his famous book "The Concept of Anxiety", in which he explains what this feeling has to do with the first sin. It is the anxiety of the individual self in the experience of realizing the Christian faith. As for Heidegger, he makes this feeling what reveals to the self its self and the possibility of achieving authenticity and freedom from the false existence that is the everyday world. Whereas Sartre goes beyond Heidegger's notion of anxiety about death toward anxiety about the ego because he considers man the being condemned to freedom, this work concludes with the agreement of these three philosophers, despite their different orientations, that anxiety is the advantage of man alone. They consider it ontological and linked to nothingness. Its value is that it reveals to the self the possibility, choice and human freedom.

تسعى الجزائر في إطار مقاربة تنموية شاملة إلى تعزيز أمنها الغذائي بإعتباره ضرورة حتمية تكفل تعزيز التنمية المستدامة في مختلف أبعادها، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الأمن الغذائي الجزائري، ودوره في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة خاصة فيما يتعلق بتخفيف من حدة الفقر والجوع. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الأمن الغذائي يلعب دورا رئيسيا في تعزيز أهداف التنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال تحسين مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي والقضاء على المشاكل المرتبطة به، وفي الجزائر تبين لنا أنها حققت بعض النتائج الإيجابية من خلال تخفيضها لمعدلات سوء التغذية ونقص التغذية وغياب الأمن الغذائي الحاد، ولكن في المقابل نقر بأن هذه النتائج لا تزال غير كافية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة خاصة ما يتعلق بالهدف الثاني من أهداف خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030 والمتمثل في التخفيف من حدة الفقر والجوع، وعليه فإن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر يتم عبر تحقيق الأمن الغذائي كشرط رئيسي.
Algeria seeks, within the framework of a comprehensive development approach, to enhance its food security as an imperative to ensure the promotion of sustainable development in its various dimensions. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the reality of Algerian food security, and its role in achieving sustainable development goals, especially with regard to alleviating poverty and hunger. This study concluded that food security plays a major role in promoting sustainable development goals by improving food security indicators and eliminating the problems associated with it. On the other hand, we acknowledge that these results are still insufficient to achieve the sustainable development goals, especially with regard to the second goal of the goals of the 2030 sustainable development plan, which is the alleviation of poverty and hunger, and therefore the achievement of the sustainable development goals in Algeria is achieved through achieving food security as a condition Main.

للمصطلح المتعلق بالجانب المالي مستويان أو أكثر من المعاني رغم أن مجال تداوله واحد، وهو المعاملات المالية. فهو مصطلح تتجاذبه ثنائية مهيمنة تتشكل من الفقه والقانون، أي تتجاذبه دلالتان على الأقل دلالة أصلية ودلالة حديثة. ويمكن تتبع دلالة المصطلح بهدف ترجمته من خلال مجال تداوله. ويفرز تطور النظامين الفقهي والقانوني نظرا للتجدد المستمر للتعامل المالي مصطلحات فقهية وقانونية جديدة، ومصطلحات أخرى اكتسبت معاني مغايرة مما يستلزم ضرورة تحديد مفاهيمها، ومصطلحات يستعيرها النظام الفقهي أو القانوني من دلالاتها الأصلية لصالح دلالات جديدة، مع استمرار العلاقة بين الدلالات الأصلية والحديثة. وهذا ما يحتم على المترجم تتبع التطور الدلالي للمصطلح المالي باعتباره كائنا لسانيا بهدف ترجمته
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تكييف دليل 5 K-SADS-PL لتشخيص فرط النشاط الحركي وتشتت الانتباه في الوسط المدرسي الجزائري على عينة قوامها 169 تلميذ متمدرس ببلدية سطيف، تم اختبار صدق المقياس من خلال مجموعة من الطرق المتمثلة في: صدق المحكمين من خلال معامل لاوشي والذي بلغت قيمته (0.72)، الصدق التلازمي أين تم تقدير الارتباط بين هذا المقياس ومقياس كونرز وجاءت قيمة الارتباط تساوي( 0.35 ) وهي قيمة دالة عند مستوى (0.01)، كذلك تم تقدير صدق المقياس من خلال الصدق البنائي بطريقة التحليل العاملي التوكيدي وأظهرت البنود تشبعات مقبولة على محاورها كما أن معايير المطابقة للنموذج جاءت مقبولة، بينما تم تقدير الثبات المقياس من خلال معامل ألفا الطبقي الذي بلغ ( 0.77 ) و الموثوقية المركبة (0.80 ) كذلك معامل أوميغا الموزونة( 0.82)، وقد خلصت النتائج الى أن الدليل يتمتع بالخصائص السكومترية المقبولة من صدق وثبات، ما يشير الى صلاحية استخدامه بالوسط المدرسي الجزائري.
The current study aims to adapt the K-SADS-PL 5 guide for diagnosis of ADHD in the Algerian school environment. We applied it to a sample of 169 students as a sample of study in setif schools. We used many methods to calculate the reliability and validity of the test, correlative honesty, Its value was (0.72), where the correlation between this scale and the Konners scale was calculated, and we got a value of 0.35, which is a statistically value function at the level of 0.01. It was acceptable, and the alpha-class coefficient0.77,composite reliability0.80, and weighted omega coefficient 0.82were also calculated. The results concluded that the evidence has acceptable psychometric characteristics of validity and stability, which indicates the validity of its use in the Algerian school environment.
