Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الطلالعة , بسمة محمد سلامة تشلابي, سكينة بوسالم, عبد العزيز Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-02-28 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع الدورات التدريبية في مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في الأردن، كما تهدف إلى ‏التعرف على دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين اداء الموظفين في مجالس ‏الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في ‏الأردن، وأخيراً التعرف على العوائق والتحديات التي تحول دون تقديم برامج تدريبية فعالة للعاملين في ‏مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في الأردن وكيف يمكن معالجتها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث اعتمد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة والتي تمثلت بـ (132) موظفاً وموظفة من مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات التابعة للعاصمة عمان، وقد تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS 26 واستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك أثر إيجابي للدورات التدريبية في تحسين وتطوير أداء الموظفين، كما بينت النتائج أن واقع الدورات التدريبية في مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في الأردن جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ومن أهم المعيقات أمام تقديم البرامج التدريبية كان عدم توافر الوقت الكافي لتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية بسبب الضغوط ‏العملية‏. وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على وضع خطط تدريبية متناسبة مع احتياجات المؤسسات وتوفير الموارد اللازمة لتنفيذها، وكذلك تقييم الأولويات والتركيز على الجوانب الأساسية للأعمال المهمة. يعتبر الصدق أهم دليل على صلاحية الاختبار النفسي، لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة وضع معايير يستند إليها عند إعادة التحقق من صدق الاختبارات النفسية، ومن ثم اعتماد تلك المعايير لتقييم إجراءات التحقق من صدق 91 اختبار نفسي في 53 دراسة عربية وأجنبية، وذلك باستخدام شبكة تقييم من صنع الباحثين، وبإتباع المنهج الوصفي التقويمي، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن صدق المحكمين هو الصدق الأكثر استخداما يليه صدق الاتساق الداخلي، وفي ما يخص كفاية هذه الأدلة فـ58 اختبار لم تكن طرق التحقق من صدقه كافية سواء في الدراسات العربية أو الأجنبية، إلا أن هذه الأخيرة كانت أكثر تقصيرا فـ78.2% منها لم تكن كافية في حين أن الدراسات العربية لم تكن كافية بنسبة 58.8%، أما في ما يخص العينة التي استخدمت لإعادة التحقق فـ27 اختبار عينته لم تكن ممثلة و12 اختبار حجم العينة فيه غير كاف، إلا أن الباحثين في جميع الدراسات ما عادا دراسة واحدة اختاروا الاعتماد على الاختبار والعمل به.  Validity is the most important evidence of the validity of a psychological test, so this study aimed to try to set standards upon which to re-check the validity of psychological tests, and then adopt those standards to evaluate procedures for verifying the validity of 91 psychological tests in 53 Arab and foreign studies, using an evaluation network. Made by researchers, following the descriptive evaluation method, The results showed that the validity of the experts was the most commonly used validity, followed by the validity of the internal consistency. With regard to the adequacy of this evidence, 58 tests were not sufficient methods to verify its validity, whether in Arab or foreign studies, but the latter was more short-lived, 78.2% of them were not It was sufficient, while the Arab studies were not sufficient by 58.8%. As for the sample that was used for re-verification, 27 tests sampled were not representative and 12 tests of sample size were insufficient. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource شاكر, رابعة مزهر قادري, حدة بورني, دليلة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-01-02 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تاريخ محلة الاكراد وابرز سكانها من العشائر الكردية أواخر العهد العثماني في مدينة السلط الاردنية والواقعة على بعد 28كم إلى الغرب من وسط عمان، وكانت من أكبر مدن الأردن خلال القرن التاسع عشر، ويعود تاريخ هذه المدينة إلى الفترات التاريخية المبكرة، فقد دلت الحفريات الأثرية على وجود آثار تعود إلى عصور ما قبل التاريخ، واستمرت هذه المدينة بسبب موقعها الاستراتيجي كونها تقع على إحدى معابر القدس، وتوفر المياه فيها بغزارة، بالإضافة إلى خصوبة التربة واعتدال المناخ. وقد ساعد على ازدهارها خلال الحروب الصليبية كونها أصبحت إحدى مراكز المقاومة لصلاح الدين الأيوبي.  اما أهمية الدراسة فقد بينت تواجد الاكراد في المنطقة وعلى ما ويبدو أن الأكراد الذين كانوا مع صلاح الدين الايوبي قد أخذوا يستقرون في السلط وكونوا حارة لهم لاسيما الهكاريون. وعندما احتل العثمانيون المنطقة وقاموا بالإحصاء أظهر دفتر طابو يعود للعقد الثالث من القرن العاشر الهجري/ السابع عشر الميلادي إلى وجود محلتين في السلط، الأولى محلة الأكراد وكانت الأكثر سكاناً، والثانية محلة العواملة. وخلال هذه الفترات الزمنية استمرت هذه المحلة باسم "وادي الأكراد"، كما بينت سجلات المحاكم الشرعية في السلط ابرز مخاتيرها من العشائر التي أقامت بها لا سيما الخريسات، العربيات، الحياصات، الحيارات، الرمامنة، الخليفات، العناسوة، النسور، الريالات وغيرهم. هذا وقد نبغ العديد من العلماء الذين ينتسبون إلى السلط ومعظمهم من أصول كردية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في معلوماتها بشكل أساسي على مصدر هام وحيوي وهو سجلات محكمة السلط الشرعية( ) كونها تعد مصدراً تاريخياً غني جداً بالمعلومات خاصة في الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي. شكلت موريطانيا السطايفية حقبة تاريخية هامة من حقب تاريخ المغرب القديم الروماني فمنذ أن أنشئت في النصف الثاني من القرن الثالث ميلادي على يد الإمبراطور"ديوقلديانوس" (284ــ305م)، وهي تلعب دورها الحضاري بامتياز سياسيا وعسكريا وبالأخص اقتصاديا. كما أن تاريخ هذه المقاطعة حافل بالمقاومات والثورات ضد الاحتلال الروماني (خاصة بين القرنين الثالث والرابع ميلادي)، تزعمتها في كثير من الأحيان القبائل المحلية لعل أهمها قبائل البوار والحلف الخماسي،فكانت أراضي المقاطعة السطايفية مسرحا لهذه الثورات والتي أثرت أكيد على الوجود الروماني بالمنطقة. ولعل أهم الدوافع التي جعلتنا نهتم بدراسة قبائل موريطانيا السطايفية هو الرغبة في تسليط الضوء على تلك القبائل التي وطنت هذه المنطقة ذات الموقع الإستراتيجي المهم، مشكلة مجتمع محلي بتكوينها لتكتلات وكنفدراليات قبلية،وذلك من خلال تتبع الشذرات المتفرقة والمختلفة من المعلومات عنها التي نقلتها لنا في الغالب النقوش الأثرية والنصوص الأدبية،ولا تزال الكثير من الحقائق حول هذه القبائل مجهولة أو غامضة. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource غفوري, شريف الله وهيبة, ذهبي Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-01-02 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource المعارضة لقاء شعري بين شاعرين لم يقرنهما الزمان والمكان، ولكن تضُمهما حالة شعورية واحدة منتجة لنص يتولد عنه حالة أخرى تجمع بين الجِدَّة والتشابه في ظلَّ عاطفة الإعجاب. فأهمَّيتِها ترجع إلى الدور الذي تلعبه في ثراء الشعر والثقافة العربية وانتقالها من القديم الأصيل إلى الجديد النقي، هدف البحث هو الوصول إلى رؤية موضوعية ترصد ظواهر التفوق والتشابه بين الشاعرين، وأن المعارضة لا تدل على مجرد التقليد وليس فيها ما يشير إلى ضعف قريحة المستوى الفني للشاعر كما ليس فيها ما يدل أن يهيج فيها قريحته الشعرية بتلك القوالب التي تظهر في قصائدهما حيث يستعمل مهاراتهما الفنية بأسلوب يخلب الألباب. إن المنهج الذي اعتمدتُ عليه في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي - المقائسي مع الدراسة الفنية للقصيدة المعارضة التي تُثبِتُ له خصوصيته الإبداعية وأن ظاهرة المعارضة تتنوع في طيات القصيدة بحسب ثقافة المبدع، وأثبت البحث قدرة الشاعر جابر قميحة على محاكاة النص الغائب والتفوق عليه في عدّة جوانب، وقد تجلت المعارضة عنده بوضوح العبارة حيث شارك مع النص المُعَارَض في بعض المعاني التي تناولها. ونتائج البحث يشير أن المعارضة ليست فنًا على مستوى الإبداع الأصیل دائمًا وقد تكون غالبًا فنًا جميلًا وأكثر إبداعًا من غيرها كما نقرأ ذلك في طيات البحث، حيث فاقت المعارضة الثانـية المعارضة الأولى بدرجات. نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الأبعاد الاجتماعية على السياسات الحديثة لإدارة النفايات من خلال دراسة ميدانية نستقرئ فيها مجموع الاستراتيجيات التي سطرتها الدولة بعد إعلانها على تبني آلية -الفرز الانتقائي للنفايات المنزلية- ،هذه الأخيرة التي تجعل من استجابة السكان وتفاعلهم رهانها الأول والرئيسي لنجاحها بوصفهم حلقة دورانها، وعلى هذا الأساس قمنا بعمل بحث ميداني استطلعنا فيه مسار المشروع بالاعتماد على المنهج الكمي باستخدام تقنية الاستمارة التي وزعت على 400 أسرة قاطنة بحي رابية طاهر بباب الزوار أين تم تطبيق مشروع الفرز. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج منها، أن الاستراتيجيات التي اعتمدتها الهيئات الإدارية كانت ضعيفة وهشة بحيث ركزت على الجانب التقني وأهملت الجانب الاجتماعي، نقص الخبرة الادارية وبالتالي الفشل في بناء خطة استشرافية تراعي الخصائص الاجتماعية مسبقا، ضعف الحملات التحسيسية، إهمال كبير.لعناصر المجتمع المدني، سجلنا أيضا نقص التجهيزات التقنية اللازمة للفرز وعدم متابعتها دوريا، مما أدى إلى تلكؤ المشروع في تحقيق أهدافه واستمرار عمله. In this research we will reveal the impact of the social aspect on waste management from analyzing the total strategies that the state has laid down after adopting a mechanism - selective sorting of household waste - that mainly depends on citizen participation, and on this basis we conducted field research in which we used the quantitative approach using the questionnaire technique that included 400 families. A resident of Rabia Taher neighborhood in Bab El-Zouar, where the project was implemented In the end, we discovered that the strategies were insufficient, as the social aspect was neglected, and thus the failure to build a good forward-looking plan, the weakness of the awareness campaigns, the absence of civil society elements and the lack of technical equipment needed for screening, which led to the failure of the project a few years after its creation. This study sought to simplify the mechanisms of interactive use of new media applications - the podcast as a model - among a sample of adolescents, depending on the mixed method and its methodological tools, scientific observation & focus groups applied on intentional sample of 40 adolescents across 15 families and 07 Algerian cities. The study found that the digital presence of adolescents ‘sample through podcast apps is an aspect of digital interactivity that supports the psychology of the adolescent user, and the interactive uses of digital platforms are highlighted as a mechanism to achieve fulfillment of many needs they have, according to flexibility that guarantees overcoming psychological and social problems, and in light of the available technological and digital access options- in everyday life - to digital mediums and new media applications. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource لعسالي, فاطمة الزهراء ا بن عـــــودة, مصطفـــــــى Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2022-12-16 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة جمالية تطبيقية لبعض مفاهيم نظرية التلقي على نص نقدي/ إعجازي، يتصل بمعارضة القرآن الكريم؛ فيه ينقض وينفي أبو سليمان الخطابي الإعتراضات الموجهة إلى النظم القرآني، مبينا أن معاني المعارضة والتفاضل يجب أن يكون في نصين متشابهين بشريين، منتهيا بتضمين كلامه مقارنة بين شعر امرئ القيس والنابغة الذبياني في وصف الليل. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل الإشكالية التي تعالجها الدراسة، وإبراز الدور الفعال الذي يؤديه المتلقي في عملية بناء المعنى في العمل الأدبي. وأظهرت النتائج أن نظرية التلقي ترتكز على قراءتين: التاريخية التي تركز على تاريخ تلقي النص الأدبي واختلاف أفق توقع متلقيه في النص باختلاف العصر والبيئة التي ينتمون إليها وتجربتهم القرائية وتأثيرها على تذوقهما لصورة الليل عند الشاعرين. والقراءة الجمالية التي تعمل على إبراز السمات اللغوية الفنية والجمالية لصورة الليل عندهما، كما بينت النتائج أنه لفهم وإدراك دلالة الليل عند هذين الشاعرين يستلزم من متلقي شعرهما أن يتسلح بثقافة واسعة تصارع ثقافتهما لضمان فهم لغة شعرهما. وفي ضوء النتائج المستخلصة برزت عدة توصيات منها: ضرورة عيش القارئ المتلقي تجربة الشاعر من خلال قراءته لشعره وفهمه له  وإدراكه لمعانيه وتأويله، للكشف عن مكامنه والوصول إلى معناه الذي لا يكشف عنه  إلا بخلخلة أفق توقع المتلقي  واستدعاء جهده الفكري والمعرفي للوصول إلى معناه الحقيقي المفترض. نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى تحديد مفهوم البطلان و تحديد صوره وكذا تأثيره على مسار الدعوى العمومية عبر كافة مراحلها ، ابتداءا بمرحلة جمع الاستدلالات إلى مرحلة التحقيق وهي الأهم ثم إلى مرحلة المحاكمة وهي المرحلة المصيرية لملف الدعوى ، وقد خلصنا إلى نتائج وهي أن هذا الموضوع باعتباره وسيلة قانونية لمراقبة شرعية الإجراءات له صلة وثيقة بموضوع بحقوق الإنسان المنصوص عنها في جل الدساتير العالمية وكذا الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية ، وأنه في هذا الإطار هناك إجراءات لا يمكن للمحكمة إغفالها أو تجاوزها وإن هي فعلت ذلك اعتبرت كل الإجراءات اللاحقة باطلة لأن كل طرف من أطراف الدعوى العمومية له حق يختلف بحسب مركزه عن الطرف الآخر ، وأنه يجب بالضرورة إضافة تكوين خاص بالقضاة فيما يخص ممارسة الإجراءات المتعلقة بتقييد حريات الأفراد أثناء مرحلتي جمع الاستدلالات والتحقيق ، وضرورة تنبيههم إلى مخاطر هذا الإجراء .  Through this article, we aim to define the concept of nullity and define its forms, as well as its impact on the course of the public lawsuit through all its stages, starting with the gathering stage of evidence, to the investigation stage, which is the most important,. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource عجوري, جواد لحضيري, نجاة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2022-12-16 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource مكن لأي جهاز أن يعمل بشكل مريح ومنظم دون وجود إطار قانوني ينظم عمله وإطار تنظيمي يحدد صلاحياته ومسؤولياته، ونظام علاقات يسمح بممارسة المهام باستقلالية ومسؤولية. وتعد التجربة المغربية في مجال الرقابة الشرعية على المالية الإسلامية التشاركية من التجارب المتقدمة، ويظهر ذلك من خلال تنوع النصوص القانونية والتنظيمية المقرة بقانونية اللجنة الشرعية، والمحددة لتكوينها وإجراءات عملها وشروط مزاولتها لمهامها ونوع العلاقة التي تجمعها بمختلف أصحاب المصالح في المؤسسات المالية التشاركية بما في ذلك الهيئات الوصية على القطاع المالي التشاركي ككل؛ فبالرغم من النقائص التي يعرف بها هذا النظام القانوني إلا أنه استطاع أن يجعل من هذا الجهاز الشرعي مرجعية شرعية حصرية وموحدة ومتقدمة تنظيميا ووظيفيا على كثير من الهيئات الشرعية الدولية، ويجعل انتمائها لمؤسسة رسمية في الدولة يرأسها ملك البلاد، وهو ما يضمن التزام المؤسسات المالية التشاركية في البلاد بتطبيق مقرراتها ومعاييرها وآرائها الشرعية والتي تعد قرارات قرارات قانونية ومعتمدة من طرف القضاء، رغم عدم التنصيص المباشر على إلزامية الآراء بالمطابقة الصادرة عنها. شكلت حرية الصحافة مبدأ أساسي لمختلف القوانين والمواثيق الدولية؛ حيث سعت الجزائر على إقراره ضمن الدساتير والقوانين العضوية المتعلقة بالإعلام بعد إقرار التعددية السياسية والإعلامية التي كانت أرضيتها دستور 1989 الذي اعترف بحرية الرأي والتعبير مع إنشاء جمعيات ذات الطابع السياسي مع العناوين الصحفية الخاصة. تمظهر ذلك جليا مع ظهور قانون الإعلام سنة 1990؛ فظهرت عدة عناوين صحفية خاصة خاضت تجربة الحرية عبر عدة محطات تاريخية اتسمت بالانتعاش تارة وبالتضييق للحريات تارة أخرى، وذلك تزامنا مع الظروف السياسية والأمنية التي مرت بها الجزائر؛ كما عرفت محاولات تشريع سلسلة من القوانين والمراسيم كإجراء السلطة لتنظيم قطاع الصحافة المكتوبة. تعكس علاقة السلطة بالصحافة مكانة الحريات في بلد الوسيلة الإعلامية وعن واقع الممارسة الصحفية بخاصة وأن علاقة السلطة بالصحافة الخاصة في الجزائر بعد فترة التعددية اتسمت بالتوتر. بناء عليه تطرح الورقة البحثية التساؤل التالي: هو وضع حرية الصحافة في الجزائر وما هي طبيعة علاقة السلطة بالصحافة الخاصة في الجزائر بعد فترة التعددية؟ Freedom of the press has been a fundamental principle of various international laws and charters. Algeria sought to ratify it within the constitutions and organic laws related to the media after the period of political and media pluralism that was covered by the 1989 constitution; which recognized freedom of opinion and expression with the establishment private press thanks to the emergence of the Media Law in 1990. The Algerian media scene knew various private press. Freedom was experienced through several historical stations that were characterized by revival at times and constriction of freedoms at other times, which coincided with the political, and security conditions that Algeria went through, as well as attempts to legislate within a series of laws and presidential decrees as a measure of the authority to regulate the private press. The relationship between authority and the press reflects the status of freedoms in the country of the media outlet, also the reality of journalistic practice. Especially, since the relationship between authority and the private press in Algeria after the pluralism period has been marked by tension. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الشمراني, سمر بنت مطر فنيط, بسمة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2022-12-15 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى القدرة التنبؤية للقيم الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي لدى عينة من طالبات كلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة حفر الباطن. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وطبق على عينة من طالبات كلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة حفر الباطن قدرت بـ (211) طالبة من طالبات كلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة حفر الباطن في منطقة حفر الباطن بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين القيم الاجتماعية، والتوافق النفسي لدى العينة المبحوثة، ويمكن التنبؤ بالتوافق النفسي من خلال درجاتهن في القيم الاجتماعية. ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء إطارها النظري والدراسات السابقة وتم تقديم بعض التوصيات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية وجود الإتفاقيات الجبائية ببن دولتين و التي تعتبر الأساس الأول الذي تلجأ إليه الشركات الأجنبية من اجل الاستثمار في دولة ما نظرا للمزايا التي ستحصل عليها, تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة التحليلية و التقييمية للجزائر للفترة -20022020 إلى أن الإتفاقيات الجزائرية تشجع على جذب الشركات الاجنبية للاستثمار فيها لكن ليس من مختلف دول العالم, حيث ان اغلب هذه الشركات هي من جنسية فرنسية وذلك نتيجة التبعية الاقتصادية للدولة الفرنسية التي تعتبر المحتكرة للاستثمار في الجزائر على مدار 19 سنة. This study aims to know the importance of the existence of tax agreements between two countries, and these agreements are the first and main factor in attracting foreign companies to invest in a country due to the advantages that they will obtain, especially the tax ones. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الجازي, منى مرضي ضاري العباسي, حدة قريري, سليمان Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2022-12-04 2022-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كيفية تنظيم المشرع الأردني للضرائب والرسوم الجبائية العائدة كليا لفائدة البلديات، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة ابتعت الدراسة المنهج الكيفي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال مراجعة التشريعات والقوانين والتقارير والمواقع الرسمية والأدبيات التي تناولت موضوع الدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج  بلوغ معدل الإيرادات الضريبية والرسوم العائدة كليا لفائدة البلديات إلى الإيرادات المحلية بالأردن خلال الفترة (2016-2020) 61%، ويتم تحصيلها من ضرائب المفروضة على المشتقات النفطية والأبنية والأراضي، وتراخيص المهن والأبنية والإنشاءات، وكذلك الرسوم المفروضة على الفاكهة والخضار والمكاييل، وبيع الحيوانات، والاعلانات، والمقاهي، والملاهي، ودور السينما، ومواقف السيارات وغيرها من الرسوم المفروضة على الجهات التي تقدم خدمات للمواطنين. وأظهرت النتائج  ايظا ان معدل قيمة إيرادات الضرائب العائدة كليا لفائدة البلديات خلال الأعوام (2016-2020) 8.57 مليون دينار أردني. من أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون زيادة إيرادات الرسوم والضرائب العائدة بالفائدة الكلية للبلديات هي ضعف النظام الضريبي، وارتفاع معدلات البطالة حيث وصلت أعلى نسبة للبطالة 24.7% خلال عام 2020، وارتفاع معدلات الضرائب حيث بلغ العبء الضريبي على الفرد نسبة24.2%، خلال عام 2020، وقضايا الفساد المالي حيث بلغ عدد ملفات قضايا الفساد المالي في النظام الضريبي إلى 276 ملفا. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها اتخاذ إجراءات فعالة في اصلاح النظام الضريبي بحيث يراعي يتضمن الأساليب والحيل المستحدثة ويسد الثغرات التي يستغلها المكلفين للحد من التهرب الضريبي، انشاء مشروعات لتشغيل الشباب والحد من ارتفاع نسبة البطالة، مراجعة النظام الضريبية بالنسبة لحجم الضرائب بحيث تكون معقولة ومناسبة للأوضاع الاقتصادية التي يعيشها المواطن الأردني، زيادة إجراءات الرقابة للحد من ممارسات الفساد المالي. تعتبر قضية فصل الصحراء الجزائرية عن الشمال أخطر مناورة واجهتها الثورة التحريرية والشعب الجزائري عامة . ففي هذا المقال سنتطرق إلى رد فعل الثورة الجزائرية و قادتها من قضية فصل الصحراء الجزائرية على المستويين الداخلي و الخارجي إذ تم الاعتماد على العمل الدبلوماسي والإعلامي في الخارج لفضح مناورات الفصل و خطورتها على الجزائر خاصة و إفريقيا عامة وتدعمت هذه الجهود بتصعيد العمل المسلح و تعبئة الرأي العام في الداخل والتوعية لأهداف الفصل و عواقبها. The issue of the separation of the Algerian Sahara from the north is considered to be the most dangerous maneuver that the liberation revolution and the Algerian people have faced. In this article, we will discuss the reaction of the Algerian revolution and its leaders to the separation of the Algerian Sahara, both inside and outside the country.
