هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على دور البلديات والعاملين فيها في التعامل مع الأوبئة والجوائح من حيث الوقاية والعلاج، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (700) موظفا وموظفة في بلدية المفرق الكبرى، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (130) موظفا وموظفة في بلدية المفرق، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ هناك دورًا واضحًا للعاملين في البلدية في التعامل مع الاوبئة والجوائح، حيث جاءت المتوسطات الحسابية مرتفعة، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α =0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي والجنس.
نهدف إلى دراسة تأثير الأداء الإقتصادي الكلي في الجزائر على تدفقات الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، من خلال أداء بعض المؤشرات الإقتصادية وهي التضخم والبطالة وميزان المدفوعات وكذلك سعر الصرف بالإضافة إلى الناتج الداخلي الخام وأثرهم على الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. توصلت الدراسة إلى ان زيادة معدل البطالة يتماشى عكسيا مع تدفقات الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، أما علاقة هذا الأخير برصيد الميزان التجاري فهي طردية، أي كلما إرتفع رصيد الميزان التجاري إرتفع معه تدفق الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر،أما كل من التضخم والناتج الداخلي الخام وسعر الصرف كان تأثيره ضعيف جدا على الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
This research aims to study the impact of the macroeconomic performance in Algeria on foreign direct investment flows, through the performance of some economic indicators, which are inflation, unemployment, the balance of payments, as well as the exchange rate , and GDP and their impact on foreign direct investment. The study concluded that the increase in the unemployment rate is inversely related to the inflows of foreign direct investment, as for the relationship of the latter with the balance of the trade balance, it is positive, that is, the higher the balance of the trade balance, the higher the flow of foreign direct investment with it. As for inflation, GDP and the exchange rate, it had a very weak impact on foreign direct investment.

يتناول البحث جزء من خزين التراث الانساني الذي عرفته حضارة العراق القديم ( حضارة وادي الرافدين)، هذه الحضارة انتجت لنا سفرا خالدا كما و نوعا من العلوم و المعرفة الانسانية و منها العلوم و الملاحم و الاساطير التي خلدت لنا الانسان و الارض و البطولة و الخلود و منها ملحمة كلكامش مدار بحثنا هذا، كانت هذه الملحمة نتاج هذه الحضارة بكل ما عرفته من تقدم و مضي نحو حركة التاريخ الى الامام، ان ملحمة كلكامش هي نتاج التراث الانساني في حضارة وادي الرافدين، حكت لنا قصة البطولة و الحياة الابدية على مدى الزمن ذلك العصر العراقي الانساني.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التطور المالي على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة قياسية لبيانات سنوية باستخدام منهج حديث في تحليل التكامل المشترك وتصحيح الخطأ، والمتمثل في نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة ((ARDL خلال الفترة 1996 – 2018. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين التطور المالي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وكذا وجود أثر معنوي موجب للتطور المالي على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الأجلين القصير والطويل
This study aims to measure the impact of financial development on foreign direct investment in Algeria, through an econometric study of annual data using a modern approach in analyzing cointegration and error correction, represented by the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL) during the period 1996-2018. The study found that there is long-term equilibrium relationship between financial development and foreign direct investment. The results show that the financial development has a significant positive short and long- run effect on foreign direct investment.

تكمن الحاجة إلى الهيئة الشرعية بسبب ما تقوم بها من مهام محورية على رأسها إبداء الفتاوى والاراء الشرعية، غير أن هذه المهمة رغم أهميتها إلا أنها تبقى دون جدوى إذا لم تقترن بوجود من يتأكد من الالتزام بهذه الفتاوى في تطبيقات المؤسسسات المالية، ومن هنا تأتي أهمية هذا البحث الذي يهتم بتتبع مدى قدرة الهيئات الشرعية –عموما- واللجنة الشرعية -خصوصا- على متابعة قراراتها. وقد بينت نتائج البحث أن الهيئات الشرعية متفاوتة في تفعيل هذه الوظيفة، حيث تهتم بعض الأجهزة الشرعية بنشر قراراتها للعموم، والتواصل والتوعية والمشاركة في الأنشطة التكوينية وإنجاز التقارير الرقابية ونشرها، بينما لا تتمكن كثير منها من التأكد من قراراتها في الميدان. في حين يغلب على اللجنة الشرعية ممارسة مهمة إبداء الرأي بالمطابقة؛ حيث لا تزال النصوص التشريعية المؤطرة لعملها تمنعها من ممارسة دور المتابعة الميدانية، والتأكد من تقارير المؤسسات المالية التشاركية أو متابعة نتائج تقريرها، ومن قيامها بأدوارها التواصلية والتوعوية والتكوينية، بينما لم تقم اللجنة بنشر كثير من آرائها رغم سماح القانون بذلك، وعملها في إنجاز التقرير السنوي لا يزال غامضا.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بمظاهر و أنماط العنف الصادر عن تلاميذ الطور المتوسط و ربطها بالخصائص و المتغيرات الشخصية لذات التلاميذ (الخصائص البيولوجية، الخصائص العقلية، البيئة الجغرافية) ، و قد شملت الدراسة عينة متكونة من 64 مدير متوسطة في ولاية البليدة من أصل 142 مؤسسة . و قد توصلنا إلى تأكيد وجود اختلافات في أنماط العنف المدرسي الصادر عن التلميذ و نسب حدوثه تبعا لتباين هذه المتغيرات الشخصية
This study aims to understand the manifestations and patterns of violence Issued from the middle school's pupils and link them to the characteristics and personal variables of the same pupils (biological characteristics, mental characteristics , geographical environment). The study included a sample of 64 of the middle schools manager of wilaya de Blida out of 142 institutions. And we have confirm the existence of differences in the patterns of school violence issued by the pupil and incidence rates depending on the variation of these personal variables.

تبيّن لنا من خلال هذا المقال التنوّع الكبير للأساليب العنفيّة التي وقعت في مجتمع مدينة تونس خلال النصف الثاني من القرن 19. برز لنا أوّلا أهميّة الوثائق الأمنيّة كمصدر مهمّ للمعلومات الأوليّة والصادرة من الفاعلين الاجتماعيين مباشرة. فهمنا ثانيا طبيعة التوتّرات العديدة التي تشابكت مع الحياة اليوميّة في مدينة تونس قُبيل حدث مهمّ وهو انتصاب حماية الفرنسية بتونس (1881)، وهي ممارسة أيضا عنيفة باعتبارها احتلالا. نستنتج ثالثا أنّ الأزمات الاقتصادية والاجتماعيّة والسياسية التي عاشتها البلاد التونسية خلال القرن 19 أثّرت على الحياة اليومية للسكّان، حيث أصبح العنف الجسدي لغة أساسيّة وممارسة شائعة بين النّاس. ونشير أخيرا إلى أهميّة الشروع في العمل على مدوّنة كاملة للجسد في تاريخ البلاد التونسيّة، وقد حاولنا في هذا المقال المساهمة في جرد وتحديد طبيعة وأساليب وتقنيات العنف، وهذا مشروع قابل للتوسّع والتطوير ومنفتح على النقد والتعديل.
الحرب مكروهة منذ القدم، وينتج عنها قتلى وجرحى في كلا الطرفين، وقد عالج المسلمون جرحاهم في الحروب منذ بداية الإسلام، وتعاملوا أيضا بالحسنى مع الجرحى من أعدائهم الأسرى ، تطبيقا لتعاليم الدين الإسلامي الذي يدعوا إلى السلام والإنسانية والرحمة، وحفاظا على الصحة العامة ، وهذا ما طبقه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم والصحابة والخلفاء والمسلمون من بعده اقتداء بسنته وبفعله، وقد سبق الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم المنظمات والهيئات الدولية الحديثة في الاهتمام بالجريح في عدة جوانب لحكمة روحانية وأخرى مادية؛ ويثبت العلم والقانون الحديث حكمته في التعامل .
War is bad, so People hate war since ancient timese, the result of war is many dead and wounded on both sides, and treated Muslims with the wounded from the beginning of Islam. They treated the prisoners in a good way and treated their wounds,because they followed the principles of Islam that call for peace, humanity and mercy, and also to protect public health. The Prophet mohammad peace be upon him work on values of Islam, followed by the caliphs and his companions and Muslims, who do the same things. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was the first who take care of the wounded prisoner, before the international organizations that cared about the prisoner appeared. Also, the Science and law prove the wisdom in dealing with the wounded with mercy.

فرضت محدودية الموارد المائية على ساكنة المناطق الواحية بالجنوب الشرقي للمغرب بشكل عام وواحة فركلة بشكل خاص، تطوير تقنيات وتشكيل تنظيمات اجتماعية وعرفية تتكيف مع خصوصياتها الطبيعية القاسية، وتسمح باستغلال مواردها المائية بشكل يضمن استمرار هذا المورد واستدامة الواحة. وتعتبر تقنية الخطارات بواحة فركلة بتافيلالت أسلوبا تقليديا للسقي عرف منذ القديم، وهو يعكس عمق التعاون والترابط الاجتماعي بين أفراد القبيلة سمحت بإقامة نشاط فلاحي شكل أصل عيش وسبب استقرار ساكنتها، إلا أنها الآن تعيش خللا مركبا، يتمثل في تعرضها لتهديدات ومخاطر طبيعة وبشرية؛ ما دفع الساكنة المحلية ومؤسسات الدولة إلى اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير بهدف تحقيق استدامتها.
رغم الاهتمام الدولي والوطني بحقوق المعاقين، فان حالات الاعاقة في تزايد، لان الأصل في المشكلة هو منع اسبابها. والمجتمع الدولي عاجز عن حل النزاعات التي تتسبب في الكثير من الحالات. اما القانون الداخلي، فقد تضمن حماية المعاقين، لكنه تأخر في تنفيذ بعض النصوص. خاصة لما انتشر وباء كورونا، اين يكون المعاق في تحدي جديد مع القيود المفروضة. فكيف يتأقلم المعاق مع الظروف الطارئة عن انتشار وباء كورونا؟ والنتيجة، ان المعاق يستطيع التأقلم مع التدابير الوقائية من وباء كورونا، لكنه في حاجة دائمة الى الرعاية والتشجيع من الأسرة والمجتمع.

اعتمدت المدارس الكلامية الإسلامية قديما على المنطق الصوري الأرسطي (formal logic) بشكل رئيس في الاستدلال على القضايا الإيمانية، وصياغة حجج كانت آنذاك قادرة على معالجة الإشكالات العقدية الطارئة، أما وقد تغير المجال التداولي المعرفي في القرنين العشرين والحادي والعشرين (لغة الرموز Symbols language)، حيث أصبح المنطق الأرسطي متجاوزا، كما تغيرت الإشكالات العقدية المطروحة، فقد أصبح لزاما تغيير العدة المنطقية الـمُستعملة في الاستدلالات الكلامية (Kalam inferences)، بالانفتاح على المنطق المعاصر -كمنطق الموجهات (Model Logic)، ومنطق الرتبة الأولى (First-order logic FOL)...- حتى يتسنى لمتكلمي المسلمين عموما والأشاعرة على وجه الخصوص بناء مقدمات منطقية سليمة، تقود إلى استنتاجات عقلانية، ومناسبة من الناحية الفكرية لمستوى الاستشكال العقدي المعاصر. من هذا المنطلق حاولت في هذه الورقة البحثية عرض نماذج تطبيقية لاستعمال العدة المنطقية المعاصرة في بناء الحجج الإيمانية، من خلال ثلاث أنواع من الحجج: الحجة الوجودية (Ontological argument)، والحجة الكونية (Cosmological argument)، والحجة الغائية (Teleological argument). وهي حجج اخترتها بسبب مركزيتها في النسق الميتافيزيقي القديم والمعاصر، وبسبب قدرتها على بناء صورة واضحة عما وصل إليه الاستدلال العقدي المعاصر، وعما يجب أن يكون عليه التجديد في الدرس الكلامي الإسلامي المعاصر.
تعنى هذه الدراسة بإبراز الجوانب الدينية من سياسة صالح باي ، الذي تولى السلطة كباي لبايلك الشرق. و الذي يمكن اعتباره أبرز الشخصيات التي حكمت البايلك، و هذا بالنظر إلى انجازاته الهامة ، و أبرزها المنشآت الدينية ،و الثقافية، و إصلاحاته للمؤسسات ذات الطابع الديني كالأوقاف ،و القضاء . كما نحاول رصد سياساته اتجاه الفعاليات الدينية بالبايلك و علاقته المتقلبة بها . و يمكن اعتبار البعد الروحي، و الديني، من ابرز المميزات التي طبعت شخصية صالح باي، و التي كانت المحرك لسياساته ، وهو ما نحاول إلقاء الضوء عليه في هذه الدراسة .
This study is concerned with highlighting the religious aspects of the policy of Saleh Bey, who assumed power as Bailek in the East, and who can be considered the most prominent personalities who made the wisdom of the Bailek, and this is in view of his important achievements, most notably religious and cultural establishments. We are also trying to monitor his policies towards religious activities in Bailek and his volatile relationship with them. The spiritual and religious dimension can be considered one of the most prominent features that characterized the personality of Saleh Bey, which was the engine of his policies, which we try to shed light on in this study.

تبحث هذه الدراسة في العلاقات التي تربط مقولات النحو التوليدي التحويلي بالتراث العربي ، وتحاول تقريب هذا المنهج اللغوي الحديث من تراثنا العربي اللغوي بالكشف عن أوجه التشابه أو التأثر ؛ ذلك لأن العلوم جميعها قابلة لأن تتأثّر وتؤثِّر. وإذا كانت الثقافة الإنسانية تتميز بخاصية التواصل ، فإن المساهمة التي يقدمها شعب ما في تراثه الثقافي ، تصبح جزءاً من التراث الثقافي الإنساني . ونظراً لضيق المقام فإن هذه الدراسة ستكتفي بتأصيل البنية العميقة من خلال البحث عما يقابلها في التراث اللساني العربي من مصطلحات ، وتوضيح المقصود بكل مصطلح منها ، وعليه فقد وزعت مادة البحث على ثلاثة مفاصل:أولاً : ما يقارب مفهوم البنية العميقة في النحو العربي . ثانياً : التسميات التي عبّر بها القدماء عن الأصل . ثالثاً : آراء ومواقف من أصل التقدير.
يهدف هذا المقال بالأساس الى بحث دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وعلى رأسها الفايسبوك، في بناء موقف موحد وتشكيل وعي جماعي تجاه قضية ما. وما تسلط عليه الضوء هذه الدراسة هو قضية اسهام هذا الفضاء الرقمي في صناعة توجه سياسي لدى الطالب الجامعي، وكيف ادى ذلك إلى تشكيل موقف احتجاجي جسد لمشاركة سياسية من نوع جديد تزامنت ورئاسيات 2019، استخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج المسحي مستعينا بأداة الاستبيان التي طبقت على عينة عشوائية تكونت من 100مفردة.
The main purpose of this article is to discuss the role of social networks, specifically Facebook, in creating a unified position and building a collective consciousness when faced with a certain problem. This study highlights the contribution of this digital space in creating a political orientation for university students, generating a position of protest which was embodied in a new type of political participation coinciding with 2019’s presidential elections, the researcher used the survey method using the questionnaire tool applied to a random sample of 100 individuals.

هدفت الدراسة إلى طرح مؤشر توازن الاستثماري كمحاولة لضمان التوازن في نمو القطاعات الإنتاجية غير النفطية، وذلك من خلال عمل المؤشر ودوره في تنظيم الاستثمار وإدارة وتوجيه التراخيص والمشاريع الاستثمارية والعاملين فيها بشكل فعال وبما يخدم نجاح برامج التنويع الاقتصادي والوصول بها إلى المستوى المتكافئ أو المطلوب، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تقارب وارتباط بين درجة تنويع القطاعات الإنتاجية غير النفطية، ودرجة التنويع في كل من المؤسسات والمنشآت الاقتصادي، ودرجة التنويع في قوة العمل، أي أن المخرجات المتمثلة في نمو القطاعات الإنتاجية غير النفطية هي انعكاس للمدخلات المتمثلة في عدد المؤسسات والمنشآت الاقتصادية وعدد العاملين في القطاعات الإنتاجية غير النفطية.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن مضامين التمثلات الاجتماعية للأولياء حول المدرسة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن بنية هذه التمثلات وكيفية انتظامها. ولهذا الغرض انتهجنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة قوامها (56) ولي، والذين تم اختيارهم عرضيا، وبالاعتماد على تقنية التداعي الحر لأبريك (Abric) جمعنا تمثلاتهم. وتم تحليل محتواها بالاعتماد على برنامج (Evoc 2005). حيث توضلنا إلى ان التمثلات الاجتماعية للأولياء تعكس في عمومها الوظائف الأساسية التي من أجلها وجدت المدرسة، أي الوظائف التعليمية، الاجتماعية والنفسية، و شملت النواة المركزية تمثل: التعلم، البيت الثاني، التربية، بناء الشخصية، المستقبل، أما العناصر المحيطية فقد شملت على تمثل تكوين العلاقات.
The current study aimed to reveal the implications of the social representations of parents on school, and to unveil the structure of these representations and how they are organized. For this purpose, we opted for the descriptive-analytical approach, where we conducted a field study on a sample of (56) parents, who were randomly selected. Based on the free association technique of Abric, we collected the parents’ representations and their content was analyzed based on the (Evoc 2005) program.Consequently, we concluded that the social representations of parents generally reflect the basic functions for which the school was founded, i.e. educational, social and psychological functions and the central nucleus included: learning, the second home, education, character building, the future, and the peripheral elements including theformation of social relationships.

الإنسان ابن البيئة التي يولد و يعيش فيها، فالعرب عاشوا بالنظام القبلي، و القبيلة عندهم تتألف من ثلاث طبقات هم: أبناؤها و العبيد و الموالي، يحكمهم قانون اجتماعي واحد يتلخص بكلمة "المروءة"، و يتمتع هذا المجتمع بصفات كثيرة منها فصاحة اللسان وجسارة القلب والعزة والإباء و الشجاعة . في هذا المجتمع نشأت الشاعرة الخنساء، التي سُميت تماضر، و انتسب إلى سُراة سُليم، لكنها اشتهرت بلقبها الخنساء أكثر من اسمها، عُرفت بالشعر و الجمال الأخاذ، فكانت شاعرة قوية حرة بالإضافة لجمالها الرائع، إلا أن الشعراء لم يتجرؤوا على التغزل بها، لما تتمتع به من منزلة رفيعة في قومها فأبوها كان من سادة القوم . و يعتبر مقتل كلّ من أخويها معاوية ثم تلاه صخر بداية نشأتها الشعرية لما كان يتمتع به صخر من صفات بارزة، فأكثرت من قول الشعر فيه، فلم يكن هناك امرأة أشعر منها. فالنابغة الذبياني كان من أشد المعجبين بشعرها ، و نافست الشعراء الفحول كأمثال حسان بن ثابت . كان الرثاء هو الغرض الأبرز الذي خاضت به الخنساء في شعرها و يمر رثاؤها بمراحل ثلاث: البكاء و العويل ثم الثناء على الميت ثم العزاء و حتمية الأقدار. كما كان لزوجها نصيب من مراثيها في قصيدة لا تعدّ من أجودهم، و لا يظهر حزنها المرير عليه، ربما لأنها لم تكن زوجته الوحيدة، و ربما لأنها كانت في بدايتها و لمّا تصل إلى قمة الشاعرية، و مع فقد أخويها معاوية ثم صخر تغيرت نظرتها للموت فأدركت أنه المصير الذي لا مفر منه، و رغم تلاحق المصائب عليها إلا أن أعظمها تأثيرا في نفسها هو موت أخيها صخر، فظلت تندبه أربعين عاما. و مع دخولها الإسلام تسرب النفَس الإسلامي إلى شعرها و قد فهمت فلسفة الموت، و عودة النفْس إلى بارئها، فتبدل حزنها على أهلها، فلم يعد بسبب الفقد بل لأنهم لم يتزودوا بزاد الآخرة، و حلت النظرة التأملية بدل النظرة السوداوية في شعرها، و حوّلت تدبرها و تأملها بحقيقة الموت إلى قصائد تضعنا أمام شخصية الشاعرة ذاتها بأحاسيسها و مشاعرها ، فتجربتها الشعرية لم تكن وليدة المواقف بل كانت نتيجة صراع طويل مع الألم و القلق، تصبّه بقوالبها الشعرية فالشاعر الحقّ يتمتع بذاكرة تحتفظ بأدق الملاحظات، فتعمل على إعادة خلق التجربة، لتعيد صياغة الأفكار و العواطف المختزنة و تقدم للمتلقي حضوره الفعلي و الذهني . و قد عاشت الخنساء الحالة الشعورية فتأججت مشاعر عارمة في نفسها، لتنفثها في شعرها فيحدث ذلك أثراً عظيما في نفس السامع ، و هذا الأثر الذي يُترك في المتلقي تُقاس شاعرية الشاعر، فيدخل المتلقي بعملية الإبداع بطريقين، الأول دفع المبدع للنظم و تذوق شعره، و الثاني فك مغالق النص و فهمه العميق.
لكل دراسة علمية أدواتها الخاصة بها وتقنياتها التي تستعملها في الكشف عن خبايا الظاهرة المدروسة، حسب طبيعة البحث وخصوصيته وطبيعة الموضوع الذي سيدرسه الباحث، مما يفرض عليه بذل الجهد اللازم للحصول على العينة المناسبة لدراسته واختيار التقنيات الملائمة لإخراج بحثه من الميدان إلى الزمن الثابت في الكتب، والصورة تجعل الزمن متوقفا بالنسبة للبحث ويطول عمره ولا يفنى، وخصوصا في ميدان البحث الأنثروبولوجي الذي يعتمد على الملاحظة كأداة من أهم الأدوات الرئيسية التي تستخدم في البحث العلمي، ومصدرا أساسيا لتوفير البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بموضوع دراسة معينة، وهي مرتكزة أساسا على حواس الباحث وقدرته الفائقة على تجريد وتسجيل ما شاهده من وقائع وأحداث وعبارات، إلى أبسط الأشياء الممكن حدوثها داخل مجتمع البحث.

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الإبداع الإداري في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي لدى العاملين في جامعة الملك سعود، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة الدراسة "الاستبانة"، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (336) موظف وموظفة من الموظفين العاملين في جامعة الملك سعود في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.59) وبوزن نسبي يساوي (71.78%)، وبدرجة موافقة فوق المتوسطة، وأن التميز المؤسسي قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.76) وبوزن نسبي يساوي (75.18%)، وبدرجة موافقة فوق المتوسطة، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية أقل من 0.05 بين الإبداع الإداري والتميز المؤسسي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية واضحة في متوسطات آراء المبحوثين حول مستوى الإبداع الإداري تبعاً للمتغيرات الشخصية، كما وأصت الدراسة بالسعي نحو عقد البرامج التدريبية التي تهتم بتأهيل القيادات الإدارية وتطوير قدراتهم الإبداعية، وتشجيع الإداريين على نشر ثقافة الابداع في بيئة الجامعة من خلال وضع برامج محفزة للعاملين لتحفزهم على طرح الأفكار الجديدة والعمل على تنفيذها ضمن الإمكانات المتاحة بالإضافة إلى تشجيع الإداريين والعاملين على تحقيق مركز تنافسي جيد خاصة بالجامعة وذلك بالتركيز على عناصر الابداع كعنصر رئيس في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الانترنت وفي مقدمتها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على هوية الشباب الجامعي في ظل العولمة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باعتباره أنسب المناهج البحثية لمثل هذه الدراسات، حيث تم إعداد استبانة شملت أربعة محاور، وقد تم توزيعها على عينة تكونت من (52) مفردة من طلبة سنة ثانية ماستر تخصص علم اجتماع اتصال، وفق أسلوب العينة القصدية. توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن أفراد العينة يستخدمون مختلف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وبشكل مكثف؛ كما أكدت النتائج أن هناك مجموعة من الانعكاسات السلبية على هوية وقيم الشباب الجامعي نتيجة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي؛ كما انها ساهمت بشكل كبير في طمس الهوية الأصلية لدى الشباب الجامعي.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the Internet, primarily social media, on the identity of Algerian undergraduate students in the context of globalization. The descriptive methodology was used as the most appropriate research methodology for such studies. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a (52) people sample group of second year Master students majoring in sociology of media and communication، selected According to the purposeful sampling technique. the study produced a number of findings, the most important of which were: the followings the subjects of the study declare an extensive usage of multiple social media on daily basis. The results also confirms that there are a range of negative effects on the identity and values of university youth resulting from the extensive use of social media sites; therefore significantly contributing to obliteration of the original identity of those students
