هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق الفاقد التعليمي أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في لواء القويسمة , ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم إعداد أداة الدراسة الاستبانة و تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها , تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديريات التربية والتعليم في لواء القويمة ، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة حيث تم توزيع (97) استبانة إلكترونياً على المعلمين والمعلمات , وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لفقرات معوقات تطبيق الفاقد التعليمي أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديريات والتعليم في لواء القويسمة جاء بمستوى متوسط وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.643) وبانحراف معياري (1.078) , وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة العديد من التوصيات منها ضرورة توعية أولياء الأمور والطلاب بأهمية تجربة الفاقد التعليمي ودورها في تعويض الطلبة عما فقدوه خلال التعلم عن بعد من مهارات أساسية ومعارف .
تتناول الدراسة الراهنة موضوع إدارة الوقت في الفكر التنظيمي، الذي صاغ افتراضات وتصورات متباينة حول الدلائل المفاهيمية لمفهوم الوقت وإدارته، مع تقديم إطار نظري أبرز مجموعة من التصوّرات التي أسّست أهم الافتراضات النظرية لهذا المفهوم من حيث طبيعته وخصائصه وأهميته. وقـد خلـصت الدراسـة إلى التباين بيـن الاتجاهات النظـرية الكلاسيكية و النيوكلاسيكية والمعاصرة،في أسلوب تركيزها وطريقة إدارتها لهذا المفهوم.
The current study deals with the topic of time management in organizational thought, which formulated various assumptions and perceptions about the conceptual guides of the concept of time and its management, while presenting a theoretical framework, the most prominent set of scenarios that established the most important theoretical assumptions of this concept in terms of its nature, characteristics and importance. The study found the difference between classical and neoclassical theoretical trends, modern and contemporary, in the way they focus and how they manage this concept.

هدفت الدراسة تقييم منهاج العلوم المطوّر للصف الأول الثانوي في مدينة معان. تمّ استخدام المنهاج التحليلي لتطوير أداة الدراسة، والمنهاج الوصفي المسحي لتقييم منهاج العلوم المطوّر من وجهة نظر معلمي الصف الأول الثانوي، تكونت أداة تقييم المنهاج من وجهة نظر المعلمين من (34) فقرة لمعايير تقييم المنهاج موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، وتمّ التحقق من صدق أدوات الدراسة وثباتها. تكون مجتمّع الدراسة من جميع معلمي العلوم للصف الأوّل الثانوي في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة معان والبالغ عددهم (26) معلما ومعلمة.أظهرت النتائج ان درجة تقييم منهاج العلوم المطور للصف الأول الثانوي العلمي لعام (2021/2022) من وجهة نظر المعلمين في قصبة معان تقع في الدرجة المتوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج ان لا تختلف درجة تقييم منهاج العلوم المطور تبعا لاختلاف المبحث (فيزياء، كيمياء، علوم حياتية، علوم الأرض والبيئة) وبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، فيوصى بـ: إجراء دراسات تحليلية لمنهاج العلوم المطوّر للصف الأوّل الثانوي. واجراء دراسات مماثلة لمنهاج العلوم المطور للصفوف والمراحل الدراسية الأخرى، وإعادة النظر في عدد الحصص المقررة لمنهاج العلوم وخاصة منهاج الفيزياء، والكيمياء، والاحياء.
يطرح هذا المقال إشكالية تكوين التراث الأرشيفي الوطني بإعتباره المادة الأولية للبحث العلمي وكتابة التاريخ، وأحد الركائز الأساسية لبروز الهوية وتكوين شخصية المواطن الجزائري، ويتعلق الأمربطبيعة الأرصدة التاريخية النهائية التي تشكل لنا التراث الوثائقي الرسمي للبلاد، كما يتناول المقال مشكلة حفظ، إيداع وتقييم هذا الموروث الأرشيفي في ظل غياب سياسة وطنية ووجود فراغ قانوني يمنع من تكوين فرز وتنظيم الأرشيف التاريخي على حسب المعايير والمقاييس المقررة من طرف المديرية العامة للأرشيف الوطني، والمطابقة لما توصي به الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية كما تسعى مؤسسة الأرشيف الوطني بإعتبارها المؤسسة الوصية على الرصيد الأرشيفي في الجزائر إلى وضع أسس وقوانين لضمان حماية الموروث التاريخي، وسن تشريعات وإجراءات تنظيمية صارمة تكفل لنا تشكيل رصيد تاريخي نهائي عن طريق "جداول تسيير الوثائق الأرشيفية، كما لا تمانع أي تعاون من طرف مؤسسات الدولة الناشطة في مجال التراث التاريخي والثقافي يدخل ضمن إطار جمع وتثمين التراث الأرشيفي وحمايته.
This article presents the problem of the formation of the national archive heritage as it is the primary subject of scientific research and the writing of history and one of the main pillars of the emergence of identity and the formation of the personality of theAlgerian citizen; The article also addresses the problem of preserving and evaluating this archive heritage in the absence of a national policy and the existence of a legal vacuum, the National Archives Institution, as the institution entrusted with the guardianship of the archives in Algeria also seeks to lay down the foundation and laws to ensure the protection of historical heritage, and to enact strict legislation and regulatory procedures to ensure the formation of a final historical asset through the“archives document management schedules”. It also does not object to any cooperation by state institutions active in the field of historical and cultural heritage within the framework of collecting, valuing and protecting.

هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن مدى امتلاك معلمات التربية الرياضية في محافظة الزرقاء للكفايات الادائية ومدى تأثرها بمتغير المؤهل العلمي والدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف قامت الباحثة بتصميم بطاقة ملاحظة حيث اشتملت على اربع مجالات التخطيط للدرس والتنفيذ والادارة الصفية والتقويم، وشملت عينة الدراسة على (30) معلمة تربية رياضية في محافظة الزرقاء، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS واجراء اختبارات المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة واختبار التباين لاحادي ANOVA، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان معلمات التربية الرياضية يمتلكن الكفايات الادائية في مجالات التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم بدرجة متوسطة بينما يمتلكن الكفايات الادائية في مجال الادارة الصفية بدرجة كبيرة، كما اشارت النتائج الى عدم تأثير كل من متغير المؤهل العلمي والدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخبرة على الكفايات الادائية بمختلف مجالاتها : التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم والادارة الصفية، واوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد برامج تدريبية لتطوير كفايات المعلمين في مادة التربية الرياضية وتطوير المناهج بشكل يتناسب مع اعمار الطلاب ومستوى نموهم.
تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية معالجة إشكالية جدوى تعامل طالبي الأموال مع البنوك وفق الصيغ الإسلامية، في مقارنتها بجدوى حصولهم على القروض من البنوك التجارية، بغية تمويل مشروعاتهم،وذلك بالاعتماد على النمذجة الرياضية لتحديد العوائد التي يمكن أن يجنيها المستثمرون في كلّ من التمويل الإسلامي والتمويل التقليدي، في ظل وجود نظام بنك مركزي تقليدي، يسمح بوجود البنوكالإسلامية القائمة على مبدأ المشاركة في الربح والخسارة، إلى جانب البنوك التجارية القائمة على مبدأ الإقراض والاقتراض بالفائدة.وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أفضل بديل يمكن أن يختاره طالبو التمويل هو المزج بين صيغتي الشركة والمضاربة مع البنك الإسلامي، حيث يكون معدل عائد المستثمر دائما أكبر من معدل عائده فيحالة التمويل بالقرض من البنك التجاري، مما يعطي أفضلية للتمويل الإسلامي في غالب الحالات على التمويل بالقرض الربوي.
This research paper attempts to address the problem of the feasibility of dealing with money seekers with banks, according to Islamic formulas, in comparison with the feasibility of obtaining loans from commercial banks in order to finance their projects.Mathematical modeling was relied on to determine the returns of the various alternatives that investors can reap in Islamic finance and finance Traditional The study found that the best alternative that finance seekers can choose is mixing the company andspeculative modes with the Islamic bank where the investor’s return rate is always greater than the rate of return in the case of loan financing from the commercial bank, which gives preference to Islamic finance in most cases over financing with usuriousloan.

هدفت الدراسة الى تَتَبُّعَ آراءِ الخَفَاجِيِّ حَوْلَ الألفاظِ والمعانِي. قضيَّةُ اللفظِ والمَعْنَى مِنَ القَضَايَا المهمَّةِ الَّتِي وَقَفَ عِنْدَهَا العلماءُ يُبَيِّنُونَ آراءَهُمْ حَوْلَهَا، وَقَدْ كَانَ الخَفَاجِيُّ مِمَّنْ وَقَفَ إِزَاءَ هَذِهِ القضيّةِ وَرَاحَ يتحدَّثُ عَنْهَا فِي كتابِهِ. وَقَدْ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الفصاحَةِ والبلاغَةِ وَوَضَعَ لَهَا شروطًا وأقسامًا. تَوَصَّلَتِ البَاحِثَةُ إِلَى أَنَّ الخَفَاجِيَّ قَدْ شُغِلَ بالمَحَاسِنِ والعُيُوبِ للألفاظِ والمَعَانِي وَفِي تَقْسِيمَاتِهِمَا الكَثِيرَةِ متأثرًا بقُدَامَةَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، وَقَدْ كَانَ لابْنِ سِنَانٍ الخَفَاجِيِّ جُهْدُهُ البَلَاغِيُّ والنَّقْدِيُّ فَبَيَّنَ قِيمَةَ الألفَاظِ المُفْرَدَةِ والألفَاظِ المُرَكَّبَةِ وَبَحَثَ خَصَائِصَهَا الصَّوْتِيَّةَ وَمَا يَعْتَرِيهَا مِنَ العِلَلِ والمُحَسِّنَات وَكَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ فِي المَعَانِي.
ضمت فئة الفقراء شرائح اجتماعية واسعة استقرت في سفح الهرم الطبقي داخل مختلف الحضارات والدول التي مرت في كل بقاع العالم عبر التاريخ، وتعرضت للإقصاء على كافة المستويات رغم مساهماتها الوازنة والمتعددة داخل المجتمعات، هذه الحالة التي شهدتها كذلك مجتمعات المغرب الأقصى في الماضي تحت ظل جل الأنظمة والسلالات التي كانت في السلطة، ومنها الدولة السعدية(1510-1659م) التي عانى الفقراء تحت حكمها صورا متعددة من التهميش، وهو ما تجلى من خلال مجموعة من العلاقات والتفاعلات التي كانت لها انعكاسات بالغة على مختلف الأصعدة. فبعد تشخيص واقع هذه الشريحة خلال الفترة المذكورة وأحوالها، يتضح حجم التهميش الذي تعرضت له على يد أمراء ورجال هذه السلطة وأجهزتها رغم عمل المصادر الرسمية على إقصائها، هذا التهميش الذي كان له تأثير على استقرار الحكم السعدي واستمراريته.
The category of poor included wide social strata that settled at the foot of class pyramid within various civilizations and countries that have passed through all parts of world throughout history, and were subjected to exclusion at all levels, despite their important contributions within societies. This is the case that societies of the Far Maghreb also witnessed in the past under the shadow of most of dynasties that were in power, including the Saadian state(1510-1659) under which the poor suffered multiple forms of marginalization, which were manifested through a set of relationships and interactions and had severe repercussions at various levels. After diagnosing the reality of this population, it is clear the extent of marginalization that was subjected under this authority despite the work of official sources to exclude it, a marginalization that had an impact on stability and continuity of the Saadi rule.

مما لا شك فيه؛ هناك تغيرات مجتمعية معاصرة شهدتها المجتمعات العربية نتج عنها تحولات جذرية في كثيرمن المجالات، ظهرت عنها استحداثات تطورية في الآونة الاخيرة وخاصة في التقنيات والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة والتي اطلق عليها الجيل الرابع، وذلك نتيجة وتأثير العولمة والانفتاح والثورة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية التي ظهر استخداماتها واهميتها متجلية في ظل الازمات التي تمر بها بلدان العالم؛ شاملة الازمات الاقتصادية او الصحية او التعليمية. ولقد تأثرت المجتمعات بهذه التغيرات؛ فأُضيفت مفاهيم جديدة تحمل انماط سلوكية واتجاهات فكرية حديثة كما ظهرت نظريات علمية وايديولوجيات سياسية وابتكارات وابداعات جديدة تتلاءم مع الازمات الطارئة التي تواجهها تلك المجتمعات علي اختلاف ثقافاتها وبيئاتها مستخدمة في ذلك التكنولوجيا والمعرفة. ولذا يهدف البحث الحالي دراسة التعليم عن بعد والاقتصاد المعرفي كنموذجاً للتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة في ظل الازمات. فالتغير بمفهومه الاعم والأشمل يشير الي الاستمرارية بسبب تأثير مجموعة من العوامل الاجتماعية التي تعتمد في المقام الأول علي الافكار البشرية والنظريات المستحدثة والايديولوجيات التي يتميز بها كل عصر من العصور وقد اهتمت الباحثة بالتعرف علي تلك التغيرات المجتمعية من خلال دراسة ظاهرتي التعليم عن بعد واقتصاد المعرفة كنموذج واقعي لتلك التغيرات المعاصرة خاصة في ظل ازمة جائحة كورونا. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي التوضيحالتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة ومنها ثورة التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية وتأثير ذلك علي التعليم عن بعد ومكونات الاقتصاد المعرفي ومدي تأثير ذلك علي المجتمع وقد خلصت الدراسة الي نتائج عديدة مرتبطة بالمعلم و الطالب كما قدمت الباحثة جملة من التوصيات.
تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس أثر الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، وهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قُسمت إلى محورين؛ يتناول الأول تحليل تطور الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في الجزائر خلال الفترة ما بين 1990-2017، ويتطرق الثاني لقياس أثر الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة على النمو الاقتصادي، وهذا اعتمادًا على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة (ARDL) عبر مقاربة اختبار الحدود. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لا يحفز النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وهو ما يظهر في وجود الأثر السلبي والمعنوي على الأجل الطويل والقصير. يمكن تفسير هذا الأثر بعدم زيادة الناتج الداخلي الاجمالي بوتيرة أسرع من زيادة النمو الديمغرافي وتمركز أغلب هذه التدفقات الاستثمارية في قطاع أساسي وحيد، وهو قطاع المحروقات. بناءً على نتائج الدراسة؛ فإنه من الضروري تحسين بيئة الأعمال وجعلها ملائمة لجذب مزيد من تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في العديد من القطاعات، و هذا بغرض تعزيز النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر.
This study aims to measure the impact of FDI on economic growth in Algeria based on the descriptive analytical approach. It was divided into two sections. The first looks into the development of foreign direct investment in Algeria during the period of 1990-2017. The second measures the impact of FDI on economic growth using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL). This study found that FDI does not stimulate economic growth in Algeria, clearly visible in the negative impact it has on both the long and short terms. such impact can be explained by the idea that the demographic growth is higher than the growth of gross domestic product and that the investment flows are centralized in a single core section, the fuel sector. This study suggests that it is necessary to improve the business environment, making it suitable to attract more FDI flows in many sectors in order to promote growth and economic prosperity in Algeria.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام بمكة المكرمة. وتحديد مدى توافر متطلبات تطبيق معيار (القيادة التربوية الفعالة، الشراكة المجتمعية ، المباني المدرسية ،التخطيط للجودة والتحسين المستمر) في مدارس التعليم العام بمكة، وأيضاً التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين استجابات أفراد المجتمع تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: (المسمى الوظيفي، الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في مجال الجودة)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتم بناء الاستبانة من أربعة محاور، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الادارة المدرسية بمكة المكرمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تتوافر متطلبات تطبيق بعض معايير الاعتماد المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهه نظر مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية بمكة المكرمة بدرجة متوسطة، أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05α≤) بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية تعزى لمتغيري (المسمى الوظيفي، والدورات التدريبية) على مجالات أداة الدراسة،أيضاً وجو د فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05α≤) بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدارس الثانوية ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية تعزى لمتغير (الخبرة) في مجال المباني المدرسية ولصالح ذوي الخبرة الطويلة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستويات الخبرة على المجالات الكلية. وأوصت الدراسة بمنح مدير المدرسة الصلاحيات الكافية لاتخاذ القرارات المهمة داخل المدرسة بما يضمن تحقيق أهدافها. وإشراك المجتمع المحلي في حل مشاكل الطلاب داخل المدرسة.
أصبحنا نرى في الآونة الاخيرة ان الكثير من الاشخاص اصبحت تنموا لديهم الرغبة في حرق الدهون الزائدة في الجسم والتي تعود الى عديد الاسباب وتختلف من شخص الى اخر ومن مجتمع الى اخر تبعا الى نمط وطريقة المعيشة. لكن الكثير منهم يصطدم بعلامة استفهام كبيرة هل الحل يكمن في تمارين الكارديو ام يكمن في الرياضات الخاصة برفع الاثقال والأوزان في صورة رياضة كمال الاجسام؟ لذا أردنا ان نقوم بهذه الدراسة الاستقصائية للتوصل الى أكثر معلومات حول هذا الموضوع كون هاتين الطريقتين هما الاكثر شعبية بين الممارسين الراغبين في الحصول على الجسم المثالي والخالي من الدهون الزائدة.
We have recently seen that many people have developed the desire to burn excess body fat, Which is due to many reasons and differs from one person to another and from one society to another depending on the style and way of life. But many of them clash with a big question mark, does the solution lie in cardio exercises, or does it lie in weightlifting and weightlifting sports such as bodybuilding? We wanted to do this survey to find out more information on this topic as these two methods are the most popular among practitioners wishing to have an ideal body and free of excess fat.

شهدت المشروعات الصغيرة إهتماماً كبيراً لدى العديد من الدول المتقدمة والنامية نظراً لما تتميز به من خصائص ومميزات عديدة، حيث أثبتت العديد من الدراسات قدرة هذه المشروعات على معالجة المشكلات الإقتصادية الرئيسية التي تواجه مختلف الإقتصادات وبدرجة أكبر من المشروعات الكبيرة إذ أن أبرز مايميز المشروعات قدرتها الإستيعابية للأيدي العاملة، كما أنها تعد ذات كثافة في عنصر العمل، وميدان لتطوير القدرات والإمكانات البشرية، مما يجعلها الأرض الخصبة لإستثمار الطاقات البشرية، وبالتالي الوصول إلى عملية النمو عن طريق توفير فرص العمل وزيادة العوائد.
هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص خصائص الأرباح المحاسبية مقارنة بالتدفقات النقدية التشغيلية، حيث تم الاعتماد على خاصيتين يمكن اعتبارهما من أهم مقاييس الجودة المحاسبية، وهما الاستمرارية والقدرة على التنبؤ. من أجل ذلك تم اختيار 13 مؤسسة اقتصادية جزائرية، خلال 9 سنوات (2009-2017)، ليبلغ عدد المشاهدات الإجمالية 117 مشاهدة، بالاعتماد على نموذج (سلاون، 1996) لقياس الاستمرارية والقدرة على التنبؤ. حسب نتائج الدراسة فإن الأرباح المحاسبية للمؤسسات الجزائرية المدروسة تتميز باستمرارية عالية، غير أن قدرتها على التنبؤ كانت ضعيفة، أما التدفقات النقدية التشغيلية فكانت غير مستمرة وليس لها أي قدرة تنبئية، وعليه اتضح أن الأرباح المحاسبية أفضل جودة من التدفقات النقدية التشغيلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. بناء على نتائج الدراسة يتعين على مستخدمي القوائم المالية في المؤسسات الجزائرية التركيز على الأرباح المحاسبية عند اتخاذ القرارات، وتوخي الحذر عند استخدام التدفقات النقدية التشغيلية
The aim of this paper is to examine the characteristics of earnings comparing with operating cash flows. The study was based on two characteristics: Persistence and Predictability. In order to achieve our objective, 13 Algerian companies were chosen during 9 years (2009-2017), where 117 observations have been employed using Sloan (1996). According to the results, earnings of the Algerian companies are high persistent, but their predictability is weak. However, operating cash flows of the Algerian companies are not persistent and they have no predictive ability. Consequently, earnings quality is better than operating cash flows quality. Based on our results, users of financial statements should focus on earnings when making decisions, and should exercise caution when using operating cash flows.

هدفت الدراسة تقييم منهاج العلوم المطور (كولينز) للصف الرابع الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين في محافظة معان، وتقييم كل مجال من مجالاته التي يتكون منها. واعتمد في هذه الدراسة المنهج التحليلي لتطوير أداوت الدراسة، والمنهج الوصفي المسحي لتقييم مناهج العلوم المطورة (كولينز) من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الصف الرابع، تكونت أداة الدراسة من (62) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات: نتاجات التعلم، محتوى المنهاج، النشاطات التعليمية، التقويم، عرض المادة التعليمية، الإخراج الفني للكتاب وتم التحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومشرفي العلوم للصف الرابع الأساسي في مديريات التربية والتعليم لمحافظة معان والبالغ عددهم (10) مشرفا ومشرفة، و(112) معلما ومعلمة، تم تناول جميع أفراد المجتمع. أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات المنهاج من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين، في درجة التقدير المتوسط، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لإجمالي التقدير (3.41) وبانحراف معياري (0.74)، ودلت النتائج على أن جميع المجالات قد حازت على تقديرات متقاربة تقع جميعها ضمن فئة الدرجة المتوسطة. بناء على هذه النتائج فيوصي الباحثان: إجراء دراسات تحليلية لتحليل منهاج العلوم المطور للصف الرابع الأساسي، والمتابعة والرقابة من قسم الاشراف لضمان تنفيذ المنهاج وفق ما خطط له، وإشراك خبراء المناهج الوطنيين في عملية تطوير المناهج لضمان مدى ملاءمتها لفلسفة وزارة التربية والتعليم.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين هيكل السوق ولا سيما مؤشريه تركيز السوق والحصة السوقية، وبين أداء القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، خلال الفترة 2010-2019 بالاعتماد على نماذج بانل وبالاستناد إلى نموذج هيكل-سلوك-أداء ونظرية الحصة السوقية النسبية، لتحديد ما إذا كان التركيز العالي للأسواق يساعد المؤسسات على التواطؤ وممارسة سياسات احتكارية قد يكون لها أثر على تكلفة تمويل استثمارات المؤسسات المقترضة، ما يؤثر سلبا على تنافسيتها. مما يستوجب تدخل الدولة من أجل تحرير المنافسة، أو أن الأداء الجيد للبنوك يعود إلى حجمها وكبر حصتها السوقية وقدرتها على تخفيض تكاليفها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تركيز السوق له أثر إيجابي على الأداء، فيما كان تأثير الحصة السوقية سلبيا عليه، ما يثبت قدرة نموذج هيكل سلوك أداء على تفسير الأداء المصرفي الجزائري، وعجز نظرية الحصة السوقة النسبية عن ذلك.
This study aims to analyse the relationship between market structure and the Algerian banking sector performance during the period 2010-2019 using panel data models, based on the structure conduct performance model and the relative market power theory, to determine whether the high market concentration helps firms to collude and practice monopolistic policies, that may have an impact on the cost of financing borrowers' investments, which negatively affects their competitiveness, this requires the intervention of the state, or that the good performance of banks is due to their large market share and their ability to reduce their cost. The results indicate that the market concentration ratio has a positive impact on performance while the effect of the market share was negative. This proves the ability of the SCP model to explain the Algerian banking performance but the relative market share failed to do so.

تحددت أهداف البحث في التعرف إلى درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري في مدارس الفروانية بالكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري تبعاً لمتغيرات: (النوع، والمرحلة التعليمية، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه التحليلي والمسحي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المعلمين والمعلمات في مدارس الفروانية بلغت (394) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري في مدارس الفروانية بالكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات بشكل عام جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.98) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (66.01%)، وبالنسبة لمجالات الأداة فقد حصل المجال الثالث: المتطلبات البشرية على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.13) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (71.29%)، وحصل المجال الأول: المتطلبات التنظيمية على المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.99) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (66.30%)، وحصل المجال الثاني: المتطلبات المادية على المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.81) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (60.44%). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة البحث حول درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري تبعاً لمتغيرات: (النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية ولجميع الفئات في جميع المجالات والأداة ككل، وكانت الفروق بين فئة (ابتدائي) وفئة (متوسط) لصالح فئة المتوسط، وبين فئة (ابتدائي) وفئة (ثانوي) لصالح فئة الثانوي، وبين فئة (متوسط) وفئة (ثانوي) لصالح فئة المتوسط.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر وذلك بتسليط الضوء على مصرف السلام الجزائر، باعتباره تجربة تعمل على تقديم خدمات متوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية، وبهدف تحقيق ذلك تم تقييم أداء مصرف السلام خلال الفترة (2013-2017) من خلال دراسة الجوانب التي تتعلق بالعامل الشرعي، المصرفي، الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مصرف السلام الجزائر يعمل ضمن ضوابط ورقابة شرعية، يحقق نتائج حسنة من حيث السيولة وكفاية رأس المال، إلا أنه يعاني من ضعف الكفاءة في توظيف الموارد المتاحة الأمر الذي أثر على ربحيته، مع تدني مساهمته في تمويل القطاعات التنموية وسعيه جاهدا على القيام بدوره الاجتماعي.
This study aims to identify the reality of Islamic banking in Algeria by highlighting Al Salam Bank Algeria, as an experiment that works to provide services that are compatible with Islamic law. In order to achieve this, the performance of Al Salam Bank Algeria was evaluated during the period (2013-2017) by studying the aspects related to the legal, banking, economic and social factor. The study concluded that Al Salam Bank Algeria operates within Sharia regulations and controls, achieving good results in terms of liquidity and capital adequacy, but it suffers from weak efficiency in the use of available resources, which affected its profitability, with the bank’s low contribution to financing the development sectors and striving to fulfill its social role

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي لبعض مهارات الكتابة في ضوء الكتاب المدرسي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي من مدرستي عاصم بن ثابت الأساسية للبنين ومدرسة جلواخ الأساسية للبنات في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء البترا، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام اختبار مكون من اثنتا عشرة فقرة على أفراد عينة الدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك طلبة الصف التاسع الأساسي لمهارة الكتابة كانت متوسطة. كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a ) لصالح الإناث في مهارة الكتابة .
يتعرض الطفل خلال نموه إلى اضطرابات لغوية مختلفة، تطورية أو مكتسبة، تمس الفهم والتعبير معا، وتشمل جوانب اللغة من حيث الشكل والمحتوى والوظيفة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أهمية الكشف المبكر للاضطرابات اللغوية لدى الأطفال في سن ما قبل التمدرس وهذا لتسهيل وضع تشخيص لهذه الاضطرابات من طرف أخصائي أرطوفوني للتمكن من التدخل الفعال وضمان جودة التكفل. تعتمد جودة الكشف المبكر على صدق الأدوات المستعملة. وكمثال على ذلك اخترنا عرض استبيان اللغة والسلوك للأطفال في عمر ثلاث سنوات ونصف (QLC_3.5) (CHEVRIE-Muller) كأداة للكشف عن وجود اضطراب في اللغة والسلوك مما يستلزم الاهتمام بالطفل بشكل فردي والقيام بالفحوص والاختبارات اللازمة للوصول إلى التشخيص الدقيق وبالتالي عرضه على الأخصائي الأرطوفوني لبدء عملية التكفل بشكل أبكر. يساعد هذا الاستبيان في ملاحظة الطفل في الوضعية الاعتيادية في الروضة من طرف المربين، وقد تم اختياره نظرا لملائمة بنوده للبيئة الجزائرية وسهولة استعماله من طرف الممارسين.
During his development, the child is exposed to different language disorders, developmental or acquired, affecting both comprehension and expression, and including aspects of language in terms of form, content and function. This paper aims to demonstrate the importance of early detection of communicative disorders in preschool children, to facilitate the diagnostic process and guarantee the quality and effectiveness of care. We have chosen here to expose the CHEVRIE-MULLER language and behavior questionnaire QLC_3.5 as a screening tool for language and/or behavioral disorders, wich requires taking care of the child individually by doing necessary examinations to reach the accurate diagnosis and present him to the speech therapist to start the care process earlier. This questionnaire helps observing the child in the usual situation in the kindergarten by the educators, and it has been chosen for its suitability for the Algerian environment and its ease of use by practitioners. Specific Language Impairment (SLI) is the most prevalent developmental disorder among linguistic and communicative disorders in childhood. It’s a primary, severe and persistent disorder of oral language development not explained by another deficiency, mainly affecting production but also comprehension. This paper aims to demonstrate the importance of early detection of communicative disorders in preschool children: SLI as a model, to facilitate the diagnostic process and guarantee the quality and effectiveness of care. We have chosen here to expose the CHEVRIE-MULLER language and behavior questionnaire QLC_3.5 as a screening tool for language and/or behavioral disorders, wich requires taking care of the child individually by doing necessary examinations to reach the accurate diagnosis and present him to the speech therapist to start the care process earlier.
