                <text>In this work, the effects of O2 and H2 plasmas on the properties of grain bulk and the grain boundaries in polycrystalline CuInSe2 (CIS) thin films are investigated. The electrical behaviour of such material is dominated by the defects; in particular grain boundaries, which control charge transport and carrier recombination. CuInSe2 thin films obey to two mechanisms of carrier transport, which operate simultaneously: The thermoionic emission through the intergrain barrier at high temperatures, and the "Variable Range Hopping" (VRH) in the forbidden band at low temperatures. Characterization including Conductivity, Impedance and Thermally Stimulated Current (TSC) measurements was done before and after O2 and H2 treatments. Conductivity versus temperature characteristics were studied in the range of 80-400K while Impedance measurements for different frequencies were realized at high temperature. These measurements showed that O2 and H2 plasmas passivate grain boundary defects in p and n type samples, respectively and have doping effects on the bulk grain: p type films are doped p+ by oxygen while n type ones are n+ doped by hydrogen.</text>

                <text>Suite à une revue des principaux travaux effectués sur les capteurs héliothermiques plans et les modèles solaires, nous avons procédé au choix d'un modèle d'ensoleillement pour la prédiction de la densité du flux solaire global de la ville de Gabès (Tunisie). Une fois choisi le modèle, EUFRAT, d'ensoleillement ont été déterminées les inclinaisons optimales que peuvent prendre les capteurs héliothermiques, pour une bonne captation de l'énergie solaire, dans cette ville. Ces inclinaisons optimales ont été traduites par une relation les reliant au quantième du jour de l'année. En dernier elle a été définie la fonction gain d'énergie qui a été reliée au quantième du jour de l'année et à l'angle optimal.</text>

                <text>Ce travail est l'étude expérimentale de la distribution de la température en fonction du temps pour deux différents matériaux ferromagnétique (Acier) et amagnétique (Aluminium), afin de faciliter la résolution analytique de l'équation différentielle de la densité de courant couplée avec la température pendant le régime de chauffe par induction à une fréquence donnée suivant le traitement du métal à appliquer. On peut en déduire la distribution de température en fonction du rayon de la pièce à chauffer pour ces deux matériaux, et de même de trouver l'évolution de la densité de courant avant et après transition de Curie durant le chauffage pour le cas de l'acier.</text>

                <text>Cette étude numérique concerne la théorie du transport de chaleur laminaire non - stationnaire dans une conduite cylindrique soumise à des conditions thermiques d’entrée périodiques. Le régime transitoire est provoqué par une condition de flux ou par une condition de température d’entrée de type harmonique. Le profil de vitesse est supposé parabolique et indépendant du temps. Les propriétés thermodynamiques du fluide et de la paroi sont constantes, la résistance thermique de la paroi est négligeable et le couplage paroi - fluide est réalisé à l’aide d’un bilan d’énergie incluant le taux d’énergie transférée par conduction par le fluide et le terme d’énergie interne de la paroi. On étudie les différents termes du bilan énergétique du système dans le cas d’une perturbation de type échelon de flux. Nous avons constaté que le régime transitoire est en partie conditionné par le terme d’énergie interne du fluide. Dans le cas d’une condition de flux de type harmonique, nous avons étudié la fonction de transfert du fluide en fonction du nombre de Reynolds. Pour une température d’entrée périodique, nous avons étudié l’influence du paramètre b* (taux de l’énergie stockée dans la paroi au flux transféré par conduction à travers la veine fluide de la paroi au fluide et inversement) et des pertes convectives sur l’évolution spatio-temporelle de la température de la paroi, de la température moyenne du fluide et du nombre de Nusselt local. L’étude numérique présentée nous a permis de conclure que pour les valeurs élevées de b* et de Nue (nombre de Nusselt extérieur), le nombre de Nusselt local obtenu est en bon accord avec le nombre de Nusselt local et stationnaire correspondant à une paroi à température constante et uniforme. Un tel modèle est valable dans une large gamme des valeurs de b* et Nue.</text>

                <text>L’éventualité d’une fuite de vapeur d’eau à travers la paroi d’un tube d’un échangeur de chaleur, constitue un problème important pour la sécurité des réacteurs des distributions de quantité de mouvement et de l’énergie cinétique du liquide, est proposé. L’influence d’une plaque sur le nucléaire à neutrons rapides au sodium. Le jet formé peut percer les tubes voisins (wastage). Cette étude traite des jets diphasiques du point de vue de leurs formes, radiale et axiale, ainsi que l’entraînement de liquide. Un modèle, basé sur un écoulement bidimensionnel avec glissement, rendant compte jet est étudié parallèlement: des empreintes dues à l’impact de gouttes de soude sont mesurées; leurs forme est comparée à la distribution de l’énergie cinétique du liquide. Quant à l’énergie thermique du jet réactif vapeur d’eau-sodium liquide, une équation est utilisée pour le calcul de la longueur de la zone réactive. Un modèle permet le calcul de l’évolution de la température axiale dans la zone de refroidissement du jet. Ce phénomène de fuite dans les générateurs de vapeur de "Super Phoenix" est appréhendé selon une démarche qui allie différentes expériences en vue d’une modélisation paramétrique du wastage.</text>

                <text>Since thermal energy is stored during decomposition (charge) and released during hydration reaction (discharge), the decomposition of calcium hydroxide is considered as a thermochemical reaction acceptable for use in thermal storage. The present paper discusses the temperature distribution on the surface of the chemical reactor during discharge of the thermal energy stored in the calcium oxide. The release of the thermal energy occurs following the hydration reaction.The effects of serval factors on the energy discharge process are studied. These factors are the nature of the added water (liquid or vapor), the position of the reactor (horizental or vertical) and the calcium oxide grain size. In the experiment, the temperature field of the chemical reactor surface has been investigated. The measurements were carried out every 70 minutes on the whole lenght of the chemical reactor whose dimensions are (50x200)mm². As expected, the discharge process effeciency is small. However, there is high hope in raising this efficiency with technological advances.</text>

                <text>L’objet de ce papier est de présenter le concept et la théorie d’une nouvelle approche de commande non linéaire pour un convertisseur cc/cc dévolteur (Buk Converter) connecté à une charge. Les résultats des études de simulation et de l’expérimentation de ce système électronique sont également présentés. Le principe de base de la technique consiste en l’asservissement en un seul cycle de commutation de la tension d’entrée (par exemple: tension d’un générateur photovoltaïque -GPV-) du convertisseur à une valeur de consigne de nature fixe ou variable (par exemple: tension correspondant au point de puissance maximale -PPM- du GPV). Après avoir effectuée la synthèse de cette technique, une étude de simulation de ce système, utilisant le logiciel de simulation dynamique Matlab/Simulink™ a été réalisée. Afin de valider cette dernière, un appareil de commande a été mis au point et expérimenté.</text>

L’écoulement est supposé bidemensionnel (axisymétrique) et laminaire.                 <text>Il s'agit d'étudier le séchage de milieux poreux, particulièrement le comportement de la surface. Une analyse détaillée, de résultats d'expériences et leurs influences sur la modélisation, est présentée. Les moyens de mesures sont, principalement, une balance électronique, un pyromètre à infrarouge et un analyseur optique d'humidité de surface. Les évolutions de la température et de l'humidité de surface sont obtenues en fonction de la cinétique de séchage. Les résultats permettent, surtout, de caractériser le passage entre la première et la deuxième phase de séchage. Ils permettent, aussi, de mieux poser les conditions aux limites pour la modélisation du phénomène de séchage.
