Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource أ. مجدي جبريل الأشهب برنوص Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-12-02 Description An account of the resource تعد الطفيليات المعوية من المسببات المرضية واسعة الانتشار في جميع أنحاء العالم، حيث تعتبر من أهم المسببات المرضية التي قد تواجه الإنسان خلال حياته خاصة في الدول النامية التي تفتقر للشروط اللازمة للنظافة الشخصية والتوعية الصحية، ومن هذه الطفيليات طفيلي الإنتاميبا الحالة للنسيج الذي يتطفل على الجهاز الهضمي مسبباً له مرض الزحار الأميبي الذي يسبب بالإسهال الشديد المصحوب بالدم أو نزيف من فتحة الشرج دون حدوث إسهال, وهو أحد أكثر الأمراض شيوعاً عند الأطفال وكبار السن والأشخاص ذوي جهاز المناعة الضعيف.      أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينات البراز للمرضى المترددين على مختبر المصحات التالية، وهي مصحة أيادي الرحمة الإيوائية ومصحة ابن سينا التخصصية ومصحة الصابري الإيوائية  الواقعة في مدينة بني وليد ، المشتبه بإصابتهم بطفيلي الإنتاميبا الحالة للنسيج الذي يعاني فيه الشخص المريض من مشاكل في الجهاز الهضمي، حيث اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالكشف عن مدى انتشار هذا الطفيلي الذي يصيب الأمعاء ويكون سبباً في حدوث الإسهال وألم في البطن. حيث جمعت في هذه الدراسة 180 عينة براز لهذا الغرض من الحالات الواردة إلى هذه المختبرات خلال ستة أشهر من شهر يناير إلى نهاية شهر يونيو لسنة 2023.      بينت الدراسة لهذا النوع من الطفيليات في عينات البراز التي تم فحصها بأن الحالات المصابة منخفضة مقارنة بالحالات السليمة, حيث كان المجموع الكلي للحالات المصابة بطفيلي الإنتاميبا الحالة للنسيج هي 55 حالة, والمجموع الكلي للحالات السليمة هو 125 حالة. أما بالنسبة للفترة الزمنية المحددة فقد أظهرت النتائج بأن أعلى نسبة إصابة كانت في شهر يونيو (15/55) بنسبة إصابة وصلت 8.33% , بينما أقل نسبة إصابة تم تسجيلها في شهر يناير (04/55) بنسبة 2.22%. وعلى حسب المراحل العمرية (عمر وجنس) أوضحت النتائج أن أكثر المجموعات إصابة بطفيلي الإنتاميبا الحالة للنسيج هي مجموعة الأطفال بعمر أقل من 16سنة شاملة الجنسين الذكور والإناث بنسبة بلغت 15% , يليها مجموعة الرجال بعمر ما فوق 16 سنة بنسبة 9.45% , في حين سجلت مجموعة النساء بعمر ما فوق 16 سنة أقل نسبة إصابة وذلك بنسبة 6.11%. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource منال عبد الرحيم صالح Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-09-25 Description An account of the resource التهابات المسالك البولية تعد من اهم واكثر الامراض شيوعا اذ تحدث نتيجة الاصابة بالبكتريا وتكاثرها في الجهاز البولي، وبإجراء تحليل البول يمكن التوصل لتشخيص صحيح أمراض الجهاز البولي . وهذه التحاليل تحدد من قبل الطبيب الفاحص وذلك على حسب الحالة المرضية الراهنة التي تم تشخيصها سريرياً، ومن أجل أن تكون النتائج المخبرية والتحاليل صحيحة لابد من الالتزام والتقيد بإجراءات كيفية جمع عينات البول وحفظها داخل المختبر. أجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبرات بني وليد  في الفترة ما بين (ديسمبر2022 الي فبراير 2023)، هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعريف بمرض إلتهاب المسالك البولية وتوضيح طرق تحليل البول وتقييم بعض المتغيرات الكيميائية والمجهرية المصاحبة للمرض والمقارنة بين المختبرات في دقة وجوده تحاليلها. شملت الدراسة شقين: الشق الاول دراسة تحليلية لنتائج المرضي تحليل البول لعدد 45 عينة لمرض التهاب المسالك البولية تم الحصول عليها من سجل مصحة أيادى الرحمة لكلا الجنسين )ذكور واناث) بمختلف الفئات العمرية. الشق الثاني من الدراسة مقارنة النتائج تحليل لعدد 6 أشخاص من مختلف الفئات العمرية ثم إجراءها لقياس دقة وجودة التحاليل في ستة مختبرات فى مدينة بني وليد.  تم تقييم نتائج المرضي في هذه الدراسة بناءاً علي معطيات الفحوص المخبرية واستخدام برنامج أكسل Excel الإحصائي لدراسة النتائج . ومقارنتها بنتائج عالمية. اظهرت الدراسة أن نسبة الإصابة في  الاناث بنسبه (68%)، كما لوحظ ارتفاع فى الفئة العمرية (40 – 21) سنة بنسبة (48.8%). اوضحت نتائج الفحص المجهري والكيميائي وجود خلايا طلائية Epithelial cells بنسبة (84.4%) وخلايا الصديد Pus cells بنسبة (62.2%) والمخاط Mucus بنسبة (66.6%). بينما التشخيص الجرثومي اوضح ارتفاع في النمو الجرثومي المفرد لبكتيريا الكروية cocci بنسبة (60%). كما اظهرت نتائج المقارنة فى مختبرات بني وليد تفاوت واختلاف كبير وعدم تشابه فى نتائج التحليل لكل عينة وهذا يؤدي الى وقوع الاطباء فى خطر التشخيص الخاطئ بناءاً على نتائج تحاليل ليست دقيقة من قبل الفنيين والمختبرات. على ضوء النتائج المتحصلة وضعت توصيات للحد من المرض وتجنب الأخطاء التحليلة. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د.محمد عبدالواحد الشرع د.مراد علي حسن Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-09-25 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة تطبيق الحكومة الاليكترونية وعلاقتها بتحسين الخدمات في الجامعات الليبية الحكومية في جامعة بني وليد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة مناثنان وثمانون عضو هيئة تدريس من كلا الجنسين، وتم تصميم استبانة بمحورين اساسيين : المحور الأول: لقياس درجة تطبيق الحكومة الاليكترونية لدى الجامعات الليبية الحكومية، والثاني: لقياس مستوى تحسين الخدمات لدى الجامعات الليبية الحكومية وقد تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما وأظهرت الدراسة نتائج منها: أن درجة تطبيق الحكومة الاليكترونية في الجامعات الليبية الحكومية  في جامعة بني وليد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس متوسطة. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05≥α)  بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق الحكومة الاليكترونية في الجامعات الليبية الحكومية  في جامعة بني وليد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تؤيد لاختلاف متغير الجنس، لصالح الذكور. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية ودالة إحصائيا بين درجة تطبيق الحكومة الاليكترونية وتحسين الخدمات، إذ بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون 0.732. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource د. عائشة فتحى أبوغرسة تسابيح فؤاد فريوان مودة عماد القبى Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-09-25 Description An account of the resource التعبير الملطف في اللغة هو استخدام لكلمة أو عبارة أكثر قبولا اجتماعيا بدلا من كلمة أو عبارة تعتبر غير مناسبة أو محرجة في سياقات معينة. يسعى هذا البحث إلى اختبار مدى معرفة الطلاب الليبيين في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية بكلية الآداب جامعة مصراتة بالتعابير الملطفة واهميتها في اللغة الإنجليزية التي يدرسونها كلغة اجنبية. كما تهدف الى اختبار نسب استخدام هذه العبارات الملطفة من قبل هؤلاء الطلبة في آدائهم باللغة الانجليزية. بالإضافة الى ذلك، يحاول هذا البحث تحديد كيفية فهم طلاب اللغة الإنجليزية الليبيين للسياقات التي تستوجب استخدام هذه العبارات الملطفة وتوظيفها في كلامهم أو تعابيرهم المكتوبة، مما يدل على المام كافي بجوانب متعددة متعلقة بثقافة المجتمعات المتحدثة باللغة الإنجليزية. . تفترض الدراسة أن طلاب تخصص اللغة الإنجليزية في جامعة مصراتة الذين هم على وشك التخرج يفتقرون إلى المعرفة الكافية بأهمية استخدام هذه العبارات في اللغة الإنجليزية وبدواعي استخدامها لأن مناهج قسم اللغة الإنجليزية في كلية الآداب، لا تغطي المعرفة   بهذا النوع من العبارات الملطفة ولا بالعبارات التي يجب تلطيفها وفقا للثقافة السائدة في المجتمعات المتحدة باللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ام. أجريت هذه الدراسة باستخدام وسيلتين هما اختبار مفردات ومقابلة. تمت الإجابة على اسئلة الاختبار من قبل خمسة وخمسين طالبا يدرسون اللغة الإنجليزية في عامهم الأخير.  بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم استخدام مقابلة شبه منظمة مع إجمالي عدد عشرة مشاركين، كانوا أيضا على وشك التخرج. تم تصميم هذه المقابلة لاستكشاف مدى إدراك الطلاب لضرورة استخدام تعبيرات ملطفة في سياقات معينة. أظهرت نتائج التجربة أن أكثر من نصف طلاب السنة النهائية في تخصص اللغة الإنجليزية في كلية الآداب بجامعة مصراتة لا يزالون يفتقرون إلى المعرفة الكافية بأهمية استخدام التعابير اللغوية الملطفة في أدائهم. وبالتالي، فإن المناهج المستخدمة حاليا لتدريس اللغة الإنجليزية تحتاج الى تعديلات بحيث تشمل تدريس هذه التعابير وتدريس أهمية استخدامها من قبل المتحدثين باللغة الإنجليزية. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource أسماء موسى علي زايد Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-09-25 Description An account of the resource بعد أن نجح النورمان سنة 484 ه / 1091 م في الاستيلاء على جزيرة صقلية ، وإنهاء الوجود الإسلامي بها ، الذي استمر لأكثر من قرنين ونصف من الزمان ، وجدوا أن الفرصة سانحة للتوسع نحو سواحل إفريقية التي كانت بدورها تعاني من ضعف واضطراب في الأوضاع الداخلية ، فإمارة بني زيري تقلّصت مناطق نفوذها ، وأصبحت معظمها واقعة تحت سيطرة قبائل الأعراب من بني هلال وبني سليم ، كما أن الدولة الفاطمية التي تنافس الزيريين في السيطرة على إفريقية ، كانت هي الأخرى منشغلة بأمورها الداخلية وبمحاربة الصليبيين ببلاد الشام ؛ أما بلاد المغرب فكانت تعاني من التصارع ما بين المرابطين والموحدين الذين ظهروا كقوة جديدة منافسة لهم على مسرح الأحداث السياسية ببلاد المغرب الأقصى . وفي ظل تلك الظروف قام النورمان بشن ثلاث حملات عسكرية على مدينة طرابلس ؛ الأولى كانت سنة 537 ه / 1142 م ، وانتهت بالفشل بفضل مساندة أعراب الدواخل لأهل المدينة في صد الهجوم ، والحملة الثانية سنة 539 ه / 1144 م كانت بقصد السلب والنهب ثم انسحبت ؛ وبعد أن حلّت مجاعة سنة 540 ه / 1145 م وما تعرّضت له المدينة من نزوح سكاني ، وحدوث اضطرابات داخلية بها ، ضد جند بني مطروح وإخراجهم من المدينة ، وجد النورمان الفرصة سانحة للسيطرة عليها بحملة ثالثة سنة 541 ه / 1146 م واستمرت السيطرة عليها حتى سنة 553 ه / 1158 م حتى تمكن أهلها بمساندة من أعراب بني هلال وبني سليم ، تحرير مدينتهم وإرجاع ابن مطروح واليا عليها . يتناول البحث ظهور النورمان كقوة جديدة في البحر المتوسط، واستيلائهم على جزيرة صقلية، ودوافع غزوهم لساحل إفريقية ولاسيّما مدينة طرابلس، وكيف ساعدت الأوضاع الداخلية المضطربة في إنجاح المشروع النورماني والسيطرة على المدينة لفترة من الزمن، وكيف كانت مدينة طرابلس تحت حُكمهم، والنتائج التي ترتّبت عليه؟ .
