تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع التوازن بين التدخل الإنساني وسيادة الدولة الوطنية. من خلال تحليل المفهوم العام للتدخل الإنساني وما يشمله من تدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول، مع التركيز على تأثيره على مفهوم السيادة الوطنية. يتم استعراض النقاشات والآراء المتعلقة بالتوازن بين كلا المفهومين المتنازعين، مع تسليط الضوء على التحديات والاعتبارات المختلفة. تقدم الدراسة آليات ومبادئ مقترحة لتحقيق التوازن المطلوب، بما في ذلك التشاور والتعاون بين الدول والمنظمات الدولية، وضمان احترام مفهوم عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول، وتوفير آليات قانونية وشفافة للتحقيق في انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان. خلصت هذه الدراسة الى محاولة صياغة رؤية ثاقبة ومقنعة لآليات يمكن من خلالها تحقيق التوازن بين التدخل الإنساني وسيادة الدولة الوطنية. وتقديم مساهمة قيمة لفهم هذا التوازن المعقد واقتراح آليات لتحقيقه في سياق المجتمع الدولي يمكن ان يستفاد منها كمرجعًا قيمًا للمفكرين والصناع القرار، وبالتالي فتح آفاق جديدة لتعزز الحوار والتعاون لبناء عالم أكثر إنصافًا وانسجاماً.

دراسة بهدف اختبار تأثير معدل التسميد النيتروجينى(0،217، 434 كجم N/ هكتار)، ومعاملات الرش بعناصر الحديد والمنجنيز والزنك (حديد، منجنيز، زنك، حديد+ منجنيز، حديد + زنك، منجنيز + زنك، حديد + منجنيز + زنك)، والتداخلات بينهما على نسبة ومحصول الزيت الطيار لنباتات المريمية المحلية Salvia fruticosa, Mill.. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة نفذت تجربتان حقليتان بالمزرعة التجريبية لقسم البستنة – كلية الزراعة بمدينة البيضاء – جامعة عمر المختار. نفذت التجارب باستخدام نظام القطع المنشقة لمرة واحدة في تصميم قطاعات كاملة العشوائية بثلاثة مكررات حيث وزعت معدلات النتروجين عشوائيا في القطع الرئيسية، بينما وزعت معاملات الرش بالعناصر الصغرى في القطع تحت الرئيسية، وكانت النتائج ان:
التسميد النيتروجيني ادَى لزيادة معنوية في نسبة الزيت الطيار (بالأوراق / حصدة والمحصول الكلي للزيت الطيار بالأوراق /سنة) وكذلك زاد محصول الزيت الطيار/الحصدة معنويا مع كل زيادة في معدل النيتروجين المضاف حتى أعلى مستوى في موسمي الدراسة.
جميع معاملات الرش بعناصر الحديد، المنجنيز، الزنك سواء كانت في صورة فردية أو مختلطة لم تعكس أي تأثير إيجابي على النسبة المئوية للزيت الطيار (بالأوراق/ حصدة) في كلا موسمي الدراسة باستثناء الحصدة الأولى في الموسم الاول حققت جميع معاملات الرش المستخدمة في الدراسة تفوقا معنويا في النسبة المئوية للزيت الطيار(بالأوراق/حصدة) وكذلك في الموسم الثاني حققت معاملات الرش تفوقا معنويا في المحصول الكلي للزيت الطيار (بالأوراق / سنة).

تناول البحث موضوع النسق العنواني كعتبة نصية، وهو من موضوعات اللسانيات الحديثة والذي اتخذ من تحليل الخطاب الروائي معلمًا يكشف عن مكنون الروائي وقد وقع الاختيار على مجموعة قصصية لسناء شعلان باسم «تراتيل الماء»، وجاءت متمثلة في إحدى عشرة قصة صغيرة، مما جعل لكل قصة عنوان مختلف، فعمدنا إلى الكشف عن تلك العتبات العنوانية، والكشف عن نقاط التلقي بها ونقاط المفارقة. وجاء البحث في أربعة مباحث؛ تناولت في المبحث الأوَّل: مفهوم السيميائية والعنوان، وفي المبحث الثَّاني: العنونة في الرواية. لنكشف عن عناوين القصص ومقصدها في النص المحيط والنص اللاحق، وتناولت في المبحث الثَّالث: دلالة العنوان في المتخيل السردي. وجاء المبحث الرَّابع: في إيحاءات وإشارات العنوان في الرواية. وكانت أهم النتائج كالآتي: حملت دلالة العنوان (تراتيل الماء)، كعتبة عنوانية كبيرة دلالة القداسة، وإمكانية تحقُّقها على أرض الواقع، مما اتصل بالمتن الروائي العام للقصص الواردة بالمجموعة، كما انفتحت دلالة عناوين قصص المجموعة على المتخيَّل السردي لدى المتلقي، وهو ما اتسق مع المتن الروائي الذي حمل المتلقي إلى عالم النص، كذلك تباينت دلالة عناوين القصص ما بين الديني، الأسطوري، الاجتماعي، الذاتي، بحيث أسهمت عتبة العنوان في إجمال ملامح ذلك التلاقي، وحملت العناوين الواردة بالمجموعة القصصية دلالات إشارية اتسمت بالطابع السيميائي، بحيث أبرزت عتبة العنوان ما اعتمل في نفس المؤلفة مما توارى وراء النص الظاهر لكل عتبة، وبرزت شخصية المؤلفة في اختيار عتبة العنوان في كل رواية، ومن ثم مثَّلت العتبات تقييم المؤلفة لكل حالة أو قضية على حدة، كما لوحظ التوجُّه النسوي لدى الدكتورة سناء شعلان؛ ما تجلى في إبرازها دور الأنثى في مختلف المواقع.

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر التفكير الاستراتيجي على الابداع التنظيمي في مركز المعلومات و التوثيق السياحي / طرابلس، كما هدفت الى محاولة التعرف على مستوى الابداع الاداري في المركز قيد الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،حيث اعتمدت صحيفة استبيان ووزعت على كافة موظفي مركز التوثيق والمعلومات السياحي /طرابلس البالغ عددهم ( 37 ) موظف / موظفة ونظرا لصغر حجم المجتمع تم استهدافه بالكامل من خلال استخدام اسلوب المسح الشامل، وتم توزيع (37) استمارة واسترجع منها (30) استمارة صالحة للتحليل،ولقد تم استخدام الاساليب الاحصائية المختلفة لغرض التحليل والوصول الى النتائج والتي من أهمها وجود تقييم ايجابي مرتفع حول مستوى ممارسة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي في المركز قيد الدراسة، وأن هناك علاقة طرديه بين أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي والإبداع التنظيمي، ولقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة دعم وترسيخ ممارسة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي في المركز وتنمية الافكار الابداعية الشاملة والقيام بإجراء التنبؤات المستلقية لتساعد في عملية اتخاذ القرارات .

This study investigates the perceptions of Libyan English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers regarding the implementation of a Task-Based Approach (TBA) in their teaching practices. The Task-Based Approach is recognized as an innovative and student-centred pedagogical method that emphasizes communication and real-life language use. This research aims to understand how Libyan EFL teachers perceive the integration of (TBA) into their classrooms, the challenges they encounter, and the benefits they identify. The study employs both quantitative and qualitative research design, utilizing interviews and questionnaire to gather data from a sample of EFL teachers in Libyan educational settings. The findings highlight the teachers' attitudes towards TBA, their perceived effectiveness of the approach in enhancing students' language proficiency and motivation, as well as the obstacles they face in its implementation. The results provide insights into the cultural and contextual factors that influence the adaptation of (TBA) in the Libyan EFL context and offer implications for professional development and curriculum enhancement.

As technology continues to transform the higher education sector, computer science professors confront a slew of hurdles when using innovative technologies like Chat GPT technology into their teaching approaches. This paper digs into the specific problems that computer science professors face in Libyan higher education institutions as they manage the use of Chat GPT technology. This investigation uses a quantitative research approach to expose the complexities of these difficulties, providing useful insights into the junction of technology and pedagogy.
While Chat GPT technology provides considerable promise for improving student engagement and learning experiences, key findings show that instructors in Libya confront hurdles ranging from technological limits to cultural adaptations. The identified problems highlight the significance of specific approaches to technology integration within the context of Libyan higher education.
This study not only adds to our understanding of the challenges that computer science educators in Higher Education face in Libya, but it also has implications for educational policymakers and stakeholders seeking to promote effective technology uptake. Educators and institutions may better utilise the potential of Chat GPT technology to create engaging and dynamic learning environments by recognising and solving these obstacles. As technology advances, this study offers a relevant examination of the obstacles and potential in harnessing novel technologies for educational growth.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد معدل الانتشار المصلي لبكتيريا الحلزونية البوابية بين طلاب كلية االتقنية الطبية بجامعة الزيتونة الذين لاتظهر عليهم أي أعراض، كنموذج لمجتمع ترهونة. تم جمع عينات دم من 113 طالب وطالبة خلال شهر نوفمبر 2022 وفحصها باستخدام مضاد H. pylori IgG / IgM Rapid Test لتحديد وجود الأجسام المضادة للبكتيريا الحلزونية البوابية. أوضحت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن 73 حالة (64.60٪) كانت إيجابية للإصابة بالبكتيريا الحلزونية البوابية. وجد أيضًا أنه من بين 73 حالة إيجابية ، كانت 29 حالة لها نتائج إيجابية لكل من IgG و IgM ، و 19 كانت إيجابية بالنسبة لـ IgM فقط ، و 25 كانت إيجابية بالنسبة لـ IgG فقط. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن سكان منطقة ترهونة لديهم معدل مرتفع من الإصابة بعدوى H. pylori .كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية أن معدل الإصابات اللاعرضية عينة في الدراسة كان مرتفع.

الماء ضروري لبقاء الحياة والاحتياجات الأساسية لأن الماء مذيب أساسي. ويجب ألا تكون الملوثات والمواد الخطرة ومسببات الأمراض والمواد المشعة موجودة فى الماء. تناولت هذه الدراسة في تقييم مياه الشرب المتوفرة في بعض أنظمة تنقية المياه التجارية في منطقة سرت. تم جمع عينات المياه من خمس محطات في منطقة سرت. كجزء من هذا العمل، تم فحص بعض الخواص الكيميائية للعينات التي تم اختبارها، بما في ذلك الرقم الهيدروجيني والقلوية (مجم / لتر) والكلوريد (مجم / لتر) والنترات (ملجم / لتر)، كبريتات، مغنيسيوم (ملجم / لتر)، كالسيوم (ملجم / لتر)، صوديوم (ملجم / لتر)، بوتاسيوم (ملجم / لتر) وإجمالي المواد الصلبة الذائبة (مجم/لتر). وتبين النتيجة أن جميع هذه القياسات وجدت أنها أقل من المبادئ التوجيهية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية، والمركز الوطني الليبي للمواصفات والمقاييس. تشير النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها في الدراسة الحالية إلى وجود تباين بين المحطات، حيث تراوحت قيم المواد الصلبة الدائبة 45.04 - 6.19 ، وتراوحت قيم القلوية (1- 3 ملغم / لتر)، وتراوحت قيم الكالسيوم من (0.2 - 1.04)ملغم / لتر). ، والمغنسيوم( (0.002-0.43 مجم/ لتر)، الصوديوم ((0.1- 4 مجم/ لتر)، البوتاسيوم((0-0.094 مجم/ لتر)، والكلوريد( (0.03-0.04 مجم/ لتر) والنترات ( (2.6-4.8 مجم/ لتر) . باستثناء الرقم الهيدروجيني وقد وجد أنه ضمن منظمة الصحة العالمية والمركز الوطني الليبي للمواصفات القياسية تتراوح بين 7.6 إلى 8.5، ولم تتجاوز القيم المعيارية. تكشف النتائج ان أنظمة تنقية المياه التجارية في منطقة سرت لا تتبع الإرشادات القياسية وخطوات مراقبة الجودة بشكل صحيح. وبالتالي، هناك حاجة ماسة إلى تحسين عملية التشغيل القياسية لضمان الامتثال الصارم لإرشادات منظمة الصحة العالمية والمركز الوطني الليبي. وكشفت النتائج البكتريولوجية أن بكتيريا الاشريشيا كولى في جميع العينات غير موجودة، وأن المياه خالية من التلوث البكتيري.
