A sample of 47 individuals was surveyed, and the data were analyzed using statistical methods. The study found that there was no statistically significant relationship between administrative empowerment and financial performance or customer relationship management. However, there was a statistically significant relationship between administrative empowerment and operations management, and organizational learning. However, the effectiveness of training is not solely dependent on the quality of the training itself. It is also influenced by the way in which training is integrated with other human resource management (HRM) activities. This article examines the relationship between training practices and other HRM activities in the context of SONATRACH, a leading oil and gas company in Algeria. The study uses a sample of 310 managerial staff to assess the extent to which training is aligned with other HRM activities, such as job analysis, recruitment, compensation, skills development and assessment, and labor relations. The findings of the study suggest that there is a strong relationship between training practices and other HRM activities in SONATRACH. This suggests that training is not simply a stand-alone activity, but rather an integral part of a broader HRM strategy. PRATIQUES DE FORMATION ET GRH : QUEL RAPPORT ? To cope with this, companies find their place in optimizing their operations and continuously improving their management systems to be able to stay on course for sustainable performance. In this competitive environment, the pharmaceutical sector is turning to the Lean Manufacturing approach to achieve total elimination of waste. "SAIDAL Group", a leading national and regional pharmaceutical company in Algeria, is part of this approach. We represent economic integration by trade openness, which is the basis for integrating the national economy into the global economy. We also consider foreign direct investment (FDI), which is another form of integration into the global economy. We conduct an econometric study of the period from 1980 to 2013 and conclude that there is no impact of trade openness on human poverty in Algeria in the short term. However, there is a possibility of an inverse relationship in the long term. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Khelifa , Hadj Mezouaghi, Djilali Bachouche, Hamid Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2020-12-31 Description An account of the resource This study aimed to determine the relationship between the transition to the use of renewable energy and sustainable development in Algeria during the period 1990-2014, across three dimensions: economic, social, and environmental. Simple regression models and SPSS.V Software 22.0 were used. The study found that there was a significant relationship between the transition to the use of renewable energy and the economic dimension of sustainable development, as represented by the gross domestic product (GDP). However, the study found that there was no significant relationship between the consumption of renewable energies and the social dimension of sustainable development, as represented by the Human Development Index (HDI). The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of renewable energies and the environmental dimension of sustainable development, as represented by the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2). الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى ارتباط التحول لاستخدام الطاقات المتجددة والتنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاثة (الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، البيئي) في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2014، وبذلك باستخدام نماذج الانحدار البسيط وبرنامج SPSS.V.22.0، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مستوى العلاقة بين التحول إلى استخدام الطاقات المتجددة والبعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة ممثلة بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP)، كما أشارت الى انعدام العلاقة بين استهلاك الطاقات المتجددة والبعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة ممثلة بمؤشر التنمية البشرية (HDI)، كما أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة دالة احصائيا بين استخدام الطاقات المتجددة والبعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة ممثلة بنسبة غاز أوكسيد الكربون (CO2).
