The development of foreign language skills through cultural studies means the expansion, deepening and, above all, the precise understanding of the vocabulary. The cultural-semantic level of the vocabulary is also taken into account in the text and this is the area of cultural studies. For this reason, a brief overview of cultural studies - semantics - relationship must be given. This article examines whether foreign language teaching with regard to the inclusion of cultural content meets the requirements of the Higher eduaction system such as the development of the learner's personality, the connection of cultural material to the world of experience of the learners, the promotion of motivation for independent employment with cultural Content, search and use of all possibilities for encountering the target language country and culture.</text>

<text>Translation and the act of writing national history: translations Abu al-Eid Dodo Abu al-Qasim Saad Allah-Abdullah Al-Rukaibi as a model
Since the matter required us to rewrite our history, and it was difficult for us to find national sources, as is the case for some other peoples, and even if they existed, they were written by foreign authors, and were characterized by the mutilation, distortion and total obliteration of historical facts and events related to our identity, ancestors and their great exploits, translation is the alternative. The objective of writing our great history is what Abu al-Eid Doudou, Abdullah al-Rakibi, Abu al- Qasim Saadallah and others did. Translation is a cognitive act before it is a work on language, or travels between languages, it is a mediator of interaction between cultures, or a crossing between cultures and at the same time it is a channel of knowledge of identity, the identity of nations whose civilization and history embodied it, and a nation without history, without strength, it has neither a present nor a future. The act of identity and the principle of feeling patriotism and affiliation pushed Abu Eid, Al-Rakibi, and Saadallah to know the history of Algeria, away from the tongue that ruled its dominance over Algerian people for a period of time. There is nothing wrong as long as it provides us with an addition to writing our glorious history through a different tongue in which some of its elements adhered to some integrity and honest transmission of historical events. Abu al-Eid Doudou became aware that translation strengthens cultural patriotism and constitutes the borders that separate languages, societies, systems and minds, so he sought to translate many literary and historical resources, including what Western travelers wrote during their visit to Algeria from the Ottoman presence to the revolution of liberation and shortly after. He is also credited with the fairness of many Algerian personalities who were subjected to distortion, led by Prince Abdul Qadir, by some haters of Algeria, Arabs and Islam all what constitute national unity.</text>

<text>Mooddeutsch: a learning platform for The German department of University of Oran
In 2013, as part of a project, a virtual learning environment in the form of an LMS (Learning Management System) was developed and implemented for the German department at University of Oran 2. The purpose was to supplement classroom teaching as a component of a dual learning arrangement with a virtual, structured learning phase and accordingly to set up DaF teaching as a blended learning model. This article presents an interactive learning environment for university foreign language teaching, here German as a foreign language, which was developed and tested at the German department of the University of Oran in 2013. Virtual classrooms will not replace traditional foreign language teaching, but can enrich it when used effectively. Prerequisites for this are, above all, willingness for new teaching and learning concepts and the will to use the advantages of new media that support constructivist and cooperative learning.</text>

<text>A pragmatic approach to speech acts in Quranic contexts Surat Al-Kahf as a case study
Determining the structural pragmatic level resulting from the extraction of the verbal verb when it is linked to a general rhetorical semantic unit is an attempt to show the dynamic energy in the language of the Qur’an that sheds light on an expressive ability in its well-known idiomatic system, or in its implicit linguistic systems capable of devising new conventions that suffice To give preference to the desired significance that responds to the directive of the Qur’anic research and a holistic direction that makes the Qur’anic discourse a single verse. Therefore, language in the fundamentalist system actually became not a purely structural system, and that its study is based on the philosophy of the holistic cognition of the discourse, which led to the deduction of patterns of new verbal acts that emphasized semantic capabilities that make the discourse achieve its objective dialectic with reality. The researcher concludes that the nature of the Qur’anic text is based on its linguistic choices and the way they are distributed to dispense meanings and connotations.</text>

Grammar and foreign language teaching is a broad subject. Foreign language teaching is about presenting patterns, i.e. explaining and correcting them. The term grammar is used in modern linguistics for different subject areas, e.g. grammar as knowledge or as a teaching of the morphological and syntactic regularities of a natural language. The aim of grammar in foreign language teaching in general is to promote the students’ language proficiency, especially language skills. This article examines the extent to which grammar conveys the regularities of the foreign language to the learners in an internal system of regularities.</text>

<text>On new rhetorics and linguistics of the text
Rhetorics occupied a large space in the fields of philosophical, critical, literary and linguistic knowledge in Arabic studies and modern literary and linguistic currents. The various literary and critical schools have sought to complement the vision, and open ways to expand understanding and analysis of the text by adding critical and technical theories to serve the general meaning of dealing with the literary text. The research raises a number of methodological and cognitive questions, centered around the rhetorical lesson, reading the literary text, and the secret of changing the mechanisms of discourse analysis in various studies. Is it possible for a general rhetoric that combines the data of the old rhetoric and the new rhetoric to appear in the reading of the text? The research also dealt with the relationship between rhetoric and stylistics on the one hand, and rhetoric and text science, or the so-called new rhetoric.</text>

<text>Cognitive and methodological reference translation of the theory of reception
The most prominent feature of the concept of reception in cognitive reality and literature is that it falls into a kind of conflict between existentialism and its philosophical and logical directions and conceptions. This led to the occurrence of ideological political conflicts in German thought with the Marxist system; which opposed the reception theory. On the other hand, we realized that the theory of reception gives great attention to attributing complete freedom to the individual in order to live his existential and cognitive reality; a fact that made the theory of reception a revolution against this system, which tightened its grip on the reader, making him directed by this compulsion for a long time in Germany. On the basis of these assumptions, the theory of reception built its critical and cognitive principles on the fact that the reality of the text is just an image without dimensions. Perhaps what prompted this kind of study and the cognitive vision adopted by the reception theory in its traetment of the cognitive reality, namely the literary text, its great interest in the merit of reception and the principle of perception itself. These principles, which became later the main pillar in the theory of reception, are perhaps the most important ones: the freedom of the reader, the making of meaning or the concept through participation, and finally the essential purpose of aesthetic pleasure.</text>

This study aims to determine the value of the title in the literary work, and to highlight its function as an important threshold that shortens the distances in communicating the vision and the idea to the reader thanks to its semantic store, which embodies the highest possible linguistic economy. At the same time, it demands the highest possible effectiveness of reception, and this is available only in a Provocative reader, who suffers from the pain of reading, and his pen responds to the pain of writing, and then he will be able to explode his significant powers, which are the keys to light up the darkness of literary work. This paper explores the value of the title in a literary work, with a particular emphasis on the the collection “Green Time” by Abou el Kacem Saâd Allah as case study.</text>

<text>The use of film and film sequences for an action learning in German classes under LMD system at the University of Oran
The aim of this article is to undertake a research on the use of German films in Algerian GFL classes. Due to the -constantly growing- globalization, language and cultural knowledge are becoming more important than ever before for individuals and society. If you speak several languages today, you also have more opportunities in professional life. Foreign cultures always come with foreign languages. However, without staying in the countries of the target language, it is very difficult to really get to know the culture. Nevertheless, most Algerian pupils and GFL students will only encounter the foreign language and the foreign culture at school or at university. The teacher in Deutsch lessons becomes a very important element in the transfer of culture, mostly with the support of didactic means (textbooks, films, pictures, textbooks...etc). In doing so, he must observe the basic principles of media didactics, the methods of using the medium of film and the competence goals of the curriculum. So, the focus is directed onto teaching, and what happens in the classrooms determines how well this new culture is conveyed. Using examples from our seminars, we would like to present and analyze some of the methods reinforcing the appeal to the film in order to develop different skills among Algerian GFL learners.</text>

<text>The attitude of the aesthetic trend towards psychological criticism
Mustafa Nassef has shown the scholars' lack of interest in the findings of scientists regarding psychoanalysis, as they considered it to be devoid of every idea, such as the unreasonable, dreaming, psychological disorders, diseases of the mind, amon other things. Also, he Explained the importance of psychology to the psychoanalytic method. Thus, every behavior is ambiguous except that it has a number of meanings. With this given reality, psychological analysis gave another view of the literary work as a language with deep semantic dimensions. Nassef also showed positive aspects in psychoanalysis when talking about the symbol. He benefited from Freud's revelations about meaning and its impact on the understanding of the literary text and its positive repercussions when dealing with the literary text. The researcher concluded through this study that Mustafa Nasif has two positions on psychoanalysis: a position of acceptance and a position of rejection. He acknowledged its contribution into enlightening the ideas and perceptions of writers and critics, and warned against making a literary work as just a mere psychological document, and that a literary work cannot be understood in the light of the writers' organic pests and their psychological complexes.</text>
