Oleary, which revolves around deriving the Islamic inheritance law from the law system of diverse religions and civilizations preceding Islam. And if there is a possibility for similarities or correspondences; between the systems of inheritance law, in Islam, and the systems that existed before its revelation. The study concluded that this point of view presented by the scholars is missing accuracy and objectivity, proven by the huge disparities between the Islamic inheritance law and the other inheritance laws known in the different religions and civilizations preceding Islam.

What are the controls that reduce the intensity of the controversy that occurs because of this?
I came to the conclusion that the lawsuit for the separation of Makassed from the science of assets does not achieve the desired, and there is no way for a fruitful renewal in the science of assets only taking into account their complementarity and in accordance with a number of controls.</text>

<text>Intervention in a historical context poses the problem of recognising and preserving its tangible and intangible heritage. The discipline of restoration has long been debating how to intervene and the need for timely action toward Cultural Heritage (both tangible and intangible). One of the main questions is: there is no doubt that the conservation of material heritage is fundamental, but how can this be achieved? Can the related intangible heritage help? How? The literature in this field shows that in most cases, action is taken to conserve the material heritage and then, at a later stage, to recognise and transmit the intangible heritage. Research conducted by the Department of Architecture in collaboration with local organisations addressed this question, analysing specifically the case study of Sanremo's Pigna district. The Pigna district in Sanremo (IM) is one of Sanremo's oldest neighbourhoods; it is a neighbourhood of medieval origin that has had ups and downs: it was the seat of government and went through a period of decline until the 1980s when it became a degraded neighbourhood, both in material and social terms. A series of initiatives over the years have reversed this trend. The article examines these initiatives and the impact they had on the conservation and restoration of the neighbourhood, reaching a paradoxical conclusion.</text>

<text>The topic of values is considered one of the prominent topics that presents many thorny issues about their characteristics, classifications and relationships in a reality whose social phenomena are multiple and whose factors overlap to the extent that is difficult to control their course.
Perhaps one of the most prominent of these phenomena and the most intertwined with the term values is what is known today as intercultural communication with all the problems it poses at the level of social interactions that make up human relationships, due to the multiplicity of continuous and complex communication polemics in a world saturated with communication and technologies about the most effective ways to make it a tool for understanding and coexistence , not conflict and discord
Talking about the intercultural communication phenomenon is not something new , due to the circumstances and possibilities available at the global level, the control of modern technology on the minds and mentalities of human society, and the emergence of social networks that made communication transcend the bounderies of time and place. For this reason, many voices have risen calling for a review and reconstuction of the values that control their course.
Writings were appeared looking for the best way to activate this process and paint it with appropriate values that would achieve its effectiveness and efficiency and bring it to a level that achieves benefit and security for all parties, especially in light of this reality that has been exhausted by the conflict in many stations, and rapprochement in some of them only.
From here came this study, which is based on scientific visions and backgrounds, looking at the most prominent human values that intercultural communication in the digital space must possess, in order to go beyond the stage of deepening differences to the stage of respecting differences</text>

<text>The self-produced housing phenomenon emerged all over Tunisian cities at the beginning of the twentieth century under the impetus of the rural exodus, under the pressure of exclusion mechanisms linked to economic policies and housing policies. Thus, this form of housing has unfortunately become a real sector of popular housing production evolving explosively in the world. It reflects actual forms of precariousness and social exclusion challenging the established urban order. Nowadays, this form of production increasingly attracts the attention of all stakeholders in the city. It combines several limits both at the spatial organization level and at the economic and social level. The requalification attempts have relatively improved living conditions in many neighbourhoods. The built environment which undergoes major transformations is largely neglected. In this paper, we will firstly present the situation of these self-produced neighbourhoods and then: State interventions. From concrete examples in Tunisia, we will question the future of self-produced forms of habitat and how to intervene in a context of resilience to ensure their sustainability. Several issues have to be discussed related to the way of inhabiting these spaces, the architecture produced, the consensus town planning, and the participation of residents. We will try, using an analysis grid, to outline the resilience variables. The resilience variables allow us to overcome these self-produced quarters' urban and social marginalisation.</text>
