Our purpose about this report is to give a clear picture to student and teachers, but at the same time it must cover the politic, administrative and military disipline in the second historical area. And it was only about one direction about popular councils after the revolution august 20th, 1955 which was known by the north of constantine, it became very strong. Ziroud youcef and his freinds thought how to solve the problems of the people. So it was decided to build popular council which is the most important cell in the revolution organisation in the area. It will know development in all fields sociology, economic and cultural… من أعظم ما تميز به الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم من أخلاق عالية؛ خلق الإخلاص، فقد ظهر في أحواله وأفعاله، وفي حرصه على نصح قومه وإنقاذهم من الشرك، كما حث عليه أمته بأقواله في الأحاديث التي بلغتنا عنه، وهو من القيم الخلقية الإسلامية التي بدأت تتراجع في حياتنا. ولأهمية هذا الخلق في تماسك المجتمع ورقيه، أردنا المساهمة في إحيائه وإفشائه بين الناس، نصيحةً لديننا ولأمتنا ولأنفسنا. وقد اخترنا في هذه المحاولة نادرة من جوامع الكلم التي تشهد لمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بالنبوة والعظمة؛ حديث تميم بن أوس الداري: "الدين النصيحة". قلنا لمن؟ قال: "لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين وعامتهم"، حديثا جمع معاني الإخلاص وأبعاد النصيحة في الإسلام؛ رقاها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لتحتل مكانة كبرى في الدين، بل لتكون هي الدين. من هذا الحديث، وما يعضده من النصوص الشرعية، نتبين حقيقة الإخلاص ومكانته، ومجالاته وأنواعه. La sincérité est l'une des nobles vertus qui a grandement  caractérisé le prophète Mohamed (à lui, bénédiction et salut), ceci était éminent, tant dans son état que dans ces actions, dans son empressement à conseiller son peuple et le sauver de la mécréance et l'idolâtrie. On retrouve son insistance sur cette vertu dans plusieurs de ses éloquents discours qui nous ont parvenus, c'est pour cela que nous nous somme fixer le but de faire revivre cette vertu et de la mètre en pratique dans notre société moderne.  Nous avons choisi pour cet essai le Hadith de Tamîm ben Aoûs ed-Dâri: l'Envoyé de Dieu (à lui, bénédiction et salut) a dit: (La religion, c'est la sincérité). Quand nous demandâmes: (Envers qui?), il répondit: (Envers Allah, envers Son Livre, envers Son Envoyé, envers les chefs des musulmans, et le commun peuple parmi eux). In addition to explore the causes, resultts, and benefits from it.   اختلف العلماء في الاستحالة، وذهب أكثر المعاصرين إلى القول بأنها تطهِّر الأعيان النجسة. لكن معظمهم اقتصر في تدليله على ما ذكر المتقدمون من نماذج للاستحالة دون أن يتجاوزوها لذكر أمثلة عما استجدَّ اليوم في واقع الناس من مواد نجسة المصدر أُقحمت في أطعمتهم وأدويتهم. وهذا الاكتفاء بالنماذج القديمة ترك فراغا مهولا بين النظريّ والعمليّ، وأورث اضطرابا في البتِّ في أحكام هذه النوازل، بالخصوص في مجال الأطعمة المصنعة. وتحوُّل الأعيان من حقيقة إلى حقيقة أخرى مغايرة في الخصائص والأسماء واقعٌ مشهود، فالهضم يحوِّل الطعام الطيب إلى شيء آخر خبيث، ثم إذا سمِّدت به التربة وامتصه النبات فإنه يتحول بإذن الله إلى ثمرة يانعة سائغة حلال. ولقد ثبت من تتبع هذه الحالات، ومن أقوال الشارع وتصرفاته، أن الأحكام تُناط بالأوصاف وتتغير بتغيرها. لكن لذلك التغير ضوابطه؛ فالأمثلة التي يذكرها المتقدمون عن الاستحالة يجمع بينها الزوال التام للأوصاف الأصلية، واكتساب أوصاف جديدة مختلفة تماما. فالخنزير إذا تحول إلى ملح، والميتة إذا احترقت وصارت رمادا، والنبات المسقيّ بماء نجس، في كل هذه النماذج تتمثل الاستحالة التامة. لكن الأمر يختلف في التحويلات البسيطة التي تتمُّ على الأطعمة بالتصنيع. كما أنه يعسر ضبط الاستحالة؛ فإذا حكمنا بخُبث الخنزير فمتى يصبح جزءٌ من لحمه أو شحمه طيبا؟ هل بالتحول التام إلى ملح أو رماد، أم يكفي بعض التغيير ليقال: إنه قد طاب وأصبح حلالا؟ ويقول المحققون من العلماء: إن في أي مادة مكوِّنات صغرى لا يُدرى ما مفعولها ولا تأثيرها، ولا يمكن التحقق من تحولها. وهي موجودة في الميتة وفي الخنزير، ومن يدري لعلها من أسباب التحريم! انطلاقا من هذا التأصيل، وحسب ما تقرر في البحث تبين أن الانفصال الكلي للأحماض الدهنية عن جزيء الغلسيرول يعتبر استحالة وذلك لفقدانها أصل الدهن، ولعدم إمكان التعرف على مصدرها. وقياسا على عمليةَ التصبين التي تشمل تفاعل الموادّ الدهنية مع مادة قاعدية. وهذا التفاعل يُعتبر إماهة للإستيرات المكوِّنة للدهون لتُنتج الغلسيرين وأملاح الأحماض العضوية التي تعطي الصابون. ونلاحظ أن عملية التصبين تؤدي إلى فصل كليٍّ بين الغلسيرول والأحماض، وقد تبين في البحث أن معظم العلماء يرون استحالة الدهن المستعمل في صناعة الصابون. وبما أن التصبين يؤدي إلى فصل كلي بين الأحماض الدهنية والغلسيرول، ثم تركيب الأحماض مع القاعدة المستعملَة في مركبات جديدة. واستنادا إلى ما ذهب إليه معظم العلماء من أن ذلك يعتبر استحالة تامة، فإن فصل الأحماض الدهنية يعتبر استحالة كذلك، والله أعلم. Former scholars disagreed on the Transformation (ISTIHALA). The contemporary scholars decided that the transformation purifies the impure things, but most of them confined their evidence to what the precedent scholars mentioned about samples of transformation without mentioning examples of impure source products which exists nowadays and which are introduced in their food and medicines. This reliance on the former examples had left a great gap between theory practices. That created disturbances in asserting true decisions on these incidents. The transformation of the core of things from one state to another; different in the specifications and names is actual reality; i.e. the digestion transforms edible food to another bad thing and if the soil is manured with, then it is absorbed by the plants and transformed to a lawful pleasant and ripe fruit. Studying those cases, it was noted that the decisions are taken according to the characteristics of things and those decisions change when they are transformed. But that transformation has its rules. The examples mentioned by former scholars about the transformation rely on the complete disappearance of the original characteristics and the acquisition of new completely different ones. When pork is transformed into salt, and when a body is burnt and becomes ashes, and the plants are watered by impure water; the complete transformation is represented in all those examples. But the question is different in simple transformations which are accomplished on food by manufacturing. Moreover, it is hard to adjust transformation. If we judge that the pork is impure; when does a part of its meat become pure? The investigating scholars confirm that in each substance there are little components whose effect is unknown nor their influence, and it’s impossible to observe its transformation, and that is found in the dead body and the pork. Who knows, that may be among the causes of prohibition! According to this base, and what it was find in the research it becomes clear that the total separation of fatty acids from the glycerol molecule is considered a transformation   (istihala) because the origin of fat is completely lost, and it becomes not possible to identify the source. The analogy with the saponification process which includes the reaction of fatty products with a base. And that reaction is considered a hydrolysis of esters that compose fats to produce the glycerin and salts of organic acids that make soap. We notice that the saponification operation leads to a complete separation between the glycerol and the acids; then to the acids composition with the used base in new compositions. It is possible to consider the transformation (istihala) because of that complete separation and the change of soap characteristics from fat. According to the view of most scholars that the saponification is considered transformation (istihala), the separation of fatty acids is also considered istihala. Allah knows best.
