Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource علاء صالح هيلات زعموشي, راوية Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2019-12-15 2022-05-01 Description An account of the resource الملخص يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الإشكاليات الناتجة عن التأريخ للديانة اليهودية ونشأتها ابتداءً من عصر "الآباء" إبراهيم واسحاق ويعقوب عليهم السلام في بعض الدراسات العربية للديانة اليهودية، ويبحث في مدى توافق ادعاء اليهود بنسبة الديانة اليهودية لعصر "الآباء" مع الأدلة والدراسات التاريخية لعصرهم ولغتهم وعلاقتهم الحضارية بشعوب وأمم منطقة الشرق الأدنى القديم، ومدى توافق وصفهم بالعبرانيين مع اعتبار يهوديتهم، ويبحث في علاقتهم بالديانة اليهودية بشكل عام، ويركز على قضية البعد التاريخي بين عصر "الآباء" وبين الفترة التاريخية التي نشأت فيها الديانة اليهودية، ومنهجية الإسقاط التاريخي في روايات "الآباء" وحياتهم في النص التوراتي وأهدافها، ويلقي الضوء على أهمية الانتباه لهذه القضية أثناء عملية البحث والتأليف التاريخي للديانة اليهودية في الدراسات العربية، وتأثيرها على تصور القارئ العربي لتاريخ الديانة اليهودية، والتناقض التاريخي والديني بين ما يقدمه القرآن الكريم عن هؤلاء الآباء "الأنبياء" وبين ما تقدمه هذه الدراسات العربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الآباء، الدراسات العربية، التأريخ للديانة اليهودية، الإشكاليات التاريخية، الاسقاط التاريخي عرف الأدب اليهودي أثناء فترة السبي البابلي نشاطا كبيرا، حيث تم اكتمال تدوين العهد القديم و أكمل كبار الحاخامات تدوين التلمود و دراسة الشريعة و تم تدوين ذلك الموروث التشريعي الشفهي والذي تم حفظه عن طريق التقليد، و مع مرور الزمن وتزايد النشاط الرابيني و تطور المجتمع اليهودي ظهرت عدة تفاسير يهودية جمعت في فترة متأخرة و أطلق عليها اسم المدراش، ولم يكن استنباط الأحكام الفقهية التشريعية التي حفظها التلمود أمرا اعتباطيا بل كان يخضع لقوانين صارمة وضعها كبار حاخامات اليهود و نسبت إليهم، وبما أن الفريسيين –الذين عرفوا فيما بعد بالربانيين- هم من أشرفوا على تدوين التلمود واشتهروا بشدة محافظتهم على الشريعة، فقد نسبت أول القواعد التفسيرية التي وضعت لاستنباط الأحكام التشريعية إلى هليل زعيم أكبر مدرسة فرّيسيّة كان لها حظ التفوّق و الاستمرار وهي مدرسة "بيت هليل"، فقد قام هذا الحاخام بوضع سبعة قواعد تفسيرية تصنف في إطار مدراش هالاخاه و قد قام بتطويرها فيما بعد من بعده الرابي "اشماييل" إلى ثلاثة عشر قاعدة ثم الرابي "أليعازر بن يوسي" إلى اثنان و ثلاثون قاعدة. T he Doctrinal Dimensions of the Concept of Sin in the Gospel and the Torah and the Islamic Stand. ABSTRACT The current study deals with doctrinal dimensions of the concept of the sin in both Gospel and the Torah along with the Islamic stand. I have made reference to the relevant religious texts, such as Adam’s creation and his expulsion from Paradise after the sin. Also, I have shed light on the circumstances surrounding this event, and the reported stories on issues like the crucifixion to repent from the sin, as well as what was attributed to Eve as she was accused of the sin and temptation, which had a negative impact on the fair sex later. On the other hand, Islam has wisely dealt with the concept of sin with its doctrinal dimensions. This goes in line with the logic of Sharia and reason, unlike the texts in both the Gospel and the Tora يحاول هذا البحثُ الغوصَ في أوَّلياتِ الطائفة والطائفيَّة ومفاهيمهما؛ بشكلٍ متناغمٍ مع مفاهيم العصبة والتعصُّب والعصبية؛ والغرضُ الوصولُ إلى فهمٍ أعمقَ للطائفية المقيتة، والتي تُلقي بظلالها على معايش العالم المعاصر؛ وإنَّه وإن كان البحثُ ههنا في المجال الدِّيني – عن الطوائف الدِّينية- إلَّا أنَّ أمره لا ينحصر فيها؛ بل تشمل جميع ما يختلف فيه النَّاس؛ فثمَّ الطائفية على أسٍّ عرقيٍّ، وإثنيٍّ، وفكريٍّ مذهبيٍّ، وقوميٍّ... الخ. كما إنَّ هذا البحث يدرس الطائفية والعصبيَّةَ ليستنبط مفاهيمهما في القرآن الكريم والسنَّة النبويَّة؛ من دون إلقاء بالٍ إلى أيَّةِ إكراهاتٍ واقعيَّةٍ أو فكريَّة دفاعيَّةٍ من أجل رفع التُّهمة عن الإسلام أنَّه دين إرهابٍ وتمزيقٍ ودمويَّةٍ ونحوها من التُّهم، فميدانُ ذلك في مكانٍ آخرَ؛ ولكنَّ المنهج يقتضينا أن ننظر ما المعاني المتضمَّنةُ في القرآن الكريم والسنَّة النبويَّة المطهَّرة؛ باعتبارهما الهدي الذي يَرتَسِمُ من خلالهما الإسلامُ حقًّا.  This research attempts to clarify the concepts of sects and sectarianism, in parallel with the study of the concepts of intolerance; and the goal is to achieve a deeper understanding of the hateful bigotry against the other and sectarianism, which characterizes our contemporary world, where there is a sectarianism based on race, ethnicity, intellectual, nationalism, etc, not the religious one only. This research studies sectarianism and intolerance to determine their concepts in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet; We do not care about accusations against Islam, that Islam is the religion of terrorism, bloody and destructive religion, we do rather observing what are the meanings included in the Holy Quran and in the prophetic Sunnah as guidance which illustrates Islam in its true image. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الخامسة, مذكور بوقفة, سلمى Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2019-06-27 2022-04-15 Description An account of the resource الدولة الثيوقراطية، دولة أقامها رجال الكنيسة في أوروبا و أرادوا بها تحقيق مآربهم ، متخفين وراءستار الدين ، لذلك بقي كابوس إقامة دولة دعائمها الدين يؤرق السلطة ، فما حقيقة الدولة الثيوقراطية ، و هل الدولة الإسلامية دولة ثيوقراطية؟ إن الاهتمام بالمقدس صفة لازمت الحياة البشرية منذ القدم، حيث سعى الإنسان إلى البحث عنه، بغية الوصول إلى التكامل الروحي والسمو الأخلاقي، وقد عبر عن هذه النزعة بكونها: تطلع إلى الوصول إلى ما هو أكثر كمالا من أي شيء ممكن أن يوفره العامل الميلادي. لكن هناك من غالى في هذا التصور والبحث وصولا إلى الاعتقاد بوجود توق أبدي وتجل لادني، هدفه المشاركة حتى في الذات الإلهية، وهو الأمر الذي أخذ كمبدأ من قبل مجموعة من الفرق والطوائف، تنتسب إلى الديانات الوضعية وحتى إلى الديانات الكتابية، وجاء في العصر الحالي متجددا في شكل جد متطرف يتناسب ومتطلبات العصر الحالي، تحت مسمى العصر الجديد new Age وهي طائفة روحانية بامتياز نشأت أواخر القرن العشرين، تسعى إلى إعادة بعث العادات الميتافيزيقية والروحانيات الشرقية وجمعها مع مؤثرات من المساعدة الذاتية، وعناصر من علم النفس والطب البديل وعلم الفلك والتنجيم وحتى الفيزياء الكمية، حاملة للبشرية الفكر الباطني، ساعية إلى إحياء صياغات الفلسفات الشرقية في قوالب تدريبية غربية لتضمن بذلك انتشارا واسعا في أرجاء المعمورة و منها بلاد الإسلام والمسلمين، ولا يستقيم التصدي لمثل هاته الدعوات إلا من خلال التعرف عليها من حيث أصلها وقواعدها وأساليبها ليتسنى دفعها عن معرفة والتفطن لها. لهذا سنحاول في هذا البحث التعريف حركة العصر الجديد إضافة إلى التعرف على أبرز ممثليها وأهم معتقداتها.
