ملخص: عرف ابن مريم بمشاركته في علوم عديدة؛ منها العقيدة وعلم الكلام، الذي كان مبرزا فيه، مسهما في نشره، حتى وصف بسنوسي زمانه، غير أن هذا الجانب من ثقافته المعرفية ظل مغمورا، بعيدا عن التعريف به، بسبب أن بعض مؤلفاته العقدية في عداد المفقود، والبعض الآخر صعب المنال، وسنحاول في هذا المقال إبراز جهود ابن مريم التلمساني في نشر وتقريب العقيدة الأشعرية، من خلال الكشف عن بعض تراثه العقدي تعريفا وتوصيفا، وعرض ملامح من معرفته الكلامية الأشعرية. bstract : Ibno Maryam was known for his contribution to numerous sciences, including Aqidah and theology (Ilm al-Kalām) in which he pioneered and helped disseminating. He was even described as Al-Senussi in his time. However, this aspect of his intellectual knowledge has remained buried, unmentioned in his biography because some of his books on Al-Aqidah are lost, while others are hard to obtain. In this article, we will try to highlight Ibno Maryam al-Tlemceni's efforts in disseminating and foregrounding Ash'arism, by revealing some of his Aqidah heritage in terms of definition and description, in addition to displaying a glimpse on his Ash'ari theological knowledge. .

وجد الازدراء والإساءة إلى الأديان السماوية ورموزها منذ تاريخ طويل في نصوص الديانة، وفي ممارسات المتدينين، ومواقف مخالفيها قديما وحديثا. ورغم التشريعات الكثيرة إلا أن حدوث الإساءة على فترات بغطاء حرية التعبير، يعكس ضعف الرقابة في تنفيذ تلك التشريعات. إنّ تقييد حرية التعبير بقواعد النظام العام، والأخلاق الاجتماعية وحفظ الاستقرار، وحماية العقيدة الدينية، والتعايش مع الأقليات هو الأساس المتين لذلك. وإنّ ما يتعرض له الإسلام ونبيه على أيدي بعض الإعلام والشخصيات المسيحية، والسياسيين، ينبغي التعامل معه شعبيا ورسميا بكلّ جدية وحسم دون التورط في الانفعال غير المدروس، والذي قد يكون هدفا مباشرا للسماح بهذه السلوكيات المخالفة لميثاق حقوق الإنسان والمواثيق والعهود الدولية. الكلمات المفتاحية: ازدراء، السياسة، حرية التعبير، التعايش، الإسلام.

لملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن بعض تجليات النزعة الدينية في السلوك الاجتماعي لأهل الأديان، وفهم مداخل اسهام العقائد ووظيفتها في البناء الاجتماعي (Social Structure)، أو العكس، النظر في خطورتها وأثارها السلبية في قيام وبناء المجتمعات المعاصرة، حيث تجتهد الأديان جميعاً في استخراج خلاصة تصوّراتها الماورائية واللاهوتية والأنتروبولوجية والاجتماعية والسياسية التشريعية. لهذا يعتقد كثير من أهل الأديان أن الإمساك بجوهر الدين يُتيح التفطن للفرادة التي ينعقد عليها التصور الديني الأشمل للكون وللوجود وللتاريخ. وتبتغي هذه الدراسة ابراز جانبٍ من أسس الحوار الديني والتعارف الإنساني الممكنة بين الأديان الكتابية (اليهودية والمسيحية والإسلام)، من خلال البحث في علاقة الإيمان بالدين وتحليل وظيفتهما في السلوك الاجتماعي للإنسان المعاصر، مع التحليل النظري لأسس العلاقة بين الإيمان والدين.

stract The purpose of this study is to investigate some aspects of the religious tendency in the social behavior of the divine religions’s followers, and to understand the approaches in the contribution of the beliefs and their function in social structure, or vice versa, to analyse its severity and negative effects in the rise and build of contemporary societies, where all religions endeavor to extract the synopsis of their metaphysical, theological, anthropological, social, political and legislative perceptions. This is why many people of divine religions believe that grasping the essence of religion allows the discernment of the uniqueness of the broader religious conception of the universe, existence and history. The study seeks also to highlight a side of the foundations of religious dialogue and human acquaintance possible between divine religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam), by examining the relationship between the faith and religion and analyzing their function in the social behavior of modern man, with theoretical analysis of the the relationship’s foundations between faith and religion. key words: Religion - social construction - human acquaintance

لقد كان للسياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر طوال فترة الاحتلال 1830-1962 بالغ الأثر في توجيه الفكر العقدي عند عامة المجتمع الجزائري نحو الاتجاه السلبي أحيانا، وأحيانا أخرى تنحى به منحا ايجابيا، من خلال مختلف المشاريع الاستعمارية الدينية والثقافية والاقتصادية. ..، بالنظر إلى طول الفترة الاستعمارية الفرنسية بالجزائر، وطبيعة الاستعمار القائم على الاستيطان والاستغلال المفرط للثروات ،وتقويض مؤسسات المجتمع الجزائري الدينية والثقافية، والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، والتسلط المباشر على مقومات الأمة الجزائرية. أدرك الاستعمار الفرنسي منذ السنوات الأولى للاحتلال عناصر القوة والضعف في العقيدة الدينية للمجتمع الجزائري، بحكم تعامله المسبق مع الدولة العثمانية التي أخضعت الجزائر لنفوذها منذ 1518م والى سنة 1830، إضافة إلى تجربة فرنسا الاستعمارية السابقة في احتلال مصر 1798م-1801م. وكذلك سياستها التمهيدية لاحتلال الجزائر من خلال الحملات الاستكشافية وحركة التبشير والتنصير المسيحي. تجلت السياسة الاستعمارية في التعامل مع عقيدة الجزائريين من خلال مواجهتها للطرق والزوايا الصوفية على النحو الذي تجسد في المقاومات الشعبية خلال القرن 19 م ،وما صاحبه من تحطيم لبعض الأضرحة والقباب والأماكن المقدسة المرتبطة بالأولياء ورجال التصوف مثل ما حدث لقبة سيدي الشيخ مؤسس الطريقة الشيخية على اثر مواجهة احد أحفاده وهو الشيخ بوعمامة للاحتلال الفرنسي، ومحاولة التصفية النهائية للزاوية والطريقة الرحمانية على اثر مقاومة المقراني والشيخ الحداد 1871- 1872-.. هذا الفكر العقدي ظل مترسخا في الأوساط الجزائرية حتى بعد جلاء الاستعمار الفرنسي. كل ذلك وما شاكله من إجراءات زاد ورسخ عقائد الشعب الجزائري في التمسك بالفكر الصوفي. سوف نحاول في هذه الدراسة المتواضعة أن نقف عند مواطن التأثير الفرنسي في توجيه الفكر العقدي للجزائريين

Interfaith dialogue (IRD) is considered a sacred religious practice among adherents of religions and has become increasingly present in interventions to address conflict resulting from exposure to religious diversity. However, some experimental efforts have tested the efficacy and outcomes of IRD. The rooted theoretical approach is well suited to describe the precise role of religion in inter-group processes in major theoretical frameworks. The IRD experiences were explored and analyzed through useful case descriptions and religious style scores. Interfaith dialogue (IRD) is also used to promote peace, reconciliation and social cohesion

ننطلق في هذا البحث، من أنَّ كافة الحركات الإصلاحية التي ظهرت في العالم العربي والإسلامي، في سياق ما عرف بعصر النهضة العربية الحديثة ذات منزع وتوجه واحد: العقيدة الإسلامية كإطار مرجعي وإصلاح الفساد الذي ران على عقيدة وحياة الإنسان المسلم ذاته كوسيلة وتدبير.فقد ظهرت الحركات الإصلاحية الحديثة في البلدان التي استفحلت فيها النظم الطرقية والتخلف الديني والدنيوي إلى حد استدعت الحاجة إلى الإصلاح . وعليه، فالإصلاح بناء على هذا المنطلق، جاء من صلب التاريخ العربي والإسلامي وليس شاذا عنه. لكن، التجربة التاريخية للحركات الإصلاحية العربية بيَّنَت، على مستوى البحث التاريخي، أن هذه الحركات تباينت وتنوعت لتنتهي إلى ملامح وخصائص محلية خاصة بكل بلد من البلدان العربية التي ظهرت بعد تفكك الإمبراطورية العثمانية وانحسار الاستعمار.
ننطلق في هذا البحث، من أنَّ كافة الحركات الإصلاحية التي ظهرت في العالم العربي والإسلامي، في سياق ما عرف بعصر النهضة العربية الحديثة ذات منزع وتوجه واحد: العقيدة الإسلامية كإطار مرجعي وإصلاح الفساد الذي ران على عقيدة وحياة الإنسان المسلم ذاته كوسيلة وتدبير.فقد ظهرت الحركات الإصلاحية الحديثة في البلدان التي استفحلت فيها النظم الطرقية والتخلف الديني والدنيوي إلى حد استدعت الحاجة إلى الإصلاح . وعليه، فالإصلاح بناء على هذا المنطلق، جاء من صلب التاريخ العربي والإسلامي وليس شاذا عنه. لكن، التجربة التاريخية للحركات الإصلاحية العربية بيَّنَت، على مستوى البحث التاريخي، أن هذه الحركات تباينت وتنوعت لتنتهي إلى ملامح وخصائص محلية خاصة بكل بلد من البلدان العربية التي ظهرت بعد تفكك الإمبراطورية العثمانية وانحسار الاستعمار.

لا يخفى على كل من نوّر الله بصيرته من المسلمين شدة عداوة الكافرين من اليهود والنصارى المتعصبين وغيرهم للمسلمين، وتحالف قواهم واجتماعها ضد المسلمين ليردوهم، وليلبسوا عليهم دينهم الحق -دين الإسلام- الذي بعث الله به خاتم أنبيائه ورسله محمدا -صلى الله عليه وسلم- إلى الناس أجمعين. فللكفار في الصد عن الإسلام وتضليل المسلمين، واحتوائهم، واستعمار عقولهم، والكيد لهم، وسائل شتى، وقد نشطت دعواتهم، وجمعياتهم، وإرسالياتهم، وعظمت فتنتهم في زمننا هذا. فالمجتمع المسلم لم يسلم من ظاهرة التنصير؛ بل ربما أضحى أكثر المجتمعات تعرُّضا لها، نظرًا للمقاومة التي يواجهها المنصرون من المسلمين أفرادا ومؤسسات وجماعات، وذلك لأن المسلم يتربى على الفطرة وعلى التوحيد، ويصعب حينئذ أن يتقبل أي أفكار فيها تعارض مع الفطرة السليمة، والعقيدة الصحيحة.

يشهد تاريخ الفكر البشري و الأديان أن كل عقيدة تواجهها مجموعة من التحديات متشكلة في صورة تيارات فكرية معارضة لمضمونها أو اتجاهات عقدية محفوفة بالمزالق و الانحرافات، هدفها تفويض ذلك المضمون أو تحريفه أو تحويله الى مضمون آخر ليصبح شبيها لمنطلقاتها . و لعل العقيدة الإسلامية قد واجهت من هذه التحديات ما لم تواجهه عقيدة أخرى في تاريخها ، لا لشيء إلا ان الإسلام قد ظهر بعد كل الأديان السماوية و بعد الكثير من المذاهب و المرجعيات ، فضلا على أن الأصول العقدية لهذا الدين تلغي كل مذهب أو دين ، فهو دين الشمول و دين الفطرة ، فطرة الله التي فطر الناس عليها ، كما أن مبادئ الإسلام تؤكد على انه دين و دولة . كل هذه العوامل و غيرها ، جعلت العقيدة الإسلامية مستهدفة من عدة تيارات فكرية ، فمارسوا أسلوب الهجوم و طرق التشويش و التشويه و التزييف ، و تنوعت معها الأطراف و الجهات المتحدية .
يشهد تاريخ الفكر البشري و الأديان أن كل عقيدة تواجهها مجموعة من التحديات متشكلة في صورة تيارات فكرية معارضة لمضمونها أو اتجاهات عقدية محفوفة بالمزالق و الانحرافات، هدفها تفويض ذلك المضمون أو تحريفه أو تحويله الى مضمون آخر ليصبح شبيها لمنطلقاتها . و لعل العقيدة الإسلامية قد واجهت من هذه التحديات ما لم تواجهه عقيدة أخرى في تاريخها ، لا لشيء إلا ان الإسلام قد ظهر بعد كل الأديان السماوية و بعد الكثير من المذاهب و المرجعيات ، فضلا على أن الأصول العقدية لهذا الدين تلغي كل مذهب أو دين ، فهو دين الشمول و دين الفطرة ، فطرة الله التي فطر الناس عليها ، كما أن مبادئ الإسلام تؤكد على انه دين و دولة . كل هذه العوامل و غيرها ، جعلت العقيدة الإسلامية مستهدفة من عدة تيارات فكرية ، فمارسوا أسلوب الهجوم و طرق التشويش و التشويه و التزييف ، و تنوعت معها الأطراف و الجهات المتحدية .

إن الاستشراق اهتمام ثقافي مصدره الغرب، ومقصده الشرق، وقد بدأت اهتمامات الغرب بالشرق قديما باعتباره يشكل الإطار الاستراتيجي سياسيا واقتصاديا منذ صراع الإغريق والفرس ، ثم تبلور معرفيا في القرون الوسطى . وهو من بين الدراسات والمواضيع المعاصرة التي تكشف لنا عن النزوع نحو العولمة في الثقافة الغربية ليس فقط في المفهوم الفلسفي ، بل أيضا الحضاري والسياسي منه . وظهرت في العصر الحاضر كتابات تحت عنوان الغزو الفكري أو الاتجاهات الفكرية المعاصرة وأصبحت هذه الاتجاهات إحدى المواد الدراسية في المرحلة الجامعية. وقد نال الاستشراق مكانة بارزة ضمن الحديث عن الغزو الفكري وكذلك ضمن الاتجاهات الفكرية المعاصرة أو التيارات الفكرية المعاصرة
