The study aimed to take up prophetic reforms in Madeena& their effect on society life , and according to importance of this topic to Islam &muslims,I took it explaining how reform procedures happened through mosque building , fraternity ,Madeena agreement ,then economic ,healthy , educational & judicial situation reform . Also , army building which life was reformed by it when it corrupted . Importance of this topic manifests in recognizing prophetic reforms that done by our master prophet Mohammed which had great effect in society life to make muslims utilize from them today ; because he deals with a topic that touches current life reality to adopt his biography asexample . The study followed inductive , historical & analytical method , & concluded many results :
-Islam concerned & cared about the nation & resolve its problems .
-Our prophet Mohammed presented genuine picture about himself , his religion & wisdom .
-Our prophet succeeded in building new person with true belief system that formed nation start foundations.
-Our great prophet used thorough &thoughtful plans in establishing Islamic state , moreover , he established solid political educational & organizational work .
-Our great prophet was experienced military leader surpassed every one of his time.
The study recommends the following:
-Educating the nation with biography of our great prophet & teaching it in all levels , also correcting the course of the system of governance& administration according to islamprinciples , moreover , muslims should be good examples for others . Addition to , necessity to read prophetic biography deeply , and investigation , analysis & standing at every step of the reforms to learn lessons & experience .
تسعى الدراسة إلى استكشاف الوعي النقدي الحداثي عند بعض النقاد الجزائريين المعاصرين الذين لا يقل مستواهم عن مستوى النقاد العرب أو الغربيين، رغم الإهمال الذي طالهم، لأن الدراسات الأكاديمية لم تعنى بهم، وان عنيت بهم في مادر الأحيان لا تصل إلى درجة استيعاب رؤيتهم النقدية. كما تحاول الدراسة في إطار هذا المسعى الولوج إلى الكتابة الجديدة بمنظور الناقد الجزائري المرحوم ''بختي بن عودة' من خلال كتابه ''رنين الحداثة' الذي تناول ظاهرة الكتابة الجديدة، هذه الكتابة التي تمردت على الفكر الميتافيزيقي لتعانق السؤال وتستحضر الغائب وتغيب الايديولوجيا وتوسع التفكير وتميت العقل بلغة متعالقة بإشكاليات ومستجدات اللحظة الحضارية.
This study seeks to discover the different aspects of modern critical consciousness in some contemporary Algerian critics.Criticswhose work is no less important than that of Arabs or Westerners with whom they share the same level and the same skills,despite the marginalization they faced.Because academic studies have never taken into account their importance, except in rare cases where they never draw deeply to identify the scope of their critical vision. In order to achieve the desired objective, the present study tries to reach the modern writing according to the vision of the Algerian critic "Bekhti Ben Aouda" by taking for example his book entitled. The book deals with the phenomenon of modern writing that has rebelled against metaphysical thinking in order to define that of questioning, that resurrects the absent and puts aside ideology, a writing that has expanded on a wider sphere of thought, using a language that is enriching for the mind and that is coherent with the problems and novelties that the civilizational moment requires.

شكّل توسيع مجال استخدام ملتمس الرقابة كآلية لمساءلة الحكومة في ظل التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 أهمية بالغة في النظام الدستوري الحالي، كونه يطال الحكومة عقب مناقشة بيان السّياسة العامة وأيضا كأثر لاستجواب برلماني، مما يعزز من فرص استخدامه، إلّا أنّ الإبقاء عليه بنفس الشروط والإجراءات يُعّد عقبة حقيقية في سبيل إمكانية تفعيله، ناهيك عن صعوبة توافر النصاب المطلوب لتوقيعه أو حتى التصويت عليه، فضلا عن إقرار المسؤولية السّياسيّة للحكومة متضامنة على إثر استجواب برلماني لأحد الوزراء يعد ظلما وجورا في حق الحكومة، وهو ما نهدف إلى معالجته من خلال طرحنا للإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى يُشكّل ملتمس الرقابة أداة لتقرير المسؤولية السّياسيّة للحكومة في ظل التعديل الدستوري 2020؟ سنجيب على هاته الإشكالية من خلال اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
The expansion of the use of the motion of censure as a mechanism of holding accountable the government under the constitutional amendment of 2020 was of great importance in the current constitutional system, as it affects the government following the discussion of the policy statement, and as an effect of parliamentary questioning, which enhances the chances of its use. However, its maintenance under the same conditions and procedures forms a real obstacle to the possibility of its activation, not to mention the difficulty of having the quorum required to sign it or even to vote on it. In addition, the approval of the political responsibility of the government in solidarity following a parliamentary questioning of a minister is unjust and unfair against the government. Which is what we aim to treat by addressing the following problematic: to what extent does the motion of censure in the form of the latest constitutional amendment constitute a tool for determining the political responsibility of the government? We will answer this problematic relying on the descriptive analytical approach.

من الأولويات الأساسية لاستقرار البشرية هو تحقيق الأمن والطمأنينة للفرد، وهو حق مشروع تعمل الدول على النص عليه في أغلب المواضيع المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان. ولأن الأمن القومي يعمل على تحقيق سيادة الدولة على أراضيها، فقد ظهر إلى جانبه الأمن البشري كمفهوم جديد يهتم بالفرد ، وما قد يتعرض له من مخاطر، كالفقر والتلوث البيئي والتدهور الصحي وغيرها، وذلك نتيجة للتهديدات التي أفرزها واقع العلاقات الدولية بين الدول وتشابك مصالحهم. من أجل ذلك سنطرق لأهم جوانب الأمن البشري كشرط أساسي للتنمية البشرية وضمان لاستمراريتها واستدامتها، وكألية جديدة نفعية لتحقيق حقوق الإنسان .
One of the basic priorities for the stability of humankind is the achievement of security and tranquility for the individual, and it is a legitimate right that states work to provide for in most topics related to human rights. And because national security works to achieve the sovereignty of the state on its lands, human security has appeared alongside it as a new concept concerned with the individual, and what risks he might be exposed to, such as poverty, environmental pollution, health deterioration, and others, as a result of the threats that the reality of international relations between countries and the intertwining of their interests have brought about. For that we will address the most important aspects of human security as an essential condition for human development and a guarantee of its continuity and sustainability, and as a new mechanism expediency to achieve human rights.

هدفت الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء الإداري في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالمحافظات الجنوبية في ضوء التحول الرقمي.
واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الذين يعملون تحت مسمى (مدير دائرة، رئيس قسم، رئيس شعبة، موظف إداري) والبالغ عددهم (390) موظفاً وموظفة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتضمنت سبعة مجالات وأبعاد (التخطيط، التنظيم، القيادة الإدارية، المشاركة في صنع القرار، الموارد البشرية، البنية التحتية والتوظيف التكنولوجي للمعلومات، المتابعة والتقويم) حيث تم توزيعها على كافة مفردات مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل، وبلغ حجم الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي (209) بنسبة (53.58%).
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة التخطيط جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (66.51%)، والتنظيم بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (67.71%)، والقيادة الإدارية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (64.39%)، والمشاركة في صنع القرار بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (64.21%)، والموارد البشرية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (69.13%)، والبنية التحتية والتوظيف التكنولوجي للمعلومات بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (67.33%) والمتابعة والتقويم بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (64.36%).
وكما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات العينة حول القيادة التحويلية وتعزيز التمكين الإداري التي تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).
وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها:
وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة العمل على تضمين الخطة الاستراتيجية الخمسية لقطاع التعليم أهدافا واضحة تتعلق بتطوير الأداء الإداري في ضوء التحول الرقمي.
زيادة التشبيك والتنسيق مع كافة المؤسسات الدولية والمحلية ذات العلاقة لتدعيم آلية التحول الرقمي ومتطلبات ذلك سواء أكانت متطلبات مادية أم فنية أم بشرية.
ضرورة تحديث الأنظمة والتعليمات والسياسات الإدارية بما ييسر عملية التطوير في ظل التحول الرقمي والعمل على إشراك جميع المستويات الإدارية في صياغة وتحديث الأنظمة والسياسات.
ربط برامج التنمية المهنية بمعهد التدريب بالاحتياجات الفعلية للعاملين في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية.
ضرورة تبني قاعدة معلوماتية للبرامج والتطبيقات والأنشطة ذات العلاقة بالتطور الرقمي في الخدمات.
مما لا شك فيه أن الفساد أصبح العامل الرئيسي والأساسي في انهيار اقتصاد الدول وأنظمتها السياسية، ومن ضمن التحديات التي باتت تطرحها جرائم الفساد هي تعدي آثارها لخارج الحدود الوطنية المرتكبة فيها، وكذلك عجز الوسائل القمعية الداخلية التي نص عليها القانون لمواجهتها، مما أدى لضرورة تكاتف الجهود على الصعيد الدولي، وذلك من خلال آليات تعزز من التعاون الدولي في مكافحة جرائم الفساد.
ولعل أهمها نظامي التسليم المراقب وتسليم المجرمين، حيث تبرز أهمية تسليم المجرمين خاصة مع تنامي ظاهرة فرار المجرمين صحبة الأموال المجنية من جرائمهم المقترفة، في حق استرجاعهم من طرف الدولة المتضررة، بغية تحقيق العدالة بمعاقبتهم ومحاولة استرداد الأموال المنهوبة. أما عن أهمية التسليم المراقب فيمكن القول رغم صعوبة هذا الإجراء وعدم توفر نصوص قانونية تنظيمية خاصة به، إلا أنه إجراء جد أساسي في التحري على جرائم الفساد، خاصة في حالة تحقيق المساعي المرجوة منه، حيث أنه يعمل على كشف أهم المجرمين والعصابات وخطوط سير عملياتهم الاجرامية، هذا من خلال تتبع سير الشحنات غير المشروعة من المرسل إلى المستلم، ولهذه الأهمية سعت اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد إلى ترسيخ هذين النظامين من خلال النص عليهما في بنودها، والسعي للعمل بهما لاعتبارها اتفاقية متعددة الأطراف بالنسبة للأطراف المنظمة لها.
هذا على الصعيد الدولي أما في ما يخص الجزائر فهي الأخرى بمجرد انضمامها إلى اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد ومصادقتها عليها، فهذا دليل على اتباعها نفس النهج.
Corruption has become the main reason for the collapse of the economies of countries and their political systems, among the challenges are the problems caused by the transgression of its effects outside national borders, and the inability of the internal law means designed to confront it, consequently, it became necessary to join efforts at the international level, This is through mechanisms that enhance international cooperation in combating corruption crimes; Perhaps the most important of these are the controlled extradition system and the extradition system, the importance of extradition is highlighted, especially with the increasing phenomenon of criminals fleeing with the stolen money, on the state's right to take back criminals, In order to achieve justice by punishing the criminals and trying to recover the stolen money,
Regarding the importance of the controlled delivery system, it can be said despite the difficulty of this procedure and the lack of regulatory legal texts for it, however, it is a very basic procedure in investigating corruption crimes, as it works to uncover the most important criminals and gangs and the lines of their criminal operations, this is by tracking the course of illegal shipments from the sender to the consignee.
That is why the United Nations Convention against Corruption sought to affirm these two systems by stipulating them in its provisions, by working with them because it is a multilateral agreement for countries that signed it. This is at the international level, but as for Algeria, it joined the United Nations Convention against Corruption and ratified it, and this is evidence of its following the same policy.

هدفت الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء الإداري في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالمحافظات الجنوبية في ضوء التحول الرقمي.
واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الذين يعملون تحت مسمى (مدير دائرة، رئيس قسم، رئيس شعبة، موظف إداري) والبالغ عددهم (390) موظفاً وموظفة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتضمنت سبعة مجالات وأبعاد (التخطيط، التنظيم، القيادة الإدارية، المشاركة في صنع القرار، الموارد البشرية، البنية التحتية والتوظيف التكنولوجي للمعلومات، المتابعة والتقويم) حيث تم توزيعها على كافة مفردات مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل، وبلغ حجم الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي (209) بنسبة (53.58%).
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة التخطيط جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (66.51%)، والتنظيم بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (67.71%)، والقيادة الإدارية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (64.39%)، والمشاركة في صنع القرار بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (64.21%)، والموارد البشرية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (69.13%)، والبنية التحتية والتوظيف التكنولوجي للمعلومات بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (67.33%) والمتابعة والتقويم بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (64.36%).
وكما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات العينة حول القيادة التحويلية وتعزيز التمكين الإداري التي تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).
وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها:
وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة العمل على تضمين الخطة الاستراتيجية الخمسية لقطاع التعليم أهدافا واضحة تتعلق بتطوير الأداء الإداري في ضوء التحول الرقمي.
زيادة التشبيك والتنسيق مع كافة المؤسسات الدولية والمحلية ذات العلاقة لتدعيم آلية التحول الرقمي ومتطلبات ذلك سواء أكانت متطلبات مادية أم فنية أم بشرية.
ضرورة تحديث الأنظمة والتعليمات والسياسات الإدارية بما ييسر عملية التطوير في ظل التحول الرقمي والعمل على إشراك جميع المستويات الإدارية في صياغة وتحديث الأنظمة والسياسات.
ربط برامج التنمية المهنية بمعهد التدريب بالاحتياجات الفعلية للعاملين في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية.
ضرورة تبني قاعدة معلوماتية للبرامج والتطبيقات والأنشطة ذات العلاقة بالتطور الرقمي في الخدمات.
تعتبر التغيرات المناخية إحدى أكثر الظواهر الطبيعية التي أرقت المجتمع الدولي لما تشكله من مخاطر مباشرة على الحياة البشرية على سطح الكوكب، وللتغيرات المناخية آثار عديدة ومترابطة على الأنظمة البيئية، والفيروسات رغم طبيعتها المتغيرة إلا أن نشاطها له علاقة مباشرة بآثار التغيرات المناخية، فالعلاقة المتبادلة بين التغيرات المناخية وانتشار الفيروسات المعدية تربطه علاقة أخرى تتمثل في النشاط البشري الملوث خاصة الصناعي منه، ولهذه الأسباب صار لزاما على المجتمع الدولي تنظيم الجهود للحد من الآثار السلبية لهذه العلاقة الثلاثية بين التغيرات المناخية والأوبئة الفيروسية والتلوث الناتج عن النشاط البشري، واكشاف جوانب هذه العلاقة يساعد في وضع الأطر القانونية الصحيحة للتصدي لظاهرتي التغيرات المناخية وكذا انتشار العدوى الوبائية.
Climate changes are considered one of the most natural phenomena that have raised the international community because of the direct dangers they pose to human life on the surface of the planet. The climatic conditions and the spread of infectious viruses have another relationship represented in polluting human activity, especially industrial ones. For these reasons, it has become imperative for the international community to organize efforts to reduce the negative effects of this tripartite relationship between climate change, viral epidemics and pollution resulting from human activity.

Inscribed in Homi Bhabha's project of "re-inventing Britain" and Stuart Hall's representation of cultural diversity, the present study explores the way in which the tropes of magical realism have been implemented to remap the new frontiers of the European construct in Bernardine Evaristo's Soul Tourists. In order to achieve this aim, a close reading technique has been relied on to deconstruct the text into basic dichotomies that trace the European centre and its margin. Furthermore, the British magical realism model of Anne Hegerfeldt is employed to highlight how the writer successfully reversed the realistic paradigm of the centre as she focalised the narration from an "ex-centric" point of view. In doing so, Europe became a warm home for the diasporic subject.
Inscrite dans le projet de Homi Bhabha de "réinventer la Grande-Bretagne" et dans le cadre de la représentation de la diversité culturelle par Stuart Hall, l'étude suivante explore la manière dont les tropes du réalisme magique ont été mis en œuvre pour remodeler les nouvelles frontières de l'identité européenne dans le roman Soul Touristes [Les Touristes de L'âme] rédigé par l'écrivaine Britannique Bernardine Evaristo. Pour atteindre cet objectif, une technique de lecture attentive "close reading" a été mise en œuvre afin de décomposer le texte en dichotomies de base qui tracent le centre européen et sa marge culturelle. En outre, le modèle britannique du réalisme magique d’Anne Hegerfeldt a été adopté pour souligner la manière dont l’écrivaine a réussi à inverser le paradigme réaliste du centre en construisant une narration d’un point de vue "excentrique". L’Europe est ainsi devenue un foyer très important pour la diaspora noire.

Dans le cadre de la promotion de la visibilité des établissements d'enseignement supérieur dans les différents classements, la Direction Générale de la Recherche Scientifique et du Développement Technologique (DGRSDT) en partenariat avec Elsevier; avait organisé le 22 novembre 2021 un Webinar « A Ranking Master Class webinar for Algerian universities » dont l'objet portait sur le classement Times Higher Education des établissements d'enseignement supérieur. Pour le moment l’ASJP compte plusieurs revues de catégories C et B mais pas celles indexées A, justement c’est l’objectif que c’était fixée la plate-forme dans un futur proche. Pour cela l’étude du classement établi par SCOPUS se verrait très intéressante, d’où l’organisation de ce dit webinaire, afin de mieux comprendre les facteurs qui permettent une meilleure visibilité de la production scientifique algérienne. Notre participation à cette rencontre nous a permis de comprendre la méthodologie de classement Mondial des Universités 2021, et particulièrement celle des universités algériennes.
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة المعالجة الإعلامية للنزاع في الصحراء الغربية في الموقع الإخباري "الجزيرة نت" خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1/1/2017 إلى 31/12/2018 من خلال تحليل مضمون المواد الإخبارية بأنواعها خبرية، تفسيرية، تحليلية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية:
-أورد موقع "الجزيرة نت" مادته الإعلامية المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة على شكل أخبار وتقارير وهي قوالب صحفية تعتمد بالدرجة الأولى على تقديم المعلومات والمعارف حول الأحداث.
- فيما يخص طبيعة القضايا المطروحة وجدنا أن القضايا السياسية هي الأكثر معالجة من طرف الموقع في حين تراجعت الموضوعات المتعلقة بالاقتصاد وحقوق الانسان .
This study aimed at identifying the media treatment nature of the conflict in Western Sahara on the news site "Al-Jazeera Net" during the period from 1/1/2017 to 12/31/2018 by analyzing the content of news materials of all kinds; informative, explanatory, and analytical. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach using the Content Analysis Tool, Thus, it reached the following results:
- "Al-Jazeera Net" reported its informational material on the subject of the study in the form of news and reports, which are press templates that depend primarily on providing information and knowledge about events.
- As concerns the nature of the issues raised, we found that the political issues are the most addressed by the site, while the issues related to economy and human rights have declined.

Le discours scientifique est un discours mondialisé, à l’ère numérique actuelle nous nous retrouvons face à une réalité amère, celle que nous sommes dans l’incapacité totale de lutter, en tant que scientifique et éventuellement en tant qu’état, contre l’utilisation inconvenable des inventions scientifiques et de la science en générale. Il faut préciser que «les problèmes de comportement et de société reliés à la question de la morale ou de l'éthique et de la science sont avant tout des problèmes pratiques.» Même si les questions de morale et d’éthique restent philosophiques de manière générale, il faut tout de même arriver à en saisir le sens et àcomprendre, les rapports qui existent entre ces deux composantes, et la science. Pas évident bien sur ; face à une réalité sociale qui se dessine chaque jour différemment, et avec de nouvelles données mutantes en tout temps.
يتميز العصر الحاضر بسطوة المعلومة على كافة أنشطة الإنسان حتى صارت تستغرق كل وقته إما إرسالا أو استقبالا أو تفاعلا.
وانسجاما مع شمول المعلومة لكافة مجالات الحياة والحاجة الماسة والدائمة إلى تداولها فقد تفرعت أشكال متنوعة من الخطاب يغطي كل منها جانبا من المعلومة متصل بجانب من الحياة، وفي هذا السياق ظهرت فكرة الخطاب الإشهاري باعتباره تناولا للكيفية التي تسوق بها المعلومة في شكلها المعنوي النظري أو المادي السلعي.
ضمن هذا المنظور يسعى هذا المقال إلى لبيان مفهوم الخطاب الإشهاري من مختلف وجهات النظر ثم التطرق إلى بعض المحددات الثقافية التي تحكمه وتوجه مساره وذلك باعتماد قراءة معرفية تتناسب مع الموضوع.

Cet article vise à comprendre le concept du Cluster dans le monde, ainsi que son évolution spatio-temporelle, actuellement il représente un terme séduisant qui devient au fil des années de plus en plus en vogue. Face à une compétition croissante entre les pays, les régions, et voire même les territoires ; ce positionnement oblige ces derniers à s’adapter à une mondialisation croissante, envahissante et surtout porteuse d’opportunités et d’incertitudes. Les études sur les clusters ont démontrés qu’ils recouvrent une réalité hétérogène, que ce soit par rapport à leurs éléments constructifs, ou par rapport à la concrétisation de leurs objectifs. Considéré comme un élément phare de la compétitivité des régions ils se généralisent comme un nouveau mode d’action publique, afin de réunir dans un même réseau des Entreprises, des Centres de Recherche ainsi que des Universités, et mettre les nécessaires infrastructures à leurs services.
يتناول هذا المقال موضوع آلية قراءة أعمال الفيلسوف نيتشه التي تعيدنا إلى سؤال البدء كيف كان يكتب نيتشه ؟ أين تتجاوز الكتابة حدودها اللغوية اللسانية الأدبية التواصلية لتصبح الشذرات فعل حيوي ينبض بكل ما تنبض به الحياة : ألم قلق موت فرح حب غضب ....
تستدعي هذه النقلة الحيوية لفعل لكتابة عند نيتشه نقلة حيوية أخرى تتِّم على مستوى القارئ لأعماله الذي لا ينتظر أن يطّلع على متن مكتوب بقدر ما هو مطالب بأن ينخرط في لعبة الحياة التي ينبض بها النص النيتشوي
This article deals with the subject of the mechanism of reading the works of the philosopher Nietzsche, which brings us back to the starting question: How did Nietzsche write? Where does writing transcend its linguistic, linguistic, literary, and communicative limits, so that fragments become a vital act that beats with everything that life beats: pain, anxiety, death, joy, love, anger....
This vital shift of Nietzsche's writing act calls for another vital shift that takes place at the level of the reader of his works, who does not expect to be acquainted with a written board as much as he is required to engage in the game of life in which the Nietzsche an text beats.
